Flying Horse Ranch was a magical venue. Alison the wedding coordinator made the day seamless and effortless. Their all-inclusive package worked with quality vendors that added to the success of my big day.

We loved having our wedding at Flying Horse! The venue has a great balance of elegance and rustic, and our back up option of having our ceremony in the barn was absolutely perfect! Our coordinator, Alison, was the best! She was so communicative and made us feel welcomed for our wedding weekend! Also, the bridal suite, grooms quarters and kids room made everyone feel at home while getting ready! It is such a beautiful venue and we couldn’t recommend it enough!

FHR is so amazing! We got married there last month and I dream about it daily. It was so beautiful and perfect! The venue has multiple ceremony and reception location options which is crucial for a fall CO wedding. We lucked out with the weather and had our ceremony outside and reception in the beautiful barn house. Dancing outside by the fire, ah I just loved it. We have gotten so many compliments from our guests about how it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to. We did not do the all-inclusive option but did pick from their required vendor list and after seeing it all come together I totally understand why they want you to use these vendors. They were all so professional and easy to work with and I was so confident leading up that everything would be perfect. And it was! The best part about FHR though is our Day of Coordinator, Michelle. She is an absolute dream to work with and I now consider her a friend. She is so sweet, communicative, and accommodating! Before setting a date I didn’t think I’d need a DOC but now I cannot imagine not having Michelle along the way and on my big day. She is seriously the best and I cannot rave about her enough! I highly recommend checking out this beautiful, secluded, and unique venue! You’ll love it!

Flying Horse Ranch was the BEST!!! Our wedding there was absolutely gorgeous and the staff is so friendly and kind and great to work with. They return emails and answer questions quickly and are accommodating to your requests and specific needs. Not to mention the venue itself is absolutely stunning - honestly, I feel like the pictures online don’t do it justice! The mix of meadow and mountain views means you get some of everything. We got married outdoors in October and had the reception in the barn and it was absolutely perfect. I used the all-inclusive package through Flying Horse Ranch and HIGHLY recommend it! I priced everything out without all inclusive and with all inclusive, and all inclusive is an incredible value!! They picked great vendors to work with, I wouldn’t have changed a thing. And the best part is you get one of the FHR staff as your wedding planner - we had Michelle and loved her! She is so helpful, kind, attentive, and accommodating. She truly made our wedding day happen and was super flexible to my requests. It was a perfect day, and we got so many comments from our guests about how gorgeous the venue was, how smoothly the day went, and on the quality of our food and flowers (vendors picked by FHR). They also loved the carriage rides, which FHR did complimentary for guests during cocktail hour - so unique and fun! 10/10 recommend, if you’re looking for a venue in the Springs/Denver area, look no further!

Flying Horse Ranch is the best! The guests all had rave reviews of the location and venue. Having the whole venue to your wedding is amazing. You have multiple options of where to hold your ceremony, dining, and reception. Which helps immensely when the weather changes. I really do think this venue has it all, everything you'd ever want. It's handicap accessible and has all the walkways paved for guests. Which was a HUGE consideration for us. But we tell everyone, we booked for the barn. We fell in love with the beautifully rustic but chic building and never looked back. Highly recommend for any type of large function!

WOW. Flying Horse Ranch absolutely blew us away. Not only is the venue stunning, but Megan and Michelle were a total DREAM to work with. They worked with us all throughout the pandemic and were so patient and understanding when we had to move our wedding TWICE. Michelle was able to answer all of my million questions throughout the planning process and was always willing to meet up. In addition to the most outstanding staff, the venue itself is beyond gorgeous. We wanted a ranch feel, but did NOT want rustic. FHR is the perfect combination. The views cannot be beat, and the ballroom with vaulting ceilings and chandeliers is beautiful. The bard and patio feel perfectly Colorado without being super rustic. We were really going for "elegant country", and FHR was perfect. On wedding day, everything flowed so smoothly. The brides and grooms quarters are a DREAM for getting ready. Us girls ate lunch on the veranda while the boys enjoyed pool and poker during their down time. Throughout the entire wedding, things flowed smoothly (Michelle runs a tight ship - in the best way!) and I have had so many guests tell us how fun and beautiful our wedding was. The sunset on day of was stunning - my photographers were in Heaven! You will not be sorry if you book Flying Horse Ranch!

OH.. MY.. GOSH!! This venue was such a dream!! Our wedding was so stunning, I couldn't believe it was real. This location is the BEST! Not only is it affordable and easy with the all inclusive option.. if you get Michelle as your wedding coordinator you will have the best experience! She was so sweet and accommodating. We absolutely adore her!! She made our day so special and the whole experience up until our day too. The views are stunning! We did our ceremony in the ballroom with the gorgeous beams.. SO elegant! and the reception in the beautiful barn and danced on the outside patio under pretty lights and a fireplace! It was the perfect day! We couldn't have asked for a better wedding! We highly recommend this place for the wedding of your dreams :)

The Flying Horse Ranch was an outstanding venue. It was a beautiful setting with several different options in where to set up the ceremony and the reception. The manager, Megan, and the day of planner, Michelle, were phenomenal! They made both the planning and the day of very smooth and peaceful. I, as the mother of the bride, was able to enjoy the process and the day as I danced all night! Thank you!

