This review is almost impossible to do because how could I sum up in just a few characters how amazing a venue Glen Island Harbour Club was for the most important day of our lives? Getting married at Glen Island was an absolute dream and i'm so thankful we got to experience such a magical day. The entire staff at the venue went consistently above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed ourselves and every single moment of our special day. Huge thanks to Rocco of course, Maria, Miss Hope, Jasmine and all of the other amazing workers who facilitated our special day with such care and professionalism. People are still raving about our cocktail hours months later. We checked out a number of venues, but no where could ever measure up to Glen Island at all. They simply had the best selections of everything. We were 1000% blown away by how good the food AND service was at our food tasting. The food options were just so through and vast. Wedding planning can potentially be stressful and expensive, but every single visit we made to Glen Island was an absolute joy and pleasure. The staff helped us fine tune our first look location right near the venue and you can just tell that everyone there is truly invested and passionate about the work that they do. Physically the venue was spacious, ornate yet classy and provided our guest with a truly elevated experience. I'm hoping some day I can attend another event at Glen Island just so that I can experience the venue as a guest! Rocco, Maria and Miss Hope were always very accommodating with us and very clear about specifics if we had any ideas (ex. The size runner we would need if we wanted to use one, the types of petals for our flower girls, the use and size of provided easels etc). They were also very through when it came time to us bringing items over and cataloging what we had. It just made our actual day of that much more stress free. Day of we were provided with food and a quiet moment, to enjoy our cocktail food, had plenty of time to take photos, and were provided with very attentive attendants. Jasmine bustled my dress so easily, and our waiter made sure we always had our signature cocktails in hand! The baker they worked with made us a stunning cake, the florists they recommended were utmost professionals as well. It was just the perfect venue;We’d pick them all over again given the choice.

Absolutely spectacular. I had the perfect day, the staff was phenomenal the food was amazing.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I just had my wedding at Glen Island on Saturday, and it was absolutely perfect. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and every single staff member was incredible. I was planning my wedding with Rocco for over a year and I could not say enough nice things about him. He is the BEST in every way. Mia was my bridal attendant and I think I spent more time with her on my wedding day than with my new husband. She was amazing and was always there to help with anything and everything I needed from the very start of the day to the very end of the night.

My husband and I could not have chosen a better venue to get married at and that was not only due to the beautiful views and venue but also to the incredible staff they have. Planning our wedding easy, especially with Rocco's help, he really make all of our dreams come true and we can't recommend Glen Island Harbour Club enough for your next event!

Our daughter's wedding ceremony and celebration on 7/7/24, was magical. The staff, organization, service, food and beverage were all spectacular. Venue beautiful. An amazing day and so pleased we went with Glen Island.

My husband and I had our wedding on July 4th with you guys and my gosh, it was everything we ever dreamed!!!! Jack is phenomenal, he ensured leading up to my wedding that no stone is unturned! He’s methodical, detailed oriented, and so on the ball with his knowledge and experience. He executed our wedding with finesse and perfection!!! He listened to everything I wanted to express to him and you even made it unique with all the vegan food! George and Ashlee were sooo amazing on the day of. So sweet and so attentive- making sure we were satisfied with everything and ensuring we had cool towels, enough water, our stuff was with us, we were eating, and the timing of events were all appropriate to our liking. I can’t thank Glen island harbour club enough!

I cannot say enough nice things about this venue! The location is gorgeous, the staff leading up to the wedding were amazing, the staff during the wedding went above and beyond! One guest ended up tearing their pants and the staff stitched them back up! Talk about top notch service! Everyone raved about the food and drinks. I knew right when I saw the venue, that this is where we were getting married, and they exceeded my expectations! All my guests are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was!

