Four Points Milwaukee Airport- A Marriott Hotel, is a spacious wedding venue located in Milwaukee, WI.
Previously known as the Clarion, this establishment has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation and turned into a dream come true event destination. Now, it has multi functional spaces and suits for weddings ranging in size and complexity.
In total, there are six event rooms on the hotel premises. The main occasion space, the International Ballroom, has 14-foot ceilings and sophisticated elements such as sparkling chandeliers and two built-in bars. Up to 900 guests can be invited for a theater or reception-style gathering. If couples are seeking a more intimate location, they can choose to hold their ceremony in the Concourse room, which boasts mirrored pillars and accommodates between 25 and 225 guests. This room may be combined with the Mitchell room, which brings the total capacity to 350 attendees. Many other variations and spaces are also available, so couples are encouraged to have a look at the offered rooms and select those that fit their needs.
Each couple choosing to hold a wedding at Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee Airport will avail of a professional in-house wedding planner. Special rates are offered for those booking overnight accommodations, and the convenience of the nearby Milwaukee airport makes coordination easier than ever. To simplify and streamline the process even more, wedding guests can access a unique and complimentary reservation link when they are booking their sleeping quarters. Just had my wedding here, Melissa was incredibly helpful and so sweet. The rooms are beautiful and the staff was so friendly and they made everything run smoothly. They made everything for me stress free and helped make our wedding day wonderful. I highly recommend them to everyone. You won't regret having picked four points!
We just got married at the Clarion and it was amazing! Stephanie was super helpful and very accommodating. The food was delicious. All our guests commented on the food and how big the portions were. The decorations were beautiful and everything turned out how I pictured it all in my head, from the ceremony to the reception. It was perfect!
Overall working with the Clarion was great. The event staff are awesome and put up with my OCD tendencies and really made the day awesome for us. Beth was our main contact and she is amazing. Knowing she was around kept me sane as I knew things were under control.
There was a small hitch with our reception room set up but it wasn't anything major and we were given a free bottle of wine for the head table because of it.
Pricing wasn't bad and since we did our wedding on a Sunday we did receive a discount on the venue.
The comp'd suite for our wedding night wasn't bad although the carpet did need some cleaning and so could the tile grout in the shower.
Overall everyone had a great time and I would definitely use them again.
We had our wedding in the main ballroom this past weekend and it was flawless! Jeff is amazing to work with and beyond accommodating. He made the entire process fun and the set up was everything I expected. Not only was the planning great, but countless people complimented the service and food! That was a big reason why we booked - the chicken and prime rib are famous there and they didn't disappoint! I can't thank the Clarion staff for exceeding our expectations and would highly recommend this for a wedding venue! We also loved our complimentary stay in the wedding suite - clean, quiet and romantic.
My articulation of how wonderful the Clarion was will not do it justice. My husband and I had to plan from out of town, which definitely makes communication vital and Beth and Betsy were both always on top of all communication. They were willing to give any recommendations to help us achieve the wedding I dreamed of on our small budget. We chose to do a plated dinner of chicken for everyone, which was the least expensive option. The fact that it was the least expensive did not have anything to do with the quality though-the chicken was PHENOMENAL! Everyone gave us compliments on how great the food was, and our late night pizza was just as great. The centerpieces that the Clarion created for us and the actual environment set up was just beautiful. Communication-amazing. Food-delicious! Environment-perfect. The best decision we made about the wedding (besides the choice of bride and groom :) haha) was the best one we could have made!!
My husband and I met Jeff from the Clarion at the Wonderful World of Weddings Show at State Fair Park in February. We still hadn't decided on a venue and were trying to be married in mid-June of the same year. Jeff was awesome from the start. There was never any pressure. He guided us through every part of what to expect. From the food, when to have information ready, the cost, and he even gave us a substantial discount for booking at the show. He had references for other services and he was available for questions through email and phone. If he didn't have something, he made sure that he could get just what we were asking for. We would recommend the Clarion to anyone. Guests of our wedding received a discounted rate, there's an indoor pool, and there was plenty of space even though there was another event the same night as our wedding. We never even really noticed.
We would recommend the Clarion to anyone getting married. It was a great one stop to check a lot of things off the list. They allow outside catering for the cake, and their onsite catering for food was hot and tasty. A lot of our guests were pleasantly surprised. They set up many of our decorations, worked with our DJ, and made sure it was a worry free evening. Even though we dealt with Jeff to set up the event, we didn't expect for him to be there, but he was. From the start of the night to the end. We even made a bigger mess than we expected, and Jeff was completely understanding. He even gave us free breakfast the next day. For a wedding with 200+ guests, we couldn't have been happier than our choice at the Clarion Grand Ballroom. Thanks Jeff!
The Clarion hotel was the perfect site for our reception. It was nice to find a venue that was spacious enough to fit 275 people and not have to remove tables for the dance floor, even included 2 bars with cocktail tables so there was never a wait for a drink!
