At first Kelly was very nice once my husband and I sat down with her and went over what we were looking for we were satisfied. When it came down to the day I was so unhappy and frustrated my bouquets were put together horribly in my contract she stated that I would get a throw away bouquet. And guess what i didn’t get one. I called her the following day to speak with her and she was nasty and abrupt towards me. She was very combative to me instead of trying to help me and apologize she says “ Well you could have thrown another one” no that was not the answer that you give to a person that spent money with you and IT WAS MY WEDDING DAY! I would never ever want to deal with her EVER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
