Throughout our dating relationship my now husband would often send me flowers from the Charlotte Flower Market and we were always blown away with the service experience and quality of the arrangements. When it was time to find a florist for our wedding, Charlotte Flower Market was at the top of our list but we were nervous they would be out of our budget. After receiving our quote we were thrilled that it was very affordable compared to local competitors. Tammy and Lauren were extremely helpful during our initial consultation. We are not very knowledgeable on types or seasonality of flowers but they took our ideas and turned them into reality. They guided us in the right direction without overstepping. A few months after our consultation we had changed our minds on some details. Lauren was so kind to schedule another meeting with us at no additional cost to update our order and make sure everything was just the way we wanted. Still without being able to physically see what everything would look like until the day of, I felt very confident in their abilities. When our flowers arrived at the wedding venue, they completely exceeded my expectations. The centerpieces and bouquets were especially beautiful and truly turned out better than we ever imagined. For absolutely any floral needs I will only purchase from Charlotte Flower Market and would highly recommend them!

We used Charlotte Flower Market for our wedding on 11/12/22! It was a fantastic experience the whole way through. Tammy was incredibly responsive for the duration of the whole process - I would highly recommend!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day 2 days in advance so they would have plenty of time to get it ready. The day of at was 1 pm I called ( I was very polite) and they said that it was still scheduled to be delivered. I then called back at 4 pm and a woman answered gave me a really bad attitude when I told her that my wife would only be at work for another hour and said they would be there before 5 and I said no problem but that I hoped they would not arrive at 4:59pm. At 5 they still had not arrived and I then asked to speak to the manager and she was very apologetic but the flower still had no arrived. My advice would be don't order from them at all! They don't deliver on time and only give you a refund but don't care that I order well in advance and she never got her Valentines Day gift. I will never do business with them again!

Tammy is amazing!!! I walked in with a Pinterest photo of my desired wedding bouquet and very few ideas about table arrangements. She helped to make my dream bouquet and table arrangements a reality. The finished product was amazing and far exceeded our expectations!! Honestly my wedding bouquet looked way better than the photo I brought with me. Two months later, my guest are still talking about my wedding bouquets and the blend of all the beautiful flowers. Thank you so much for your assistance and helping to make our day truly amazing!!

I met with Tammy to go over everything I needed for the wedding. She was very helpful and had suggestions to work within my budget. She coordinated my bouquet to have my mother's veil wrapped around it and delivered the flowers the day of the wedding. Everything was labeled and packaged individually for each person and I was so impressed on how everything looked. I had bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages made for the wedding party. She was great to work with and I would definitely use them again.

Todd was wonderful to meet with and design the look for our wedding. He had perfect suggests for a simple and elegant look. The alter flowers were absolutely breathtaking!

I wish all my other vendors were as easy to work with as Flowers of Charlotte. They helped me last minute with putting together the flowers and picking out what I really wanted. The bouquets were beautiful and they were really easy to coordinate with on setup. Would highly reccomend! Very reasonable prices and guaranteed all their work!
