I used Floral Fantasy for my bridal bouquet and bridesmaids' bouquets for my September wedding , and had a terrible experience. My bouquet was absurdly small (it was ever so slightly bigger than the bridesmaids' bouquets, but if you quickly glanced at them it didn't immediately jump out to you which was which), the color was not what I wanted (they were more of a hot pink instead of coral), the wrapping was the wrong color (we'd ordered navy, it was white), and they were VERY shabbily constructed.
To elaborate on that last item, my bouquet had really, really long stems, so much so that the stems were longer than the bouquet was wide. It looked ridiculous, as the wrapping covered just the top half of all of the stems, so there was a ton of green sticking out of the bottom. I would estimate around 6 inches of green stems were exposed. My sister pruned the stems for me so that they were a normal length and didn't stick out so far. Then, during the wedding, the flowers all started falling out of everyone's bouquets! (I noticed it when my niece came up to me and handed me a rose and said "you dropped this".) Yes, you read that right, the bouquets were literally FALLING APART during the wedding. Turns out, they hadn't bundled up whole flowers, they had taken just the flower part of the flower and put it into essentially a plastic bowl, then, in a separate compartment under the bowl, they'd bundled up separate stems. I don't know if this is normal or not but it was not what I was expecting (I was expecting they took whole flowers, then tied them up), and it resulted in the bouquets falling apart. And it is even more off because I don't understand why they made the stems so ridiculously long in my bouquet, when they weren't the flowers' real stems anyway?? Very strange.
I should also note that their customer service left a lot to be desired. When I went to pick up the flowers and they showed them to me my first comment was "that bouquet looks really small." To which the woman who handed them to us said "but you're small!" Like oh, ok, problem solved...she made no attempt to remedy the situation or do anything about it, just acted like she didn't hear me say I was dissatisfied with them.
So, if you want your wedding bouquets to be a normal size, look normal, be the right color, have the right wrapping, and, perhaps most importantly, last throughout the wedding day without falling apart, look elsewhere!
Debbie from Floral Fantasy is a professional, flexible, creative, and experienced women! She managed to cater to my tight budget, giving me everything I needed and more. The flowers were beautiful.
My mother-in-law is good friends with the florist, but I had never met her before the wedding. She was amazing and helped with anything I needed and made time to my center pieces, which were not the easiest. I loved the flowers, they were everything I pictured, and were so beautiful! Price definitely depends on what you are looking for, but I would absolutely recommend this florist!
