My experience was wonderful from the beginning consult to the day of my wedding. The staff was warm, friendly and wonderful. Michael our photographer was a dream.

Highly recommended, photographers were on time and professional. They were on point with what we wanted to capture on our special day, take direction and were very easy to work with. We were extremely happy with all the special moments captured by them. No complain and if we had to do it all over again will certainly hire them.

Nora and Darryl were so easy to work with at my recent wedding. They made the planning process so smooth with their online portal and were easy to reach when needed. During the wedding, everything flowed so smoothly and you could barely tell a videographer was there! I would definitely recommend for your wedding!

Choosing a wedding photographer is no small feat. George Street helped us choose from a great list of photographers. From the first click of the camera to the final delivery of the gallery, our experience with Lucy was nothing short of extraordinary.

They were very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Doing the wedding plan was easy, if you had any questions they were always there to answer them.

We had our wedding on October 6 and I'm so glad that I booked with George Street. There were a few snags in our timeline due to other factors, but George Street was not at all one of them. From beginning to end they were communicative, and even helped me make sure I scheduled my timeline the best way according to their experience. They answered all of my questions and my coordinator, Nora has been amazing up until this very day. We had two lead and two associate photographers and videographers and I'm so glad we spent the money for it ( they also had a great deal that made it much more affordable). I had a whole document of desired photos and I truly felt like every moment was captured, even ones I didn't know happened. All the staff truly seemed to enjoy their craft and it showed in their work. I really wanted to prioritize candids and they took that to heart! My photos and videos are beautiful and I've received so many compliments. Thank you George Street!

I am SO pleased with my interaction with George street! I initially did not have a videographer, and about a month before my wedding, I said to myself, am I really going to forgo a video at my wedding? So I called George street and few others but George stood out immediately. Firstly their price was VERY transparent and fair for what I was getting. I was designated a personal consultant who took a LOT of time to get to know me and give me personalized attention. I did not feel like they were trying to "sell me" which a lot of times when I was planning my wedding I felt people were SO pushy. They have a wedding portal that makes everything seamless and easy. The day of the videographer was excellent. He contacted me before and had a nice discussion on what I wanted and made sure everything day of was seamless. I am so pleased with my wedding video and short, they were really well done and to my specifications! I would %100 use them again and recommended them. Do not hesitate!

We had an exceptional experience with George Street's wedding photography services. From our initial introduction call to the wedding day itself, the communication was always prompt and transparent. Daniel, our photographer, was great! He was extremely professional and took the initiative on our big day, when it came to poses and choosing locations around our venue. Given that neither of us are too into taking pictures, his approach was a relief. The end results exceeded our expectations and we would certainly recommend George Street!

We had Ben as our lead photographer and he was absolutely amazing. His attention to detail and creativity, capturing the big moments but also thoughtfully crafting the tiny details, was perfect. He really put us at ease throughout the day. We also had Chris as assistant photographer and he was so nice and thoughtful with each shot as well. He also helped us think of creative pose ideas. For videographer, we had Steve and he was a fantastic addition to the team. He was always seamlessly capturing the moments and so friendly. Thanks so much again, we had the best day!

worked with George Street Photo & Video (Sacramento) for my wedding this October 2023. When you first book with them you go through a portfolio of what kind of pictures you like. For example, you can select between brighter or warmer photos; you can select more traditional or abstract photos. It then narrows down to three photographers in your area. You look at each photographers portfolio, however you never get to speak with the photographer directly. We booked with George street in December 2022 and didn't get to actually speak or meet with our photographer till our engagement photos in April 2023. I am giving three instead of four starts because he did a great job at the engagement session and made us feel very comfortable. Fast forward to wedding day, our wedding photographer had not come to scope out spots for bridal party photos or first look locations. This delayed the wedding substantial and made me (the bride) extremely stressed out. Because he did not scope out locations ahead of time he spent almost a half an hour looking around (A VERY LARGE GOLF COURSE) and we didn't get to do half the pictures I wanted. I only got to do bridal party photos for ten minutes, when we allotted 45 minutes for pictures with our immediate family and bridal party. After the ceremony, things ran smoothly. I have not received my photos yet (which is normal since we just got married last week) but I will make another review of the quality of the photos once I get them. If you want a closer relationship with your photographer and better DIRECT communication with your photographer I suggest looking elsewhere. George Street is a third party who finds local photographers in your area and helps you decide on portfolios. You do not get to interview or speak to any of the photographers prior to your shoots, which I would have liked to have known before booking with this company.

