Rick is exceptionally professional, organized, and overall just really fun and easygoing people to have around for our big day! His love for fun and people really shines though as a DJ and MC. There are many qualified options for hiring talent for your events but when you hire Rick, you are hiring a master of flow and human connection. He takes any party and makes it a rager that people remember forever because they experience something truly unique. He subtly leads people out of their comfort zone and raises the vibe of the room until reservations and limitations are forgotten and only flow remains. Cannot recommend enough for any event.

Flow Event Group was wonderful to work with! Our DJ, Noe Sanchez, absolutely crushed the dance music and even helped us out with a fun recessional surprise! We also had a photo booth + attendant which made for incredible keepsakes and some hilarious memories to look back on. If you want your wedding to be a banger, go with Flow!!

Rick and Jenny did our wedding video and DJ services and I cannot recommend them enough. Book them RIGHT NOW!! Their experience in the wedding industry is second to none and they went above and beyond throughout the entire wedding planning + wedding day experience. My touch bases with Jenny before the big day made me feel so at ease and calm, whereas I wanted to puke anytime other vendors called because it was usually to talk about upcharges or things going wrong. During the day, Rick was an absolute vibe and made everything from hanging with my girls in the getting-ready suite to the party bus SO much fun. When your videographer is down to take a tequila shot with you, buys you champagne for a great pic/video, and encourages the party bus to stop so the entire wedding party can go to the top of a rooftop bar for celebration shots with a skyline view of Minneapolis in the background... you know he is the best. Jenny helped bustle my dress and get the dance floor rocking at the venue and had such a calming presence. I cannot recommend these two enough!! And my favorite part of all - my wedding video went above and beyond any expectation I had and I still cry every time i watch it. I love Flow!!!

Jay was AMAZING!!!! Love love love!! He made the whole night so special and the music kept people on the dance floor ALL night long!!! My feet can attest!!! Jenny was a dream to work with and paired us with Jay. I would 100% suggest them for any and all of your events!!!

We hired Flow to do photography, videography and DJ and while the our photographer and videographer absolutely stunned, our DJ (Jay) truly made the night. I have never seen so many people dancing and jumping and grooving in my life. Even my grandma refused to leave til the end and was singing Ke$ha's Woman at the top of her lungs. I cannot express how incredible Jay was - the only bad part was that no one wanted to leave at the end (I believe there were 3 encores). Both Rick and Jenny are an absolute joy to work with and were incredible easy and professional - they made us comfortable throughout the entire experience and went above and beyond. If you have any question at this point still, I can guarantee you won't regret having them be a part of your day.

Ryan was our DJ for our wedding ceremony and reception. He was very friendly, genuine, and listened to what we wanted for our big day. Ryan's energy was great and the dance floor was packed all night. Would definitely recommend Flow Event Group for a wedding DJ!

Our wedding dance was OFF THE HOOK. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how fun our wedding dance was. The DJ kept everyone out on the dance floor the entire night. The music choices kept everyone in the mood to move their feet and enjoy the night with the bride and groom, wedding party and family. We couldn't have asked for a better, more entertaining DJ through Flow Event Group. HIGHLY recommend!

I don't really have to say it, but I'm going to say it. Our wedding did not go as originally planned and I loved every moment of it. we were supposed to do the big traditional wedding but with everything going on we weren't able to do that. Flow was amazing and flexible to work with. Jenny was always so quick to respond with any questions I had and Rick brought the perfect positive energy to our day! We had our wedding at my parents' cabin up North and they were so flexible to bring everything together. We were even able to turn our dance into a silent disco so we could keep the party going into the night without disrupting the area! It was so much fun and Rick did an amazing job at catering each silent disco station so everyone had something they would enjoy listening to! I would do it all over again!

I don't know what we would have done without Flow! They were our photographers and DJ and they made every moment so memorable! With rearranging our plans multiple times, their patience was unmatched and they were great at keeping us focused on what was more important - getting married! Rick and Jenny are the perfect duo for making us feel special, capturing every moment we could have wished for, and keeping everyone on the dance floor! So thankful we had them on our side for our wedding.

When planning our wedding, I knew right away we were going with Flow. After having met and worked with Rick in several aspects, his energy and positivity cannot be beaten. He is passionate about his work and has a smile on his face the whole damn time. We created our cocktail playlist and gave Rick free reign on the reception music (with a list of do's and don'ts). We had guests on the dance floor all night long and those are moments that will forever be remembered on our wedding day. Our guests had so much fun and ripped it up on the dance floor. I would hire Flow again and again!

