We used Fairytale Productions for their DJ services. Ryan was very thorough in the planning process and responsive to our preferences! We were hoping to have a more "classic" music style and not overly modern. Our DJ (John Frasson) did a fantastic job using our suggested songs and styles and the environment of our reception was exactly what we hoped for! He did an outstanding job, and was positive and engaging with our guests without being overpowering. We received SO many complements from our guests about how much fun they had and the music selection was great. We highly recommend Fairytale for their quality and value!!

Photography: Erica G 10/10! Our photographer, Erica, was amazing. She was so kind and helped us with poses and always made sure that we looked great. Our photos turned out amazing, no complaints! She helped keep me (the bride) calm prior to first looks and helped coach us through the day. I'm so thankful she helped things run so smoothly and helped us stay present in the moment. It never felt like any of the pictures were forced. Our "photo rush" was such a great way to get our photos with everyone and it felt fun. I recommend this to our friends that are getting married. We highly praise and recommend her to everyone. Videography: Paul B 9/10! Our wedding videos turned out great. My only complaint is that the music during our "private vows" section was a bit too loud, making it hard to hear the actual vows. The music choice was good, though I wish we could have picked what songs we could use in the video. I'm sure it was a copyright thing. Either way, our videographer was amazing. Professional, kind, and willing to help out when tissues were needed. We highly praise and recommend him to everyone. DJ: Dom D 3/10 This is where the major complaints come in. To put it bluntly: our DJ was a huge let down. He mis-pronounced our last name during the entrances, which was really inexcusable. He asked us before we walked in how to pronounce it, and still got it wrong. He also did not pick the correct bridal party entrance song. This was so upsetting, as we spent so much time trying to find the perfect one. He played songs from our "Do not play" List that we created and completed 2 weeks prior to the wedding, as well as not playing all the songs from our "Must-Play" List. He also did not take requests from the bride and groom during the reception. We had asked for no requests from guests, but figured since it was our wedding we could request songs as we wanted them. The microphones cut out during speeches which ended up making the video not as good during that portion. He also failed to play our cake cutting song as well as a song I picked to play quietly during my speech to my mom. While the DJ was nice and respectful, he did not try to hype up or work the crowd. Overall, we would not recommend this DJ to anyone.

We used Fairytale for our wedding video and DJ. We were very happy with the videography services--the team did a great job blending in with the crowd, getting great footage, and editing our movie together. However, we were pretty disappointed with the DJ services. We created a full playlist on Apple Music for cocktail hour. We just asked the DJ to press play on an in-house speaker. However, he must have forgotten this information and played a bunch of music we had on our "yes/no" list for the reception. During the reception, he played very generic Top 40 hits. None of the music we requested (including special requests from our RSVP form). We put a considerable amount of time into those playlists and had a pre-wedding meeting to review. Unfortunately, it seemed like all of our work didn't amount to much. When I was walking down the aisle, the DJ started to play the wrong song. Fortunately, our Day of Coordinator was able to correct it pretty quickly. We also had some unique multi-cultural aspects to our wedding. We tried very hard to review in advance of the wedding but had a hard time getting ahold of our DJ until a few days before. During the wedding, he had some fumbles with names and titles that we really tried to clarify during our pre-wedding meeting. At times, his jokes seemed disrespectful (i.e. asking which of my husband's parents would start a speech and pulling the microphone back and forth between them after my MIL agreed to start). We also had a period of time dedicated to toasts by whoever wanted to contribute. His approach felt pushy and I think it made some of our guests uncomfortable contributing. Finally, we danced the Horah and had chairs set aside by the dancefloor. He told us to go to the center of the dancefloor and we never had time to use or move the chairs. He was very confident that he knew the protocol for the Horah during our pre-wedding meeting so I'm surprised this was another miss. Altogether our wedding was beautiful and amazing. But, unfortunately, I do not feel like I can recommend Fairytale Productions DJ services.

We understand how important music is for creating the perfect atmosphere and apologize for any distress caused by the miscommunication and the DJ's handling of cultural aspects and the Horah. Please know that the DJ in question is no longer with our team, and we have implemented significant changes since your event a year ago to improve our services. We used Fairytale for our videography and DJ. I was extremely pleased with the service we received. Chris was always very responsive! We have not received our video back yet, but Paul was amazing throughout the whole ceremony and reception! He worked well with our local photographer as well! If I could give our DJ, Jason, 6 stars I would. My husband and I had a very specific playlist we wanted, and he was so accommodating to that. He was so helpful throughout the planning process and the whole reception, even when we had forgotten a few things leading up to the reception!