Failure to Capture Key Moments: We hired George Street to document our wedding day, which included two photographers scheduled to capture the getting-ready moments of both my spouse and me. We specifically requested this arrangement because we were not doing a first look. However, on the day of the wedding, one of the photographers decided not to show up at all for my getting ready location, leaving me without any getting ready photos, while my spouse had an abundance of them. Lack of Compensation: When we reached out to George Street about the missed event, they refused to provide any monetary compensation and instead claimed that the photographer stayed later at our reception as a form of compensation. This was not what we wanted; we needed those precious moments captured at a specific event (getting ready), not additional reception coverage. Missed Key Moments at the Reception: At the wedding reception, we expected the photographers to document significant moments, such as my spouse's dance with his grandmother. Regrettably, they failed to capture this memorable moment, yet there were numerous unnecessary photos of random guests' children running around. Unauthorized Use of Family Photos: I arranged for a family member to step in and take some getting ready photos to compensate for the photographer's absence. Since we ordered our wedding albums through George Street as part of our package, and George Street did not capture any getting ready photos for me, I worked with George Street to get them to include one specific shot that my family member took in our wedding album. However, George Street not only failed to provide the other desired detail photos due to not sending a photographer to the scheduled event but also inappropriately watermarked and claimed ownership of my family member's photo on their website. Rushed and Unpleasant Experience: When I finally arrived at the main venue from my getting ready location, the photographer who didn't show up at my getting ready venue rushed through taking my photos. The resulting pictures turned out to be of poor quality, failing to capture the essence of the moment. We ended up with over 3000 photos and had maybe 50 that were good. Difficulty in Obtaining Purchased Products: Our package included multiple wedding albums and photo prints, which we struggled to obtain. We had to send multiple emails and make multiple calls to request separate codes for each album or photo print that we had already paid for. George Street did not inform us that this was part of the process. Flawed Website for Album Creation: The website provided by George Street for creating the wedding album continually added extra albums to the cart, making the process extremely frustrating. We had to email and call on multiple occasions for a workaround to even be able to order our album. It also didn't save any progress when making edits, forcing us to start over multiple times. Unexplained Removal of Photos: After finally completing our wedding album, we discovered that George Street had removed one of our carefully selected photos without notifying us. This happened to be the only photo we had of my spouse's dad's side of the family. The website specifically instructed us to add up to 51 photos. We added exactly 51, and then George Street removed one without informing us. We strongly advise future clients to be cautious when considering this company for their photography needs.

George Street Photo made the entire process very easy. They helped us arrange with two great photographers, Rob and Ben, and everything came out wonderful. Highly recommend for wedding and pre-wedding/engagement photos.

Very easy to work with and within our budget. They paired us with 2 photographers who really understood what we were looking for and delivered an amazing product. We are friends with a few photographers who were at the wedding - one is a wedding photographer- and they were both really impressed. Website is easy to use and quick turnaround on photos. Overall, very good service, price, and quality.

Great wedding photos my wife and I would recommend using George Street Photography

Honestly only giving 1 star because I loved how our wedding photos turned out but that’s only due to our great photographers. I’ve already given them good reviews on their personal pages. Everything other than that has been horrible with George Street. First off the “wedding coordinator” is 100% some fake AI who sends generic emails. They are NOT real and you can never speak to them on the phone you get someone random every time. And when you talk to a customer service rep on the phone they’re full of empty promises and timelines that they never honor. It’s always “of course we’ll take care of that for you” and it never gets taken care of without a ton of follow-ups. We had an engagement shoot & my husband got covid so we had to cancel & we still haven’t received our promised “credit” for that, despite calling & receiving several assurances. Every business has to have a covid clause, like cmon. Our wedding album is beautiful but I thought the pages would be printed on glossy paper…a little disappointed at the quality. Also I assumed ALL pictures would be edited but they only edit a handful and you have to pay extra for additional photos. I wish we had gone with a different company but same photographers.