Having a good DJ was one of the most important vendors to us. After having been to a wedding with a Flow Event DJ we were so impressed with how packed the dance floor was all night long and how professional their set up was, we knew we wanted to use them for your wedding. Ryan was amazing! He's so friendly and understood our style. All the music was great, ceremony, social hour, dinner and dance, exactly what we wanted. He even stayed late and did karaoke with the last handful of us and he even sang! It was a great time and I'll always remember that last special moment. He was one of our favorite vendors!

We hired Flow for our Wedding photos and were so impressed with how much more they brought to the table, including our DJ, Ryan McKeen. Ryan was so thoughtful and fun to work with. He listened to our needs before hand and was quite chill as we had certain requests he needed to assist with throughout our big day. He even went above and beyond by returning some rental equipment for us the day after the wedding. Definitely recommend Flow/Ryan for any event!

Highly recommend Rick and his team as a DJ! He has high quality equipment, works with the venue to set everything up, and keeps the good tunes going all night. We gave him a list of several songs that were “must-plays” and then he took over from there. Everyone had a GREAT time dancing all night long and was so sad when it was over. I don’t think anyone even used our first two shuttles because they were enjoying themselves so much. Just save some time looking through other mediocre DJs and book Flow now!

Our DJ, Ryan McKeen, was great! He did a fantastic job - couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. He did more than just play the songs we requested. He had a great handle on dynamics, transitions, and added his own personal touches. I’d highly recommend him AND the entire Flow Team.

We hired Flow based on a recommendation that it would be a good time. We met with Rick in person to get his vibe and learn more about the planning process and Flow’s services. Our two requests were for the reception it be a party and for the DJ read the crowd to keep things going. Ryan was our DJ and we FaceTimed with him a few weeks prior to the wedding to go over our form about songs we wanted/didn’t want and how the night was going to flow. We appreciated the time to get to know each other and discuss our wishes since he would be such a big part of our reception. Ryan was able to make suggestions for us to think through with some of our questions and how he’s seen weddings progress. Flow delivered and we had a great party; the dance floor was always full and our friends are still raving about it. We would highly recommend Flow Event Group! We hope our friends hire them for upcoming weddings!

Flow Event Group is hands-down awesome. They were my go-to vendor for everything for my wedding, being my photographer/videographer in addition to DJ. They are very buttoned up with their processes yet flexible and willing to do whatever they can to help take the stress off your shoulders and make your day as easy and fun as possible. When weather didn't cooperate and changed my plan of having live violinists during the ceremony, Rick was accommodating and more than willing to add DJ services for the ceremony at the last minute. Knowing I could call him and he would do what he could to help me out with anything I needed was such a relief. I didn't trust any of my other vendors like I did Flow - I just knew they would make everything work and it would be great in the end. The mix of music they played was fantastic and kept the dance moving and guests grooving all night. Several people commented how great they did and how fun they were to have at the reception and dance. I would hire Flow for DJ services again for any event and strongly recommend them!

We used Flow as our DJ and photographer and we could not be more pleased! Rick & Jenny were phenomenal. Flow handled both the DJing and photography at our wedding. We definitely wanted a party atmosphere and Rick was able to take the songs we selected and organize them to create a fantastic setlist that progressed flawlessly throughout the night. We chose Flow as our DJ because we're music snobs and wanted a DJ that we could undoubtably rely on keeping the party going along with having the perfect timing during the ceremony. Through reading the reviews and after meeting with Rick about our vision for our ceremony and reception, we knew we could trust him to execute our vision. That he did. Rick was punctual, prepared and communicative with us and played the specific songs we had asked, along with using his good judgement on others he played. We had a great day/night in large part thanks to Flow!

