Cynthia is absolutely amazing ! She’s incredibly sweet , helpful, experienced and professional! I could not have done it without her! She guided me and made the planning process so much easier and made sure our only responsibility THAT DAY was to ENJOY ourselves! We will be forever grateful!

I contacted Cynthia after being referred to her by my friend Hope. She spoke highly of Cynthia and how she did a great job at helping her with her wedding. We contracted Cynthia for planning as well as day-of coordination, from the start we could tell Cynthia would be a good match. She has an infectious laugh and a good listening ear. We had constant communication through text, call, or video Zoom, and I always felt like I could ask questions or bring up concerns without reservations. Cynthia is clearly caring and extremely passionate about her job. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about the wedding industry and worked well with my husband and I in matching our budget when it came to vendors/other services. I was pretty involved in my wedding planning process, but nonetheless, Cynthia provided feedback, suggestions, and referrals to vendors she had worked with in the past. She was also willing to reach out to people I found on my own and was not hesitant to follow up with things. Cynthia has great insight and could provide advice based on her expertise. Our wedding was in September 2021, and it is worth mentioning that Covid was still a bit part of the conversation as we planned our wedding. Cynthia was direct but encouraging and validated our concerns for the safety of our guests and everyone that would be present at our wedding. The day of, she was punctual, and the day unfolded beautifully just as we anticipated (and hoped!). I honestly did not stress about a single thing. Cynthia was organized and this showed in her attention to detail. She even had her friend and assistant Georgina present the day of to be of extra help. She was also amazing, super sweet, and cared to make sure we had the absolute best day. All of my wedding party members felt comfortable with both ladies. They were never rude or frantic or appeared stressed. They were always smiling and seemed to be enjoying themselves as well. If there were hiccups encountered, I was not made aware of them. The night ended as seamlessly as possible, and we closed shop at our venue as planned. Now, my venue had numerous rules to abide by and Cynthia had a great relationship with the managers there as well as with all other of my vendors. I could not recommend Cynthia and her team enough. She is hardworking, committed, and personable. We wholeheartedly recommend For All Time Events for your wedding planning and coordination needs. Thank you again so much!

I hired Cynthia for my 2020 wedding and kept her on as a vendor for my 2022 postponed wedding. It’s taken a few weeks for me to process my emotions about how the coordination went on our wedding day, and it’s hard for me to leave anything less than a 5 star review, so I’ll make this fast… From a client’s perspective, I recommend Cynthia work the following: - communication: answering all emails - paying attention to detail: following instructions from couple + keeping couple completely informed on wedding day - not blaming others - people skills/not being confrontational: staying calm regardless of the stress of the moment, and communicating with all guests in a respectful manner through the entire day Some positives - Cynthia still did her job while pregnant, which I can imagine is difficult, her assistant was great, and she took alcohol home for us after the wedding, that we picked up from her the next day (we weren’t informed there was leftover alcohol until we got home). For all these reasons, we still tipped her well and sent her a nice thank you text. Cynthia was not a good fit as a wedding coordinator for us, but she could be for another couple. Had I interviewed her beforehand, I think I would’ve sensed right away that we weren’t a good match. So, that’s something that I recommend to all couples — interview multiple wedding coordinators before hiring.

