We were unsure how it was all the design choices we made were going to come together, but they did a spectacular job in tying everything together seamlessly. Everything ended up absolutely stunning and we could not have been happier with their service.

We had the pleasure of working with Fantasy Sound Event Services for our August 2024 wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with their décor and DJ services. The lighting and decorations were absolutely perfect and brought our vision to life. The ambiance was truly magical and set the ideal tone for our special day. The Fantasy Sound team provided exceptional service for our May 2024 Wedding. From the set up through to the end of the (late) night, our DJ - Glen, was amazing. The whole day went so smoothly, and Glen was a big reason why. He has so much experience and made the planning process easy and fun for us. Glen helped make the whole Wedding day so much fun, and really took our dinner speeches and reception the next level!!! We can't recommend Glen (and the Fantasy Sound Team) enough. If you are looking for a great Wedding DJ, or a DJ for any event for that matter, you found the one!

For our wedding at Casa Real in Pleasanton, CA, we had the absolute pleasure of working with Fantasy Sound for all of our audio (and visual) needs. Kevin was an incredible DJ and MC for the night, introduced everything at the right time, played all of our favorite songs, livened up the dance floor at the appropriate times, and was an all around great person to work with during the wedding process. I am a wedding planner and one of my couples recently hired Fantasy Sound Event Services for their wedding at Casa Real. The team was attentive and responsive leading up to the event. The day of, they were on time to set up and did an absolutely beautiful job! We selected Fantasy Sound as our DJ since they were a preferred vendor and had glowing reviews, and we have to agree! When first deciding on a DJ we had a quick call with two of their DJs and felt a great connection with Glen. We are so thrilled we went with Glen - our prep meetings leading up to the day were so helpful and enjoyable and Glen made us feel so comfortable that he was truly a professional and was going to be amazing. And it really ended up perfectly. He helped put my family at ease, making sure they were prompted when and where to go for toasts, he was so fun meeting my wedding party and doing their reception intros, and across the board he just really read the room to keep the party going smoothly. Our dance floor was filled the WHOLE night which is everything I could have asked for. I am so grateful for Glen, he is not only a great DJ but an amazing master of ceremonies!

We worked with Kevin at Fantasy Sound for our wedding at Nella Terra Cellars, and we’re so glad we did! The music at our reception was awesome, and each part of the event flowed very smoothly into the next. One of the highlights of our day was dancing with all our guests. We had almost all generations on the dance floor until the end, and we had so many family members and friends comment on how much they loved the music. We’ve already recommended Kevin to our friends getting married next year, and would recommend Fantasy Sound to anyone in the area!

We first heard of Fantasy Sound on the Palm Event Center's preferred vendor list. We liked how they could provide multiple services. Through them, we ended up booking our DJ, Photobooth and Light fixtures. They had a showcase at their office with all of their different light fixtures and rental items which was very helpful. We had great service and great communication with Fantasy Sound. If we had more money in our budget, we would've also booked their videographer service. Since they were very familiar with our venue, they also had a lot of good insight based on what they have seen clients do in the space in the past. We would highly recommend!

We used Fantasy Sound for our wedding and they were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were extremely responsive throughout the whole process and were so accommodating when we had to postpone our original 2020 wedding date. We hired them for a DJ, Photobooth, and additional lighting. Kevin was our DJ and he was fantastic to work with! He did an amazing job MCing our wedding and kept everyone on the dance floor all evening. We wouldn't have changed a thing! The photobooth and lighting installation was great as well. We are using Fantasy Sound for our wedding in April 2022. They have beens so easy to work with. Even after a postponement. Darcie ad Lindsay in the office have been been so wonderful. We are using FSES for DJ, Lighting, Videography, and Photo Booth. We have seen them at previous weddings and events so we know they will do an amazing job. We can't wait to have Fantasy Sound at our wedding.

We had booked Fantasy Sound as our wedding DJ and lighting. The lighting was absolutely stunning and Kevin (the DJ) was so fun to work with. They entire team there made the process easy and we’re great with communicating. They truly made it a special day!