Wow wow wow. I am surprised to see so many negative reviews here because we had the complete opposite experience. We loved working with George Street -- we are based in NYC and had incredible photographers. We worked with Daniel (lead), Chris (asst), and Kenny (videographer). Daniel was absolutely incredible to work with. He is truly a professional at what he does. I was nervous in the beginning because I didn't have any suggestions for different shots or locations to photograph at the venue, but Daniel has been to the venue many times and he took control but also made sure that we got pictures of everything that we want it. He has a gift of photography. Even seeing 10 sneak peeks that we received the day after our wedding brought us to tears. We cannot wait to see the other photographs. His photographs are warm and inviting and really just exude the love that was present that day. Thank you Daniel! Chris was amazing working with my husband and his party. Kenny made sure to film amazing moments and we know that our video will be something we cherish for the rest of our lives. The online platform made it easy to make our wedding plan, add products, and view our payments. Thank you George Street!

DO NOT USE! Quality of photographs and video was HORRIBLE! Look ELSEWHERE!! WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

Price was good. But would recommend paying a bit more and going with a smaller shop focused on customer satisfaction. 1. You cant’t speak to your photographer until 3 days prior to your event. 2. You pick your lead photographer but not the secondary or videographer. Our lead was great but the secondary was terrible - big difference in quality of photos between brides party and grooms party. 3. You don’t get to select the photos that get edited and have no communication with the editing team. We had some bad pictures editing and some great photos untouched, now we have to pay extra to edit the additional photos. 4. The wedding coordinators are not very proactive or helpful. Luckily I plan events as part of my job, but I made my own timelines, must have photo list, etc.

This company seems to have taken a turn for the worse in 2022 compared to older reviews - and I just so happened to book them a year ago unfortunately. Sales experience in the beginning was great and then they passed us off to a fictional coordinator and their online portal. No guidance, no reminders. Scheduling the photo session was a nightmare, photographer was just ok, and then was really slow the whole session, causing us to have to pay for extra time. There were miscommunications and issues the entire time. The photographer also only takes the photos, then a different team you never speak to edits them. The photos that were edited for our photo session were multiple versions of the same image and overall really poorly edited. Then a bunch of good ones weren't touched. They should share all the photos ahead of time and let us select the ones to edit and then ask us the style we want. For the wedding, the hours for each person start at the time you have them start and then it's a running clock, so even if there is a 2 hour gap in between the ceremony and reception where you literally don't need any photo or video, you're still paying them, then their breaks on your dollar as well. Just truly horrible from just after the beginning through the end.

Ok for the price I wish someone had told me it’s worth it to invest in a photographer that owns their own business or is more personal than a big corporation. The price of George Street is unbeatable but you get what you pay for. Very quick and efficient “staple” photos but not much personal or creative touch. We didn’t even get a normal photo of us just standing next to each other normally looking at camera. Only posed photos. Not terrible happy with quality either as many of the edited photos look overexposed. Haven’t gotten video back yet but my expectations are not high.

George Street was amazing when we had to pivot and rethink our covid wedding. They were understanding and flexible, allowing us to scale down according to our needs and new regulations. Our videographer was extremely professional and courteous. He captured our day beautifully while allowing us to feel safe and at ease.

George Street Photo and Video was the best thing that I could have done for my wedding. I only hired them for photos. Their website is thorough where you can view works of their photographers and see the photographers portfolios. Customer service was great. The wedding coordinator that I was given to help was amazing. She helped me all the way through. My photographers were amazing. Fernando, the lead photographer, did an amazing job by capturing the most memorable moments of my wedding. My maid of honor stated that the pictures look like pictures that you find in magazines. That is how beautiful the pictures were. A little pricey but if you want the best, I highly recommend them.

Would give zero stars if I could. The worst customer service and so disappointed with what we received our wedding video was shaky and there’s so much editing required of me now because the music doesn’t match and it’s so choppy. Our photographer also didn’t capture the best photos and gave no direction I had to run the whole day. So disappointed! Legit do not hire them find your own photographer and get to know them on your own. This is as legit the only mistake I made for my wedding and I’m so sad because this was the only way I’d have memories of my day. I even wrote an honest survey back to them and they reached out asking if they could contact me to make things right so I gave them days and times and legit no one even followed up!