The grant ballroom looked absolutely stunning!!! Everything from the head table, to the chair covers, centerpieces and even the candy table was perfect, just how I imagined it - Jeff Deavers took wonderful care of us from the minute we were interested in the venue all the way through the entire reception. The staff was always smiling and making sure everyone was well taken care off.
The food was amazing (chicken alloutte and tenderloin tips), very large portions and cooked to perfection. Received rave reviews from everyone I spoke too! I also recommend trying the pizza for a late night snack - it was a hit!
Couldn't have imagined a better venue for our reception - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
We were recently married on May 25, 2014 and had the pleasure of working with Jeff Deavers. From the beginning, I knew he was going to do an awesome job! We could have not picked a better venue. We received so many compliments on the food, service, and overall elegant hall that day. During the food and reception, Jeff made it a point to be available to our every need. I definitely would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a FABULOUS person to work with. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Jeff for all your help!
Our daughter's wedding September 6, 2014 at the Clarion was spectacular! The moment we stepped into the hall it was breathtaking. The decorating, from the backdrop, to the chair covers to the centerpieces and lighting was beautiful. Many compliments from family and friends. Would recommend the decorating package.

Huge dance floor and 2 bars in the Grand Ballroom, which made for no waiting in a line for a drink.
Would definitely recommend the Clarion. Our friend even called the following day and stated we "have set the bar high" for upcoming family/friends weddings.
We used the Clarion for our June 2014 wedding rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. The service we received from them (especially our rep, Rindy) was outstanding. Although we were a smaller wedding (70 people), we never felt less important or slighted. They helped us with all our planning and suggested things that we might like without pressuring us. The day before the wedding we held the rehearsal dinner there. We had one groomsman who needed another food item due to food allergies and they easily accommodated us at the last minute. And, the chef even came out to see if we were enjoying our meal. They checked on things a couple of times during the reception without hovering over us. Overall, they made our wedding reception very special! We would recommend them to anyone, especially Rindy!
So beautiful I felt like a princess on my day! Everything was beyond what I expected and they could not have done a better job at making my dream wedding come true! I loved the hall decorations and the food was amazing!
How many brides can say their wedding was perfect? From a couple who has worked in the business for 15-20 years, we can say not very many, but we can! It started at the Wedding Show in January, where we met Jeff Deavers. After going for a tour and seeing everything there was to offer, we couldn't pass it up. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and gift opening as well as lots of family and friends staying in the hotel. After the rehearsal dinner, my husband told me that pizza was excellent, not your average hotel pizza. The next day, wedding day, the first time looking into the ballroom, beautiful. Get the decorating package, well worth it. Saved me a lot of time too! Then I saw the room where the ceremony was, as our photographer said, loved the decorations, a lot nicer than other hotel ceremonies I have photographed. Then the food, heard so many compliments on the food. All the staff was excellent, the bartenders, waitresses, and front desk, but the person we need to thank the most is Jeff Deavers. Can't thank the Clarion enough for our perfect day! Would recommend to anyone!
We had our wedding reception at the Clarion in November 2013, and from start to finish they were amazing to work with! They answered every random email, question and phone call promptly and completely. They worked within our budget and made the night truly one to remember!
I wanted to do a winder themed reception and they went out of their way to put their Christmas tree up early and decorate it in white lights and snowflakes, and make it part of the ballroom's decor. Not only was that unexpected but beautiful. It provided a great picture backdrop for everyone to use and was just a beautiful unexpected touch.
The Sales staff was amazing to work with. We did plated dinners and I was worried about the portions being small, or people not getting enough to eat. The plated portion sizes were very generous and tasted amazing. Many people couldn't finish their plates!
I would recommend this venue, and Rindi, to anyone looking for a place to hold their reception.
To start with, Jeff Deavers, the Food and Beverage Director, was by FAR one of the best people that I have ever worked with to plan an event. From the moment I met him at a Bridal Show, I knew that I wanted to work with him to plan my special day. He was so genuine, accommodating, and friendly that it made wedding planning a breeze. He was so incredibly helpful and flexible from meeting times, to trying to make our deductible, to making sure our linens were the right shade of pink. He went far above and beyond my expectations for a 'wedding planner' and truly made our day memorable!
He made our day absolutely amazing! I sincerely appreciate all of his and his staff's help.
The food was incredible. All of our guests ranted and raved about the Chicken Alouette and the late night pizza. The decorating packagae is a MUST and is well worth the money. I even suggest getting chair covers (after I was dead set on not getting them), it really does make the room and bring everything all together!
The Clarion staff both for the reception and rooms/reservations were always so polite and helpful. They made sure that the Bride and Groom were content 100% of the time.
I would recommend this hall to ANYONE looking to book a reception hall! Ask for Jeff, you won't be disappointed!
