We went with Foxchase for its proximity to our area, large ballroom space for our guests and a very good dance floor. Sammy was very understanding of our requirement and was great to work with. We had to reschedule the event to a later date and Sammy was very flexible and worked with us to make the process easy. Abigail was our event coordinator and she was very friendly and easy to work with. She and her team handled all the coordination efficiently and the support they provided helped our family focus on hosting the event and ensured the event went smoothly. Foxchase Manor is an amazing venue. I can categorically say we had the best wedding coordinator. Lindsay Robeson was beyond amazing. She made out vision come to live and she made sure we had a memorable wedding. Everything was beyond perfect. She was always available to answer any questions we had and she will follow up with us weekly to ensure that we had no concerns or questions or if there was anything she could help us with. The support staff on the wedding day as well was amazing.

The folks at this place are amazing. We dealt with Sammy the manager, Penny the coordinating manager, Lindsey and Tori. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that our event went smoothly. There was so many details that I can’t even begin to describe that was huddles for us but Penny made sure she was there to help us through every obstacles and we are forever grateful to her. My husband and I got married on April 17th, 2022 at Foxchase Manor. The manor was absolutely beautiful and we had a great experience working with Penny. She was brilliant and took care of us so well on our wedding day. She took care of everything including our guests, food, time management, our schedules etc. and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Definitely recommend working with Penny in the future. Foxchase is an amazing venue to get married in. I got married to my wife in Foxchase and we also had our reception there in the same day. The whole process was so smooth and that was all thanks to Penny. Her professionalism and guidance throughout the whole process was amazing and it was a pleasure to work with her. We enjoyed hosting our annual Fundraising Gala at Foxchase Manor for the second year in a row. Penny, our event manager, worked with us on creating a beautiful tablescape with colors that match our brand. They didn't have enough tablecloths in the color that we initially wanted, which was disappointing, but we chose another color that ended up working very well. The entire staff was very attentive the night of our event, and when we had questions, concerns or needs they were answered in a timely fashion. Penny made sure that all of our requests were attended to and she was great to work with! Our room full of almost 600 guests were served a buffet dinner in about 35 minutes, which was very efficient. The sound system was hit or miss throughout the evening, hence the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Will work with the vendor to improve in the future. Would recommend this venue for your fundraising dinner!

I recently had the joy of celebrating my wedding ceremony and reception last month in February at the Foxchase Manor in VA. My husband and I couldn’t be more grateful and blessed to have the most efficient and hard working coordinator by our side. Lindsay Robeson is simply so easy to work, removing stress from the bride and groom in critical times. Over the planning period, Lindsay was by our side to communicate clearly not just to the venue staff, but all the vendors, bringing our vision to life. Lindsay not only made my husband and I feel so welcomed, but our family members felt exactly the same! After the wedding, we heard countless stories/feedback on how well Lindsay attended to all of our family member's request/needs that day. Thank you so much Lindsay for the countless hours and dedication ensuring our 2 event wedding (in one day) was managed and coordinated in the most beautiful way possible. We know it was a tough one with keeping time management in check/many moving parts that day. But, you made our wedding day simply magical with your effortless dedication and kindness. I highly recommend Lindsay to anyone looking for a coordinator who will get the job done! I got married at Foxchase Manor on October 16, 2021. The planning process was amazing. However, the week of our wedding was not so great. Foxchase agree that we could drop our alcohol off the Wednesday before the wedding. The week of they informed us that we could not drop off the alcohol because they no longer had the space. This was an inconvenience. We had to have someone drop the alcohol off on the day of the event. On the day of the wedding the venue put the wrong table linens on the tables. This was very frustrating because Foxchase was short on some of the black satin linens we ordered and and I ordered my own to fill the gap. They were dropped at Foxchase the week of our event. We paid for extra setup time and it was used to change out the table linens and we were not reimbursed for the time. My wedding coordinator and her team had to help change the linens. We asked that only wine and beer be served during cocktail hour. The venue served all alcohol and as a result we ran out of most of the premium alcohol by 9:00 pm. The wedding ended at 10:00pm. One of our bartenders did not speak English and struggled to communicate with our guest. After the wedding I informed our Event Supervisor Abigail of my concerns and no one from Foxchase reached out to us regarding our concerns. However, someone from Foxchase did reach out to out decor vendor who has a working relationship with the venue but not us. The event space was beautiful. However, I would not recommend them for your special day.