My brother got married at Glen Island Harbour Club nearly 10 years ago and when it was my turn to get married, I knew exactly what vendor I wanted to visit first. Glen Island was the only vendor we visited and my decision was made before we left the first meeting. Rocco was the best manager anyone could ask for -- attentive, personable, reliable, gracious, and generous. He took care of our every needs and made sure the planning for the big day went seamlessly. My biggest concern was ensuring our guests did not leave our wedding looking for the nearest diner - with Glen Island, that concern was immediately quelled. Not only do they offer more food than anyone could imagine, but the food is top quality and delicious. Our guests were raving about the food -- including the lamb chops and eggplant rollatini at cocktail hour, and all of the entrees at dinner. The staff at Glen Island truly goes above and beyond. Joseph was our maitr'e'd and was cordial, accommodating, and attentive to details. He answered all of our questions and made sure our guests were comfortable and happy. I have to give a warm shoutout to Evelyn, our bridal attendant. Not only did she make sure the bridal sweet was fully stocked with food from the cocktail hour and drinks, but she saved my dress when the bustle broke right before I went out to meet our guests during cocktail hour. I truly cannot say enough about Glen Island. If you want to have a wedding where all your needs are met, your guests are happy, AND the food is actually delicious, you'll get all of that here. Glen Island made our wedding a wonderful night to remember and I'd recommend the venue and their team to anyone in an instant.

From the moment we toured the venue with Jack, I knew this is where my daughters wedding should be, thankfully once they toured the venue, they agreed. Jack gave us all the information we needed, but if we did have questions they were answered the same day! They make the process so easy. We were given a sheet to log everything we were dropping off for decor, etc. where we wanted it and they took care of it all! After the wedding it was all boxed up for our pick up. The day of the wedding we arrived for photos and Ashlee was our bridal attendant! She was amazing! Both suites are fully stocked with food and drink. If something runs out, they bring more. Ashlee anticipated everything we needed. When the rain cleared we went outside for photos. Ashlee was crouched on the ground behind my daughter holding her dress out of the puddles for photos, while asking my daughter if she was okay! She can also throw that dress into a bustle so fast, which she did multiple times through the night because of photos. Maria was our maitre d and we called them the dream team! They were on top of everything. They made the day stress free because they took care of everything! Several people told me that they couldn’t enjoy their child’s wedding bc they spent the night getting pulled by staff asking them questions - this is not the case here! They know what they are doing and they do it well! Every single thing is planned. We had the ceremony on site and the room was gorgeous! Jack along with Maria and Ashlee organized the bridal party and made sure we all knew what we were doing. Signature cocktails were offered as the guests made their way to the cocktail hour. Our guests have never seen so much food and said it was all delicious, the same was said for the reception food! Glen island was so easy to work with for our vendors. They didn’t require paperwork from them. We just provided a list as to who would be working the wedding! It truly was magical! The wedding was NYE and prior to midnight they handed out champagne for all! They skimp on nothing! I cannot recommend Glen Island enough! All of the staff was incredible, the venue gorgeous and on the water, tons of areas for photos inside and out. The food was amazing and top shelf liquor served. I would 1000% go back and have the wedding here. The price for all you receive is reasonable! I cannot recommend Glen Island enough.

We cannot even begin to explain how beautiful this venue is. My now-husband and I just got married there last Saturday, October 14th. Rocco was absolutely AMAZING answering all of our questions and helping us stay relaxed during the most stressful parts of wedding planning. He treated us like family and we are truly so grateful for him. We were so excited for our wedding, and even though it rained on our wedding day, it was still the most beautiful wedding. Our pictures were breathtaking and our family and friends keep calling us telling us just how amazing not only the wedding was, but the FOOD. The banquet managers are amazing, the food, desserts, bridal attendant! We are so happy with how our wedding went there. Truly unforgettable.

I would give Glen Island more than 5 stars if it were possible! It was the most incredible and seamless experience working with Sandro and the entire Glen Island team! From the moment we toured the venue, it was clear they were professional, organized, and most importantly cared about US as a couple not just the event itself. From touring, to planning, to the tasting (which was absolutely incredible), it was just such an amazing experience. Every single one of our guests RAVED about Glen Island after the fact and they just absolutely made our entire day! Do yourself a favor and please, please tour (and book!) Glen Island!