Unfortunately we didn’t do all the dancing and party we probably would have wanted, but Kevin knew exactly what to do. After changing our wedding about 3 different times my communication was constant with the company let alone they reached out all the time. Our wedding was very laid back with just a few demands such as the processional song, the recessional song, and our first dance. Other than that we just wanted relax cocktail vibes and light dinner type music. It was absolutely perfect and got many compliments from guests on how amazing the song choices where throughout the night. Kevin really did it all!!! So all the credit goes to him.

We had the most beautiful chandelier in the middle of our dance floor from Fantasy Sound! I appreciated that they allowed and created a mold of our custom monogram (designed by our friend) as it made it extra special. The drapery they had installed was exactly what I’d wanted. Our guests thought everything was simply beautiful! Thank you to the whole Fantasy Sound team for helping to make our day so perfect!

We used Fantasy Sound for our wedding last week, which was rescheduled from summer of last year, for lights, sound and DJ services. Our DJ was Glenn, and he was great! the lightening they provided was also beautiful and they allowed our florist to hang some greenery from their lights. They were also so accommodating and helpful with the rescheduling process due to COVID. I feel lucky that they allowed us to reschedule without any additional hiccups, fees, or loss of payments. I see other reviews here rating them 1 star for refusal to refund deposits for cancelled weddings due to COVID, and my heart really goes out to both parties, but I don't feel it is a true reflection of Fantasy Sound and their services. I can only imagine how hard it has been for businesses to stay afloat during the pandemic, and I'm grateful that rescheduling was as easy as it was with them, because I've definitely heard much worse from other couples with other vendors who rescheduled. Overall, I'd choose them again if I had the chance, but maybe I'd book more lighting because it really was so beautiful day-of :)

!!! Attention: DO NOT BOOK WITH FANTASY SOUND EVENTS BEFORE READING THIS!!! We had to cancel our wedding due to Covid and Fantasy Sound is NOT giving us any of our refunds because we paid them early. (what i thought would be the smart thing paying all of our vendors early, getting those small tasks off our plate) They have a clause in their contract saying if you pay them early, then they have the right not to refund you. Of course, under normal circumstances pre-covid, we felt that this was nightly unlikely and paid them. This is the ONLY vendor that has been unwilling to refund us ANY of our funds outside the non-refundable 500 retainer clause. I think it is disgusting that we are in the middle of a global pandemic, and they are treating their customers this way. Us having to cancel our event is 100% out of our control & if it weren’t for the global pandemic, we would have had our wedding. We have personally been affected, my husband lost his job due to the pandemic, and it’s been challenging financially, similar to what many others are experiencing. Do yourself a favor and chose a vendor that will work with you during extreme circumstances and not punish you for paying them early.

We used Fantasy Sound for decoration purposes. We rented the wood panel wall with our initials and were originally going to use it as a backdrop at our sweetheart table. Then we had to move our ceremony & reception outdoors and were only allowed 50 guests at the ceremony and 30 at the reception. Due to 20 of our guests having to leave after the ceremony, we decided to use the wall as a photo booth where we could take pictures with those guests as they left the venue. We also had to move our delivery time frame up due to our ceremony time moving from 4 to 3 pm. We added 2 wine barrels to help frame the wall and use as a table top for our flower decorations. While at our ceremony rehearsal, our photographer suggested we change the original placement to a different area due to lighting. Fantasy Sound was very easy going about changing the time of delivery and placement, as well as adding the barrels to the contract. Megan was fantastic to work with as well, very nice, informative, and was the one who suggested the wine barrels! The only issue that occurred during set up was that the items were supposed to be delivered and set up at 1 pm. They arrived at 1:45 pm. My mother waited for them instead of getting ready to make sure that they knew the change in placement. While that was a little frustrating, the wall was set up by the 3 pm ceremony. Other than that, we highly recommend Fantasy Sound for any decorations you need for your special day.

As the case with many Covid weddings, our wedding date changed multiple times. Fantasy Sound stuck with us through 3 date changes as well as a venue change. They were always very responsive and professional. We had a lot of little changes along the way and they were happy to accommodate those changes. Kevin was our DJ and was awesome. He took the time to come see our new venue beforehand since he had never seen it before. His communication was great. He followed our playlist recommendations very closely and was great at sensing the vibe of our guests during the reception. He played some songs not on our list (which we agreed to beforehand), and they were songs that got people excitedly out to the dance floor. All in all we would highly recommend Fantasy Sound!

