The Fox was amazing through the entire process. We found them online and did a tour, I instantly fell in love with the atmosphere of the place. The more I interacted with the people there the more I loved it as well. We mostly worked with Richard and he was the best! He was available by phone and by text and would respond within a few hours of each text I sent. We were allowed to come back several times to take additional looks and get more details and ideas for the day of and to let our family tour the place as well once we had decided it was the one. I loved their package, it is almost all inclusive. They provided everything except the cake/dessert, photographer, attire, and stationary/signage (save the dates, invitations, thank you cards, welcome sign, any timeline or seating chart signs). We also used their in-house DJ for his DJ and lighting and it was the best decision. He was professional and helpful as well. He was so worth the money, he kept the night going and all the lighting really helped pull the whole room together. I do not have a single complaint for this place and I have no idea what would have made them better. I cannot say enough good things about the Fox or the people that work there. Everyone we came in contact with day of from Richard and Michelle to the waiters were all fabulous. They all worked so hard and worked well together to make the evening the best night of my life. My now husband and I loved everything about the night and the experience, it's been a little over 2 months and we still discuss how wonderful the Fox was to us and our guests. We also received several compliments on the location and how beautiful the place looked and how smoothly everything ran. I 100% recommend to everyone at least giving the place a look and getting details from them for any event or party.

Had my wedding at this wonderful venue. Richard is the absolute best! The venue fit our theme perfectly, it was so beautiful. One of the main reasons we booked here was how much was included without having to bring in outside vendors. I highly recommend hiring their DJ, David, I can not imagine our wedding without him he was instramental in how smoothly our wedding went. He was the biggest help, above and beyond what I expected!
We must be the most fortunate people in the world to have stumbled upon this place. My husband and I were looking for something unique for our wedding, and when we came across the Fox we knew it was exactly what we wanted. An old theatre, the venue is basically a stage with a cleared-out orchestra area where you can hold almost any event you could think of. And where another venue might just provide you an empty space, the Fox had many of the things needed to host our wedding and reception (chairs, tables, plates, chargers, dinnerware, centerpieces, as well as linens and napkins in a large variety of color combinations).
Our main point of contact throughout the process was Richard who was very easy to talk to. Richard, explained everything very clearly, and answered every question we had. We felt no detail was overlooked and each minute detail that could have been offered was presented to us. Richard always made himself available and returned messages promptly on the few instances where he was not immediately available (also, Michelle, who seemed to run things when Richard wasn’t present, was also quick with response time). We felt like a valued member of the family from day one and Richard was even present during the actual event (helping at the bar…just in case something came up).
On the business end, Richard was very easy going and understanding in regards to setting up payments for us. Normally they book 6 months in advance, but because we booked closer than six months in advance (total and complete stroke of luck), they worked out an easy and reasonable solution for our payments and didn’t pressure or hound us for payments when they were due. They kept a binder specifically for us and made sure that we were kept up to speed when a payment was made. We were made aware of every possible cost that was expected on our end and were never caught off guard with a “surprise cost.” The venue was always willing to work with us with regards to bringing in and applying our own decor.
Everything the venue had specific control over went perfectly on the night in question. The staff made sure that we and our guests were comfortable throughout the entire event. They were all so friendly and accommodating to us and our guests. Additionally, the food that was offered by the Fox was wonderful and better than one might imagine with a buffet style offering. And in addition to taste, there was more than enough food for everyone, and anyone was able to go back and eat their fill.
Honestly, you expect stuff to go wrong when you have large events, and things did go wrong... but it didn’t have anything to do with the Fox. When the actual venue provides you with the confidence and reliability the Fox does, it’s one large burden to be free of and it allows you to concentrate on other, smaller details for your own event. The Fox knows how to host an event. They treat you like family and my husband and I can’t express support for them enough.
Overall, we were beyond impressed with The Fox Banquet & Event Center. It is such a beautiful, elegant, and unique venue at such a great price. The amazing customer service just adds to the experience. Our guests were so impressed with our venue. If we could do it all over again, we would choose The Fox Banquet & Event Center without a doubt.

The management of Fox event center , Redlands, CA was well organized, very professional and very accommodating. I got what I wanted in regards to the set-up. The food was well served and the staff were very neat with friendly attitude. The DJ package is worth it, the organization of sounds, lights and effects are very well done. I love it.
As a feedback to most as I've heard from my guest were very positive and they love their experienced for the whole event.
(only one thing is the server forgot to serve the cakes to each table) but its just a tiny thing compared to the big picture of the whole thumbs up thing! besides, they are very respectful in keeping safe on my belongings and my left over stuff. We loved this place. When we walked in, my wife had her heart set on it. It's a beautiful venue and they made sure everything went smoothly. Richard and his crew did absolutely everything to make sure not only that my wife and I were taken care of, but that we and our guests had fun. All of our guests said that it was beautiful and were surprised that we found such an awesome place.
It was a beautiful event they did an excellent job at making it a magical event!!!
Overall, a great place. Only 1 event per day, so you can go early and drop things off if need be. Also, you aren't sharing the facilities with another event. There is a little room to change or relax as needed. We only had the reception there, but they do ceremonies as well. They only have a beer and wine liquor license.
My only complaint would be that they seemed a little overwhelmed by the seated dinner for 200. Also, don't be put off by the main lady, Suzanne, she comes off as a little disorganized. The guys that actually run the events (Sean and AJ) are really good.
We hired the Redlands Fox Theater for our wedding reception. Beautiful antique theater style hall. Our wedding was in the middle of the summer, July. A year before our wedding when we met Suzanne, the owner of the Fox Theater or also known as Fox Event Center we asked her how the the weather was like during summer because we kept seeing fans all around the hall, in her own words "Oh, don't worry, it's freazing cold". Around two weeks before our big day we went to pay off the balance for our reception and we asked her again about the fans around the hall, if they were going to be put away. She responded "oh dear, no, it gets pretty hot in here and the theater's ceiling is so high that the AC is not enough to cool down the whole place, I'd take them off if you want me to, but they'll be needed." My now husband and I looked at each other and were just speechless. Whate were we suppossed to do two weeks before our big day? hire another venue? We kept quiet and alghtough everybody had a great time, neither us or our guests will forget the heat that was felt that day. Word of advice, do not have your summer wedding here. When the manager of the band we hired told one of the staff members to turn up the ac, he replied that it was already to the max and that another staff member had to go home because he was feeling dizzy. The hall is beautiful but they need to upgrade their AC and lighting. We had the full package with no limit lighting and we still had the dj bring his own LED lights to iluminate the theater because the lights they have are the old style ones. We received many complains after our wedding about that the food portions were very small and that our guests had to go out to eat something because they were still hungry. Really, if I had read a review about this place before I signed the contract, I would've looked for somewhere else to have my wedding reception.