Our photographer, Raymond, was absolutely amazing! He was awesome to work with and our photos came out beautiful. We had the pleasure of initially meeting Raymond for a engagement photoshoot, the location we went to he knew all the best places to take the photos and knew how to use us to get the best photos possible. He was so friendly to talk to on our way round and took time to get to know us and our story. Come the day of our wedding, Raymond was lead photographer, he was prompt and early to make sure we had the best opportunity to get photos of the bride getting ready. The 2nd photographer Pam was in charge of being with the groom in the morning, both Raymond and Pam had a successful morning they were easy to deal with and come up with some great ideas for some photos. When it come to the actual day the photographers were great, we literally ended with thousands of pictures and they all come out so well and captured fun moments, intimate moments and moments that will never be forgotten. Also Raymond scouted the area out and found a small ferris wheel near the venue where he took some very special shots and were so fun to look through. He was also trusted with a intimate object from the grooms late father to get some photos and he went above and beyond with this. We couldn't be happier with our photographers. Our videographer, who we unfortunately cannot remember his name, was great. He went about his work with little fuss and was always there when there was laughter and always seemed to capture fun and special moments. While he was more reserved he allowed the day to flow naturally but wasn't afraid to suggest ideas that would come out great. All 3 people involved were great and we are so happy that they were there for us on that day. You won't go wrong using George Street Photo & Video for your wedding!

Planning a wedding during a global pandemic is not easy, but George Street was there every step of the way. Our wedding coordinator, Nora and photographer, Daniel were friendly and knowledgeable; they both went above and beyond! Daniel helped me pin my dad's boutonniere, made sure I didn't trip down the aisle, and spoke words of encouragement when I needed it the most. I would not have changed a thing! We had a great experience with George Street. Our first question was "how do you find your freelance photographers?" The answer: they are not just random photographers that are desperate for work, and they don't become a lead overnight. We had a great initial conversation with our consultant Sarah. She walked us through our options and answered every question. She offered us several photographers based on our preferences and suggested the perfect one - who we ended up selecting. George Street makes it easy to lay out your day by requesting all your wedding details in advance via their website - where you can make changes along the way (even after your initial submission). On our wedding day, we had a great experience with Samantha. She was confident, professional, friendly, and beyond helpful. She knew what she was doing and it showed in her photos. We even received our photos a bit sooner than expected.

George Street Photo was easy to work. Their staff was very friendly and quick to communicate during the hiring process and leading up to the wedding day. Their portal and digital planner tool was very helpful to keep the day and photo ideas organized. Our photographer, Nolan, was very creative and artistic, just as his portfolio portrayed. Nolan was amazing, racing around to get amazing photos of the day!

George Street were super helpful and quick to respond throughout the wedding planning process. There were a couple times we felt lost and stressed but the moment we called them they made everything easy and made us feel less stressed. Our photographers and videographer really captured the best moments of our day. We have a big group of family and friends and we really wanted to capture that in our photos and videos which they all delivered. We can't thank them enough!!

We thought we were booking a premium photography company but received blurry and over exposed reception photos. Almost every reception picture we have has a long exposure effect that we did not ask for. This also unfortunately can not be fixed with editing. Trying to get anyone from customer service to actually address our concerns has also been less than pleasant. It takes almost a week for an email response and most of the time our concerns and questions go left unanswered. In addition to the overall quality of the photos, the variety of photos we received was also underwhelming. There was no creativity in how the shots were composed. What they present on their website vs. the actual final product is very different. We really spent a lot of time finding who we thought was the correct photographer for our wedding, but we were obviously mistaken.

I thought using George Street was very easy. Our photographer was amazing and I had guests tell me how nice he was. I don’t think there’s anything I would’ve changed about our photos. One set of couples portraits he took, were in a tree line that I thought was going to look odd. When I got them back they were amazing! Definitely my favorite shots from the whole day.

George Street is absolutely the best photography company you hire for your big day. Unfortunately, I cannot speak for videography as I chose not to pursue that, however, the company itself has one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The representatives were always readily available for any questions and/or concerns and kept me updated throughout the pandemic. I’m usually very on top of things but they were always a step ahead of me reminding me about things that needed to be done but also gave a lending hand if you needed it. The packages are not word for word - you can customize to your liking and needs and wants. For example, we decided not to buy a photo book so we were able to use the money to pay for our engagement session without extra fees. You get a choice of 4 photographers to choose from with all amazing backgrounds and each of their own niche and style. Overall, the service was exceptional. They truly honor teamwork and patient satisfaction.