We got married July 1st at Glen Island and it was the absolute BEST day of our lives. Glen Island was the very first venue we ever toured back in 2021 and we knew after leaving that appointment it was the best and only option for us. Nothing else compared! The professional staff, amazing views on the water, incredible food and awesome connections to top notch vendors- it was a no brainer for us. We worked with Rodney and his knowledgeable / calm demeanor made planning such a breeze. The day of was nothing short of perfect. Our attendant for the day, Eve, was so amazing and helped the day flow. One of our favorite memories from the day was when we finished our ceremony in the paradise room upstairs and walked down the aisle, we were taken immediately to our bridal suite for a few minutes of alone time, as well as plates of all the cocktail hour food for us to try before the hour started!! It was SO AMAZING because we got some quality time together to just process that we got MARRIED and got to eat all the amazing food we were so excited about!!! After that, we were so busy chatting and talking to guests we barely got any time to eat- so this moment was so special for us. Do not hesitate to book Glen Island... It was the wedding of our dreams.

We got married in July and are still not over how great this venue was! The staff were all attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. The setting was gorgeous (even though there was a big storm -- the indoor photos came out great!). The food was delicious (they even saved a bunch for me and my husband so that we could try a bit of what we hadn't had time for!). Multiple guests remarked on how well the staff had taken care of them during dinner, and both the ceremony and the reception flowed amazingly without any stress on my husband's or my part. This place is fabulous!

Sandro, Joseph and Mia are the most exceptional attentive individuals to work with which made our reception process extremely simple and stressless. I am profoundly happy with our experience. From the breathtaking views to the large dancing hall to the delicious cocktail and ALL the food, I wouldn’t have had my wedding reception at any other location!

My Daughter was married June 9TH at this Venue and the Harbour club knocked it out of the park!!! Nothing at all to complain about or criticize. Every guest raved about the food, service , and facility ! Thank you Sandro and all the staff for a flawless time.

We found Glen Island Harbor Club via google, and from first glance at the photos of the location my now wife and I fell in love. People always say don’t fall in love with the first venue you look at, but it was hard not to when it is a place like GIHC. We reached out and conducted our first tour with Rocco. He is awesome, he answered a ton of questions, put zero pressure on us, and even encouraged us to shop around before committing. We looked at a few other venues but none of them could match what GIHC offered in price, amenities, and quality of food. The terrace club has a beautiful view and welcoming layout. We came in to do the tasting in December of 2022, and that is when we knew we were in for a treat. They prepared every entree and multiple appetizers they make for us to try. They provided drinks from the bar, and made it a fun experience that we were able to invite 4 guests to. The food was delicious, prepared with such care and precision that it made it hard to narrow it down. As the big day got closer, Rocco would periodically check in with us and ensure we were prepared. What we love the most about GIHC is what we experienced the day of the wedding. When we arrived, we were met at the bus by George (maitre d’) and Mia (bridal attendant). Their professionalism, enthusiasm, and kindness made us feel right at home. George took our drink orders and made sure I had a drink in my hand at all times. Mia ensured my wife had assistance with whatever she needed, to include quick fixes to her wedding dress throughout the night. They made sure we had warm food waiting at our place settings and a plate full of desserts at the end of the night. Our friends and family raved about the food and the venue. Many could not get over how good each of the cocktail hour stations were, and were blown away with the how well the entrees were prepared. Start to finish the entire experience was outstanding and made for an unforgettable wedding experience.

Glen Island Harbour Club was the most magical place to have my wedding reception! I worked with Jack who helped plan my small reception (100 guests) that took place on 12/30/2022. The whole process was extremely professional and Jack was very flexible with our meeting times and punctual on getting back to me with any questions I had through email. The night of the reception, the place looked right out of a fairytale. The staff that night kept our party going seamlessly. They were very professional, experienced, and personable. The food was exceptional! All of my guests talked about their meals for days after the event. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a venue! I would recommend this place over and over to anybody who wants a quality event!

