Lauren and everyone at the Four Seasons truly made our wedding! We would not have had such an amazing experience if it was not for them. Lauren is professional, organized, and goes out of her way to ensure that your wedding is perfect (providing transportation for our parents to certain destinations, champagne and food in bridal suite, providing cabanas, etc.). If we owned a business, we would seek someone like Lauren. We were extremely fortunate to get married at the Four Seasons Palm Beach and it will always have a special place in our hearts. If you are between the Four Seasons Palm Beach and another venue, pick the Four Seasons--you will not be disappointed in its 10 star treatment!

If you are at all considering your wedding in south Florida you would be lucky beyond measure to get to work with Lauren Renwick at the Four Seasons Palm Beach. After a year of planning, I am thrilled to share that Lauren made our dream wedding a reality in every single way. She is truly the most warm, kind and hardworking person who listens and pays attention to all details. She was prepared, organized and open-minded during our meetings, and appeared to work around the clock in terms of her responsiveness and availability. Lauren surpassed every expectation, making certain that she followed through on her promise of a perfect weekend for us. It was reflected in the perfectly orchestrated planning that was executed flawlessly. We will always think of this weekend as the true best of our life! Beyond Lauren, I could go on endlessly about the customer service provided by every staff member—from entry at valet, concierge and check in, housekeeping, restaurant hostesses and servers, personnel at the spa, pool and beach, and all incredible members of our catering/events team. The operation was FLAWLESS and it showed. Our guests would not stop raving about the service, food and experience they had. As we had many out of town guests, the very strong majority of our wedding stayed at the hotel for the weekend. This hotel and team does not miss a beat! We are eternally grateful for our experience and will continue to looking forward to our next trip to Four Seasons Palm Beach!

How there are not more reviews singing the praises of Lauren Renwick, Colin Clark, Bridgette Hill (FS Palm Beach Spa), Carrie (Camden Gardens - The hotel's floral extraordinaire), and the entire staff at the FS Palm Beach is beyond me - They truly are exceptional in every way! Our initial venue fell through due to being bought by an external entity, and long story short Colin (the GM at the time) went above and beyond to welcome us and make what could have been an incredibly disappointing and stressful time smooth and fabulous. Do yourself a favor and consider this as your wedding venue, as it is nothing short of magical. Lauren Renwick, the Catering Manager, is an absolute angel - She is immensely talented, and there was no detail left unaccounted for thanks to her professionalism, diligence, and love for her work! Just a preview: Delicious surprises in the room when we arrived for our wedding weekend, monogrammed goodies (I melted) that she must have snuck up there during the reception (Lauren, you are incredible!), two pieces of our wedding cake in the room fridge to enjoy the next day, and more that I do not want to take the surprise from for future brides! While on the subject of food, let's be honest, you cannot beat the Four Seasons! The culinary team at FS Palm Beach is outstanding - They are highly awarded with good reason. Our guests were singing the praises of the incredible appetizers (which Lauren and Pascale made sure we had access to as the bride & groom - so thoughtful!), main course, and cake for months (no joke!) after our wedding day. Bridgette Hill at the FS Palm Beach Spa is a goddess - She is the master who tamed my hair to be absolute flawless perfection for my wedding day - She took my vision (VS model, of course) and brought it to life. I love her so much I see her as my stylist! The venue itself is breathtaking! We opted to have our ceremony + reception inside due to weather (Lauren kept me posted throughout the entire morning to make sure we loved the final result!) and it truly was magical, the room was glowing and the team was so fluid in their transition from the pool area to the indoor space. We did our first look in the Garden, and all I can say is WOW. Cocktails were in The Living Room, which was so cozy and full of warmth - Exactly what we had envisioned for our wedding. The FS team made sure to include a special request of mine, which was photos of our families on their wedding days in silver frames at the cocktail hour. It is the little details like this that the FS PB team excels at attending to, and these are the special touches we will always remember. The decor and florals far surpassed my wildest dreams - When you were in the room, they put anything on Pinterest to shame. The team at the FS Palm Beach is the epitome of professionalism and warmth - There was not a detail unaccounted for, not a single hiccup in the day that they did not smooth over seamlessly; We had the BEST day of our lives and truly were able to enjoy every single moment knowing that Lauren and Pascale (I hope I spelled her name correctly - she is a saint!) were by our side the entire way. I cannot sing their praises enough, and I am still glowing with love, admiration, and gratitude for this incredible venue, team, and memory. Thank you, FS Palm Beach team, for facilitating what was truly the most incredible wedding beyond our wildest dreams! Magical!

I had the pleasure of working with Lauren Renwick, Catering Manager of The Four Seasons Palm Beach for a wedding on March 25,2017. The service, attention to details, and teamwork from Lauren and her staff are exceptional. She was there with me every step of the way, and made my job so much easier. This is very important to me as a wedding manager. I understand why they have been chosen as a 5 diamond resort since 2009. I am looking forward to working with Lauren in the near future.

Top notch, first class service all the way around. Our wedding weekend was held at the resort, from the rehearsal dinner to the main wedding ceremony and reception. It was perfection at its best! A dream come true, and their attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel's management and service was spectacular. I would not have wanted to be anywhere else.