What an amazing planner!!!!! Please take the time to read my entire review for Cynthia and For All Time Events. I met Cynthia this March after a referral from a friend. From day 1 we were in sync. She understood my vision and time crunch, planning a wedding in 7 months. I went will ALL of the vendors she recommended without question, except one, our venue, The Palm Sophia Rooftop. Everything went extremely smooth up until 3 days before the wedding. The Palm Sophia dropped us without notice or explanation. You read that right 3 days before the wedding we were dropped. Cynthia got to work immediately!!!!! Magic happened. The next day we had a new venue, The Los Angeles Athletic Club. OMG this place is beautiful. The ambiance, the history, the location, everything you can want for the perfect wedding. Things like this can only be done if you have a great rapport in the business. With the flick of her wrist she had the other vendors in line, coordinated and ready for the new venue. 24 hours later we were back on track. I trusted Cynthia with absolutely every aspect of my wedding and I’m so glad I did. I never even knew what my decor would look like. I trusted her that much. My wedding was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen!!!! The decor!!!! The views!!!! Pure perfection!!! Did I mention how well organized the day went??? My husband and I had no cares in the world and simply enjoyed our day. She’s simply the best, hands down. I wish I could keep her all to myself but a person this amazing must be shared with the world. She will be doing ALL of our events for years to come :). Thank you so much Cynthia. If you are looking for a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator, BOOK CYNTHIA NOW! She is super friendly and very easy to work with - something we noticed right off the bat during our first call with her. Not only did she help us with planning our wedding…she did so during the pandemic where our wedding was postponed AND we had to do a venue change! Cynthia always made herself available and was patient whenever we had questions (and we had a lot given the circumstances) or needed help. She made it a point to check in on us even when planning was on a hiatus and things were shutdown. Cynthia helped us book a lot of vendors (photographer, DJ, linens/floral) and we loved working all of with them! Another plus was that she knew the venue we changed to very well. We had booked our location virtually because we live out-of-town so when we did our pre-wedding walk-through a few weeks before, it was our first time being there in person. Even though our venue contact was not available that day, Cynthia was able to take us through all the spaces because she’s done events there before! Amazing!! She was also great during the day of, coordinating with the venue and vendors as they arrived and making sure things kept flowing smoothly. We did a lot of DIY with our favors, flowers, etc. and she helped everything set up and we had no idea it was even happening! She made it possible for us to enjoy the wedding as much as possible without having to worry about all the details. Thanks so much Cynthia!!!

My younger brother got engaged and when I heard they were planning on having 200 guests at their wedding I referred him to Cynthia. I knew that she would be able to help with vendors and to help them stay within budget. Let me just say how happy everyone in the family was with how everything turned out! So my brother used all Cynthia’s recommended vendors except for one vendor, and of course it was that one vendor that they didn’t listen to Cynthia they had issues with. Cynthia not only knows how to handle day of organization but the vendors she works with are top notch!

Recently attended my nephews wedding in August 2021. It was beautiful and timeless. Everything was very well organized and flawless. Cynthia and her team did an awesome job. The event was elegant and popping all in one.

Like every mother, I wanted to celebrate my son’s first birthday party so that he has memories to cherish. I was hoping to travel to India and introduce my little one to his great grand Ma and celebrate his birthday back home where I grew up. Unfortunately the pandemic emerged and everything came to a stand still and that’s when my quest for how to celebrate my sons birthday started. The challenging part was how to celebrate in this quarantined world. While on the quest I stumbled upon Cynthia’s daughter’s birthday party. The creativity of this mom and entrepreneur struck me. She amazed me with the whole concept of making her daughter’s birthday special. Not anticipating any reply from her I took chances to email her to ask if she could help me plan my sons birthday. To my surprise she was very swift and replied to my email saying how delighted she was to see the email and that she could help me plan the quarantined party. We initially video called and introduced ourselves and spoke about what my plans are what theme I was looking to execute and within 48 hours I not only knew my sons party is on track and that would be awesome but also got my baker for the cake(amazing Funke), Photographer(Leah) and the balloon artist. The way this all ended up happening still awes me and somehow feel that the universe has conspired to make all of this possible. I celebrated my sons birthday on the Memorial Day and it was perfection. Every detail was perfect. The cake was moist and delicious with decadent chocolate. The balloon basket was unreal and a perfect center of attraction. The photographs were so good that I am having a hard time to pick my favorite and last but not the least it was Cynthia who really pulled this through, again. I have no words of gratitude for her. Her dedication, creativity and passion towards her work are definitely worth mentioning. I would highly recommend her and you might be anywhere in the country, I bet you will have the same experience like me. I hope I get to celebrate and plan more birthday with Cynthia’s help and it’s definitely not the last time I will be working with her!