Updated review: I knew I wanted to have my wedding at Fox Chase Manors for years, I just didn’t know how absolutely amazing the staff would be. Cassie is an absolute delight, I loved communicating with her, she is such a breath of fresh air and has such great vibes. She answered all of my questions whenever I asked, and let me tell you, I would email her at the most random times about some random things. Lindsey… I cannot say enough great things about Lindsey. She is so nice, observant and understanding. I loved everything about Lindsey. She made me feel at ease about the day and really understood my vision. I didn’t have to explain anything to her more than once and I trusted her to solve any issues that came up without my input. Lindsey and Cassie made me feel more than just another client, they made me feel like a friend and I really appreciated it. Rocio was as equally amazing as Lindsey and so understanding as well. We had a small issue with my decorator/florist, Rocio and Lindsey as well as the rest of the staff really stepped up to resolve the matter. I cannot thank everyone at FCM enough for making our wedding day one of the best days of our life. We just booked Foxchase Manor for our wedding in September 2023, and so far have been very impressed with the process. Cassandra is the most helpful and communicative representative I've had the pleasure of being in touch with since beginning the search for our vendor. She answered all my questions and concerns and really made us feel valued. We didn't fee abandoned or just like another event working with her. She was very helpful during the tour and seemed just as excited as we were. Alex was also there during our contract signing and was also very helpful. He was very understanding with our budget and worked with us on everything. We cannot wait to continue the wedding planning process with this team and look forward to using their partners for other services for our wedding.

Foxchase Mannor is a beautiful venue for any event. My husband and I had our reception at FoxChase (on 10/30/2021) and were nothing short of amazed. The staff was friendly and efficient especially Penny who we worked with to book the venue. She was very professional and knowledgeable. A BIG thank you to the entire staff of FoxChase for helping us plan and execute the event of our dreams!! I would highly recommend using FoxChase for your next event!

I got engaged June 2019 and started looking at venues in northern Virginia shortly after. I had several venues on the list, but by the time I toured Foxchase I knew that this was the venue I wanted. It is a beautiful, spacious venue with two large ballrooms that can hold hundreds of people each, as well as a beautiful lobby. They are very affordable especially in comparison to some other locations. They have inclusive packages that already come with nice chairs and table settings, as well as the option to add things that were important to me like a large white dance floor and a stage. We also booked Gala cuisine (which is their caterer) and the food was excellent - everyone loved it! My only suggestion would be to search around for lighting/sound before booking the company they have a deal with, since I did not love my lighting. Customer service from Foxchase was excellent and they were always very responsive. The venue was very flexible when I had to change our wedding day TWICE because of COVID, and it was much appreciated. I primarily communicated with Penny who I booked as my 30 day coordinator, however she was my right hand throughout the whole process. She is extremely detail oriented and worked hard to ensure we had the most wonderful wedding, but also too away a lot of the stress that comes with last minute coordination of things. I cannot thank her enough! I strongly recommend this venue to anyone hosting a wedding in the DMV area.