This review is overdue, but this venue is WONDERFUL!! As a person who is very particular about what she wants, and who cares about having a wedding that’s stunning with great food and a great staff, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! Not only did my husband and I love it when we toured it, but we received SOOO MANY COMPLIMENTS from our guests. Even my make up artist and photographer commented on how beautiful the venue is throughout the day. Our family also commented multiple times on how great the food was because believe me when I tell you the food is wonderful!! It was so convenient to have the wedding ceremony there as well as the reception. Our manager Jack was wonderful and they are so organized. They tell you exactly what you need to bring they break everything down for you it’s very easy to understand. Couldn’t have picked a better venue!!!! Thank you Glen Island Harbour Club!!!

Oh my goodness gracious we wish we could get married here all over again! The staff and service at Glen Island are extraordinarily impeccable. The ceremony room was exquisite and breathtaking, and I knew that this was the place we were going to get married from the first day that we tour the venue. We had our reception in the paradise room. Jack was outstanding and gracious working with us over the past year. Joseph was our maître d' and he made sure that everyone of our needs were met. Our bridal attendant was Evelyn and she was so sweet and helpful throughout the day. Anything that we needed they made sure it happened. We didn't have a care in the world on our wedding day because everything was taken care of. We were treated like royalty! They are truly professionals at what they do, and the fact that they can make a couple feel so confident that their dreams will become a reality is a comfort that is so valued while wedding planning. Not to mention the food was outstanding! Many of our guests told us that that was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. And some said it was the best meal of their life! Glen Island is incomparable at what they do. Visit them today and you will be so glad you did!

Glen Island is the place to have your wedding. Everything was amazing. Our contact Rocco made the entire process seamless and helped us plan our wedding from start to finish and our on-site contact Rodney executed it exactly as planned. Everything was perfect. The ballroom, service, food, and the location right by the water makes this venue a top choice. Words can’t describe how beautifully everything came together. Plus my Maitre d Maria and Bridal Attendant Jenny were like two angels. They were both so accommodating, detailed and genuinely cared about making me happy. They made sure I ate, had a drink on hand and even changed my shoes. I was so lucky to have them. I received so many positive comments from this venue especially on the food. The head chef Al is a awesome and everyone raved about their entrees. Book, book, book!!!

Loved loved loved this venue! We booked with Glen Island due to them having a kosher option and the ability to bring in Glatt Kosher as well. The ceremony space and ballroom is gorgeous with views of the water. We worked with Jack and he was patient with our every question and concern and helped us have the best day. Can't say anything bad about this venue!

Rocco and his team at Glen Island completely out did themselves! They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and how I envisioned it. Our guests had the BEST time and we got so many compliments about how great and fun our wedding was. The food was AMAZING- everything from cocktail hour to the dinner to the viennese hour and the pretzels/hot chocolate for guests to enjoy on their way home were delicious. I 100% recommend Glen Island. They really do an outstanding job and are a top venue!

I cannot speak more highly of this venue. They were so responsive throughout the planning process and extremely clear about everything they needed from us. Our wedding went off without a single hitch - the venue ran EXACTLY on time with everything. Our guests raved about the food, and we were able to fully experience our own wedding because we were so well cared for throughout the night. I truly could not recommend this venue enough.

Simply perfect! My brother and his wife had their wedding at the Glen Island Harbour Club over Labor Day weekend and it was absolutely perfect!! The team at Glen Island Harbour Club, led by Rocco, were amazing. They were a pleasure to work with and throughout the planning process and throughout the entire event were extremely accommodating, thoughtful, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that the guests and the couple had a wonderful time. The venue was perfect, with delicious food, spectacular views, and truly amazing outdoor and indoor spaces. We are so grateful to the venue and to Rocco and his team for making the experience one that no one will ever forget!! If you’re looking for a wedding venue in this area, look no further!!

