I would have went with someone different for my video. They did not capture things that I specifically asked for. I asked for changes to be made for the first movie that they sent and it was still not what I asked for. They sent me second draft and it was worst than the first one, the contrast was horrible! People looked gray and like cartoon characters in the background. I asked for the raw footage because I wanted to see what they actually have so I can tell them exactly how I wanted my video. Since I got married a moved and updated my address with two separate people. I told them, please make sure you send the raw footage to my updated address. I waited a few weeks and I didn’t receive anything. I called and asked why it’s taking so long and it turns out they sent it to my old address . On 2/28 they told me they will send me another usb to my new address, it’s now 3/17 and I still haven’t received anything. It’s about to be 7 months of me being married and I still don’t have movie to show my friends and family. I definitely do not recommend this company. I went with them because they were more affordable but when it comes to your wedding day you definitely want the best. This has given me such bad anxiety, anytime I think about this situation it makes me upset. I hope this gets resolved soon.

Same quick turnaround for getting the photos back and the George St website is easy to look at and download the photos from.

ny that doesn’t pay well because there’s not an ounce of individual editing done to any of the photos. They just bulk add a filter over everything and send you a giant file of photos. Our wedding video was shaky and the saturation was terrible. making everyone look orange and red. Some of the photos we received were of very important family members and their eyes were closed. When I asked for them to edit them open, they told me I had to go into each photo and make a list referencing each file name and what we needed done- are you kidding? This is not a quality service by any means. They don’t pay their photographers or videographers well despite the price tag, not to mention they will charge you $500 just to keep the raw footage which is yours anyway. Utterly disgusted with my experience with this vendor.

arrived early for both days, dressed in formal attire for our wedding, and very active; he was always on the move, following the day's agenda that my wife shared with him. He thought of wedding day photos for us that we hadn't requested or even mentioned, but now that we have them, we love them! Being able to see the 5,000+ photos online from home has made ordering engagement and wedding photos really easy for us and all of our guests (since we shared the website link and password with them). We hope to use George Street again in the future for family portraits, and/or another family wedding. Thank you George Street for your incredible service!

Also, the headquarters is very open with communication always respond. They always make sure you have everything you need and if you don’t, they will resend it. ng!!! We opted for the engagement package in addition to the wedding package, even though we were hesitant about it at first. In the end, we were SO happy we did because it helped us to feel more comfortable with our photographer on the day of our wedding. Oh, and having access to ALL of the photos online for both the engagement session and wedding session is PRICELESS!! We’ve been able to pick and choose which photos we like best and we’ve had them printed locally to then be framed as gifts. We’ve also backed up the 6,000+ photos onto a USB drive so that we have access to them forever. I’m so glad we went with George Street, they were such a great choice for us and I could not recommend them enough! If I did it all over again, I wouldn’t have bothered calling other photographers to inquire about their rates and packages…George Street makes it too easy for brides planning their wedding day!

Not only did she capture our special day like the vision we had, but she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She gave us guidance to achieve flattering poses while having fun, and even offered to help bustle my dress when my mom got confused. Thanks to her I was able to dance comfortably, and she definitely made sure to capture all the fun we had! She was so sweet and professional! You could definitely tell she found joy in taking part of such a happy day for someone else and that’s what made me appreciate having her there. Plus, the photography itself was stunning! Just the style we wanted!

ally chose a different photographer as her style matched the aesthetic we were going for, which mirrored what was on your website. When she was no longer available (after she had to cancel our engagement shoot at the last minute and we were told she’d be there for the wedding) and we were given 3 choices, so picked the only halfway acceptable option. The portfolio images we received for him do not match the pictures we received, raw or edited. That is completely false advertising. In the portfolio, people were only blurred in one photo, which made sense for the style of that photo. We have blurring in SO many of our staged photos: -Groom and Groomsmen- torsos in focus, legs blurry- why?? -Pictures of the two of us- randomly blurred -Literally all the pictures of me outside by the pond with nature in the background (I specifically chose a venue that had that) my dress is blurred or my face/body are blurred. I didn’t pay for hair/makeup/wedding dress to have them not be in focus. I literally don’t have one usable picture out of those, which I was especially looking forward to. As we’ve shared pictures with friends and family, we mentioned we weren’t super happy with the results and were waiting for the raw images. They said, oh yeah we noticed they were blurred and looked really weird. That is not the reaction you want to your wedding pictures. I made and submitted a shot list, which wasn't adhered to. We never got a lot of photos we would have wanted in the reception. I worked with Nora the whole time and she was incredibly incompetent. She could never give me timeline updates and didn't seem to understand anything. As this is something that can't be re-done and we're stuck with what we have, I asked the company what they would do for us. She ended up offering me a free photo book....until two days later when it was as though they forgot and they said we'd have to pay. I got them to stay true to their word and barely had enough photos to include in it. When the album finally arrived (it would have been $750 for the lowest priced album!) it was nothing special. Sure, it had a leather cover, but the quality of the pages was not impressive: Shutterfly is better. Overall, unimpressed with (most importantly) the pictures, but also the customer service. What you see is not what you will get.

Their website makes it challenging to log in and make adjustments to plans. When you reach our for assistance, the company replies quickly but it often wasn't an answer to the exact questions we were asking. As a side note, the company will not share the social media profiles any of the staff before time.

and wedding video are absolutely on par with pricier solo professional photographers, we really didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of and that was such a relief when all other vendors seemed to want to stiff us with steep bills for every little thing. The photographers and videographer were awesome. They were all so personable and fun and really made the process that much more special. We honestly felt like they were wedding guests just like everyone else. We got married at an outdoor venue and there was a bit of overcast on that day, so their work was really allowed to shine given the lighting. In all seriousness, I would (and already have) recommend George Street to any of our family and friends. The price, quality and care that they put into their work makes all of the difference

s we hadn’t seen Carlo’s work before and pretty much had my heart set on the first photographer, but Carlo sure did not disappoint. The photos he took of us came out absolutely stunning, at times even surreal. Communication was also excellent and the poses he had us do were fun and unique. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend George Street to anyone in need of a wedding photographer.