What more can explain Cynthia and her team but fantastic she is a busy working from home Mother of 4 dream planner I had used a previous planner who was a nightmare and just left me so traumatized that when Cynthia came along I didn’t know that what she was about to pull off as possible. She made the whole process so fast and seamless I felt like I needed to do more but little did I know she had taken care of everything for me she was great with reminding me on any vendor payments and she was great at sticking to my budget her day of the assistant was just bar none. Where do I begin?! We got married on 11/23/19, and my wedding couldn't have turned out better, thanks to the FATE team!!! I was looking for a day of coordinator and my DJ recommended me to Cynthia. He raved about how great she was and how well he worked with her and her team. I figured I would give her a shot, and sure enough we immediately hit it off. I didn't even bother calling a second coordinator! Cynthia was so professional, but above all, she got me with her kind and wonderful demeanor. She told me was always going to be available for questions and she didn't lie. She helped with every question, no matter how big or small it was. She gave me her suggestions, but never disregarded my wishes. On wedding day, she never bothered me with any concerns. She just made sure everything was in order, and made us stick to the schedule (which I loved)! She couldn't have done a better job. My wedding turned out to be everything I wanted and much more!! Cynthia was our Wedding Coordinator for my daughter and son’s weddings this past summer! I am so thankful to Cynthia and her team for making sure that all of the little details that were important to both our children were not lost in the busyness of the day. Our families have big personalities and big opinions and Cynthia was not intimated but rather embraced all of it with professionalism and because she is the expert, Cynthia guided all of us down the right path to two of the best weddings ever!!!!

My husband and I got married in September and we had 300 attendants. I was so stressed out as the day was approaching. Cynthia and Ivan were an absolute blessing! From the very first meeting they were professional, caring, and they worked around my crazy schedule! Cynthia was amazing, from creating my timeline, keeping me on schedule, adding beautiful touches and making sure my wedding dreams became a reality. And Ivan was a life saver, from running our rehearsal, making sure we were well hydrated day of, fixing a broken gown bustle emergency, and just making sure my husband and I were happy and having fun! I highly recommend FATE for any and all events that you want to run smoothly. My wedding was everything I could have asked for and I am certain that FATE played a major part in that. They are amazing and I cannot thank them enough!!

If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator just do yourself a favor and hire Cynthia. I can’t thank her enough for creating and pulling off the best day of our lives! We live in Arizona but had our wedding in Los Angeles.. our ceremony was held at First Congregational Church of Los Angeles and reception was at Los Angeles Athletic Club, and she still somehow made the planning process so easy for us being out of state and working with two different venues. I told her what I somewhat had envisioned in my head and she pulled it all together flawlessly. She knew which vendors to connect us with and who already had the skills and permits to do what I envisioned (one part of planning I would’ve never thought about that she already had handled). Cynthia also has the fastest response time out of anyone I’ve ever met! I reiterate this point because if I had any concerns with our venue or vendors, she handled it long before anxiety even had time to kick in. As a bride, this is huge because you want to enjoy this time of your life and not be stressed out in the process leading up to your day. She had so much patience with me even when I changed my mind about things 25 times, never showed any frustration whatsoever and was really a joy to work with. Whenever we were in town she made an effort to meet with us even though it wasn’t in our contract that she had to do that. She truly cared to make sure our day as perfect as ever and it turned out unbelievably perfect. More perfect than we ever even imagined!! It was the easiest planning process ever, to the point I actually missed planning it once it was over. I can assure you I am the only bride I have ever heard say that and I truly owe it to Cynthia. May I add that we don’t have the easiest family and friends to please... we had both traditional family with very high standards and a young, wild friend group and both sides were stunned. I can’t tell you how many people called us afterwards to say it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I am forever grateful to Cynthia and F.A.T.E for the best day ever. We hired FATE for day of coordination. Cynthia was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. I had a horrible experience with a previous coordinator and Cynthia stepped in as our coordinator a few months before our wedding. She had another wedding scheduled the same day as our wedding but because she has multiple teams she was able to save me! I had all details and vendors and everything taken care of previous to hiring FATE but with all details given to the team they were able to present the layout to our reception spot on! I had all wedding items and decor in boxes and labeled and they unboxed and placed everything where it needed to go. Ivan and Juana were her team members who handled the day of our wedding. We all know something is going to go wrong on the day of the wedding and Ivan and Juana made sure to fix all problems with ease. Ivan saved my wedding dress multiple times when the bussle came loose and Juana saved my makeup when my lipstick smudged and ran to her car grabbed her makeup and cleaned me up! Juana drove to the store when we ran out of cups. I mean the list goes on! They were very professional and made sure all guests knew where they were sitting. I did not get to work with Cynthia the day of the wedding but she was there at the venue early in the morning and came back later at night. I loved that FATE danced with us at the end of the night and made sure to have fun while working. Ivan asked us multiple times throughout the night if we needed anything and he made sure we always had a drink in hand and water! Juana set aside some appetizers and drinks in a designated room for us before our grand entrance. Do not hesitate to work with FATE! Thank you Cynthia, Juana and Ivan for saving us when we needed you all the most!