We went through Fairytale Productions for our DJ. After booking they set us up with a link to build a playlist for the songs that we would like to be played during our reception. They also had a questionnaire for us to fill out regarding our grand entrance with the bridal party names and first dance songs, etc. We also used them for our ceremony and filled out a questionnaire for that as well. The company reached out a few weeks in advance to confirm details and go over our timeline, as well as let us know who our DJ was and that he would be setting up a call with us the week of the wedding to discuss any changes. The DJ we worked with was John. He was extremely helpful and took notes on our last minute updates and was easy to communicate with via phone and email. He did an excellent job for both our ceremony and reception. The music cues were timed perfectly and when our planned timeline was pushed back a bit, he kept the guests entertained. He also checked with us on name pronunciation for our bridal party and the order that everyone would be walking out in right before the event and double checked before announcing our grand entrance! Overall, great experience with this company.

I used FP for DJ, photo/video. The planning process was very easy with their online system. The owners were great about making sure everything was on track. Below is my review for each person. Photographer (Ryan) and videographer (Justin) were simply amazing. I did not want to spend hours on photos and they made sure it went smoothly and quick but still capturing all the memories! Great personalities and fun to work with! Unfortunately I was not happy with the DJ John. He was great for the ceremony but not for the reception. I spent hours putting together a play list and checked the box to only play those songs and no “free play”. Once I realized that I had to ask him to please only play my songs and he knew those were not my requested songs. After he did play mine but that’s the last thing I want to worry about. Also the whole song would be played and there were no transitions into the next song so I felt like he did not engage the audience well.

I booked videography, photo booth, and DJ services with Fairytale Productions. Communication was open and great from the day I booked up until the wedding day. I enjoyed the videographer, he was great as well as the hosts for the photo booth. The two things I did not like were the DJ and the issues I ran into with the editing team in regards to our highlights video. Although there were issues with things I specifically requested for our videography that were not in the highlights video, they quickly responded and fixed it. The DJ however was not good and did not have any ability to keep people on the dance floor. I would recommend their videography and photo booth services, however I would not recommend their DJ services.

I had Robert as my Photographer and John as the DJ. Photo: Could not have asked for better. My husband and I are not fond of being photographed but Robert made it so we were. He made us laughed and even played along with the bridesmaids pranking the groomsmen. I also applaud Robert for getting all the pictures from the dance floor. I haven’t seen the physical pictures yet, however he was not afraid to get into the middle of the crowd to get pictures of the dance floor. DJ: John was great! He called about a week before the wedding to go over all of the details. I had younger children in the wedding party and he was so flexible with them when it came to entering into the reception. He did great with our song list as well as requests from the guest! I really appreciated as well how he came out to me to double check everything before the wedding party entered into the reception area! This was my first time booking a photographer and Dj service. Fairytale came highly recommended by my friend/coordinator. Could not have asked for a better experience

We loved working with Fairytale Production on our video. They made the entire process so easy for us. They were quick to respond whenever we had a question. Our wedding was postponed due to Covid and Fairytale made it hassle free to move our date. They were wonderful the day of! Very professional!! We LOVED our final video and can not wait to share it with family and friends!

Our experience with Fairytale was nothing short of fantastic. They were simultaneously unobtrusive but extremely pleasant and friendly, so my wife and I never had an issue enjoying the pivotal moments of our wedding day. The videos are beautiful, and I don’t think we could have asked for better angles. We love them so much we bought enough copies to give to our parents and other family members!

We used Fairytale Productions for our wedding videography this past summer. Even in the middle of a pandemic and despite planning, re planning and re planning again, Fairytale production was very supportive, flexible, and truly captured our “fairytale” wedding day absolutely beautifully. If you ever second guess getting a videographer for your big day, DONT QUESTION IT!! Photos only do so much, videography is so much more memorable, we absolutely LOVE our wedding video!!