We got married at Bella Rosa at Garre Vineyards in October. Kevin was awesome to work with! He has done an amazing job making Fantasy Sound what it is today! :) I have worked with Fantasy Sound several times, being in the Industry as a venue coordinator. Not only is Kevin amazing to work with, but his whole staff is as well. From the office staff to the set up staff, everyone is professional and accommodating. Thank you Fantasy Sound Team!!!!

I have had family and friends use Fantasy Sound and we all loved them so I knew I would call as soon as I found out I was getting married. Nick, he was incredible! He is very professional, sweet and he definitely knows how to read a crowd. He had everyone dancing all night! I called to let him know how much I appreciated his services, but we were one of the last weddings before he left to a new role. Nick, if you see this-your rocked our world! We were married on 11/9/19 and our experience with Fantasy Sound was great! We decided to work with them for DJ services after learning that they were a preferred vendor at our venue The Bridges Golf Club, and our DJ was Kevin. We had one phone meeting during the planning process with Kevin during which he explained how we should choose songs and plan for toasts, wedding party announcements, etc. The planning paperwork was very easy to understand and complete, and served as a great guide as to how we should plan our music. We met with Kevin in person one week before our wedding at their beautiful office. Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly nice! We had sent over our paperwork and playlist prior to the meeting, and spent the meeting quickly reviewing everything. Kevin made great suggestions and was able to answer all of our questions. The day of our wedding went so smoothly! Music was played without missing a beat. Announcements and toasts were done wonderfully. Kevin was awesome at reading our guests and what songs they seemed to enjoy more, and played music that wasn’t on our playlist but was definitely what our guests wanted! Overall we would definitely recommend Fantasy Sound!

Fantasy provided the lighting for my wedding reception. I had an in-person consultation with Kevin about 9 months before my wedding. He went over many different aspects with me and gave me lots of pointers based on my budget. Kevin was very easy-going and respectful of my budget. After my meeting with Kevin, I primarily connected with Megan and Kaitlin. They were always extremely responsive and quick with giving me estimates. I'm sure there are 20 estimates for me because I changed my mind so many times. They were always eager to help and sent pictures of things I couldn't imagine. On the day of my wedding, they coordinated solely with the venue and I did not need to worry about anything!

Glen (DJ) was fantastic!!! We had people on the dance floor the entire evening! He is funny and has a great personality for everyone to be able to enjoy!!! Brendan (Videography) was great as well! He just had a baby recently and was still super flexible on his schedule and with meetings as we live almost an hour away from FSE. Thank you so much Brendan for all you did! Can’t wait to see what you’ve captured!

Fantasy Sounds was a great vendor to work with for our wedding day. We used Fantasy Sounds for DJ, lighting and Photo Booth services. They are very professional and responsive to emails and phone calls. Our DJ/MC for our wedding was Glen and he rocked! He was very professional and our meetings were mostly phone/video chat and one time in person to figure our songs. Glen helped my husband and I find the best time frame for wedding entrance, first dance and much more. He was very detailed and fun to work with. The Photo Booth turned out really nice and the photos were great. I would recommend Fantasy sounds for DJ/MC/lighting and Photo Booth for any event!

Fantasy Sound did a great job DJing our wedding at The Bridges Golf Club. We worked with Kevin as our DJ, and he was very easy to work with and helpful in our meeting before the wedding with giving us advice on how to make things go smoothly with the timeline and dances. We had gone through a list of music and had made a pretty specific playlist for the wedding, and Kevin did a great job at sticking to the playlist and indeed making sure that everything on the timeline went smoothly the day-of. They also did the sound for our ceremony, which was very easy with just the groom and officiant wearing microphones. We were very pleased with our experience with Fantasy Sound and definitely recommend them for your event.