Megan with Flying Horse Ranch was informative helpful and on the day of the wedding calm and efficient. The venue has many options to choose from and the outdoor space for dancing made our wedding so memorable!! Yes its a drive to get there but so worth the time, money and effort!!! We had our wedding in late July at the Flying Horse Ranch and we will never be able to say enough positive things about this place and the staff. First of all such an incredibly beautiful and versatile venue. We loved being able to have our ceremony, dinner, and reception in all different areas, but have the convenience of not leaving the venue. We got so many compliments on the beauty and uniqueness of this place and the amazing staff, which brings me to the next point. Wow you cannot have a more AMAZING staff than this place has. When finding the venue, meeting with Megan was so great, she is so easy to talk to and work with and it made us so excited to choose this spot as our venue! Finally, MICHELLE was our coordinator and she will never know how incredibly wonderful she made our day! She is the kindest, sweetest person and takes all the worry out of your day so you can just truly be in the moment and enjoy every bit of it! She was always there to answer any questions, easy to communicate with and always understanding during the planning process as well. Michelle you are the BEST and we cannot say enough good things about you!!! We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the Flying Horse Ranch!!

Our daughter has a vision of an "elegant barn wedding" and after touring several options, knew she had found exactly what she wanted when she and her then fiance visited Flying Horse Ranch (FHR) . A week later, I flew to Colorado to see FHR, and we were excited to sign a contract for August 22, 2020 which was just over a year away. One of the many appealing features of this beautiful venue was that there were MANY , large, indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing (meaning we could move things inside in case of inclement weather). Little did we know when we mailed "Save the Dates" in January 2020 just how important that would be as the year unfolded. Planning a wedding is busy and stressful enough, but add COVID to the picture and multiply that by 100! There were months when we didn't know if we could have a wedding of any size, but our Bride and Groom soon decided that even if they could only have their immediate families, they would get married on August 22 at Flying Horse Ranch. That way, their pictures would still be what they had envisioned, even if there weren't many guests there to experience it. We let Megan at FHR know that we would still be coming on August 22 and stayed in constant contact with her as State and County variances were approved. She was always honest with us, but also kept looking for ways to say "YES", even when many were saying "No". We set up tables that could seat up to 8 with just four guests, all vendors wore masks, the venue installed handwashing stations and sanitizer around the property, we set up more chairs than guests at the ceremony so everyone could space out. After Megan shared an idea, we had Green, Yellow and Red bracelets to let each guest show his/her comfort level. While haze from the Wildfires obscured the mountains normally seen from Flying Horse Ranch, and we had only about half of the guests originally invited, we all had a spectacular, beautiful wedding day (with ceremony, cocktail and dancing all outside...the latter under a starlit night) which we will remember in our hearts forever! Flying Horse Ranch was the perfect backdrop to a perfect day in the midst of a crazy year! Thank you, Megan and team!

I will never be able to express how much we loved and appreciate everyone and everything about our big day. Our planning of our wedding was nothing short of difficult until we moved our wedding here. All of the crew here is AMAZING. Our coordinator, Michelle, was so incredible. She drove to our rehearsal the night before, kept me so calm, and was such an amazing detail oriented person for our day. Our day turned out more perfect than I could ever imagine. I will forever be grateful to them for our perfect day. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone who is engaged and looking. The venue is gorgeous, they have plenty of room for everyone and made the process so easy and the least stressful. The feeling you get with your dress when you know it’s the right one, is the feeling I got with this venue. We knew choosing this venue, that everything would be perfect. It is so beautiful that you don’t really need a surplus of decorations, the staff is amazing (especially Michelle), and the suggested vendors are awesome and all super easy to work with. Everything stayed on schedule and according to plan. Absolutely amazing, I would give 6/5 stars if I could.

And for brides and grooms this is everything. I can’t photoshop a carefree smile on your face with that rustic chic barn and picturesque mountain views. Flying Horse Ranch is a DREAM! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the views are gorgeous. Whether it's summertime or the middle of winter, the scenery is stunning. We were so fortunate to work with Michelle. She is amazing and truly a joy to work with. She makes her clients a priority and is with you through the entire process to make your wedding dreams come true. We are so sad our big day is over, but will continue to visit and recommend this incredible and very special place!