My husband and I were so pleased with our choice in having our wedding celebration at Foxchase Manor. The whole team from Sammy to Penny to the admin team were very flexible, responsive, and professional. It was such a joy to work with them. We booked Foxchase for two wedding events, one for our traditional wedding and another for our American wedding reception. Overall, the experience was great and most of the staff at Foxchase made certain that our events went smoothly. There were some inconveniences, but ultimately we were glad to have chosen Foxchase as our wedding venue. The venue itself is beautiful with its classical architecture and spacious rooms. We had 100 guests for each event and the space was comfortable for our guests during COVID. The ballroom looked amazing with the high ceilings and gorgeous chandeliers. Having an event at Foxchase truly does make your experience feel special and grand just due to the size of the venue. CONS: • We booked the venue until 11 PM for our first wedding but Foxchase turned the lights on at 10:30 PM and our guests proceeded to leave early. Everyone thought the party was over. Waste of money. • Drinks and food left on tables, even if they were full, were being discarded way too quickly by staff members when chairs were empty. This was very disappointing and again, just a waste of money. Happened during both events. • During the toasts, a 12 year old child was served with champagne while the rest of the adults at the table were served apple cider. It’s clear that there was lack of attention to what was being served. • Knives were not set out during dinner. Guests had to figure out how to eat chicken and steak without knives. • We had personalized cookies and place cards/coasters as party favors. These items were placed on every table and had our names and guests' names hand-written by a baker and calligrapher. Some guests left their cookies and coasters on the tables so they could enjoy the event without having to carry them around. When guests returned to their tables, cookies and coasters were already tossed out by staff. It's difficult to understand why their staff would throw away the party favors since you could easily tell these should have been taken home by the guests. This was highly disappointing since these details were an important part of our wedding and we paid a considerable amount to get those items personalized for each guest. PROS: • Venue allowed us to drop off our items and decor early, also allowed vendors to set up early during the day • Space and decor was beautifully set up once we arrived. We did have to tell them re-organize some things, but overall the space looked wonderful. Claudia helped to make sure the room was to our liking. • One of the owners, Amara, noticed that the wooden dance floor was scratched the day before the event. He offered to upgrade the dance floor for us and we were very appreciative of his offer. • The bartenders Axel and Roxanna were very nice and experienced. • Penny, stepped in whenever things needed to be addressed (ie. finalizing timelines and floor plans). She helped us get things on track. • Food tasting with Dawn was a great experience and the chef also gave us a few additional items that we didn’t order to try. Guests enjoyed the food and raved about how delicious everything was. • We requested to have our dinner privately during cocktail hour. Foxchase staff brought us our beautifully plated dinner in the Bridal Suite. • Foxchase allowed us to keep our vehicle overnight in their parking lot to store our belongings. We were able to pick it up the next morning without

Foxchase Manor was definitely the venue of my dreams. I booked Foxchase rather rapidly and they did not disappoint the day of. Despite all the drama leading up to the day, Abigail pulled through for me. She ensured that my entire day was seamless. She worked with all my vendors and made sure I had no issues on my wedding day. She was present, communicated well, and supportive!

I must say Foxchase was the perfect fit to what we envisioned for our wedding day. When we booked Foxchase, like many bride & grooms, the pandemic was not part of our plans. We are very thankful of the understanding and flexibility with postponing our wedding date. Penny was our coordinator and she has worked really close with us and was always ready to help. Throughout the whole process Penny was fast at answering our questions, provided guidance and genuinely cared about us. Penny was on top of things and even introduced us to one of the owners who also answered some more questions we had had. Foxchase staff were very nice, attentive and professional the day of our wedding. Penny will forever have a special place in our hearts and we are very happy we got her as our coordinator for our big day. The Foxchase Manor is one the most elegant and professional venues I've been to. My husband and I made sure to hire a wedding organizer, Penny. Penny made this experience more bearable and manageable than I Imagined. Rather than being stressed and busy, I had time to actually enjoy the process and have some fun.

I had a great experience with this venue and made the best possible decision by hiring Penny Shafazand as the coordinator. Hiring Penny made the biggest difference by taking so much off of our plates and making this process less stressful. Penny was extremely professional and her organizational skills were through the roof. Overall, my experience was wonderful and we are so thankful that everything went as smooth and perfect as we wanted it to be.

