This location was everything we pictured and more, the venue itself was beautiful and the property was the perfect backdrop to our day. a Seca. From the moment I called I had exceptional service. Melissa was by far the most helpful event coordinator I have ever dealt with. From every phone call to detail she was right there to assist me. If I called and no one answered, I would get a call right back making sure every question I had was answered. The day of the wedding was nothing short from exceptional as well. Melissa was right by my side throughout the entire event, making sure everything was perfect and every need was met. We got so many compliments on our wedding and the venue. This truly was an amazing experience and I can’t think Melissa and Danielle enough for helping make this dream come true!

So the fact that the package included their own catering and contracted DJ, Florist, and Cake Baker meant that it was less decisions and managing that we needed to do, and we were very happy with that. The entire process working with them was great, and they meticulously ensured the details were taken care of, and on the day of the wedding, they had everything set up and my family and friends didn't have to set up anything. The staff are so kind and professional, even though there was a change of hands in who was working there as a the event planners from when we booked in April 2023 until our wedding day in June 2024. With the newest planners and staff, we had a great experience. They listened to our needs and wants, and would definitely recommend this venue to anyone in the Monterey area! They changed their florist to D’Lily’s Flowers months before our wedding, and I was okay with that because D’Lily’s was fantastic! I loved that the vendors contracted with Fairview were great and they help to ensure the best experience for their couples.

When we met with the team at Fairview we were hesitant as we were becoming jaded and thought we’d likely have to compromise; however, as we began elaborating the significance of paying homage to our culture, we were not told no, sorry we can’t, rules, this and that. They said, we will make it happen. That’s when we fell in love with this place. The professionalism and kindness the team here provide exemplifies the standard of pedigree wedding planners and much more. From top to bottom, not a detail is overlooked. Having a momentous celebration such as a wedding, here, is an amazing experience as the care provided is complimented by genuine regard for the love exuded by every couple that dreams of bringing their vision to life. vendors (cake, floral, dj, food, bar). We only had about six months to plan, and that made the process much easier. They were going through a few staffing changes during the beginning of our planning process making communication a bit difficult. However, once we started working with Danielle it was great. She made sure to let us know about times/dates/payments, etc., and that we had everything needed for the big day. She made sure to reach out to vendors if we didn't hear back from them. We had around 60 guests at our wedding, and it was the perfect size. In addition, the pricing is very fair for what's included (we chose the Elite package). The floral ended being amazing, everything I wanted. As well as the cake, it was delicious. The DJ was simply ok. He played good music. However, I found he didn't quite get the crowd hyped up as I would have liked. Overall, it was a great day, and I would recommend Fairview for your wedding!

escribe this rating. TLDR: My husband and I absolutely loved our wedding- it was beautiful and filled with so much love and laughter. Anything that went wrong did not at all detract from the overall vibe of our day! Rehearsal: went so smooth and we had plenty of time to set up our decorations the night before- which was awesome! Vendors: Flor De Monterey- bridal flowers were not included in the elite package and to add them was over $1200. I just did not have the budget and decided to just stick with what my package included (arbor pieces and centerpieces). However, when I received my proposal to add just a few extra flowers they attempted to charge me for the centerpieces and pressured me heavily to pay asap or else my flowers wouldn’t be available. However, when I’d try to adjust the proposal it was days before they’d correct it. When they finally fixed their mistake there was no communication at all. It felt unfriendly and I worried they wouldn’t do the centerpieces, so I ended buying extra flowers from Trader Joe’s just in case. In the end it all worked out and the arbor pieces and centerpieces looked great! It was just uncomfortable feeling like a vendor wouldn’t communicate properly. DJ Shawn Storm- hands down such an awesome DJ! Played all the music we wanted at each part of our wedding. He even played some OG Bay Area songs towards the end when it was mostly the bridal party and our other friends. I Do Wedding cakes- I will order every cake for every occasion from Debbie. We upgraded our cake to be marble cake with a tiramisu filling and it was phenomenal! We got so many compliments on our cake. Venue Coordinator: we started the process with Amber and my husband even left a review for her to show our gratitude and appreciate for all she had done in preparation for our day. Unfortunately, at our rehearsal I was told Amber quit a week prior and my husband and I were not notified. This was really disappointing to not be contacted about this. Tiffany stepped up for rehearsal and the wedding day and she was awesome. However, if I hadn’t hired a separate day of coordinator many things wouldn’t have happened because Tiffany left after my first dance. For instance, my vegans were not given their food and my day of coordinator had to go into the kitchen and figure out what happened. I was having to check in with my vegan guests because I felt so bad they didn’t receive their food when they were suppose too. Eventually some did but I still had 2 vegans not receive their food at all. I had sat down with Tiffany at my rehearsal and mapped out where the vegan dishes go but this fell through. It’s hard to eat at your own wedding when your guest can’t either. The GM and bartender were appointed as people to handle everything after Tiffany left but I had never talked to them about my wedding timeline- so my photographer and other coordinator had to be the people who ran the show. Moral of the story- hire an outside day of coordinator! Drinks and food: Besides the issues with my vegans, the food was great and drinks were wonderful! Matt and Brandon were so incredibly helpful when it was needed! Overall, we had a blast. Some hiccups are expected with weddings- it would be foolish to think there would be none. So, I do highly recommend Fairview Laguna Seca because the property is breathtaking and the all inclusive packages are really hard to beat! We thank everyone at FLS for their part in making our day so special!

it of the planning. Any questions I had along the way they were their to answer all my questions and reassure me no to worry, they had my back. The ceremony was beautiful, the bubbles after the "I do" was such a great idea. The reception, food and DJ was amazing. My family talks about the wedding on a daily and could not say enough good things. I am just so sad that day went by so fast. I have so much memories and even shed some tears with our wedding planners. They were the sweetest people ever.

While looking at other venues, Fairview Laguna Seca had something special no one else had to offer and that is Amber and her vendor team. From the day we called to book a tour we felt accommodated and welcomed and that made us even more excited to take the next step and we are so glad we did. Our friends and family enjoyed themselves, and could not stop mentioning how lovely the venue was and how amazing all of the staff was (shoutout to the bartender). The only downfall we had was that it went by so quick!

This venue was so intimate and the views were beautiful! Efrain and I cannot thank you enough. I plan to come back and renew our vows here some day :)