To preface this: this is a review for George Street in Los Angeles. I know they work all over the US, so I cannot speak for other regions. If I could go back and choose a different photo/video company for my wedding, I WOULD. First of all, you are not allowed to contact your specific photographer or videographer until the WEEK OF your wedding. They are contracted out through George Street, but you are not told that when booking with them and their website is misleading. As a big planner, I could not collaborate with my photographer or videographer in advance and share my vision and expectations. The week of the wedding is way too late in my opinion to be back in the brainstorming and planning process with your vendor. Also, if your venue requires them to sign any agreements, good luck. My venue coordinator had a horrible experience just getting them to sign one liability form. I won’t even get started on how unhappy I am with the photos I have received and how my photographer showed up 45 minutes late, and rushed me and my wedding party through all of our pre-ceremony photos and did not offer to stay late to compensate for the missed time even though I paid her for a full 8 hours. She also had a very off-putting mood the entire day and would roll her eyes when a few of my friends wanted to take a fun, posed photo instead of her formally staged photo. When I filled out the planning portal that George Street sends you, I was very specific with where I wanted everyone to be and when and what to be taking photos of. In all of the 3,000 photos I received, I don’t have any detail shots of my reception area, which I allotted all of cocktail hour for the second photographer to shoot and most of cocktail hour was missed as well. Makes me question where this photographer was during that entire hour that I was taking extended family photos with the head photographer. It makes me so frustrated and upset that I spent a TON of money and 9 months of planning, DIY, and effort to plan and create my dream wedding, but barely get to see any of it because my photographers didn’t do their job. The day of the wedding, you are so busy doing everything else, that your photos are what you get to enjoy after to see all that you missed the day of, but I don’t get to do that and it breaks my heart. I only write this review to warn all of the brides after me because this is a huge decision and I just want you to make the best decision for yourself.

We absolutely loved George Street from the beginning. You are given a photo quiz and based on those results, you're matched with a few different photographers (Almost like a Tinder for photographers!). From there, you view the top three portfolios. We chose Samantha, who was an absolute dream from beginning to finish. Samantha is extremely talented and knowledgeable, making conscious decisions in terms of angles, lighting, etc. On our big day, she was the best bonus bridesmaid and brought the exact energy I needed to be calm and enjoy our day. The wedding coordinators, associate photographers, and videographer have also been great throughout this whole process. I would highly recommend using George Street! (Shout-out to Sam M!) :)

Simply the best! I could not be happier with the service that George Street provided. The whole process of choosing and booking my photographer was really easy and the price could not be beat. I was already impressed with their communication and attention to details at the time of booking and planning out my wedding day. Even when I had to postpone my wedding due to covid they were incredibly flexible and helpful. I was really blown away on my wedding day. We worked with Bill. He was amazing! He really listened to what we wanted and captured our vibe on our wedding day. He was everywhere and caught so many special moments without being invasive. Our wedding pictures were beautiful and so much fun. Bill really captured who we are. I'm so happy that we chose George Street Photography to document our wedding day.

George Street Photography was amazing! Our original wedding date was in April 2020, but because of Covid we postponed until September 2020. We also changed our wedding from 80 people to 12. George Street was able to accommodate us and our vision every step of the way. Both the photographer and assistant were very skilled in taking beautiful pictures and capturing the very best of our day. They were true professionals. We are still working through our 2,000 photos to select the best for our album... there are just so many great pictures it is super difficult to decide. We are thrilled with the result.

George Street Photo & Video was amazing. We had under 4 weeks to plan a very small family ceremony in Bridgehampton after we canceled our larger wedding and they were able to deliver!The photographer was professional and the pictures turned out incredible!

Connecticut location: In the very beginning, I was sold on their prices and the people were really nice. However, communication wasn’t great. Anytime I emailed someone, I would get a different person. Eventually I had someone who was very informative and helpful throughout the rest of my planning. So, thank you to that person for being so informative. What I did not like was a few days before the engagement photos, I was told I would need a permit for engagement photos (by the original person I was put in touch with). This threw me off a lot and I was not happy about changing my location. There was a lot of back and forth with the company and my lead photographer so I took it upon myself to communicate with my photographer and arrange for a common time and date that worked for us for photos. Another issue I had was needing to buy and provide music for the videography. I was told a few days before my wedding that I had to provide an mp3 file because George street doesn’t own any rights to songs. No other videography company required this (after I asked around). Also, please save yourself- go with another videographer. I did not get to choose mine or preview any samples. My video was AWFUL and I regret it. Otherwise, our photographer Thomas was great to work with and he captured some cool shots...but I do wish we had gone with another company. Yes, they’re affordable... but spend a little more and you won’t regret it like I did

Horrible experience! First, they substituted our original photographer 2 days before our wedding and that was a terrible experience. The photos are Horrible with bad lighting and angles as well as out of focus shots. The video is equally as bad as the pictures! Video is not voiced correctly and out of focus and some scenes with just background, no people! We are very extremely disappointed and would never recommend using this incompetent company !!!

