Evergreen Ranch LLC is a wedding venue located in Burr Oak, MI. Combining the best of shabby-chic with a rustic farm feel, this venue is a beautiful and secluded spot to tie the knot. Situated on 10 acres of land, the ranch is conveniently located near I-69, US-12, and US-131, with easy access to local hotels for out-of-town guests. The venue is owned and operated by Hank and Richelle Kulpinski, who live on-site with their three children and lots of animals. They invite you to spend the weekend celebrating at their picturesque property, where whispering pines and rolling fields make for a romantic retreat. The large grounds at Evergreen Ranch offer numerous ceremony sites, which you can tailor to your wedding size and needs. The venue provides an arch that you are welcome to set up anywhere you choose to say your vows. A small gazebo with a metal roof can also be used for an intimate ceremony, or for socializing with guests late into the night. Hold your reception in the renovated commercial barn, which can accommodate up to 225 guests. This unique space features large white sliding doors, exposed beams and pillars, hardwood floors, and wrought-iron chandeliers set with antique lights. Wooden bar tables and barstools have been built into the space and seat 83 people. The venue also comes with two get-ready suites where you and your wedding party can get dressed, relax, and prepare for the big day. When you rent the Evergreen Ranch, you will have exclusive access to the property from 4 pm on Friday to 11 am on Sunday. This will give you plenty of time to set up and break down the festivities as well as to take photos on the lush grounds. Rentals come with 50 white wood padded-seat folding chairs, 110 brown wood padded-seat folding chairs, and 200 white plastic folding chairs. Table options include 20 eight-feet plastic banquet tables, 21 40-inch round tables, and 4 bar-height tables with 16 metal bar stools. To accent the space, the venue provides wine barrels, a sweetheart table, a wire spool table, and three metal troughs for storing beverages. Lawn games are also available for your enjoyment, and air-conditioned bathrooms and parking are plentiful.
