Kristen is AMAZING! If you’re considering getting a wedding planner, we HIGHLY recommend her! We had the wedding of our dreams, and Kristen played a huge role in making that happen. Knowing we had less than a year to plan our wedding, we both work full time, and I’m slow to make decisions, we knew we needed help! From the beginning, Kristen was there to provide any and all support we needed. Vendor suggestions, site visits, mood boards, contract reviews, timeline building, website design, floor plan creation, vendor communications, donut wall stocking….she did it all! I still can’t believe just how many places she reached out to and visited to help us find the perfect spot for our rehearsal dinner (surprisingly very difficult to find places that will give you the space on a Friday night in the summer on the Cape). Similarly, she created so many different floor plans for us to consider, knowing we didn’t want the ‘default’ one from the venue. Kristen was there for every big (and small) decision we needed to make, providing guidance based on her experience, but not telling us what to do. She has a calm, but enthusiastic personality that is very comforting when you’re making such big decisions (yes, at the time, choosing what to use as table numbers was a BIG decision… I might have made everything into a big decision). Fast forward to our wedding day when Kristen and her assistant Amelia went above and beyond to make sure our day went perfectly. Kristen was on her feet running around from 6am to after 11pm, making sure every detail was correct (and she was very pregnant)! She even gave me a clean pair of her own socks from her car when we realized I forgot socks for the sneakers I was changing into at the reception. Her assistant Amelia was great as well – quietly helping with anything we needed that day. We are so happy and grateful we chose to work with Kristen and really cannot recommend her enough! 10/10 hire Ever After Weddings!!

We LOVED working with Kristen. We had a tricky wedding (brought in all vendors + guests to an old house down a long dirt road) and she knew exactly what to do every step of the way from the very beginning and was a constant source of enthusiasm, knowledge, and organization throughout. For every question we had along the way about how to handle a difficult decision, Kristen was there to help, and for anything we had to change on the fly, Kristen was supportive and flexible. And of course, she knew so many things to do we'd never think of. Our wedding was a perfect day and we couldn't have done it without Kristen and her team!

Kristen is so awesome. Best decision we made. We got her name from some other planners we had approached who were unavailable and we felt like we won the lottery. I can't recommend her more highly. She is kind, resourceful, on it, compassionate, creative... all the things you want in a planner. We are so grateful to her and we loved our wedding!

I am beyond grateful I found Kristen to help plan my wedding. She was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered all of my questions big and small, and went above and beyond for every task. When our photographer cancelled on us the day before our wedding, she had another person lined up within the hour and everything turned out amazing! Kristen also did our day-of set up and coordination on our wedding day and she made every detail beautiful. She made our day so special, I can't recommend her enough!

I cannot even begin to express how AMAZING Kristen Talbot is. A friend of mine getting married a year before me suggested I look into hiring her as our wedding coordinator for our 2022 Falmouth, MA wedding, and I am SO happy we did! From the get go, Kristen was attentive, made me feel at ease and helped bring our wedding vision to life. She was organized, knowledgeable, friendly, wonderful at communicating and always went above and beyond during the planning process. Her recommendations for vendors were incredible and I was thrilled with all of the ones we used. Our wedding was truly perfect and Kristen was such an essential part. Kristen is amazing! She did partial planning and day of coordination for my small at home wedding at my parent's home. She totally transformed our house into an amazing venue! Kristen was there throughout the whole planning process for anything we needed. Day of she was incredible! If anything went wrong we had no idea as she made it feel like everything was executed perfectly! We also did not have a DJ and she helped control my multiple spotify playlists. She went above and beyond and has a great, relaxed attitude! I would recommend Kristen to anyone!

Kristen is next-level amazing. She jumped right in from the moment we hired her using the Coordination Package just over a year before the wedding. She was an incredible resource for vendor referrals, monthly planning timeline/to-do’s, vendor and budget tracking, shuttle schedule, day-of timeline coordination and communication to vendors, AND was on-site with an assistant for 10 hours the day of the wedding. She also came the night before to coordinate and walk through rehearsal with the whole wedding party. She is just more than anyone could ever ask for and need in a planner, and she helped to connect the dots on absolutely everything to bring our perfect day to life in a seamless way. I am super Type A and VERY detail-oriented, and Kristen was in lock step with us the whole way through and didn’t miss a beat. One of my bridesmaids hired her before they even met at my wedding, because I just could not stop raving about her throughout the entire process. I hired Kristen when she was working independently, and she is now a part of B. REMEMBERED Weddings Event Planning.

