Larry and Maria created the most beautiful flower arrangements for our daughters wedding this past weekend at Ballyowen. From the Huppah to the centerpieces to the ceiling decor the space was transformed into a magical garden that was truly awe inspiring! Larry's suggestions and artistic vision were invaluable and his experience and passion for his craft were evident everywhere. Every space was thoughtfully touched and guests were delighted at every turn. We could not be happier and thankful that we chose Larry and Maria to work with us. Their prices were very reasonable and communication was pleasant and efficient always. We recommend them more than highly!

My now husband and I had the pleasure of working with Maria and Larry as our florist for our October 22nd wedding. Our venue (Crystal Springs Resort) lists Maria and Larry as a preferred vendor and there is no question why. From the outset, they were invested and interested in our vision. They showed us examples and were not trying to overcharge us for unnecessary extras. We wanted a soft fall color scheme and wanted to use real pumpkins in our centerpieces and Maria and Larry came through! We received many compliments from venue staff and guests about the flowers. Larry was also able to accommodate attaching two sentimental tallises to an outdoor arch on a windy day. Highly recommended! Thank you for helping make our day beautiful.

Maria and Larry did such a fantastic job with our flowers!! We first met Maria and Larry around 8 months before our wedding. We discussed prior to our meeting what we were looking for. When we met for our meeting, Maria and Larry had put together a sample center piece for us to look at. And they NAILED it! It was perfect and after that we couldn't wait to work with them. On the day of the wedding, Maria and Larry took care of decorating the arch, the aisle, the center pieces, the cocktail hour, and our bouquets and boutonnieres (of course!). My bouquet was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen! It brought me to tears. Everything was set up so perfectly, we were in awe. Thank you, Maria and Larry, for helping to create our dream wedding!

During our initial consultation, Maria and Larry listened intently to our vision and preferences, offering valuable suggestions that perfectly complemented our wedding theme. We cannot recommend Maria and Larry enough for wedding flowers! They created full and real flower bouquets, centerpieces, arch sprays and all of our other floral needs for our big day. They were always extremely responsive and we were able to meet with Maria at her shop as she walked us through her different designs and thoughts. She was able to explain to us the different flowers in season and the best way to get the best flowers for our wedding. Larry was at our venue on time and explained everything about the bouquets to us. Everything was packaged separately for us to understand who got what. They ensured all the flowers in the perfect places and looked amazing. We couldn't ask for better florist and better bouquets with real, full flowers that lasted for over a week later.

Maria and Larry were amazing to work with. All the flowers and arrangements came out wonderfully! And when we got hit by a rainstorm in the hours leading up to our ceremony, they setup our beautiful arch not once, but twice! Thank you Maria and Larry!! Maria and Larry absolutely CRUSHED IT with the flowers for our wedding! When we had our first meeting at their house to go over my vision, I knew we had to book them. When I got to the ceremony everything was exactly as I imagined it, maybe even more! You will not regret booking them.

1000/10. Maria & Larry were wonderful to work with- from our first meeting to the day of. We only did personals (bouquets for myself, my bridesmaids, and 3 mothers, plus boutonnieres for the men). I gave Maria very little to work with in sharing my vision, but the bouquets were beyond my expectations- absolutely stunning. Highly recommend them!

I will preface this by saying I am NOT typically a flower person & I didn’t want to spend that much on flowers for our wedding…. But Maria and Larry may have changed my mind with the MASTERPIECES they created for our wedding. I don’t know much about flowers and booked M&L after seeing another review on their beautiful work. It’s a little overwhelming going to a shop without any real knowledge of flowers and so many choices and things to look at, but Maria was so professional and helpful and is so passionate about her work that I was put at ease as soon as we started the process of planning my flowers! I decided to do my own centerpieces so user M&L for bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières, MOB & MOG flowers, and the ceremony arch. My only asks were for some dahlias since that’s one of the only flowers I know, the addition of succulents in our bouquets, and that the bouquets were not perfect circular bouquets or a cascade. I showed her some inspiration pictures, plus my centerpiece ideas as well as my dress and my invitations. I put my full trust in their expertise and experience and boy am I glad I did! They exceeded all of our expectations!! They took all of my inspiration pictures and completely morphed them into one to create the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen! I cannot believe how in love with them I am and wish flowers could last forever because I would definitely keep them for that long if I could!! They are true masters of their craft, with the best personalities and professionalism!