My husband and I loved the whole Fairytale Production crew! The prices/packages were reasonable, the services made our wedding day turn into our dream day and everyone was very professional/fun! We chose to do pictures, videography and DJ through Fairytale and we are so happy we did! :) 10/10 for everything!! Choosing Fairytale Productions was HANDS DOWN the best choice we made for our wedding! The organization and planning was thorough, timely, organized, and pleasant. Every step along the process was helpfully communicated to me and I felt so comfortable and confident that my wedding memories would be in good hands. Fast forward to day of-Chris was like a part of the family and jumped right into our beautiful chaos to start making his magic happen! I was so overwhelmed by his kindness, good nature, and willingness to roll with our busy schedule. The finished product is absolutely stunning. From capturing the doors opening before I walked down the aisle, to the smile on my groom’s face when he first saw me...the moments captured by Fairytale Productions are truly incredible and priceless. The best wedding advice I got was to get a wedding video and I could not be more pleased with my experience with Fairytale Productions! They are truly a class act!

Fairytale Productions was our DJ and Photo Booth at our wedding last May. The DJ did a great job introducing the bridal party and the Photo Booth was a huge hit! They did a great job and were very quick at responding to emails/calls before the big day. The only thing that I think they need to consider with their business is offering lighting. I had to go through another vendor just to order the lights at the venue when most DJ's that I had researched offered lighting. Overall, I decided on Fairytale Productions because my friend had them at her wedding and they did an awesome job! Would definitely recommend!

We hired Fairytale Productions as our DJ & Photobooth and could not have been happier with them. My DJ, Steve, spoke to me on the phone the Monday before the wedding to review the details, timeline and pronunciation of names for my Bridal Party. We got SO MANY compliments on music choices, flow, and dancing. He knew exactly what song to play next based on the crowd. The photo booth was spectacular as well! We received a booklet of all of our guests photos with cute notes. Large amount of fun props provided by them!

Dom did an absolutely excellent job as our DJ! He listened to the requests I had made online, played plenty of slow songs as I requested, and knew when it was time to speed it up again. He also was a great MC and was professional in introduced us and the people giving speeches. The staff at Fairytale Prod. was also great and very communicative. We had the open air photobooth too, and since I made my own backdrop, they were great about ensuring the camera was set up correctly to show as much of it in the photo as possible. The props were great and they worked well with the many kids we had attending who LOVED the booth. Thanks!

We used Fairytale Productions for photo, video and photo booth. We have received our full wedding video and highlights and are so happy with how it turned out! Our videographer, Rob, was so friendly and professional on our wedding day and provided amazing video edits for us to cherish. We had Meredith for photography and very much enjoyed working with her that day. We haven't received our photos yet. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that I wish the social media from this company posted more and stayed more up to date, because the quality of the service is excellent. Also, the secondary photographer was late in the morning and had the groom re-dress several times to get the shots. She did not add to our overall impression of the company. In the end, we are very pleased with our product so far and highly recommend Rob for videography!

We hired Fairytale Productions to shoot our wedding video in September, 2018 and absolutely loved working with them! Chris was always available and easy to contact and we cannot say enough great things about Rob. Rob is an amazing videographer and was such a delight to have around on our day. He was professional, but fun, which is exactly what any bride and groom need!

They even found a song last minute during the wedding for me so I could make my Texas family feel more at home. John was our DJ and he did a great job. We could not be happier! Our Videographers, I'll be honest made me nervous, because we never saw them and I worried what they got footage wise, but we just got our wedding video less than 3 weeks after our wedding and we are so happy! The fact that we didn't even notice them and they just followed our separate photographer's lead was amazing. One less thing we had to think about the day of. We booked early so we had a 3 week expedited process that normally costs more. I did a lot of research and felt fairytale gave us the most bang for our buck. We have a highlight film for social media and the full length video which is about an hour. The day goes so fast you miss details and forget things quickly, so to be able to watch the full length video to reminisce and share with our future children is so nice. We love it!

My husband was very skeptical because we were spending so much in one place, but after seeing everything in action, he finally appreciates the work of this amazing team. We had a lovely and talented photographer- Christina, 2 videographers, 1 DJ, 1 photo booth guy, a photo booth book and engagement pictures all included! Fairytale Productions provides you with an online account so you can make payments and answer all of the questions needed to give you what you want. They were so helpful and understanding as we figured out the details. My friends and family adored our DJ, who quickly figured them out and interacted with them throughout the night. The photo booth guy was hilarious and made sure our book was great. The video guys were so good that I forgot they were there often. I cannot wait to get the video!! The photos I have seen so far are already gorgeous. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about how much I loved working with Fairytale! I used them for the photography and videography at my wedding in May. They were so easy to work with and they make sure to follow up with you many times before the big day. I had Robert as my photographer. He was great! He made my husband and I so comfortable and relaxed. He was able to get every shot that I wanted for the day! We also used them for our wedding video and it turned out better than I ever expected! We got the video back after only 2 months! It's beautiful and I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you, Fairytale!