I highly recommend George Street for your wedding! I am thankful for Jordan, our wedding coordinator, for his patience, guidance, and for being so thorough throughout the process; Raymond, our photographer for his professionalism, attention to detail, and for his patience with the bridal party; to Nestor, our videographer for his kind personality, and for his passion felt in each of us! I truly can say that the words/examples I used for each talent member can be described for all 3 of them. They were all passionate and very into each shot we took. I felt their energy the entire day and truly felt like they enjoyed being with us, as if they were part of our bridal party which means the most to us! It made the day that much better! (I’’ve been in Bridal parties that the photographer and videographer were straight business-like and bossy...not these guys! :) ) Feeling their energy and love for their work made me happier to be in each moment! We are so happy to have worked with these gentlemen and love all of our pictures and video! Each moment was captured perfectly!

George Street was amazing to work with. They were responsive, fairly priced, and we absolutely loved the photos, videos and album that we received - all within 2-3 months of the wedding.

PLEASE look elsewhere. It's been 6 months since I got married and I still do not have my videos. Everything was done sloppy and in a hurry. I've spent COUNTLESS hours project managing and pleading with the photo editors and video production team to have things be done and released. it's a joke at this point. After being told I wouldn't have an album in time for Christmas (I got married in September) they then sent the albums out Christmas Eve. WHY stress someone like that - everything has been late! The quality of the photos are okay but the photographers missed some big moments - sparkler send off was blurry with the photographers shadow being cast on me and my dress. The photos of my mom helping me get ready were done against a backlit window and we are dark silhouettes. Basic photography rules/ principles were ignored. I think all in I spent about $5,000 on a video/ photography package and I really wish this was the area I splurged more on and chose a different vendor. 6 months and still no videos to show for anything - not even a teaser! It's just absurd, anyone that asks me about it can't believe it. The raw footage we did get is not good. He video taped our first dance from the waist up. Why wouldn't we want our whole bodies in the video of our first dance?! Just honestly careless and bizarre. During the actual wedding day, both the photographers and videographers did not guide anything or anyone. During family photos they did not help organize anyone. They made the situation SO stressful for me. Go elsewhere. At this point, I will be surprised if I even get my videos back at all.

I’m so impressed and satisfied with the services George Street provided. The whole experience was easy. I loved the integration of their website and portal to manage the whole journey. Our wedding coordinator, Nick, was so kind and helpful - as was everyone I worked with. My photography and videography team were truly fantastic - by the end of the night, they felt like family. My pictures and video came out beautiful. The price was very fair for the services provided. Highly recommended!

I can honestly say that George Street was my absolute favorite vendor that we worked with for our wedding last October. Nigel answered our questions so quickly and was there any time of day! Our photographer Ryan got the BEST photos but we never even knew he was there! We weren't going to get a videographer at first but I am SO glad we did. George Street had an amazing package that included one and Nes did a fantastic job. Obviously I highly recommend George Street. You wont be disappointed!

We got married in October and had a phenomenal experience with George Street. From our initial phone conversation to the night of the wedding, everything went smoothly and we were extremely happy with our photos! I at first had a little bit of trouble with the online portal that I was supposed to fill out to give the photographers an idea of the flow of the wedding day (ours was a bit complex with multiple different stops for photos) but I spoke to our photographer on the phone and she completely put me at ease! She understood everything and everything on the day of went exactly according to plan. The photographers were professional but also extremely friendly. We genuinely enjoyed having them around and of course their finished products!!

Our photographer, Michele, was exceptional. Guests still rave about her photos and her technique. She was fun, professional and made everyone feel so comfortable. She seemed to be everywhere at once, taking every picture. We literally have every photo possible from our wedding and reception. She captured everything. I have never heard guests continue to praise a photographer 8 months after a wedding. She was amazing. George Street has been wonderful to work with. Their planning sheets were so helpful. I was always able to call and talk to someone with questions and I had lots of questions. They have an emergency number for the day of the wedding. I did not use it, but it is a valuable service. They thought of everything. They edited a photo for our holiday card and had it finished in 2 weeks. I highly recommend them.