Background: Due to health circumstances and doctor recommendation, we needed to plan a wedding in just two months and have it be close to home, in the Northern Virginia area. We called our close local family and friends (due to COVID-19, and also to minimize risk, it was impossible for our families overseas to attend) and had a total guest count of ~135 guests (I know that seems large for a Western wedding, but it's intimate for an Indian one!) My family is Indian (North-Indian on one side, South-Indian on the other) and my now husband's family is Western. My family's side also had two days of festivities prior to the wedding to plan, so all in all, we knew from the start that this would be tough to pull off!! Foxchase Manor made everything so easy given our situation. We didn't have the time or money to hire/debrief a wedding planner for a Hindu ceremony & Western-style reception, so the venue providing an on-site wedding coordinator to help with layout and venue requirements was essential. Dawn was fantastic and highly responsive to all requests, and asked great questions related to timing, use of space, etc. We went with Foxchase's Gold Package, and were originally going to go with the in-house caterer, but we did not like their in-house Indian food. Dawn saved the day by letting us know that we could use one of Foxchase's external partners for food, and that in fact, most Indian couples choose to do this. She arranged a complimentary tasting with Bombay Tandoor in Tysons, and we liked the food there much better. Our guests on both sides let us know that the food was enjoyable, and we got the "best wedding food" accolade from some of our guests. Foxchase has you provide the alcohol yourself and then provides bar staff. I thought the bartender did a great job, and generally, the Foxchase servers seemed polite and well-mannered. We had some wedding crashers come over from an event happening on the other side who joined in the drinking and dancing (lol) and Dawn dealt with this quickly and professionally. We went with one of Foxchase's preferred vendors, Nadia from Enchanted Events, for decor and the decor was fantastic. Foxchase also made it easy by already having all the chairs/linens/napkins/plates so we could just choose it with Nadia and Dawn present and be done. For AV/lighting/DJ, we went with the all-inclusive package from Foxchase. This is the only thing I would reconsider - while we got there eventually, this vendor was overbooked so I didn't think we were quite getting the attention we needed, and had to really push to get things done. We ended up choosing the songs in the playlist entirely ourselves because the DJ wasn't understanding our style, and in the beginning, the room looked smoky/hazy which was hiding our decor in the photos (this was apparently done to help the lighting, but we didn't like this effect, so had them stop creating haze.) All of our guests danced, and had a good time (and we hardly left the dance floor ourselves), but if I had to do it again, I would have picked a vendor that was familiar with the venue but maybe not the premier partner. All in all, we had so much fun with friends and family, and this was a memorable event for us. My fiance says he just wants to relive the night over and over!

We decided to have our wedding at Foxchase manor after considering countless other venues because of how beautiful the space was, how easy it was to work with the team, and how many people the venue could accommodate. Our assigned coordinator, Penny, reached out to us months before the wedding and was extremely competent. She helped us plan and execute the wedding to perfection. She responded to our texts within minutes, and was always flexible and ready to work with us/other vendors to make our day perfect. She even helped us quickly set up an outdoor ceremony, which was a decision we made at the last minute (literally 1 month before our actual wedding date). On the day of, all of our vendors had no problems figuring out where and how to set up, and the rest of the staff was very attentive to us for the entire night. I absolutely loved working with the team at Foxchase and would highly recommend Foxchase Manor to anyone looking to have the perfect wedding!

Elegant Venue and Outstanding Service: If you are looking for an elegant, DIY, and accommodating venue, Foxchase Manor is the place to go! Not only is the venue beautiful, stunning, spacious and grand, the service provided by Penny (Venue coordinator/Rep) and staff is exceptional. In addition, what makes Foxchase Manor a great place for a wedding is the flexibility to utilize all of their services, a portion of their services or do everything on your own including food and alcohol. With a large ceremony and reception came many unique and detailed requirements. Although it took a lot of coordination, in the end Penny and the team met and exceeded every requirement, including going above and beyond capturing significant moments for us after the primary photography team departed as we extended the evening. As for the value, the venue is a great value for the cost. We received a lot of positive feedback on the taste, abundance and quality of the food. Highly recommend the venue and the wedding coordination services of Penny. Foxchase books very quickly so plan early.