I got married here on 08/25 and it was absolutely perfect. There was a coordinator change shortly before the big day but no part of me felt concerned that my day would be jeopardized. Michelle and Olivia (an intern) put the entire venue together just as I had imagined and were readily available throughout the evening for any questions and to assist with the timeline. They truly were the key to making the day as amazing as it was and I can't imagine how the day would have been without them. The venue itself was beautiful, inside and out. It can absolutely mend with any bride's wedding day theme and wishes. I would recommend this venue and Michelle to any couple who wants a stunning, stress free wedding day! Flying Horse Ranch is a gorgeous venue, and I highly recommend Taylor Rempelos as a coordinator there. She is very organized, professional, friendly, and just so easy to work with. She really listens to you to find out what your vision is and wants to make your wedding day perfect for you. If you're thinking about getting married at Flying Horse, definitely ask for Taylor!!

Truly magical. The venue was perfect for our daughter's wedding last month (January 2019). There is plenty of room for everyone, the house and barn hardly need any decorating, the views are stunning and best of all... the facility/wedding coordinators are the BEST. Michelle went above and beyond what we ever could have expected from a wedding planner. We were faced with a doozy of a snow storm the night before the wedding and Michelle did all the last-minute scrambling necessary to ensure the wedding party still had a place to get ready the morning of the wedding. Take a tour of Flying Horse Ranch... you'll fall in love with the place for your next big event. We did.

Absolutely stunning venue! Taylor and Michelle are amazing to work with and make your dream wedding come to life! Don't know what I would have done without them. The ballroom is gorgeous and the barn is rustic yet elegant all at the same time. Such a beautiful place for weddings or any other event!

What can we say?!?! The venue is stunning, Michelle and Taylor were everything you could ask for, and our big day blew us away. We are still waiting for someone to pinch us to wake up from this dream! Really though, we did not lift one finger or have any stress on our actual day and that is not to say there weren't problems, because I bet there were, we will just never know about them. The Flying Horse Ranch is a venue which holds so much beauty but the truly amazing aspect of this place was in its incredible staff. Megan and Michelle were so incredibly wonderful and a joy to work with. They were the ones who made our wedding day perfect. They made our vision come to life and they made sure everything was right on our day. I didn't have to worry about a single thing because I knew everything was taken care of. This incredible place is not only beautiful but it is staffed by some of the most caring individuals around. I would recommend this venue to anyone. Beautiful venue that was perfect for our big day!

I am a Wedding Painter, and I had the opportunity to come to this amazing venue which I hope to return to next season! This is a beautiful venue for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, and it is suitable for very large parties as well! I absolutely loved working with Michelle and Megan! They had this entire party as organized as can be. As far as I'm concerned this is a perfect wedding venue and team. Highly recommended!

My daughter and new son-in-law had their wedding at Flying Horse Ranch earlier in September of this year. I cannot truly express how absolutely lovely this venue is. Our families came from both coasts and in between and were treated to one of the most gorgeous settings in Colorado. Our guests loved the Ranch and many had accommodations at the Lodge at Flying Horse - enjoying beautiful rooms, amazing amenities and impeccable service. The staff at Flying Horse was completely on point - they did absolutely everything necessary to insure the day and event went perfectly - and it did! Megan impressed us right from the beginning with her wealth of knowledge and experience and we so appreciated her honesty and ability to answer any question we asked. Most importantly, we were extremely fortunate to have Michelle as our wedding coordinator. She handled everything with incredible grace, managing to be everywhere at once and taking care of so many little details that were important to us. It was such a joy at the end of the evening to have everything organized and ready to go - no easy feat! Wonderful memories were made and we will be forever grateful. In the wedding industry, Michelle and Megan are probably the best in the game. They are a delight to work with and are willing to go above and beyond for the clients and guests. I've personally seen Megan up on a ladder tying flowers to the arbor. And I've seen Michelle carrying Brides' trains and veils. These two go above and beyond every time. They are absolutely excellent at what they do. You can guarantee that if you have them on your side during your wedding, it will be magical and fun! Flying Horse Ranch is also GORGEOUS. It's got everything! Rolling hills, a beautiful barn, a breath-taking mansion. This place is a beautiful place to get married at!

My daughter was married here in May and we loved it! We awoke on wedding day to unexpected clouds and cold weather and were afraid we'd have to move the ceremony indoors. However, the staff was willing to wait until the last possible moment and we were able to stay outside. The rest of the day was beautiful and everything ran smoothly and on time. They kept checking in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I would recommend the venue and using them as coordinators. My cheeks are still tired from smiling so much:)

My sister had her wedding and reception here. It was such an amazing day! Megan did a great job making sure that every detail was taken care of.