We booked George Street on our 19 October wedding. From the contracting with Sophia Kim, Coordination with Jordan, and Main event with our photographer Mercy, everything was smooth and exceptional. We are blown away when we saw all the edited photos, and for the record, they includes all the photo taken. I mean ALL. We almost have thousand plus photos and we all loved it. We really made a good choice selecting this company. Reliable, efficient, affordable without compromising its value. Good Job to Mercy, Jordan and Sophia for a very well done job! You made another couple happy with your service, and that is us :)

We got married this past June and George Street was great all the way. We used George Street for our engagement photos as well and they were amazing as well. George Street was always responsive and helped us through and concerns or issue we faced. We did have one numb along the way early on, however, the George Street staff addressed it immediately and was able to help rectify it within 24-hours. We were lucky to find George St and their amazing suite of photographers and videographers. We had Kamrul as our lead photographer and cannot thank him enough for the amazing pictures he took. He understood what we wanted and was able to capture amazing moments and we always have a smile when we look back at all our pictures. The videographer was also great and the editing came out amazing, we never tire of reliving our day. If you want an amazing team, with great customer service and quick turn around for results (received all our wedding pictures in 2-weeks) then we highly recommend them.

We got married in August and could not be happier with George Street. Everything was seamless and better than expected. Our photographers/videographer were very prompt (even early!) and ready to work. They worked great together and were able to capture our day so perfectly. We knew we were in good hands when we had our portrait session with our photographer, Carlo, for our engagement photos. For the price and quality, there is no competition. I would recommend George Street to anyone looking for a photographer/videographer for their wedding.

George Street was simply amazing from start to finish. Our wedding coordinator was prompt and efficient when I had questions. Our photographer made me feel so confident after we got off the phone the week of my wedding. My family and bridal party raved about how our photographer took charge and directed everyone where they needed to be for pictures without ruining the moment and the fun. She captured amazing moments and we will treasure our pictures forever. My family now cannot stop talking about how beautiful our photos are. 110% recommend George street to anyone getting married!!

My husband and I loved working with George Street. From the initial consultation we knew we made the right choice. The consultants were informative and listened to our vision and our photographer and videographer were responsive and helped us document our beautiful wedding. Nolan Conway, our main photographer was particularly talented and took beautiful photos at our engagement shoot and our wedding. We also loved working to create our albums and final video. The process was simple and quick even with the edits we had to make to the original album design and to the video. All around they were fabulous and I would recommend to all my friends.

I would give no stars if I could. Working with George Street Photo was really difficult. I was initially lured by their amazing prices and packages. But that did end up coming at it's own cost. Engagement photo's - We did not have the ability to contact our photographer until 24 hours before the shoot. No communication what-so-ever. We had questions and visions for what we wanted our photos to look like but they don't allow the photographer to talk to the client. It made for a confusing process and a rushed feeling. The photographer is also NOT the person that does the editing of the photos. It's nit-picky but makes for another communication loop and lost vision. We ended up cancelling our wedding package with them and rebooked with other photographers. I was too nervous by the process. Don't be fooled by the convenience of the "online portal" and "featured editors" and "portfolio of photographers." It's a flimsy process and doesn't feel genuine.

HJ our Coordinator was super helpful. Our photographer Courtney was great as well. She was very professional, kind, and made my wedding feeling stressful. Our photos are beautiful. I highly recommend George Street Photgraphy for your wedding!

Their wedding coordinator and customer service was horrible. If they are the ones to deliver photos, don't trust them to! We were blatantly lied to. The sales consultant was easy to talk to and the photographer photos we were shown were great. When we were a few months from the wedding, we asked them to provide a certificate of insurance for the venue. It took over a month and a half of a long series of emails and phone calls. They repeatedly lied to us (even on the phone) saying it would be ready "the next day", "by Monday", "by tomorrow", etc. There was even an instance where they said it would be ready that day and then a week later, they asked for the address needed for the document (as if they never even tried). If they had been upfront with us and not lied, it would have been fine. We ended up deciding to cancel since they are the ones to deliver the photos, not the photographer. (The contract says that normal delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks, but it doesn't have a guaranteed time.) We also got a ton of automated emails that told us to complete our wedding plan details, but we had already finished them. Stay away!

Raymond was our photographer and words cannot express how hard working this guy is. He was on time and he was just a fantastic person to work with. We really had a great time with him and we felt at ease even though it could have been a nerve wrecking experience!

We got married this past September. I was so happy and grateful for our main photographer Carlo. He was extremely patient and creative with the poses. Totally non-judgemental. I hope to be able to use him again sometime in the future.

My husband and I got married in October and used George Street to capture every moment of our wedding. We could not have been happier with our photographers, they were easy to work with and took beautiful photos. We met our photographer almost a year earlier for our engagement shots which really helped us get to know her and make our wedding day seamless.