The venue was so beautiful before the decor we fell in love. They recently updated the paint color and I didnt know i could Love the place more. The staff was nice and accommodating during the pandemic with all that’s going on. I’ve been planning my wedding for TWO YEARS with Penny and my planner. She was so nice and available when needed! When the wedding day came It was perfect she was there to see my cry happy tears lol Also the staff made sure that I (the bride) was taken care of before the wedding even started.

Our daughter and her husband were married on September 28, 2019. We looked at many reception venues, but we fell in love with Foxchase Manor as the venue for their reception. We worked along with Sammy and the Foxchase Manor staff. Everyone was great to work with, very professional, and so kind. The day of the event, the venue was so beautiful, from the linens to the table chargers, to the white dance floor, and the food, everything was absolutely amazing! Hats off to Chef Ami and Gala Cuisine for the delicious meal. The day was perfect and went off without a hitch. It’s 2021 and our family and friends are still talking about the great time they had. I had my wedding and reception at FoxChase Manor a little over a week ago. Once I saw the venue in person I was certain that the venue would be the perfect place to have the wedding of my dreams. During the course of planning my wedding, I had to make multiple changes. The staff did everything they could to accommodate those changes. Our event coordinator Lindsay is a SUPERSTAR!!!!! She has just the right amount of spunk and professionalism. Planning with Lindsay left me feeling assured that everything would be perfect and she exceeded my expectations!!My friends and family are still talking about her hospitality. I came to Foxchase Manor with a simple idea and then I was introduced to Penny who worked her magic to make my wedding day just perfect! She helped me pick out top notch vendors an organized everything. I had nothing to worry about. Penny was there for me through thick and thin when I kept having to reschedule my wedding because of the pandemic. I started planning my wedding in May 2019 for May 2020 and my wedding did not happen until August 8, 2021 because of the pandemic. Foxchase was amazing working with me to change my wedding date four times and not charging me any extra change fees because of the pandemic. Please don’t hesitate to hire gala cuisine at Foxchase for your catering needs. Their food was amazing as my wedding guest are still raving about it. Believe it or not food plays one of the biggest parts of your wedding and gala cuisine is the best. If you think you don't need a wedding coordinator, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN! Penny is a top-notch wedding coordinator and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want her as your wedding coordinator! It's like she was reading my mind! I loved everything she came up with! She respected my input and added her special designer eye to my ideas. I am very thankful and appreciative to Penny and Foxchase Manor as my wedding day ran so smoothly. Every moment was perfect.

Very beautiful venue with very helpful staff. Any wedding is not without some stress leading up to it, especially during covid, but Penny was super helpful in helping us postpone our wedding all the way through helping us to coordinate everything the day of. The wedding venue is absolutely breathtaking. Very spacious and grand. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The wedding coordinator was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire wedding. I would highly recommend this venue.

We had been to a South Indian Wedding event several years ago at Fox Chase and we loved it. So when we started planning our son's wedding event, Fox Chase was the first venue we looked at - and very happy to have performed the event there! The venue is beautiful, big and has ample outdoor space. It also has plenty of parking making it very convenient for guests. The Fox Chase team of Penny, Sammy and Turon were always helpful and responsive to our questions and provided us great support. We have one more event planned at Fox Chase and we are eagerly looking forward to celebrating the event after the pandemic has been resolved. Thank you Fox Chase team for making our event memorable!

We greatly enjoyed working with Foxchase Manor to plan our Fundraising Gala. Planning a wedding can be a challenging experience, having a military precision plan in place and getting thrown the COVID-19 wrench in the middle is a whole new ball game. My fiancé and I had to prioritize what to have at the wedding to make sure it was safe. Mask was mandatory and testing was required at entry. I’m a skeptical person by nature and didn’t see the value of a wedding coordinator, I believed in my military logistics skills as the key to success. However, I quickly learned it is important to have a wedding coordinator, especially one familiar with the venue. Needless to say our day was magical, the venue gives the ambiance of a royal wedding and the space is big enough to accommodate guest without looking crowded. Things to remember to book early: photographer, videographer, DJ, Caterer, Limousine ride, any special lighting and your coordinator. Have initial meetings and follow up two months prior event and month of event. Have a bodyman or woman who helps with coordinating pictures after key events as it can be chaotic with everyone wanting a picture with the groom and bride. All in all, my now wife who put in a lot of effort was extremely happy. Thanks Penny and Foxchase for making our day memorable with impeccable service and professionalism.

