Food & Bounty has been in operation since 2008. Our name is derived from the story of Chef and Owner Helen Cavallo's family - Italian immigrants who recognized the importance of good quality food. In the early 20th century, her family delivered produce to local families by horse and wagon through the streets of New
York City.
Helen is the host of Disney Channel's “That’s Fresh” (airing on Disney Jr). Helen is of Italian and Colombian descent and her background imparts her cooking style
and love of bringing people together.