Not only would my husband and I highly recommend Glen Island harbour club but so would all of our guests! From the beginning of the process it was easy and amazing! We worked with Jack and he was incredibly professional and organized! He planned everything perfectly from our tasting to our wedding day! He was very responsive and I just can’t say anything better about working with him! The venue is the most beautiful place and the food was INCREDIBLE. Also the room was so beautiful. It was the perfect venue for our wedding! We want to do it all over again!!!!

Could not recommend Glen Island Harbour Club highly enough! We just had our wedding there and everything from planning to the day of was simply divine. We worked with Rodney throughout the planning process who not only made it simple, but was there to answer any (and many!) questions we had throughout the process. Our day of attendants Stephanie and George helped to ensure we had everything we needed and then some, and our guests just cannot stop boasting how beautiful the event was and how amazing the food was. Truly cannot thank everyone at Glen Island enough for making our day so incredibly special. We are so lucky. You would be making the biggest mistake not choosing to host your wedding here as well!

Best decision we ever made was to have our wedding here!! My husband and I got married here a few weeks ago. The second we saw this venue in summer 2020-- its setting right on the water, indoor ceremony space with floor to ceiling windows for the outside feel (plus the reasonable pricing for the setting!)--- we knew immediately this was the one. Jack L. was our coordinator. He went above and beyond to answer any questions we have and help make our day perfect. For example, When we ended up under our guest minimum he counted our vendors towards the minimum number AND threw in an extra cocktail hour station for us. In fact this goes for all of the staff. Mia, my bridal attendant, was phenomenal. She was always there to help me hold up the train on my dress, help with the bustle, get water, etc. and was super nice. All of the servers and George the matire'd were on top of their game and you could tell were very organized all day. Everyone knew exactly what they should be doing, Service here is top-notch. Speaking of top-notch... the food is top-tier. We saw the good food reviews on the knot and were blown away by how accurate they were when we went for our food tasting. Our guests have been raving about the food since the wedding. Not only were the entrees delicious, but the cocktail hour is on another level. I still have guests talking to us about how much they loved many of the appetizers. Everything went perfectly, the food was great, the venue is absolutely gorgeous, the service is the best you'll ever find... literally no complaints whatsover. Thank you Jack, George and Mia for helping us create the best day ever!!

Above and beyond!! We had the best wedding at Glen Island Harbour Club. Where do I start? Our original wedding date was in June 2021, and due to us not wanting to do our wedding during the pandemic, Glen Island let us move our wedding date to June 2022 at no extra cost with our original contract. First of all, when you drive up to Glen Island, you will be wowed- every time! Each time I drove there seemed to be better than the last, and our guests felt the same wow factor upon arrival. Also upon entering, our guests were greeted with champagne- but actually not just champagne- but kir royales, which was our signature drink and very sentimental to my family, which was above and beyond that Glen island recognized that a personalized the celebration for us. We also had champagne in our bridal suite, and our guests also were greeted with champagne at the reception for our champagne toast, so there was lots of flowing champagne throughout the day, which we loved. Next, our bridal attendant, Louisa was amazing- she was there by our side to help us every minute. I thought I had a complicated bustle on my dress I was nervous about doing, and Louisa did it no problem, didn’t even need the video that I had to go with it- she was a pro. Joseph, our maitre d’ was also incredible- he stayed by our side and asked regularly if we liked everything or if we wanted to change anything or wanted anything else. All of our guests told us the service was incredible! For example, Kevin, one of the bartenders, memorized my friends’ drinks and made it for them when he saw them approaching the bar- and even once for the friend who didn’t approach the bar but he knew she was missing from the group. They loved him and that was the best service I’ve had or seen out of any wedding we’ve been to. The food was delicious- we especially got a lot of compliments on the lamb from the passed hors d’oeuvres, and the chocolate – apple- ice cream dessert. We didn’t have time to visit the cocktail stations during cocktail hour- which they recognized, and brought us one of everything from the cocktail stations to our suite so that we could try them and eat. Along the same line, they sent us home with one of each entrée so we got to taste all of them, which we ate the next day and they were all amazing! (The short ribs, branzino and chicken). Also, the wedding cake was delicious! Our guests said they normally do not like wedding cake, but they loved Glen Island’s! The rooms were beautiful – the indoor chapel for our ceremony was especially stunning and took everyone’s breath away when they entered. Further, for the preparation up to the wedding, our coordinator was Jack, and he was so responsive throughout the process- I would send an email at night, and he would respond was within few minutes. They really know what they are doing! They made the day run so smoothly and were so wonderful! We are still on cloud 9. Thank you, Glen Island Harbour Club for making our wedding a dream!