Planning a wedding can be stressful, but with the right help and guidance it can be a great experience and Cynthia was able to make it great for us! She went above and beyond for us and made the day perfect and unforgettable. Highly recommend her and her team. They even sew a bridesmaid's dress together!

Cynthia is the absolute best day of wedding coordinator who goes the extra mile to ensure your big day is run as smoothly as possible. Her attention to every detail is impeccable. She handled a number of expected wedding bumps incredibly gracefully. I honestly did not worry the entire day. She kept us on track and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the night. Everything ran so smoothly, and I was so grateful she was there. We spent our wedding day having fun and making memories with all of our friends , family & each other. We know that it was 100% possible because of all of cynthia's work. I wish I had hired her sooner, but I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a beautifully run, stress-free wedding day.

Cynthia and her team were great! My husband and I both work long hours/days at work so making sure we were most efficient with our time in planning was essential. The initial meeting with Cynthia prior to signing a commitment was very relaxed and it was evident that she knew what she was doing - and I'm in sales so I am certainly NOT an easy sell. :) Cynthia was very quick to respond to my many emails and text messages with questions. That was very helpful. The day of was stressful for me - as even the best timeline runs very very behind. We ended up running almost 3 hours behind (which for a planner like me was horrifying!). Cynthia took all of it in stride - with gentle and frequent reminders. She worked with all of our vendors seamlessly and made sure that everyone knew where exactly to go. Even after the wedding, Cynthia was very essential in helping find our missing linens - still missing at the venue 3 weeks after! Ugh. It could have been a HUGE payment we would have owed the linen company, but Cynthia came through and found the missing linens. I picked them up from the venue and was able to avoid late fees and lost charges. :) Cynthia and her team are fantastic!

I've attended other events Cynthia has planned and knew she would be a great wedding day of coordinator. She stayed in touch with me all throughout the wedding planning. She made helpful suggestions and as we got closer to the wedding we met with some of the other vendors and she put together a great timeline down to each min. She gave room for any delays because we all know they happen on wedding days. She arrived on time the day before our wedding and ran a tight ship at our rehearsal. She was up early day off and set up everything perfectly. She was there when I needed her and was quick at problem solving. She had a positive attitude and did everything with a smile which was so helpful during stressful moments m! Cynthia is reliable, caring, and creative. She made sure our day run smoothly and we're forever grateful!