Wonderful to work with Fairytale Productions! We used them for video and photo packages as well as photo booth! Our photo booth album was put together and given to us at the end of our wedding day. Our video came about four months later and same with the photo book! All our images came to us one month after our wedding! We loved all their work! They did a fantastic job capturing our day without feeling like we were on a photo shoot. We highly recommend them!

Awesome! Very fair pricing and excellent packages. Our vidographers were Rob and Corey and they were both awesome. We had a lot of details at our wedding that were important to us and they made sure to capture them all. I will say to all brides- hire a videographer!! I was very against it at first, but there is so much going on, you really need someone there to film your whole day because it is a million events going on at once. I would definitely recommend Fairytale Productions to do that for you! Very impressed!

Fairytale Productions provided us the most amazing photographers, videographers, DJ and photo booth!! Meredith and Corey were fantastic photographers and made the day so special for us. They arrived on time and made sure to get all of the shots we needed! The DJ was fantastic and made sure to keep the whole evening moving and on schedule! Also the guests loved the photo booth, which is such a fun thing to have at a wedding!

We had a great experience with Fairytale Productions! They provided both our photo booth services, and video services for our wedding. Our guests loved using the photo booth at our wedding, it was a lot of fun! Our videographer was very professional, friendly, and captured every moment of our special day. When we got our video back, we were so excited- it surpassed our expectations. Watching the video was really like re-living our wedding day. The highlight video was fantastic!

Fairytale Productions is phenomenal when it comes to their videography! They have many packages to fit what you want and how you want to view your wedding video every anniversary. It was extremely important to me that I had every aspect of the ceremony filmed. I did not want cuts in any of the events of the day because it is the most important day of your life and I wanted to relive it every year. I have done a lot of research and they are one of the only companies that will give you your entire ceremony, all of the toasts/speeches, important dances, etc. They captured it all for us! Yuri was especially amazing with Alex! They truly have a rare eye for creating interesting and artistic storytelling with the video. They spent the entire day capturing every moment from getting ready to saying goodbye. After receiving our 2-minute “Coming Soon” video, my husband and I were just blown away with all of the detail that was captured. There were moments that we did not even realize that anyone was filming and they got raw emotion of our vows and us reading letters that we wrote to each other in the morning of our wedding. Fairytale Productions has it in their name…they capture fairytales and that is exactly what they did for us!

Fairytale Productions was so easy to work with. We knew that we wanted someone to do our wedding video and after talking with them on the phone I knew they were who we wanted to capture the day of. We haven't gotten our video back yet but based on how smoothly everything ran day of along with seeing the sample of the final shot we know it will be amazing. You will not be disappointed by choosing them to cover your special day!

Fairytale Productions did a great job covering our wedding day. I knew from the beginning of wedding planning, a very good videographer was on the top of my list. I found Fairytale Productions to have everything I was looking for quality wise at a more affordable rate. They also offered discounts for off season which was awesome. I haven't seen any of the footage yet but if my wedding day was any indication of what the final product will be, it will be very good. Definitely a company you should look into if you are looking for a wedding videographer.

We spent a lot of time researching the type of company we wanted to have capture the most special day of our lives. When we spoke with Fairytale, it was a done deal. They were incredibly courteous, patient and communicative! Our photographers and videographers were so much fun to work with! We can't wait to see the final products! Fairytale Productions was great to work with! They were always available to answer any questions we had, and they were great with staying in touch in the months leading up to the wedding. We went with DJ, photobooth, and photographer. The day of, they all arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. I just got the photos, and they came out great! My only complain is that the DJ did not play all the songs on my "must play" list. Besides that, everything went very smoothly. THANK YOU!

My husband and I loved having fairytale productions film our wedding day! From the beginning, ryan Murphy was so helpful in the planning process. Also, Our videographer Paul was a pleasure to work with and we loved having him be such a big part of our day . I was so happy we picked fairytale for our videography and photo booth! I would definitely recommend this company 😊

Fairytale Productions and DJ Jason did a fabulous job for our wedding. They were easy to communicate with and offered phone consultations since we were living out of state. On our wedding day Jason made sure we had everything we needed to make our a day a success and he did a great job keeping everyone on the dance floor. We had the idea of asking guests for song requests which was in part a good idea but there were times when the music just wasn't getting EVERYONE on the dance floor and he made sure to get the vibes back up and get everyone back out. He did a great job with announcements and keeping a great atmosphere! I wish we could do it all over again!