We just had our wedding at Glen Island this weekend and it was perfection! The food was amazing from the cocktail hour to dessert. You cannot beat the location and views. It is truly like no other venue. The staff is beyond helpful and kind. I could not recommend having your wedding at the venue more!

This venue is top notch. Their pricing is in line with other venues in the Tri state area but their service is the best. From the beginning they were on top of things and very responsive to any questions we had. On the day of the wedding everything was so organized and made the wedding party and guests feel special. The food was excellent, the staff from the waiters/waitresses to the maitre d and bridal attendant were wonderful. At the end of the evening everything was packed up and waiting for us to pick up. Iwould recommend this venue. I still get compliments from guests

Me and my now husband booked Glen Island for our wedding and we are SO glad we did. We checked out 6 venues for our big day and Glen Island blew them all out of the water. From our first appointment with Rocco, who was our coordinator, the whole experience went by effortlessly. Rocco made sure every question I had was answered immediately he was so kind and helpful and me and my fiancé were so appreciative. George, our Maitre'd was so organized and professional and Mia, our bridal attendant was the best attendant I have ever seen and I have been in A LOT of weddings and she was by far the best. The food was amazing and the views spectacular. Everyone I spoke to since said that it was a perfect wedding even my skeptical MiL. I even had one friend text me saying that it was one of the best venues she's ever been to she said maybe even the best. I am so glad that we chose them for our big day and I would suggest Glen Island to anyone who just got recently engaged.

We just had our 4/2/22 wedding at Glen Island and 5 stars truly is not enough. We unfortunately postponed twice (original 6/6/2020) so we were working with the venue since 2018!! Our coordinator was Rocco Agostino who was truly such a trooper with our postponements. I am sure it was beyond frustrating to deal with so many postponements but he was always extremely understanding of how we wanted our special day to be normal. He was always extremely responsive to my many, many emails and the answer was literally always YES. We dropped off all of our items we needed set up with instructions of how we wanted everything set up and they did it even better than I had ever imagined. I actually wish I could go back in time and stress a little bit less since Glen Island literally takes care of every last detail. We finally had our wedding 4/2/22 and when it was truly everything I dreamed it would be. The service is impeccable. My bridal attendant, Stephanie, truly did not leave my side once the entire day. She was climbing on rocks with me for our photographer, bustling my dress, she even washed my shoes at one point after they got dirty. It was so nice to have someone be so attentive to me all night. The venue does a run through of your ceremony prior to your guests arriving. For a control freak like me, this is a bit terrifying. Rocco assured me it was going to go perfectly. I won't lie - I was paranoid about it literally until it was my turn to walk down the aisle. Again, I wish I hadn't been because he was not lying - they will make sure your ceremony goes perfectly. They are there with you right until the end and there is truly nothing to ever worry about once you arrive for your wedding day. The food is out of this world. All of my guests were truly blown away by the selection at the cocktail hour and the sit down dinner was also delicious. Delicious signature cocktails, premium open bar, champagne filled to the top of the glass - they treat your guests like royalty! The venue speaks for itself. We got married at the venue as well in the chapel and it truly makes for a gorgeous ceremony backdrop. The venue is a well oiled machine - our guests were promptly escorted just down the stairs where the cocktail hour was open and ready and the party got started. I HIGHLY recommend Glen Island particularly if you want to have your ceremony and reception in the same location. It is completely seamless and stress free. After having to cancel twice, this wedding had a lot of pressure to live up to the hype. I knew it would be beautiful but I was absolutely blown away. I wish I could do it all over again. Highly recommend this venue and Rocco in particular!!