Kristen was so helpful, and her entire team did an amazing job. I felt supported during the planning process and was so grateful on the day for all of their attention to detail. I am so grateful that I hired her because I knew I did not need to worry on our big day, and they had everything under control. Additionally, Kristen provided amazing vendor suggestions leading up to my big day. It was worth hiring her for that support alone! Lastly, Kristen went above and beyond to support me in a difficult situation with my hair and make-up artists, even coming to both my rehearsal and stopping in on the day of, which was outside of her contractual obligation since when I booked her she already had other commitments, and we were clear on another member of her team handling my event coordination. I could not have done it without her!

All I can say is - WOW! Kristen is absolutely amazing, and our wedding simply would not have happened without her. I think at this point it's kind of table stakes to be organized and on top of things as a wedding planner; what differentiates Kristen are her (a) calm demeanor (b) can-do attitude and (c) resourcefulness. Kristen was a rock throughout the multitude of crazy hoops we had to deal with while planning a wedding in COVID. She was always calm as can be and never once appeared even remotely stressed. It was extremely calming for ME as the bride. She also always had a solution for everything - so for example when the tent we'd planned to use got booked, she had a backup plan before she even told me something was wrong. So once again, I never had to stress - she had everything taken care of and kept everything positive and fun. She is solution-oriented and any time we needed her help she was ready to lend a hand. Finally, she is extremely well-connected and always had resources we could leverage if we needed something - a prop, a rental, etc. She had an answer for everything. Do not look any further - Kristen is the best of the best and yet humble, kind, supportive, and accommodating as can be. We loved working with her and would recommend her a million times over. I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with Kristen. From day one of hiring her, to our wedding day, she was always there for us each step of the way. She would always get back to us right away through email, her personal phone, texts- anytime with whatever we were looking for! We had a private estate wedding, and it was going to be a big process to make the house a venue however, she made it work perfectly with all my vendors, organized the entire day so smoothly. We could not have had our dream wedding at this estate venue if it wasn’t for Kristen. If you want the most organized, sweet, and professional event planner, I HIGHLY recommend her

Kristen has been helping me plan my June wedding for over a year! Since the time we started working together I’ve been so blown away by her organization, knowledge of the Cape Cod area, DIY and low cost ideas, and responsiveness to all my random emails. My wedding is completely BYO, which can be stressful, but Kristen she made it feel like a breeze planning and we’re having a ton of fun! I would Highly recommend Kristen to anyone who needs help keeping everything organized and coming up with budget-creative alternatives!

Kristen absolutely rocked it! She was beyond organized and prepared and very personable. It felt like planning a wedding with a friend! The big day she handled everything that came her way and allowed us and our family and friends to enjoy every moment and the celebration. Seriously do not know what we would have done without her; the best decision we made about our big day was choosing her as our wedding planner! Kristen was beyond exceptional! We are so happy we hired her for day-of coordination. She went above and beyond all of our expectations! She was so helpful in the entire year before our wedding, reaching out regularly to see if we needed help with any and all aspects of planning. We wanted to DIY as much as possible but did not want to stress on our wedding day. She made our wedding vision come to life! Kristen was so organized and kept the party on track. She made a detailed timeline for us and communicated with all of our vendors. We could not have done it without her. We really can not recommend her enough!!!

If I could fill in 10 stars I would. What a talent! I planned the wedding from out of state which was daunting at first. Kristen not only did so much extra legwork for me finding the best deals, she went above the call of duty traveling by the venue, meeting subcontractors, scouring stores and websites, storing my provisions in her home. She thought of so many things before I could even worry and the day of the wedding- at least 12 hard hours of labor. It was a magical day that never could have pulled off without the talent and energy of this fantastic planner! My family loved her as well as still deem it the Best Wedding Ever.

Words can't begin to explain how amazing Kristen is. She has an insane amount of knowledge on the wedding industry and gave us the best advice, she is extremely responsive and worked tirelessly on every request we had, and she was just so great and easy to work with! My husband and I would have been lost through the wedding planning process without Kristen and our wedding day would've been catastrophic without her there. Planning can be very stressful and anytime I felt stress building up, Kristen would be there to put my mind at ease - she made our planning a piece of cake! Also, as icing on the cake, I really don't think her cost can be beat (my sister had a planner that was 4x the cost and so many things went wrong on her wedding day). I would definitely recommend Kristen's wedding planning services; she is so worth it and you won't regret it.

We couldn't have done it without Kristen! She kept me calm and relaxed and made sure my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams! She is prompt, attentive and amazing at her job! Thank you so much!