They were incredibly accommodating to what we wanted to bring to our special day. They made it clear that we could "do whatever we wanted" and we were able to make our day memorable. The food was AMAZING! We got so many compliments on our food, especially the "chicken alloutte." We wanted the largest dance floor they had (they are able to adjust the size to accommodate your party), and we got just what we asked. The dance floor was packed all night long. The sales department were very open to our ideas and made us feel comfortable with working with them (you will work with them for the duration of the planning). I would not have done anything different when it came to our venue. Definitely an experience we will never forget.
During the planning process everyone seemed to be helpful until it came down to when we actually needed the things that we were promised...and then 3 out of 4 mangers recanted on their promises...would not recommended to anyone.
We chose the Clarion Hotel as our place to host our reception after our previous spot was closed with that I couldn't be happier that it worked out that way. They went above and beyond mine and my husband vision of what we wanted. I have every guest walking out of my reception telling me how much fun they had and that it had been the best wedding/reception they had ever been to. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. I would recommend the hotel 100%. The only con is following up with your guest rooms there was a bit of confusion with some of the guest that had booked rooms there. Overall perfect place.
This venue was fabulous! The guests commented on how great the food (beef tips & chicken) was and how friendly the staff was. The hall is beautiful and was absolutely perfect for our day! Our manager, Jeff, was also very helpful!
When we toured venues, we were very impressed with the "sales pitch" at the Clarion--they seemed way nicer, more supportive, helpful, etc. than any other place we looked at. The price was a little higher, but in the grand scheme of things, not enough to make a difference to us.
We did get good service, although there were some bumps in the road. They won't put out your centerpieces unless you rent from them--but they kept saying they might do it for us (in the end, they didn't). Our manager for the night, Nick, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions quickly and fully. When we went to set up our centerpieces the day before the wedding, we were missing two tables. Once my husband found Nick, he grabbed a crewmember and set them up right then and there, which was really helpful.
To be honest, I didn't have much interaction on the day of, but my dad and bridesmaids (who all did) said that they were super helpful and great to work with. We heard a lot of good things about the food from our guests and were really, really pleased with the service we received throughout the evening.
The crewmember that helped set up those last two tables (and dealt with a very stressed bride, I might add) was around the day of the wedding, too, and made a point to stop and congratulate us...I thought it was a very nice gesture!
Overall, I'd recommend the Clarion -- they had a beautiful room and a really great staff!
We had both our ceremony and reception at the Milwaukee Clarion conference center. The workers were fantastic and really helped take care of everything. We are very happy with our wedding and have heard many raves about the fantastic food!!!
First we were upgraded to the Ballroom, then they decorated for us! Everything was perfect from the decor to the food! I couldn't have asked for better service!

They worked with us in having our ceremony there as well as reception. Food was delicious but they took my plate before I was done, hardly saw my manager throughout the night, lacked communication all night. Some of the staff had attitudes while others were so nice I was thankful for them.
We had our rehearsal dinner, reception and gift opening at the Clarion in 2007. Everything was absolutely fantastic from the food, decor, staff, etc. We had a lot of out-of-town guests that stayed at the hotel and the accommodations were outstanding. Our wedding was two days after Christmas so I wanted a "Winter Wonderland" theme. When we walked into the ballroom for our reception it took my breath away. Our guests are still talking about the food and said it was the best they ever had at the Clarion. We now have two children and have a birthday brunch every year for them at the hotel because they are so acommodating!
Jerry was great to work with and everything turned out wonderful for our wedding. We got a lot of complements on the food and the room was set up just how we wanted! The only issue we had was that some of the staff tried to start taking down our site at 11 instead of 12 but Jerry took care of that right away.
The crew at the Clarion do an amazing job. Everyone is so eager and willing to help in every way possible to make your day just as you hoped it would be.
The food is amazing and the proportions are great for the price. I had so many guests compliment that night and long after about how delicious the food was.
The grand ballroom is gorgeous and sets the right mood for a romantic yet fun atmosphere for a wedding reception.
My reception at the Clarion was absolutely perfect in everyway! The food was fantastic!! I got married almost 6 years ago and people are still talking about how the delicous everything was. The staff at the Clarion did a great job too and making sure everything was perfect that day...from the tables, centerpieces, my cake, etc. I truly did not have to worry about anything. The staff also treated all of our guests expectional. (front desk clerks, maids, banquet servers, sales office, managers, etc.) Thank you for making my wedding unbelieveable and unforgettable! I would recommend the Clarion to anyone.
We loved the food. They gave everyone a nice amount of food, which made us feel as though the price we paid was well worth it. We also appreciated how accomodating and supportive the staff were to us on the day of the reception. It was very nice and I didn'f feel any stress at the reception
It matched our color perfectly. The person I was working with always wrote my ideas down- even if I didn't think she was. They did center pieces so that I did not have to. They had a decoration package so I didn't have to worry about that. It looked PERFECT and EXACTLY what we discussed!;I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
We enjoyed the reception because it was beautiful inside the hall. It was set up like a fairy tale. Also, the elderly people who came to the wedding got help carrying their plates from the staff. It was the best place to enjoy our special day. I would recommend it to anyone.