We had our 11/6/21 wedding at Glen Island Harbour Club and it was everything that we dreamed of and more! Everyone at the venue was great to work with and nothing but professional throughout the entire experience. We worked closely with Rodney throughout the planning process. He was very helpful and ready to answer any question that we had. He was always very responsive when we had questions and he helped keep us organized throughout the planning process. The venue is absolutely beautiful and we would highly recommend it to other couples in the area. Not only is the venue beautiful, the view is gorgeous, and the food was incredible. We were able to have an extensive cocktail hour, full sit down meal, and large viennese dessert table. The guests are still raving about how amazing the food was! The staff were very attentive and wonderful throughout the day. They made sure we always had a drink in hand and were able to eat food from the cocktail hour and viennese tables. We are so grateful that we were able to celebrate our wedding day at Glen Island Harbour Club. It truly was the best day of our lives.

We worked with Jack on booking our Oct 2021 wedding (originally Oct 2020). He was very responsive and professional. The only big complaint I had was the changing of our date. We had to wait 5 months to change it (6 weeks before our date). We knew we couldn't do the wedding because of US travel ban. Waiting months gave us fewer dates to choose from and we nearly had to cancel because of budget and availability. The chef was fantastic at making small customizations and seasonal items for us. The food was really good. I wish we had more cocktail hour food brought to the bridal suite because we didn’t really get a chance to sample.. my family who came to hang out in there ended up eating it. We bought our own wines because their house wines weren’t good at all. The team dressed up the rooms beautifully. The one thing I was incredibly adamant about was not having a podium at our ceremony. Turns out our officiant bossed around the staff and they added a highboy table. Nobody cleared it with me. I walked down the aisle and nearly choked when I saw it. A few little bloopers like not switching out the easels to the ones we purchased or forgetting to include the custom bathroom signage that was supplied. Anytime I looked for coffee or something, no staff to be found or I had to wait a few minutes. Usually someone is always at the couples table.. that wasn't the case. Overall it was a nice night and we largely got what we wanted.

The most well-oiled wedding machine! All the way up to the wedding day, you are assigned a point of contact who is responsive and knowledgeable. We had Jack LePostollec and he was fantastic! He would respond at all hours of the day and night and always had an answer for all our questions. The staff and bridal assistants exceeded our expectations! They were so attentive and on top of the schedule and timing of everything. You don't have to worry about a thing when you have your wedding at Glen Island Harbour Club!

Amazing venue. Amazing views. Amazing food. Amazing staff. We got married on 10-24-21. This place made our dream wedding come true! We initially met with Rocco and we were sold at the first meeting. Rocco is easy to work with, honest, caring, and genuinely wants to see you have the wedding you envision. In a word, Rocco is a true gentleman! The staff at Glen Island make you and your guests genuinely feel welcome and like royalty! As our guests exited the venue, they were treated to hot chocolate and warm pretzels! that's service! We could not picture our wedding at any other venue. We got married in the Terrace room, which has floor to ceiling glass around the room, which makes for amazing views and a romantic ambiance. The menu is extremely diverse and amazing! not your typical wedding food by any means. We pray that we get to attend a wedding here one day so we can enjoy it as a guest! it's that amazing! If you're venue shopping, you owe to yourself to at least visit Glen Island and see if it's right for you. You certainly won't regret it!

We were married at Glen Island Harbour Club on October 16, 2021 and it could not have gone better. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the staff are incredible as well. Our event planner, Rodney, was prompt to respond, thought of all the details, and was so well organized, that we didn’t need to worry about anything. On our wedding day we met Natalie, our bridal attendant, and George, our maitre’d. They both attended to every need of both us and our “VIPs.” They made sure that we were always happy with how the afternoon and evening were going, and ensured we were well plied with food, water, and alcohol. Natalie was experienced with everything bridal, and masterfully assisted with managing the train during pictures and quickly bustling it after the ceremony. Once the reception began, George was constantly communicating and coordinating the band, staff, photographer, etc. making sure the whole event went off as planned. I’m not sure how he was able to be in so many places at once, but it was truly extraordinary. We have received feedback from many of our guests saying how delicious the food was, and commenting on the elegance of the venue. We would certainly recommend Glen Island Harbour Club to anyone looking for an amazing wedding venue with beautiful views, great event spaces, and even more amazing staff.

