She went above and beyond by making a very descriptive timeline we both had access to, and share it with all of my vendors to make sure we were all in the same page, while contacting them independently to address any obstacles ahead of time. Additionally, she kept a very organized and descriptive note file with all the details concerning decor to ensure nothing was missed the day of. Mari is always willing to do anything you envision and will never say no, she even finished putting together the final layers of the cake I had made, which is not her expertise, but yet did an excellent work with it. Mari is available to answer any questions at any time and always responds quickly. The day of, she was there first thing in the morning, ensuring everything and every one was ready to go and on time. If anything was not going according to plan, she made sure to get in contact to help decide. Mari went as far as to bring my husband and I water while we were taking pictures during the cocktail hour. The ceremony and reception progressed flawlessly thanks to her, and when the party was over, she had already picked up what we needed and put it in the designated car, including all numbered family cards. Mari even went around our guest tables ensuring everyone had signed our “sign-book alternative.” This is not just my review, this is all the guests that approached me after the wedding and told me how perfect and organized everything was, and specifically mentioned Mari’s great work. She was hustling and perfection through it all. My husband, then fiance, was one who was initially skeptical of us hiring a coordinator, thinking it was unnecessary, to later recognizing what an essential piece Mari played on our wedding, even thinking we did not pay her enough for her work. She was excellent, and I will always remember her dearly. She was better than what I could have expected.

ady, we were looking to leverage DIY decor and florals but ran into challenges with storage, set up, and tear down. Our planner recommended talking to Marilane, who ended up being an amazing resource and vendor to work with. I (the bride) have worked with a luxury wedding planner for ten years and my husband is a detailed project manager. We know the difference between someone who checks boxes and someone who is mentally thoughtful and proactive, making impactful suggestions to the underlying vision. She was able to flawlessly understand and scope that we were looking to do and everything was executed well by her team on the day of. I went from wondering how we were doing to pull this off to looking forward to seeing the dream come together in real life! Many of the planners we consulted with do not do design work, but Mari has a good eye for logistical flow and design. She is responsive, organized, and will work with your venue on all aspects of decor. Several times she helped suggest what to order and gave me peace that I wasn't blindly putting pieces together. Everything looked beautiful on the day of and as requested. When something came in and wasn't quite right, she messaged me and researched solutions right away. And when there was a slight emergency with the venue during our reception, she jumped into action and solved it quickly. Cannot recommend her enough. You will be in top tier hands.