Nick and the team at Fantasy Sound did a stupendous job of making my wife and I feel at ease about our wedding ceremony and reception. We loved working with Nick and Fantasy Light & Sound! We used Fantasy for lighting, sound, DJ, and photo booth at our wedding. The process leading up to the event was helpful, and we appreciated having two sit-down meetings with advice and information. We felt good going into our wedding, knowing that we'd met with Nick twice and felt like he "got" what we were looking for. He also gave us lots of good advice when we asked him directly for it. Our expectations were more than met--they were exceeded! Nick did a fabulous job MC'ing and deejaying our reception. He also did the sound and music for our ceremony. The ceremony went very seamlessly and did a great job with sound, our intros and recessional. As for the reception, that was also stellar. We, our parents, and guests loved the music at the reception. The MC'ing was absolutely perfect--both sets of our parents raved about what a great job our mc/dj did. We had a few special requests/additions to our program that Nick was able to accommodate, very non-nonchalantly/with no stress. We also loved the photo booth services, and being able to get photos within a few days of our wedding! Our guests loved it, and since it takes a few weeks for the ~official wedding photos to come, it's so fun to get a the photo booth shots so quickly. We were so busy running around at our wedding that we didn't get a chance to visit until the tail end, and the photo booth staff were extremely kind to let us take a few shots (even though it was past time and they were breaking down). They also did lighting for us: some up-lighting and GOBOs. To be honest, I was not too attuned to the lighting, other than to say that the room looked great and they were fast with take down! Set up was done well before we ever arrived, so it was no stress on our end. It was great to have so many services under one roof--it made the process less stressful. A big thank you to Fantasy and Nick for making our wedding day smooth and fun! We would definitely recommend them to others.

Kevin and staff are professional, efficient, fun and personable. My husband and I got married this June and had a few specific requests. Kevin was really accommodating and asked good questions to make sure the job was done right. After each meeting his staff followed up with everything we needed. On the day of my wedding, Kevin even helped bustle my wedding dress! Kevin reads crowds well and knows exactly how to match the tone you want. I highly recommend Fantasy Sound as a whole.

I honestly couldn't recommend Fantasy Sound enough!! It was so easy working with them (specifically Megan!) when it came to all of our rentals for our wedding. Luckily, my venue (Palm Event Center) had them as a preferred vendor. They are basically the only ones PEC trusts with lights and any major decorating -- and all for a good reason! Fantasy sound was such a pleasure to work with; amazingly professional and so, so friendly! For our wedding, we rented the market lights that were set up in a tent shape over the center of the dancefloor, market lights dripping from the ceiling on either side of our sweetheart table, while also having a wooden beam with Edison bulbs hanging right above my new hubby and I. Purely magical. Fantasy Sound did such a great job and made everything seamless. Thank you so much!

Fantasy Sound has everything you need to make your day fun and beautiful! We used them for lighting and decor (we wanted some "altar swag" to help define our ceremony space) and Kevin was our DJ. It was all perfect! The decor was beautiful and Kevin was an awesome DJ. He was the perfect MC - made things happen, kept the events running, played the BEST music all night long. We loved him! Fantasy Sound Events was beyond amazing!! From the planning process and deciding what we wanted until our wedding day, they exceeded our expectations. They were always available to answer all of my questions and probably sent me over 10 different quotes at ease because I just couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted! They definitely made it stress free; sending me reminders when payments were due and if something was missing in the file, just so everything would be perfect on our big day, from colors to designs. For our wedding, we got the 12x12 and 9x9 chandeliers with gobo wash. The chandelier was without a doubt the highlight of our reception at Palm Event Center and the lighting on the chandelier was so perfect. Everyone is still talking about it until now! I would, without a doubt, 110% recommend FSE and their services to anyone who is planning a wedding!! We cannot thank them enough for making our day so special and memorable!!

I rented a large, wooden backdrop from Fantasy Sound Events that was used for decor at my wedding. It was beautiful, and great for photo opps! FSE Events set up and cleaned up the wall, without any complications. The only think I would say is the price for set up, clean up, and rental was a bit expensive.

Fantasy Sounds had really made the vision of our wedding come alive. It was an extremely easy process from the beginning, Fantasy Sounds walked us through their wide selection of services (DJ, Photo Booth, videography, photography, and lighting). The staff is very helpful and kind, and quickly responds back to emails within a day. They also hold showcases at their warehouse and other wedding venues, getting a chance to meet their team and personally see the wide range of rentals and work they offer. Fantasy Sounds is definitely your go to!

Fantasy Sound and Event Services was absolutely fantastic. We used them for their DJ services (DJ ET did a great job!) I LOVE their online platform to input the wedding timeline, songs selections and notes about each step of the day. They were fantastic in returning my returning my e-mails and asking all my many questions. We can't say enough positive things about Fantasy.