So so so glad that I chose George Street to photograph my wedding! We booked in February 2018 and got married in October 2018. The entire process - from browsing the website, to the consultation, to the coordination support, working with the photographer, and viewing the wedding photos - I could not be any more pleased with how easy everything was and how beautiful the photos came out. We had a choice of photographers to choose from based on their portfolios and the kind of photos we wanted. We worked with Max, who was very professional, creative, and documented our day with the vision we had in mind. Max was so sweet and really listened to us. Our wedding coordinator from George Street, Nick, was great and answered any questions we had as well as provided suggestions regarding timeline and day of coordination. George Street was awesome to work with. I would highly recommend!

Our Photographer Samantha made our September wedding day even more special by capturing a variety of candid pictures along with beautiful poses. She was more than a photographer, she helped place boutonnieres made sure corsages went to my readers at the church. Samantha stepped in numerous times to help in different situations, which gave us more time to enjoy our day! Both photographer and company were extremely professional and helpful to make the entire process stress free and our day even more wonderful!

Although my wedding is not here yet, the process that George Street has has been great. They have great packages and everything available for you in one place. We got to talk to them and see different photogropher's portfolios and found our perfect match. We also have the perfect opportunity to meet out photographer for engagment photos which will allow our photographer to get to know us and our styles. They did all the planning, even gave us suggestions for engagment photo locations. I am so excited and cant wait.

Our photographer was great to work with! She captured some amazing shots without being noticeable, which is exactly what we wanted. Our only wish was that she was more directive during the family photo section in particular, in effort to take some pressure off of us on our big day. But overall, wonderful company to work with!

We had Carlo swoop in as our photographer at the very last minute when we received word about an emergency with the original photographer we had booked. I felt a bit apprehensive as we hadn’t seen Carlo’s work before and pretty much had my heart set on the first photographer, but Carlo sure did not disappoint. The photos he took of us came out absolutely stunning, at times even surreal. Communication was also excellent and the poses he had us do were fun and unique. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend George Street to anyone in need of a wedding photographer.

We got married in April of this year and our Videographer, Paul, did a FANTASTIC job. One major thing for us is that we wanted the videographer to just capture the day like a fly on the wall. He did exactly that. Even though we only had 1 videographer, he was able to capture so many angles and moments. It was seriously amazing. I would highly recommend George Street- and in fact I already have to other brides! We were so happy with the end result of our video too, we had no edits. Overall, we had such a good experience!

We absolutely loved our photographer, Milena! She was easy to work with and the photos turned out stunningly beautiful and came back in a month! The only negative was that we were never told by our wedding planning contact about photo permits. We reviewed our day of plan about a month out with the planning team and told them where we planned to take our photos (local park). It wasn't until we had the final call with our photographer the week of our wedding that she mentioned we'd need a permit. It was too late to apply for one so we had to change around our plans for the day, causing issues for transportation, timing, and the look of our photos. The planning team needs to be more informed about permit requirements and tell couples early on.

We recently got married this past September, and were very pleased with how everything went with George Street Photo. They were always very prompt in answering all of our questions before the wedding and made sure that we had all the photos we wanted planned out before the event (and of course, had lots of suggestions!). During the wedding, the photographer captured all of the moments that we wanted and more. Everything turned out really well, and we couldn't have worked with a better vendor!

George Street was fantastic to work with! Everything is well organized and simple to keep track of the planning process. There was always someone available if I had questions and I never felt pressured to “add on” or upgrade. We also had local photographers and videographer even though George Street is nation wide! Highly recommend!

Working with GeorgeStreet was one of the easiest parts of planning an outdoor wedding. They were enjoyable to work with and really partnered with you to make sure you were asking the right questions and thinking through what you wanted out of your wedding pictures to have a perfectly captured day. Sarah D was our lead photographer who took our engagement and wedding photos, and we absolutely loved her! My husband and I both had never had professional photos taken so we were both a little nervous. Sarah made sure to walk us through the process and made the experience fun, so we were able to relax and really be ourselves. On our wedding day, Sarah fit right in and made everyone feel so comfortable. The photos she took were absolutely gorgeous and we will cherish them forever. Thank you, Sarah!

Jack, Brian, and Rose were absolutely fantastic! They made all of our guests feel right at home while they captured the best moments of our wedding day! Looking forward to seeing their beautiful work...I'm already in love with our engagement photos by them!