Rick and Jenny are an amazing team! They provided photography, videography, and DJ services for our wedding this September. Not only are they an absolute blast to be around, their work is unmatched! We had a wonderful experience working with our Flow Event Group DJ. Josh was great to communicate with, he arrived early and was willing to adjust do whatever was needed to make our resception go smoothly. The best way to describe our experience would be a slow downhill slide with an mediocre ending. Flow comes highly reviewed and the owner, Rick, is charismatic and clearly knows what he is doing. During our initial face to face, Rick agreed to DJ our wedding over a year in advance. However, a month before, he informed us our DJ's name was Lance, without explanation. I then received the Event Detail Document, filled it out and sent it in. I had to reach out to coordinate a phone call to discuss the details which went fine. I already had a clear picture of what I wanted and a detailed list of songs I wanted played and when. I was annoyed because I sent a check with final payment in weeks before the deadline but still received two emails stating my account was overdue. I had to text and email Flow multiple times before they got it sorted out. Very stressful weeks before the wedding. We paid extra to have Lance setup at the ceremony space and the reception. Our ceremony sound was less than ideal since there was a ton of loud feedback as guests were arriving and mic interference and cut outs during the ceremony. Seriously unimpressed. Our reception sound didn't have any issues, but I don't feel Lance took control and MC'd the event. He gave us a quick simple introduction and then just hit play. I expected a little more interaction and pizzazz. Like I said, we had a DJ, there was music, guests danced. Would I rave about Flow? Probably not, but they got the job done.

Rick was our DJ and he was awesome! Super easy to work with. Was on top of everything. The music and order that he played the songs was on point. Everyone said "Best DJ at a wedding they have been too"!

We hired Flow to DJ our destination wedding in May. We knew they would be a great fit because we had seen them DJ a friends wedding in the past. Even with our high expectations I can honestly say that Flow Event Group surpassed our standard and was our favorite vendor of our entire wedding. So here's the deal about Flow... They are the total package. We used them for our engagement session, photography and DJ services. Rick and Jennifer were amazing. I was a very organized bride and had all details for the ceremony and songs for the dance narrowed down months before the wedding. Rick and Jennifer met with me before my big day and we had a planning session. They asked the right questions and knew exactly how to portray the perfect soundtrack to the biggest day of my life. They were the perfect pair of organization and fun. I would hands-down recommend them. Totally worth it!

He seamlessly coordinated 3 separate songs during our processional and got everyone dancing with a great selection of songs during the reception! Everyone that attended the wedding has said what a great time they had dancing, including guests that typically avoid dancing at weddings! The live photo booth was also a lot of fun for everyone at the wedding!

I have had the pleasure of working with Flow Event Group as a wedding planner twice now. I have to say, they are my favorite videographers to work with. Not only are they fun and creative, they make the most beautiful videos. I use them everywhere! I wouldn't choose any other vendor to work with, I have even included them on my preferred vendors list so I will definitely want to work with them again.

Lance and Rick absolutely killed it at our wedding! Not only were they perfectly timed with our aisle walk music changes, they were also able to keep people on our dance floor literally right after first dances through the very end of the night! The event personalizer you get access to throughout the entire planning process was SUPER helpful and was exceptionally easy to share our vision with FLOW. They have literally tens of thousands of song recommendations, but we let them have the reigns and they kept everyone partying and happy on the dance floor with a mix of older tunes to start, PG tunes thereafter sprinkled in and into our party jams throughout the evening. It was truly a magical evening and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice to go with FLOW! We used them for photo, video, AND DJ and it was seamless. SO thankful for you guys!!!!

Guys - Flow is the absolute best there is, hands down. They BROUGHT the party to our wedding reception! We had Rick DJing and it was like 95 and humid (our reception was on an outdoor patio) so at first, everyone was sweating and looked kind of miserable. As the night went on, Rick played the best party jams (exactly in line with what we wanted) and EVERYONE was going crazy on the dance floor! We wrapped up like an hour after the wedding officially ended because people didn't want to leave. Hiring Flow was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, as I've been to way too many weddings where the dance floor was sad and vacant. Also - as a type-A bride, Rick has his own chill way of reminding me it's all good, which was exactly I needed that day. Thank you for making our wedding the best day of our lives!

We have been to a number of weddings lately where the dance party died early. For our wedding, we wanted to be sure that the music and sound kept our guests on the dance floor all night. And, really, we were SO impressed with how Kjell and the Flow Event team did that. Wow! Kjell has a knack for really watching the crowd, switching songs up immediately if need be and/or playing just a few lines of each song. He mixed and played with genres of music and was very careful to not play the songs on our do-not-play list. Kjell also ran the sound for our ceremony. We had a microphone glitch in the middle of it, and Kjell figured out a way to fix it on the fly. I'd strongly recommend hiring Kjell for your next special event.

I hired Flow to DJ at our Wedding back in March. Rick was great at helping us get organized for the event as well as communicating with me leading up to the day of the Wedding. The DJ who worked our wedding also reached out to us to confirm songs we wanted, as well as to clarify other details like the bridal party introduction. He played all the songs we requested and took requests from our guests. I would highly recommend Flow Event Group!