I can’t even begin to say how amazing and beautiful our wedding flowers came out!! We found Floral expressions in our venue’s brochure of preferred vendors and we can’t thank them enough for making our vision come to life! Maria and Larry were so great to work with and they did such an amazing job with taking our sunflower inspiration pictures and creating something beautiful. We had so many compliments from our guests about how wonderful the flowers were. Our sunflower wedding was everything we had hoped it would be thanks to Floral expressions!!! We would highly recommend them for your wedding flowers!!

It was a pleasure to work with Maria and Larry for our wedding. We knew absolutely nothing about flowers, but Maria was patient and kind in working with us, helping walk us through the hundreds if not thousands of options with ease. The bouquets and boutonnieres were absolutely beautiful, and we received many compliments on them from the guests. We don’t have a single complaint, and we highly recommend them!

The flower arrangements that Maria and Larry prepared were absolutely gorgeous and I could not have been happier with the end result. My only feedback would be that it was sometimes difficult to get a hold of them during the planning process and that some of the back-and-forth felt a bit disorganized as we communicated long-distance (I live 300 miles away from their location/ the location of the venue), but I honestly would 100% recommend these guys based on the end product, which surpassed my expectations. Looking forward to getting back photos of our centerpieces, arbor design, etc. to share with them.

Our wedding was on April 20, 2019, and I do not have anything bad to say about Maria and Larry. They were absolutely amazing from the very beginning. I had been to many florists by the time I met with Floral Expressions. At our very first appointment Maria was super friendly and my now husband, Vinny and I hit it off with her right away. She understood my crazy vision. (Tons of Pinterest ideas with no real idea in what I wanted.) I found Floral Expressions through my venue, Grand Cascades at Crystal Springs Resort, as a preferred vendor. Through many emails, meetings and conversations later, Maria and Larry pulled off what I thought would be impossible given our moderate floral budget. Our wedding flowers were stunning, absolutely gorgeous. The first moment I saw both the ceremony and reception locations, I burst into tears. I couldn’t have ever imagined everything coming out as perfect as it did. We had the bride and groom arrangements, 6 bridesmaids bouquets, two handheld roses for the mothers, grandparent flowers, 7 groomsmen boutonnières, cocktail hour decorations, 13 table arrangements (7 high cherry blossom and orchid & 6 low centerpieces), and finally the most beautiful arbor decorated with cherry blossom branches, orchids and roses. I will forever be recommending Floral Expressions and I cannot thank Maria and Larry enough for everything they did to make my wedding day so gorgeous.

This review is long overdue. I got married last October at the Woodcliff Manor in NJ, and I highly recommend Larry & Maria Floral Expressions. I came to Larry with an idea of using succulents, and he created super creative centerpieces that looked awesome and captured the whimsical and nature-inspired vibe of the wedding. Also, I didn’t really have any idea what I wanted for my bouquet, just overall style and colors, and the ones he created were perfect for the venue, time of year, and style I wanted. Working with them was super easy and they are such lovely people. Thanks for everything and for making our day so special!

Maria and Larry were absolutely wonderful! They were so helpful and listened to what we wanted for our flowers and then made our ideas come to life. Maria was great with suggestions of flowers, she has such a good eye for them. Since I'm somebody who doesn't know very much about flowers it was very reassuring to have her helping us so much. On the day of the wedding we were so thrilled with our bouquets, table arrangements, and floating chuppah. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Maria and Larry were such a pleasure to work with!! They executed my floral design flawlessly! From the centerpieces to the bouquets to the archway, EVERYTHING was stunning! The flowers were all perfectly blossomed, not wilted at all and the arrangements were so beautiful! I honestly can't say anything but good things from working with them! I will recommend them to anyone getting married!