I hired Fairytale Productions for their DJ, Videography, and Photobooth services. First of all, I myself am a professional videographer and editor (not for weddings). So when I say that I looked all over for a wedding videography service that knew what they were doing and delivered quality footage of my special day, I mean it because I am picky. Fairytale productions knows what they're doing with that video, absolutely amazing! Don't let anyone else shoot it! And trust me, when it comes to the best day of your life, don't you want to keep it forever? Our videographer Paul, was spectacular, he was like a part of the family at the end of the night. That being said, the wait list for the video to be edited is quite long, so have patience. Second, our DJ John, was fun and friendly and knew how to read a crowd. Didn't even need to meet/talk to him before the event, he just knew what he was doing. Third, the photo-booth services were awesome!! No other photo-booth service does it like Fairytale Productions. Their photo-booth is not ugly or too big, it's actually cool looking. All of our guests loved it! There's no limit to who can go it there, everyone gets a copy, and they gave me my own book of every photo taken and everyone's signatures! This is so precious to me, it replaced the guest book.

I was very impressed with Fairytale from the start. They really helped us to get a package that worked within our budget and they showed up on time for the wedding day. Our videographer was extremely nice and professional and he showed us a couple of shots after he got them. I can’t wait to see the highlight reel and the finished video!

Our videographer, Paul, was very professional and made sure to stay out of the way while still capturing beautiful shots. Working in the media industry, I'm pretty particular with video and audio quality. We got our video back and have watched it probably a thousand times — our family and friends love it and we will recommend Fairytale Productions to our friends seeking videography services for their special day. Thank you for forever capturing our wedding.

We loved our experience with Fairytale Productions! Doug was our "master" videographer, and he was fantastic! He was very professional and seemed very experienced. He kept us calm and happy all day. I really enjoyed his shots in Belle Isle. Very scenically beautiful and he even captured birds flying in a really cool way. Anyways, we loved our 5-7 video short, as well as our videography from the day, as a whole. Thank you, again, for everything! I would highly recommend Fairytale Productions!

Fairytale productions was a great company to work for! I haven't received any sneak pictures yet which I wish I would have by now since I got married 9.9.17. But I'm hoping it's all worth the wait! Also excited to see our teaser video that hopefully will come soon as well but I know these things take time!! The day of lance (videographer) and John (photographer ) were both fun and great to work with!! I will post another review once I get some pictures and video back!!

We used Fairytale Productions for our wedding in September 2017 and they were FANTASTIC! We had Rob & Corey as our photographers and they were not only efficient and had a whole plan for the photos they were fun, creative and up for any ideas that we had. Our videographer was amazing as well. He got shots of everything that was important to us and made sure to make time for both the bridal party and the reception with friends and family to make sure everyone was included. They truly helped make our day the best and to run smoothly. The photo booth was a hit and o the props were great.

We planned our wedding in Ann Arbor, Michigan from New York so it was important to us to work with a company which could provide multiple services. After hours of research and chatting with Kristen we chose Fairytale Productions for their comprehensive Photography, Videography, DJ, and Photobooth services and they did not disappoint! It was very convenient to have a one stop shop for all the services and the added cost benefit of bundled pricing. They have very detailed questionnaires which Chris walked through with us to get every detail planned for our wedding. Ryan was our videographer and Meredith was our photographer and they were both very professional and made us feel at ease. Meredith showed us a few of the photos she captured and they were so beautiful! We can't wait to see the final products! DJ Dom did a great job reading the room and playing songs that got everyone out on the dance floor; we had such a blast! The photobooth attendants were also very professional and it was so awesome to see all the photos a week later online in high resolution! It was fun to relive the night and share all the goofy photos with our friends and family! We would definitely recommend Fairytale Productions!

Though it was a little worrisome in the beginning because we didn't hear from the videographer until a week before the wedding, but he was professional and worked well with the other vendors! Videos are amazing and the highlight video is perfect for sharing on social media. We were even able to make a request for additional footage that was important to us. The wait time for the videos was about two months(we got married in a busy season)and their website waiting list wasn't updated. Perfection!