We love Fantasy Sound! We used them for our wedding last month. we used them for our DJ services, lighting, draping and photo booth. They were so great! Glenn was our DJ and he is the best. For lighting and draping- they worked so cohesively with my wedding planner to make it absolutely gorgeous. For photo booth, their service was a hit. There was an on-site attendant to help. And you have the option to take a photo or leave a video for the couple. We got a USB of all videos and photos. Great company!!

Getting a contract set up was easy, emails were responded to promptly, meeting dates were flexible, including one over the phone, and the music itself was great. He really listened to what we wanted (and didn't want), helped us create a day-of timeline, answered a lot of our questions, and made our wedding day amazing. Kevin and the team at Fantasy Sound were amazing to work with! It all started with Darcie at the front desk who was able to quickly respond to all of my questions and really help us decide on a package that would work best for our wedding at Murrieta’s Well. We approached working with all of our vendors with the mindset of “we are hiring professionals, it is best to trust them to do what they do best” and that really paid off. We didn’t give Kevin much guidance in the type of music that we wanted because we didn’t really know what was expected. We chose the specific songs we wanted for specific moments in the wedding but then we let him do his thing and choose songs that would work best for the wedding. Our wedding was a blast and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the music and the mood that Fantasy Sound our together for us. I cannot recommend them enough!

Nick and the team at Fantasy Sound made the process of coordinating the DJ incredibly easy! Nick and his team arrived and were set up on time. Nick is an incredible MC and kept things flowing smoothly. He utilized a majority of the music we picked and knew how to read the crowd in order to incorporate extra stuff we wanted and what songs the crowd was feeling. Fantasy Sounds is absolutely a company you should work with for you wedding! They take all of the stress out of designing and delivering your wedding day vision! We met with them to pick out some lighting/chandeliers over our dance floor and some awesome up lighting to add a little more texture to the walls. They are exceptional to communicate with, easy to meet with and their team will help you find the right designs and options (especially if you're indecisive like me). FS worked with our venue to get everything set up so it wasn't even a worry the weeks leading up to or day of the wedding!

Fantasy Sound was AMAZING!!!! We used them for lighting and had Steve as our DJ. We could not have been more pleased with them throughout the entire wedding planning process. Every meeting with Steve was full of laughs and fun. He took the time to understand just what we wanted for our big day, and boy did he deliver. The whole Fantasy Sound team was stellar to work with. Steve was the DJ for our wedding at Nella Terra and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. He did a great job at understanding our musical likes and dislikes and offering direction when we needed it. The day-of, everything was perfect. He was SO GOOD at reading the room. Steve was amazing with the crowd, knew exactly how to keep folks on the dance floor and kept the party going...so much fun! We hired Fantasy Sound Event Services shortly after becoming engaged. Besides all of the fantastic reviews that we had come across on several platforms, the fact that they were ever so accommodating was a huge benefit for us in making the huge decision to entrust FSE with our dreams and hopes for a fabulous wedding day. We first met with Kevin at a preliminary meeting to discuss their availability with our event date and also to discuss our wants, needs, and everything else in between! A contract was drafted, but of course, I made several additions within the next 16 months. Remember: You can always add on but you cannot take away! That being said, be sure to really know your vision. In the end, we contracted the following with FSE: DJ Nick, Ceremony Music, Reception Music and MC-ing, Photo Booth with unlimited print-outs for our guests and a "Green Shrub Backdrop" (GUYS- DO THIS IT MAKES A WOLRD OF DIFFERENCE!), 3 backdrop wood walls with our "C&P" letters on it, uplighting, cake spot, and custom monogram lighting on the floor for our huge ceremony space, and we also transformed our ceremony space into a kid's play area where we had contracted from FSE a screen, projector, and a speaker for movies and video games for the kids during the reception. The administrative staff was so fabulous with their kindness and communications. They were quick and polite with all my crazy questions- some of which I'm sure I asked twice! Nick, our DJ, was so great and accommodating for our two meetings regarding which songs we wanted, didn't want, etc. It was clear that his goal was to make sure we were happy, and boy was that met x-infinity! My husband and I had such a great time, and with the help of FSE they truly brought our vision to life. About a week or so after the wedding, we received a piece of mail from FSE which enclosed a thank you note (No, THANK YOU!), a USB drive of every single photo taken at our photo booth, and our custom made monogram piece which was used for the display on the floor. So truly awesome, and we cannot say enough about FSE!