I hired Cynthia to be my day of coordinator at the Los Angeles Athletic Club on 3/9/19 and she was amazing! She made everything run seamlessly and helped me create my dream wedding. When I first met Cynthia, it felt like we were friends for years! She made me feel very comfortable with any decisions I've made. She worked with my vision every step of the way. When I met up with her to work on my timeline, she told me to just trust her! Not gonna lie, it's hard for me to trust people. She didn't make me feel rushed during our meeting and she's also a great person to vent to when I started turning bridezilla! On the day of my wedding day, she took care of everything. I do regret that I didn't allow myself to relax from the beginning of my big day because how the saying goes "If you want something done right, you got to do it yourself". Not in this case! So believe me when I say, TRUST HER!!!! She did all the thinking for me plus more. As soon I requested something, she got the job done right away!!!! I didn't have to think about my money box, my timeline, coordinating with my videographers and photographers, staying hydrated, the order for my grand entrance. I mean nothing!!! I got married at Le Foyer Ballroom, North Hollywood with over 240 guests. I had one of the biggest grand entrance too so dealing with that many people while they were already getting buzzed I thought would be chaotic. But she handled it! I also had a list of how I want my photos placed, what table got what liquor bottle(s), especially the Blue Labels, who got what giveaways, how to place the place cards, she also did a great job decorating my cake with the flowers my florists left for her,.... the lists goes on! I'm very particular so she got it done exactly the way I wanted! She also never expressed if she was ever overwhelmed or stressed which I did notice with the other vendors I did hire. So that is VERY important to me! I'm already an anxious person so if I see other people feeling any other way, it rubs on me too. She hyped me up throughout the day. Very thankful and blessed to have worked with Cynthia. She did make my big day PERFECT!!!!!! It truly was FATE that I found her!

Cynthia was absolutely amazing. She was a recommended vendor for the Los Angeles Athletic Club and after much research and reading of reviews, we decided to book her for our special day. I was told by many people that usually there's a few things that don't go according to plan on your wedding day. I will be honest, everything went smoothly and perfectly. Cynthia and our vendors communicated well and we stayed true to our timeline. I appreciated her attention to detail and for reassuring me when I became anxious as the day approached. In the end, I wanted someone who would understand our wedding vision and also understand our family and cultural wedding traditions. Cynthia exceeded those expectations! She is excellent at what she does and she is worth the investment.

Cynthia was a JOY to work with and we couldn't be happier with her service! From the very beginning it was so easy to communicate with her and she was so supportive of our vision of what we wanted for our special day (especially having a small intimate wedding). I was referred to Cyn by a good friend of mine to help coordinate my wedding. Cyn did an amazing job! She helped me out so much, answered all my 10000000000 questions and dealt with my crazy family! I would definitely recommend her for anyone whose planning a wedding!

Cynthia was professional to the max! She came recommended by our venue coordinator, and I hired her as my Day Of Coordinator. Prior to that, my now husband and I had done a lot of research using the typical wedding websites, but there was always something left to be desired. ***Let me note here that we were planning a "hometown destination wedding", and didn't have the luxury of meeting any of the coordinators face-to-face. I interviewed several people, and Cynthia was one of the few to respond quickly and concisely. I needed solid, quick communication due to the time change between our wedding location and where we lived, and Cynthia obliged each and every time. We did everything via text (my preferred method due to my line of work), and she made it seamless. I booked her a few days later. Cynthia handled everything perfectly - she took charge of my rambunctious group, asked me for the things she needed to make the day go smoothly, set up the reception PERFECTLY - my vision came alive!! - and was very adaptable and flexible. She was a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely hire her again for another large event. Perhaps a large anniversary party??? :)

Cynthia and her assistant were on it! From the initial meeting at the venue with the other vendors, to setting up the timeline, and of course the day of, they were great! Everything went smoothly, even when things "didn't." There was a last minute ordeal with our alcohol and ice order, where they forgot to deliver us our ice -- Cynthia was on it and left to get ice right away. Crisis averted thanks to Cynthia! It was great working with her and I recommend you book her for your event! You won't regret it!

