Elegant and beautiful location. So wonderful to have all things at one location. And everyone was great to work with. Shannon was amazing!
We had our cocktail hour and reception at The Four Seasons Atlanta and do not regret it one bit. The staff caters to your needs and requests the most attentive way possible. Guests commented on the deliciousness of the food, wine, and beverages - it was all delicious. The staff was constantly checking to make sure I had what I needed. During the private moment with my husband, one of the staff even helped me touch up my hair! And we left with monogrammed robes, a gift from the hotel. You will not regret this venue!

The Four Seasons went above and beyond to make our wedding amazing. We got a very good deal for our wedding by having it in February instead of the Summer time. We worked with Nora, who was by far the best person we worked with out of all of the vendors we used. She had many personable meetings with us to make our wedding perfect, and even let us come in to have a full wine tasting so we could pick which wines we wanted to have at the wedding. They also made the cake which was beautiful, and made my husband an amazing Auburn cake as the grooms cake. The food was also outstanding, and our guests all said it was one of the best weddings they had ever been too. Our gift to the guests was a personalized bottle of honey that was harvested from the roof of the Four Seasons, that they put together for over 100 guests. Our bridal suite after the wedding was probably the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in, and they even made our dogs dog treats with their names on them (our dogs were in the wedding). They also had personalized robes made for us that were waiting for us after the wedding. I could keep going on about how amazing it was, but it was well worth the money, and more. Thank you to Nora and the Four Seasons staff for an amazing wedding!
If you are considering the Four Seasons Atlanta for your wedding - stop debating and book it! Many of our guests said our wedding was outstanding and was by far the best event they have ever attended - the entire evening was fun, beautiful, and the service was impeccable!
I fell in love with this venue, the people who are a part of the Four Seasons and Carole. Carole worked with us to make my dream wedding a reality from the budget to the menu, the bar, guest accommodations - she facilitated everything!
One aspect we loved is the Four Seasons is a boutique sized hotel which meant we were the only event at the hotel the weekend of our wedding. So as the Bride and Groom we were really made to feel that we were guests of honor and our guests were made to feel right at home! This was critically important to us because we both have large families and many of our family lives out of state and overseas. Having a venue where we were the main event was great because our guests could congregate in the lounges, the bar, the restaurant and there was always plenty of space - and we all felt as if it was our hotel for the weekend!
The hotel itself has an old Hollywood quality with traditional architecture and decor elements, the beautiful staircase with brass railings, marble, and crystal chandeliers give it a timeless feel and the staff is so welcoming and accommodating.
We used the 5th Floor Terrace for our cocktail hour and the Ballroom for our reception. The terrace gave our guests an exclusive view of the city - we planned our whole timeline around sunset. Guests were greeted in the lobby and directed up the elevators where they were welcomed by servers with glasses of wine or a special cocktail - Bellinis! Passed hors d'voeuvres that were intended to be served hot were hot, and cold was cold. It was the perfect "kick off" to a great party!
As the Bride and Groom we didn't make it to the cocktail hour, instead the Four Seasons gave us a "Private Moment" room where we had a personal attendant who brought us champagne an array of the hors d'voeuvres being served upstairs and we had a chance to actually eat something and enjoy some time just the two of us on our wedding day. Moments that are truly treasured!
Our reception was in the Ballroom. We selected a plated dinner. We had a duet appetizer and salad course and then entrees. The appetizers were amazing and our entrees were prepared and plated with perfection! Portions were generous and presentation was beautiful.
The service was unparalleled! We had 250 guests at our wedding - which is a lot of people and food to have ready to go at once! I've been to many weddings and typically I either luck out by being one of the first tables served or end up getting my plate when half the room is ready to move on to dessert. Not the case at the Four Seasons! I have never seen a plated dinner served so expertly. As well as the cake and late night snacks!
We worked directly with Chef Charles to design our Wedding Cake and Grooms Cake. Both were absolutely delicious and the design was completely custom and personalized to us! And delivered their own kind of WOW factor!
In sum - Everything was exceptional!
If I told you all the wonderful things about the Four Seasons, my review would be a novel. We worked with Charles and Charles made our event absolutely perfect and flawless. The staff is amazing and took great care of our guest, but everything was wonderful! The food was amazing, the table set up, drinks, coordination of it all. We felt like celebrities and the day of our wedding you will not need to worry about a thing. At first the cost will seem a bit a much, but the quality of service you will receive and attention to detail made it more reasonable and so much more superior to other venues we looked at.
Do yourself the favor, make an appointment at the Four Seasons and ask for Charles. From one bride to another bride, you won't regret the decision to host your wedding reception here.
