particularly the washing potatoes dish. The hotel's location slightly south of the strip offers a quieter experience compared to the bustling center. Overall, the service was exceptional, and we look forward to returning in the future!

veryone was smiling and eager to assist. The conference space is well laid out. The meals during our business meeting were top notch. I especially like the breakfast menu each day. The rooms were just right and it was great having all the controls at my fingertips.

yms, vast, with high end equipment and excellent staff. They even do stretching sessions with the latest equipment and yoga classes. The restaurants are wonderful, amazing food and a wide variety of cuisines. Service is excellent too in all areas including check in, restaurants, bars, gym, spa and maintenance (Daniel from maintenance deserves a mention, fixed my problems in seconds - thank you!). It's also right next to the conference centre which was perfect.
Improvement areas: this is my second visit and the in-room fridges are occasionally very noisy, enough to disturb my sleep, this is still the case. I brought a sleep mask with built in speakers to counter this as although they said they'd turn it off, it never happened. It needed a manager's authorisation and they weren't around and it wasn't actioned on follow-up either. If you have a room with an interconnecting door, be warned, it's not properly soundproofed. The rooms were spotless last time, not so this time, room could have been cleaned better. Check out is terrible.
Will give a 5* review when issues fixed.