From start to finish Foxchase Manor was more than accommodating and flexible to all of our wedding needs, budget, floorplan, vendors literally every aspect of a wedding they can accommodate. I had no idea that there would be so much hands on deck staff the day of my wedding and there was. This made me feel even more secure and happy than I already was. Everyone was attentive the entire evening. I am pregnant so to have so much support is a cerling that I can’t describe. The venue is so beautiful, the lighting, the chandeliers serve as great complimentary decorations. The showroom linens and napkins are filled with options. Coming from someone who originally didn’t want a wedding reception go with Foxchase Manor...you will not be disappointed! Great value great investment! Love Penny and the entire staff. We initially planned our Wedding ceremony and reception at Poplar springs. Staff communicated well about the current COVID restrictions due to which we had to move our reception venue. It was a last-minute change and Sammy was really helpful during the entire time. He took responsibility and offered in changing our reception venue to Fox Chase Manor. The ballrooms are very spacious and elegant. We are really glad to choose them.

My husband and I are so glad we chose Foxchase as our wedding venue even before COVID, we are so thankful to the entire team at Foxchase for everything they've done for us to have our dream wedding. Our May 2020 wedding was postponed 3 times due to COVID, and the management team at Foxchase did an awesome job working with us as we were navigating through our COVID wedding. Special shoutout to Penny (who is now a dear friend to us) she went above and beyond her scope of work, to make sure our day was as perfect as it can be. She is very professional, very caring, and such a sweet human being. She helped guide me through everything and was available to speak anytime I needed her. This type of customer service is the secret sauce to any business success and Penny provides that at Foxchase.

It was so great working with Penny at Foxchase! My husband and I were married here on July 3rd. I had never heard of Foxchase until a bridesmaid recommended it based off of her experience at another wedding. A Covid wedding was not the wedding of my dreams but Penny did not disappoint us at all! She held us down during this pandemic and made sure all of our wants/needs were met! Because of Penny and the staff at Gala, my husband and I didn’t have to lift a finger. As wedding musicians, my husband and I have definitely experienced weddings with a few hiccups but Penny made sure we were on schedule and that everything ran smoothly. If there were any problems or issues that took place, my husband and I had no idea. She remained calm and executed everything in such a beautiful fashion. I especially loved her help at our walk through. All I had to do was explain our vision and she made it look ten times better on the day of! Our guests are still raving about our wedding... including the food! (My husband and I are not huge fans of reception food but ours was so memorable. The crab stuffed filet of sol was everything plus more!) Penny was very professional and we appreciated her sincerity and genuine spirit. I would definitely recommend Foxchase to anyone who is looking to host an event in the future.

It was so great working with Penny and the staff at Fox Chase Manor for both our events in December of 2019. The staff ( Helen, Alex, Doris) were very friendly and wiling to work with your needs from food to other elements that go together for a fabulous wedding. Penny went out of her way to assist me in many tasks and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Fox Chase for making this wedding good for our family. They were on top of everything from the beginning! We held our annual Holiday Party at Fox Chase and everything was amazing from the food to the decorum. Our event planner, Penny, was very attentive and got everything just right for us. I’d recommend this venue for any type of celebration as they will take care of your every need.

Foxchase did an awesome job for my wedding. Penny did a fantastic job helping with decorations and time line. The catered food is delicious (my guests are still talking about it). We chose Foxchase because we had the ability to do the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one place. I recommend this place if you are looking for a venue.

Penny was an amazing coordinator at Foxchase! She helped with decorations as well as timeline and everything in between. Foxchase has excellent catered American food also! My guests are still talking about our selection (we had a hard time making choices for food because everything was so good at the tasting). We chose Foxchase because we could do our ceremony, cocktail and reception all in one place. They also have a bridal suite that helped me and my party out a lot. I never had to get a drink at the bar but I didn't hear any complaints on the bartenders.