Cynthia and her assistant were phenomenal to work with. We partnered with Cynthia as a day of planner at the Los Angeles Athletic Club. She knows the venue inside and out, and she made everything go flawlessly. I'm a very Type A person who likes to be very organized, and Cynthia was accommodating of everything. She is also an expert at her craft and asked questions and made suggestions that we would have never thought about without her involvement. We had the dream team of vendors for the event, and she made empowered all the vendors to be able to operate at their best without any hiccups. There were a couple of things about our decor and details that required attention from Kirsten and I, and Cynthia solved it with little to no direction from us. She made sure that we were on schedule or ahead of schedule, and she would always check in to make sure that we were ready for the next To Do on the timeline. She also carried around cough drops, water, and tissues to make sure that we were always taken care of.

Cynthia was an amazing day of coordinator. From the moment we met, she knew exactly what to say to make us feel like everything was under control. During our walk through with all our vendors, she took the lead, making sure everyone understood where they needed to be and what time to arrive. Her right hand, Georgina, was awesome as well. Making sure we had everything the day before as well as helping maintain the timeline while we were taking photos for our first look. Cynthia and her team did an awesome job making sure everything at our venue, The Ruby Street, looked perfect. And I know I am a bit bias, but it did look absolutely perfect. Our guests still rave about our wedding. They say it was the most fun and organized event they've been to in a while. A lot of that has to do with Cynthia and her team. What can I say!! F.a.t.e has been by far the best at planning and handling everything from stress to laughs. This team is sure amazing. So I originally met with Cynthia to help with our wedding because we got married at the LAAC (awesome venue) and they require a planner for the day and FATE was on the vendor list. I spoke with her and she was so funny and made us feel even better about our venue choice, she had done a ton of weddings there and even charged less since they know it so well. Funny enough, Cynthia turned out to be expecting (yay!) before our wedding and we then had a meeting with Cynthia and Georgina and they were both super nice and I had no worries since they had worked weddings there together a lot. The wedding day was so smooth, I really didn't have to worry about any last minute things. They handled moving everyone around, paying the vendors for me, making a great timeline and sticking with it. It was just the easiest day for me and I am so thankful that the LAAC required a planner because I would do it again in a heartbeat, a stress free wedding day is worth every penny. Cynthia from FATE was an absolute pleasure to work with from day one. Her cool, calm and collected demeanor brings a breath of fresh air to the extensive wedding planning process. I had high expectations for all our vendors and FATE did not disappoint - from accommodating late night calls, tons of texts with immediate replies, to offering great suggestions and corralling a large wedding party we’re so grateful Cynthia was on our team! We hired Cynthia for day of coordinator for our wedding and she exceeded our expectations! We have no idea how she managed so many different components and made that day go so smooth and without any hiccups. We are not the organized, planning type of couple- Cynthia knew how to manage that and made our ideas come to reality! We want to get married all over again with Cynthia by our side!!

We hired Cynthia for our December 2017 wedding at Millwick, and she was amazingggggggggg! And what's also a plus is that she has done so many weddings with our DJ and Emcee (DJ Wrex and Mitchell) that they make such a great team. The way they made things flow throughout the day was great. She put my mind at ease during the weeks leading up to the event. She was very responsive to all my emails and texts; and veryyyy flexible. Our rehearsal date at our venue kept changing due to it being booked for events, and it was easy for her to be so accommodating for those changes. She is helpful in the whole planning process as well, recommending things along the way. She even helped us take all our wedding day of stuff (menus, money box, candles, guest book, signs, table numbers, seating chart, ceremony things, THE WORKS). We packed everything up for her and she took it alllll for us which was such a big help since it was SO. MUCH. STUFF. Or well in my eyes it was a lot haha. She even let us borrow two easels for our welcome signs. She also has a dress mannequin stand for your dress if you need it! She's prepared for anything that gets thrown her way. The day of our wedding was stress free for us because of her! And I lovedddd how she made sure my husband and I had our drink of choice for the night on hand, cause we most definitely needed it hahaha. She also did our friends' wedding (who were also our best man and MOH) a month before and so she knew allllll our friends already haha. And I loveddd how she sent us photos she took of the wedding the days after and some videos too. It's definitely holding us over until we get our photos from our photographers. What was also a big plus too is her taste in music. It's like mine and my husbands and it made us get along so well and something we could bond over. She's so great! Thank you again for everything! We're so happy to have you as a friend even after our wedding is done!

