For Your Party

I am so disappointed with my order from For Your Party. I spent a huge amount of time and money to order custom matchbooks for my wedding, and when I received them they look completely different to the product online. I ordered rainbow foil, which online shows as a full rainbow spectrum. The actual product is only green red and yellow with harsh lines. I contacted For Your Website to see if they could do anything to help fix this issue and the only thing they could do is offer 15% off a second order (after I've already spent tons of money). I'll never order from them again.

Very low quality. Ordered "cards". They were about the thickness of better printer paper. Vendor basically answered "go take a hike".

Terrible customer service. Items were ordered on 7/7 and still not delivered on 8/5/2021. I was told it was not their responsibility for package delivery and that I had to contact FEDEX. FEDEX said the shipper has to make claim. Not a dependable company for time sensitive items.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Communication skills severely lacking at this company. After calling twice to make sure my order was overnighted, they still screwed up and my cups didn’t show up in time.

We used For Your Party for our cocktail napkins! It is very easy to design and view your proofs! We selected one of their designs and also uploaded a second design of our own. We had a drawing of our venue printed on the other design and it turned out nice. We chose three colors - navy, white, and ballet pink. I was disappointed with the "ballet pink" color - it was the lightest pink option and yet it was not very light in person.

Literally zero customer service. When a package was lost by fedex the company made no effort to resolve the issue. Instead they said its "your problem". Did not offer a rush order on a replacement and did not even follow up with fedex. Left their customer out to dry. I would not recommend doing business with them!

Talk about making wedding planning easy! Thank you to FYP for all the design assistance and immediate and excellence customer service! We couldn't be more thrilled with how all our paper goods turned out!

My husband & I purchased personalized face masks and hand sanitizers from For Your Party and were very pleased with how they came out! The sanitizer reminds me of Purell - not gross or sticky, just clean and fragrance free. The masks were a huge hit at our event!

Beware! Read the print carefully and ask questions! I ordered stadium cups and while the website said 16oz they are small cups (kids cup at restaurants) for about 12 oz of liquid without ice and maybe 8 oz with ice. The cups even have 12 printed on the bottom but they are marketed as 16oz. They do hold 16oz if you fill it to the very tip tip top and not try to move the cup. I was very disappointed and there is no offer to help with a discount/promo code or anything from customer support. Like I get it my fault for not fully reading the details, I'd expect a customer centric that could offer some sort of help in the situation given the misleading marketing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A friend of mine ordered plastic cups from them for their wedding and to test them out, she used one like normal, washed it in the dishwasher because they say they are dishwasher safe on the top rack and the lettering came off after only 4 washes. These products are incredibly poor quality. She posted this information on her social media recommending not to buy cups from foryourparty.com and someone from the company reached out to her to resolve the issue. They expressed "sincere" apologies and made it seem as though they wanted to remedy the situation and they even asked her to post the apologetic email on her social media showing that they were "rectifying" the situation. IT WAS ALL SMOKE AND MIRRORS. THEY HAD NO INTEREST IN FIXING THE ISSUE. My friend had to email multiple times to even get a response from them and the response from CS was as follows: "Thank you for sending a follow up. I do understand your disappointment and I am so sorry the cups did not live up to your expectations. We have been selling personalized cups in large numbers for many years and rarely have any issues with them. The cups including the ink are dishwasher safe however not all dishwashers are the same. Some households have their water temperature set very high, some use more abrasive soap, some have higher calcium levels, some simply wash harder than others. We can not account for all of this and sell this product as a disposable albeit reusable cup. It is safe to put them in the dishwasher, I do this with mine all the time and they are fine. I use a moderate water temperature and put them on the top shelf. I get that ink came off of yours after several washes. This is considered acceptable as these plastic cups are not intended to last forever. We appreciate your suggestion to add something in the description and will review this. That said, If you are unhappy with your product, please return the complete order of 175 cups to us and I will run them thru our dishwasher and if we believe there is a problem we will be happy to remake them for you. Our address is: " They listed their address but its not right to share that information even though their customer service is HORRIBLE. This is coming from a higher up within the company too. Long story short, THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH INCREDIBLY LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS. DO NOT PURCHASE, I AM TRYING TO SAVE YOU FROM GOING THROUGH THIS. Sari Mintz needs to pick a different profession!!

I ordered masks for my guests to wear at our wedding. I received an email from the company stating that they were having issues with the color choice (purple lettering) and that I needed to choose another color. I replied back to their email within 30 minutes and told them to please use one of their silver colors. I received my masks today and they have fuchsia pink on them. When I emailed customer service they said they didn't have time to remake my masks and I could either take a $20 credit or ship them back. My wedding is next week. They said it is due to trying times and they went ahead and processed my order with the color they felt matched as close to the purple. I'm sorry but first, why even have that color listed as an option if you can't use it? Second, why bother to ask me what I want for the product that I paid for if you were going to use what you wanted? Third, if times are so trying that you cannot get your customers orders correct, why continue to take on more orders? This is my first time dealing with this company and it will be my last.

When I started planning our wedding, I told myself I wouldn't be THAT bride who had custom cocktail napkins, since I thought it was a waste of money. But 3 weeks before the wedding, I found myself wanting to incorporate our amazing wedding logo on everything. I thought it was WAY too late and too expensive to order anything custom, but to my surprise I found ForYourParty.com. They can customize just about anything you can think of and their website is SO great to design with in real time. Their blogs were also very helpful when I was trying to figure out the best fonts to pair together. I ended up with cocktail napkins and stir sticks with our logo. The order arrived with no issues within 2 weeks. These personalized products really added a nice flair to our big day!

I used For Your Party to create personalized cocktail napkins for my January 2016 wedding. We are SO happy that we went with FYP to do this, as the price was super reasonable and the end result was adorable. The turnaround time was also incredibly quick, and we were able to get the napkins a week before the wedding. I would highly recommend using FYP if you are looking to create your own personal touches for your wedding at a reasonable price!

I used For Your Party for our wedding favors and I was a little nervous to order from a website I was not familiar with, but they did an amazing job. Our customized matchboxes looked so amazing and they came so quickly. We got so many compliments on how cute they looked! The customer service representatives were very responsive and friendly and I was very happy with everything!

I ordered customized cocktail stirrers and napkins for the wedding. They turned out great, they were of great quality and looked just as I designed online. The colors and fonts were true to online and I was very happy with how they turned out.

Amazing quality and price. We had a monogram that we wanted to be printed our our favors (matchbooks) and cocktail napkins. For your party did this at a great price and the quality was excellent!

We ordered coasters for our favors with song quotes on them that reflected our favorites songs and sayings. This website is great, easy to use, inexpensive and has lots of great examples and ideas!