So happy I decided to go with Maria and Larry for my wedding flowers. They have tons of experience in the business that I knew they were going to do a great job. My flowers came out gorgeous and all my guests raved about how beautiful they were. Larry had such great ideas and was able to bring my vision to life. He was also able to work within my budget and was very flexible, which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend!!

Larry was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he did an AMAZING job on our flowers and decorations. Even the venue said the archway for the ceremony was the most beautiful they had ever seen! Our bouquets and centerpieces were gorgeous, too. Larry spent a tremendous amount of time meeting with me to discuss possible arrangements, and he was enthusiastic throughout the process. You can tell he is a real artist! On our wedding day, he arrived over an hour earlier than agreed to make sure everything was perfect for us. He really captured the feel we were going for, too.

When it came time to choose a florist we went with Maria and Larry because they are so amazing to work with. When sitting down with to choose our flowers and colors they made it so simple. With mine and my fiancé's work schedule being so busy Maria and Larry were so flexible in working with us. If you are looking for a florist I would highly recommend them. April & Ernie Havrick

I was recommended to Maria and Larry by 3 people so I was pretty sold on them when I walked in. Warm and friendly, I felt right at home. We sat down and talked about our green and brown color scheme and the decor we wanted. Centerpiece design was up in the air but luckily Maria had tons of ideas. For bouquets, etc., Maria was amazing at customizing the look for us and finding the perfect color of flowers. She was so flexible to work with. I liked everything right off the bat. We met again for a trial and the centerpiece I described wasn't what I wanted anymore. I was so decisive on everything for the wedding but the centerpieces were just not clear for me yet. Maria personally went back and forth with me on emails and i sent her so many pictures it would make your head spin but she looked at all of them and helped guide me in the right direction. Patience of a saint! I was finally inspired at a client's wedding and knew that I wanted to use wine boxes with flowers in them. After fixing them up, I delivered one to Maria and her mockup was just stunning. She was again flexible with how it would/could look with or without this or that. So many choices! We figured it out together and I delivered 20+ wine boxes to her house, filled with paper shredding as a base. I mean what an undertaking and she and Larry were amazing! EVERYONE at the wedding commented on our centerpieces and as gorgeous as they were, I couldn't stop looking at my gorgeous orchid and hydrangea bouquet of light green. Maria and Larry make you feel like family; they are honest, creative, fair and flexible with a designer's eye. They make it happen and I'm so glad that they were a part of our wedding day!

I hadn't intended for flowers to be a major part of my wedding, mostly out of lack of familiarity with different types of flowers. When I realized that I needed to get over my own ignorance and select a florist to take care everything, that's when I found Floral Expressions by Maria and Larry. Maria acted as a consultant, interviewing me about my color scheme, style and budget. Then right there in her office, she crafted a full floral plan with details on what my bridal bouquet, bridemaid bouquets and men's boutonnieres would look like. Closer to the wedding date, I asked if they could put together a centerpiece package that wasn't too expensive. And they came through! On the wedding day, Larry delivered the personal flowers to the hotel as well as set up decorative flowers at the wedding venue. Their excellent service, combined with great pricing and creativity made Floral Expressions an optimal choice. And the flowers were so gorgeous that we used a shot of them in one of our Thank You card photos!

I loved my flowers! Larry was great to work with and really took everything seriously-he discussed everything with me at length to make sure it was what I was envisioning. I LOVED my bouquet so much I decided to preserve it which was something I didn't think I would do until I saw it! Larry worked with me to set up our ceremony area, as it was a rainy day and we had to make some decisions about indoor or outdoor but he wasn't pushy or annoyed by my indecisiveness. The gazebo looked amazing! I love flowers and am so happy with Larry and Maria!