Cynthia was definitely the rock/backbone/guardian angel of our wedding. I can honestly say that we really couldn't have done it without her. The day was amazing thanks to her. We had absolutely no issues. The timing was perfect, vendors were wonderfully organized, and the setup was spectacular. She even went out of her way to make sure that we had time to eat at our wedding. With everything happening so fast, you tend to forget even the smallest of details such as that but she had us covered. If I could describe the way Cynthia handled our wedding at The Mission Inn in one word it would be: AMAZING. Even before the actual wedding day, and having the ability to deal with my (very difficult) Mom, all while staying patient and composed the entire time is really true talent. I'm not kidding, lol. I have this huge family/extended family, which meant I had to (according to Mom) have a large wedding party. While 1 maid of honor, 3 bridesmaids, 1 best man, 3 groomsmen, 3 flower girls, and 1 ring bearer seem like a decently sized bunch, there were also 24 primary sponsors (in Filipino/Hispanic wedding traditions, sponsors are a thing). And also 6 secondary sponsors. Oh and I didn't even include my parents so that's an extra 2 people that were part of the wedding party. That's a total of 46 people to gather up during wedding rehearsal + actual wedding ceremony/wedding reception. I would have dropped dead in the middle of that aisle from stress, if Cynthia wasn't around to remind me to breathe, relax and reassure me she had everything handled. Cynthia is a real life octopus, which is why if you're looking for a wedding coordinator who can help you out with a million things pre-wedding/wedding day, she is the one to go to!

If you're looking for someone to make you relax on your wedding day so you can actually enjoy all this planning, Cynthia is your girl. Everyone in my bridal party loved her and her assistant on the magical day of. Cynthia was like my therapist throughout this whole process. I am usually a lovely person but the wedding stuff stressed me out and I felt like I was going crazy from all the stress! Cynthia would treat me with respect and calm me down every step of the way. Every vendor she recommended went above and beyond. My day was absolutely top to bottom perfect. Cynthia became my friend and I feel really lucky to know her. My husband and I are so happy we hired Cynthia and her team to coordinate our wedding! Cynthia was extremely reliable and attentive throughout the whole process. On the day of our wedding, Cynthia made sure everything ran smoothly and on time so that we could enjoy our day stress free. She and Georgina did an amazing job with setting everything up, keeping us on schedule, getting our gifts to our room, and handing out tips to the appropriate vendors. I can't put into words how amazing Cynthia and her team are! From the first meeting down to midnight of my wedding night she worked incredibly hard to make sure our day was absolutely perfect and it was. Everyone kept telling me that I needed a coordinator so I saw her name on the rec. list from my DJ and decided to give her a call. We met up and she was so incredibly sweet and professional answering any questions I had and a bunch from my mother (which can be difficult at times). I hired her that same night and I'm so grateful I did. From the day I hired her up until wedding day she answered any questions I had via email and her response time was very quick. No matter how big or small your wedding is you need someone to run your timeline for you and Cynthia is the timeline champ! She came over a few weeks before the wedding and we planned out a timeline. She worked her magic and finalized everything so it was nice and neat and emailed that to all our vendors and on wedding day everyone was where they were supposed to be at the time they were supposed to be there, including the wedding party. Then there are countless things that need to be done that you probably don't realize: where are the presents going to go? Who is going to pack them up? Do you have a memory table or guest book? Are there pieces of your centerpiece that were rented or bought and need to go back with you? etc. the list goes on and on. I promise that when you're dancing the night away you aren't thinking about any of this stuff and when you're done it's the last thing you're going to want to do. There are two things that stick out to us when we think about our wedding, #1 is how much fun we had and #2 is how drama free and smooth our entire day went and that wouldn't have been possible without all of her incredibly hard work.