We had our wedding at Flying Horse Ranch last month, and there are truly no words to describe how perfect it was. Not only is the property gorgeous but the staff are amazing too! Megan and Michelle made the day run so smoothly. There wasn't a minute that we were stressing during the rehearsal or the day of. Everything we reviewed at the final walkthrough was handled and the set-up of the ceremony and reception was exactly what we wanted and pictured. The girls would respond to you emails with a thorough response within hours. We are just so thankful for Megan and Michelle. If we were to do the day over, we would do it exactly the same!

Michelle and Megan were always prompt and professional. They always had a smile on their face and were genuinely just as excited as we were. The amount of experience they have is apparent because everything went off without a hitch! Every time we ran into an issue they handled the issue with grace and were very accommodating. Michelle and Megan sent us reminders and allowed us to meet with them whenever we needed to. The venue is absolutely STUNNING! I am still receiving compliments on how beautiful everything was 3 weeks after! I wouldn’t have changed ONE thing. My husband and I wish we could go back and do it all again!!!

We absolutely love Flying Horse Ranch. It was the first wedding venue we looked at, and we knew we didn’t have to look anymore! The venue and its surroundings are absolutely gorgeous. We had a lot of guests traveling from out of town, and it was the perfect place to show them why we love beautiful Colorado! Not only are the main rooms awesome for a wedding and reception, but the bridal suite and grooms quarters are awesome!! We didn’t have our ceremony on site, but we came beforehand to get ready in the bridal suite and grooms quarters just because they were perfect spaces for us to hang out and get ready and get some beautiful photos before the wedding. On top of the beautiful venue, Flying Horse Ranch has an amazing staff. They are great at their jobs! They are super responsive and helpful with every little detail. They host weddings often enough that they know everything that needs to be taken care of on the big day. It was so nice to know that they had everything handled and we didn’t have to worry about anything besides having a great time on our wedding day!

We had our wedding here January 7th 2017. It was absolutely amazing. They left the Christmas stuff up for our winter wedding! They met our every want and need. I was a little upset that I didn’t get to work with Megan on our big day because I had worked with her threw the whole process. But otherwise it was amazing. They went above and beyond for us and I could have not asked for a better venue!I would highly recommend them

My husband and I recently had our wedding here in September and we couldn't be more happy with our choice to use Flying Horse Ranch. The minute we drove up to the property we knew this was the place for us! The venue is incredibly beautiful and we loved how private it is. There are a ton of options for a ceremony between the open field, barn, and the elegant house. The staff is just as amazing as the property, Megan and Sara were so helpful and always got back to me in a timely manner. Day of the wedding they put everything together just the way I had imagined it, while I got to enjoy my day stress free as they took care of everything. I would highly recommended Flying Horse Ranch for any of your event needs!

We knew the moment we arrived to do a walk through that this was going to be the venue for us. We reserved our date about 15 months before our wedding and we are so glad we did. Throughout the planning process Megan and Sara were so helpful and easy to work with not only us but our vendors too. Our favorite aspect of the venue was the size and the privacy provided by the space. A bit off the beaten path but worth the drive, we never felt rushed or like we were in someone's way. The venue felt truly ours while we were there. Our guests were completely floored by the beauty of the venue and to this day we continue to receive complements on our choice. Easily the best decision we made when planning our wedding was to chose the Flying Horse Ranch as our venue, they made our dream wedding become a reality.

Due to Colorado weather, we booked these guys 2 days before the wedding! They had a cancellation and immediately got us in, started working with us on details efficiently and professionally, and took care of literally everything. They went above and beyond to make the day seamless, answer all of our last minute questions, and make it appear to all of the guests like this was a long-set plan. Megan and Sarah were so great to work with. Can't say how thankful we are for these guys, and how hard they worked on our behalf. Their flexibility made our wedding possible, which otherwise would've been ruined by thunderstorms and 40 degree weather!

I planned a wedding at Flying Horse Ranch a few weeks ago and I was just so happy with the staff there. Sara and Megan were so helpful, answered all our questions and responded to our requests in a timely manner. If there was something to be done/set up on the day of the wedding Sara was there to pitch in, which is not an experience I have at all venues. I hope to plan more events at this beautiful venue and work with the wonderful staff again. .

Flying Horse is a hidden gem- but not for long! Every aspect of this venue is spectacular! From the sweeping vistas, the bridal and groom’s suites, the ballroom, to my favorite, the barn- it’s a perfect wedding venue and just far enough from Denver to feel removed but close enough to make travel and guest transportation very manageable. Megan and her staff were fabulous from booking through day-of and the wedding went off without a hitch! I would recommend Flying Horse to anyone- it’s so memorable and elegant- you won’t be disappointed!

We got married in July at the Venue at Flying Horse and it was absolutely fabulous. Megan truly went above and beyond for us in everyway possible. The venue is stunning and the accommodations make it worry-free. We used every square foot of the venue from the bride/groom suite, ballroom, patios, to the barn. We loved every second.