The venue is gorgeous and specious no doubt about that but the management are all mouth they don't deliver on there words to be specific when we went for the tour/open house we were told one price by Sammy {owner}and when my daughter called the next day to do the contract he increased the price and she was desperate because that was the only Saturday left that hasn't been booked per Sammy so she signed and put a deposit down. Also note, we got the full silver package [Catering, Linen, Silverwares, and etc] went for walk through and did all that was needed to be done. During this walkthrough they explained that all food that would be left after the dinner would be package so we would be able to take home or back to the hotel for our guest. After the wedding long behold they did not pack the food for us and they closed off the food section early so most people were not able to get second servings of food. After we called to check on the food and package, we were told by Penny that they didn't have packages for packing the food. If they would have told us this we would have brought containers for the food to be packed. All in all the venue is nice but I would recommend getting your catering done from an outside caterer.

My husband Iraj and I got married on October 6th,2019 at Foxchase Manor and it was the best decision of my life! We had looked at many venues but nothing excited me until we came across Foxchase Manor. From the moment we met Nicholas Suarez at our first meet to sign the contract we knew we were in good hands. Fast forward, we met Alexandra Beichler who was our Event Supervisor. What can we say? Alexandra was the most caring, compassionate and reliable person who made everything so much easier for us! She was always on top of everything and took so much load off of our shoulders by handling majority of our wedding planning and stress. Although my husband and I had complicated schedules, Alexandra was always willing to accommodate us and find ways to meet with us without causing us to take off from work. Everything was done so professionally by Foxchase team that on our wedding night my husband and I had nothing to worry about. The hall looked amazing and the food was brilliant! We had the Gold package and chose their in-house catering of our choice of Afghan menu. The menu truly had authentic Afghan cuisine that our guests couldn’t stop complimenting us on! On our wedding night, the staff made sure all our guests needs were met and exceeded our expectations on every level. Everything is perfect about Foxchase Manor. Thank you Alexandra and the entire Foxchase team once again for giving me my dream wedding!!!

From the moment my husband and I began planning our fusion Indian/American wedding, we knew we would need a team to pull every detail off as smoothly as possible. Penny Shafazand and the rest of the Foxchase team made all of our dreams a reality, beyond anything we could have even imagined. We were planning this wedding while both working full time jobs living 2 hours away in Richmond. I can 100% say that if we had not had the help of Penny, and our wedding planner Bahareh, nothing would have worked out. The day of our wedding was perfect and stress free for us, thanks to them. We selected the Gold plan which included all the food, and I can easily say I have never been to a wedding with such delicious food. Penny was with us for our tasting and even worked to find a compromise between us wanting American food, and our parents wanting Indian. There was a slight scheduling error in which Penny was removed as our coordinator with less than a month left but after speaking with Foxchase, they promptly reinstated Penny back to our team and I could not be more grateful. She took care of everything, from making sure my husband and I were well fed throughout a very long day/night to making sure our beloved dog (who was so graciously allowed by foxchase to be there for the ceremony) was well taken care of so that we did not have to worry at all. For anyone looking to have a large wedding, whether it be American, Indian, or fusion, I would absolutely recommend Foxchase, and asking for Penny to be your coordinator!!

After meeting with different venues in the Northern VA area and the Richmond area, my husband and decided to go with Foxchase Manor. The whole experience was amazing. We worked with Penny, Sammy & Hellen and all were helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help out create a great wedding. The food is AMAZING! We did the gold package which includes (food, servers, linen, silverware). Sometimes you get worried about the food tasting the same as your food tasting, but it was great. Our guest said nothing but good things about the food, the service etc. We are so appreciative of the Foxchase Manor team!