I have to say, as I've told Maria and Larry before, I enjoyed working with this vendor the most out of all my wedding vendors. Maria has patience of a Saint. I completely changed my flowers -- all my flowers -- three times. Not one huff, not one sigh, only encouragement. Maria wanted me to be happy. I gave poor Maria a very difficult order -- I wanted Lily of the Valley and Lilacs for my wedding the end of May. They are hard to come by as they are just out of season by then but Maria pulled it off. There were some flowers which I just could not get, but Maria knew what looked like the flowers I wanted and made my dream bouquet a reality. Honestly, the church altar flowers were so absolutely incredible -- they were breathtaking. They were so nice that Father kept them the next day for the First Communion children. Also very important was Maria kept in my budget. If something was changed, even at the last minute, Maria made it happen within the limitations I set for her. I wanted aqua sparkly tea lights all over the room. I pride myself as a Google search person, but I couldn't find them... and believe me, I tried. Maria found them for me and at a price lower than we expected. I'm not sure how many vendors would have done this, but Maria lowered the price of the bill on the flowers. What an honest person! I really appreciated having someone work for me that I trusted. Thank you so much Maria and Larry!

Maria and Larry did my wedding flowers and I was incredibly happy! They were easy to work with, had great ideas and even visited my venue to make sure that everything would work beforehand! The arch they created was gorgeous and the other flowers were fresh - my bouquet stayed for over a week in water!! Highly recommend!

We had no idea going in what we wanted as far as flowers. Larry spent a number of hours with us making sure that we were happy & comfortable with what we would have at our wedding. When he dropped off the bouquets everyone just loved how beautiful they were. He & Maria do a wonderful job & are so easy to work with. They were patient & affordable & produce amazing arrangements. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist!

Larry worked with us so that our vision was created, and made it affordable. He was easy to contact, and offered samples when he could. He even hand carved our initials into our centerpieces, which fit our motif.

I used this florist for my wedding and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. The prices were extremely fair and the flowers were PERFECT. She accomplished everything I asked her for and stayed within my budget. I would recommend them to everyone. They were professional, friendly, and always willing to help I am thankful for all of the hard work they did to make my wedding beautiful and stress free.

This was a recommendation from my Maid of Honor. On the first meeting, Larry spent 2 hours going through what we wanted. He immediately saw my vision and worked with it. He was not afraid to tell me when I was making a wrong decision, which I appreciated. He and Maria have been in business a long time and know what they are doing. They were lovely to work with and the all the flowers on the day of were gorgeous.

I chose to work with Larry even though he was more expensive than any other florist I interviewed, because he was incredibly thorough - each of our meetings to discuss my wedding flowers were 1-2 hours. The flowers ended up being beautiful, but I was a little disappointed in my own bouquet. It was not the shape I thought we had discussed (I thought I was getting wildflower-esque shape, instead I had a perfectly round bouquet. My bridesmaids' got the wildflower look I was going for, there's were perfect). The ratio of colors was not what i was expecting either (more deep red, less green and yellow). But the bouquet (and all of the flowers) were absolutely beautiful. I guess I'm just disappointed because we spent the extra money because I thought he was so detail oriented. Also, he delivered the guys' boutinierres to the wrong place, but we were able to fix that before the ceremony. I would recommend him to others, but only if flowers are really important to you. If flowers aren't as important, he's probably not worth the extra money.

Maria & Larry were the best florists to work with. My flowers came out amazingly beautiful. Beyond my highest expections, and I'm very particular, so that's no easy task. Maria was so sweet & accomodating to my requests and she tried to save me money, instead of trying to charge me more! Flowers was one of my priorities in my wedding & FloralExpressions by Maria & Larry delivered everything I ever dreamed of and more!!! The Centerpieces were spectacular & all the guests wanted one to take home with them. I got so many rave reviews from my guests about the arrangements & the bouquets! I loved it all! Very happy bride!!!

Maria is fantastic! I met with her one night, and she gave me over 2 hours of her time simply because she cared about my vision for my wedding. I hadn't even booked her yet! She listened to my ideas and completely blew me away with my centerpieces and bouquets. I had originally sought her out for my wedding because on her website she had carved pumpkin luminaries. Her daughter personally carved pumpkins for half of my tables, and on the other tables, Maria made these gorgeous dramatic centerpieces that went perfectly with my fall themed wedding. Maria constantly looked for ways that I could save money and stay within my budget, while still creating fantastic centerpieces that I am so glad I have pictures of to cherish always! She does beautiful work and really takes care of her clients. I loved my bouquet so much that I'm having it preserved so I can look at it forever!