Thanks to Steve for being our DJ! He's so awesome, great personality, got a long great with the crowd, and he kept everyone dancing until the very end of the wedding!! I definitely would recommend him as a DJ, he kept it LIT!! Other services we had from Fantasy sound was the Chandelier/lighting, and the Photobooth. The Chandelier was amazing, it was so beautiful and looked amazing in photos! We also had a back lighting which reflected the chandelier and a GOBO of our names, and it was gorgeous! The photobooth was so much fun! I love the open space and a group of people can fit into one photos! I overall recommend them for there wonderful service and personality!! It was a one stop vendor for us! <3

Easy, great communication and beautifully executed. We brought on Fantasy Sound for ceremony drapes and reception lighting for our recent wedding at Palm Event Center. From planning out exactly what we needed, how pricing would be adjusted and final execution, Darcie was fantastic in helping us set up just what we needed. Though we didn't get to meet any of the team in-person the day-of, the results were phenomenal. Throw in the fact that Fantasy Sound has done countless weddings at Palm and nearby venues, and it's no wonder hiring them was stress-free. We can't recommend them enough for wedding services in the area.

We used Fantasy Sound for our DJ, photobooth, ceremony drapery, and reception specialty lighting. We did custom market lights in a way they had never done before. They were so amazing in making sure my dream became reality! These decorations took The Palm Event Center to the next level. Steve was our DJ and he was perfect!!! He always knew what song to play next to keep he party going and always made sure my husband and I were enjoying ourselves. They are an amazing and professional company. Worth every penny.

My husband and I used Fantasy Sound for both our DJ services and Photobooth services. Kevin, the owner, was our DJ and MC for the evening and he did such a wonderful job. Our photobooth attendant was very helpful and we cannot wait to receive a copy of all our guest's photos. Kevin was extremely helpful during all of our pre-planning meetings and is definitely worth booking for your wedding ceremony. The wedding went perfectly and I would hire Fantasy Sound in a heartbeat!

The mics didn't work during my wedding reception so no one could hear the speeches. Their process is very organized; on the other hand, you're made to feel like you're just a number with them (they do so many weddings per weekend). The DJ we worked with was nice. Try to get one of the owners as your DJ if you go with this company.

We hired Fantasy Sound for our DJ, lighting, and photobooth for our wedding at Nella Terra Cellars on September 15th, 2017. Kevin Dennis was our DJ. Darcie was our primary contact in the office. We were referred to Fantasy Sound from the venue and we were so glad that we were! From our first meeting with Kevin, he made us feel at ease about the whole process. It is clear that Fantasy Sound is an incredibly professional company. Kevin listened to help understand the vision for our reception, and answered all of our questions. His guidance from experience was invaluable to our planning. Kevin personally edited a cutting of our first dance song so we could practice in advance. Darcie helped counsel us through the photobooth planning process, including our constant switching of where we wanted it to be placed. Endless thanks for their flexibility. On the day, Kevin was present and professional. He made me (Kevin, the groom) feel perfectly at ease when he put a microphone on me for the ceremony, and everything sounded great. The reception was absolutely made by Kevin. Not only did he keep things running smoothly and on time, but several guests commented that it was the best reception dance music they had ever heard, and a few asked for the playlist that he had put together. We are so glad we hired Kevin to be our DJ, and for Fantasy Sound for helping to provide the perfect wedding. Thank you!

Fantasy Sound were absolutely amazing! From planning stages to our wedding day, they were available to answer any questions we had. Darcie from the office regularly reminded us of any upcoming meetings we had with them or when payment was due (you'll know when you start planning a wedding how much these reminders come in handy!) Our DJ Kevin was awesome. He got our music taste down perfectly and had our guests on their feet all night. Finally the lighting looked INCREDIBLE. We'd wanted a kind of inside/outside flow for our reception and we went for the bronzy color which created a beautiful sunset feel to the room. All in all I can't fault Fantasy Sound and would recommend them for any big event I was planning. Thank you guys for making our wedding day so wonderful!