We hosted our daughter's wedding sangeet at Fox chase. The venue is beautiful and the staff is very professional. Penny Shafazand is extremely knowledgeable on all types of events and is very helpful. She was very detailed during the design reviews and walk-through meeting. From the day we met her to discuss the event till the day of the event, she listened to all our needs. She made us feel that this is her personal event. Thanks Penny for making the event memorable. Dearest Faxchase Manor, We would like to thank Alex for all of her help from the day we enquired about booking the venue, until the moment it was our wedding day (August 31, 2019). Nothing was ever too much to ask for, and questions were always answered super fast. We are often asked what was the best part about our wedding day - for both of us the best part about the day was that we didn’t have to worry about anything. Alex worked very closely with our vendors. Her coordination before and during the wedding was exceptional. It was an incredible feeling to relax and enjoy our day knowing everything was going smoothly and our guests were all enjoying themselves. We never had to keep track of time, Alex made sure everything was running on time. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator, or venue. Foxchase Manor was the first venue that we viewed, and we left with such excitement knowing that it was the venue that we wanted to share on our big day. My Husband and I got married at Foxchase in August 2019. We booked this venue back in 2017, after searching high and low for a venue that could fit our guest count (250+), was flexible with food/decor, and one we could host both an outdoor ceremony and reception. With this criteria in mind, Foxchase was the best choice in the DMV area. During our journey we worked closely with Penny who was great as we prepared for the details of the day. She has great service and even treated us with extra care during a wedding we attended as guests in September 2019. All in all, if you don’t mind making an investment in a venue that provides several concessions, I would highly recommend this venue!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with both Sammy and Penny from Foxchase for our wedding reception in July 2019. We knew the venue was the one immediately after meeting with Sammy the first time, and checking out the space - it's beautiful! Sammy was fantastic to work with - answered our questions, made recommendations and guided us through the initial process. Once we got into the specifics and details, we worked with Penny (Event Supervisor), who is extremely detail oriented and also fantastic to work with. She made us feel like family and answered all of our questions - at all hours! We really appreciated the flexibility of the staff, and professionalism that we experienced. Our wedding reception was beautiful, and Penny was on-site overseeing everything and going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We are super grateful to her and Sammy, and the Foxchase staff!!

The most perfect venue, spacious, beautiful surroundings, ample parking, and so organized and flexible. Laura Kim with Iconic Events was unbelievably amazing. She took care of every detail, always with a smile, and made everything look easy. If there was a glitch, we couldn't tell because she was always prepared with an alternative idea or plan!! And keep in mind we had over 400 guests. The pre-event planning day was key and so fun. It was that day I realized, ok there really is nothing to worry about, and i was right. She had fantastic ideas and made our ideas shine even brighter. Her team was equally amazing on the day of. Great team! The food (from the south asian menus) was fantastic, guests are still raving. I had so many ask who catered the food. I could go on with every detail.

It has been incredible working with the entire team of Fox chase specifically Hellen Bark and Laura Kim from Iconic Events. They made our wedding day so special and memorable and I couldn't have imagined a more perfect wedding. The entire day was stress free and they were so easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding day. Any change or update we had they accommodated right away. We are truly blessed that we had an amazing venue and team to handle our wedding and I would absolutely recommend anyone that is planning their wedding to choose both Foxchase and Iconic events to help them with all their needs!

Foxchase Manor is an amazing venue to have your wedding. They are very professional, and the coordinators there are extremely attentive and communicative and want you to have every need met and your day, perfect. It is an extremely beautiful space, has room for big, medium and small weddings with no problem, is super convenient for having your ceremony and reception in one place, and not far from DC at all. The food is delicious and they have many cuisines to choose from. In particular, Penny and Hellen were extremely helpful every step of the way. They all truly care there about the bride and groom as well as your guests and want to help in any way for everything to go as planned and smoothly. I highly recommend Foxchase Manor.

Tina was such a joy to work with, anticipating our needs before we even knew them ourselves, and the venue was so beautiful. I was skeptical at first when they said they do two weddings a weekend, but you could not tell at all that there was another party going on just next door. Everything was wonderful.

I booked with Foxchase after meeting with different vendors and let me tell you that was one of the best decisions. From start to finish the staff went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met. The food was amazing and you could not ask for more.