We had our wedding at Glen Island Harbour Club on 9/5/21, and it was the best night of our lives! From start to finish, everything was so smooth and professional. We worked with Rodney throughout the whole planning process. He was so professional and always easy to communicate with and accommodated us and our busy schedules. The staff at Glen Island was amazing! Everything looked so beautiful the night of the wedding, we were completely blown away! Everything was executed so perfectly from the beautiful way everything was set up, the incredible waterfront views make for the most beautiful pictures! We received compliment after compliment from guests that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The cocktail hour and food was DELICIOUS and so much of it! It was by far the best food we have ever had at a wedding. The desserts that are passed around are so plentiful and the cake was delicious! They even opened up the cocktail hour early for us when guests arrived almost 25 minutes before the start and greeted everyone with champagne. The maitre' D and bridal attendant were so attentive to my husband and I and our family the whole night. They even packed one of the grandma's home with some desserts when she had to leave early. Glen Island went above and beyond to make our wedding day truly incredible, and we cannot recommend them enough!!!

WOW - I have always heard how wonderful Glen Island was, but nothing could prepare us for how amazing our wedding was. The service on the day of was impeccable - from guest never wanting anything to the 8 cakes at the Viennese Hour and Italian ices to go. My guest can't stop raving about the spectacular service and how beautiful the venue was. Jack was great in helping to ensure our day went off without a hitch. Jorge was a great maître d' who made sure the day of was perfect. Natalie, the bridal attendant, literally was a gem! I would def ask for Natalie. Overall, Glen Island is the best place to get married.

One word - AMAZING! Rocco and team were such a pleasure to work with and made sure our wedding was beyond beautiful. They took great care of us and our guests, who are still raving about the quantity and quality of the food. If you want the best for your wedding, Glen Island is it!

Unbelievable venue! Rocco is a master at his craft. No detail overlooked. Rocco and his team could not have been any better and more accommodating. The venue was spectacular, the service was amazing, and the food was off the charts! Our guests absolutely raved about everything, especially the cocktail hour. Top notch!

We absolutely LOVED our wedding at Glen Island. Between the stunning venue, scenic location, expansive menu, and 5 star service we are over the moon! The second we did our first tour, we knew it was THE one. The gorgeous indoor ceremony space is unmatched, with its full view of the Long Island Sound as your backdrop. Our banquet manager Erica is the absolute best. She has a great eye for detail and totally understood our vision and vibe as a couple. She was such a dream to work with, and was there for us every single step of the way. My guests are still raving about our wedding— many of which said it was one of the best they’ve been to — thanks to the excellent food and ambiance. I wish I could have the party all over again!

I am so happy that my husband (!!!) and I decided to get married at Glen Island. We knew it was the perfect venue for us from the start because of its location and food options. We worked on our event with Rodney and he was amazing from start to finish. The staff was so wonderful- from Hope at the front desk to George our maitre d, and especially Luisa our bridal attendant. My bridal party keeps telling me how impressed they were with how calm I was the day of, and it was really because I knew I was in good hands. I will recommend this venue to anyone I know who is engaged. Our wedding was a dream come true and that was mostly thanks to Glen Island Harbour Club!

Glen Island has made our dream wedding come true. We couldn’t have picked a better venue. They truly treated us like family, and no detail was spared. When you visit Glen Island, everyone typically falls in love. The venue is stunning, the views are breathtaking. However, most couples such as ourselves can’t even begin to imagine how truly beautiful it is when all dressed up with flowers. I am generally very picky, and WOW, the day of my wedding our ceremony room and reception (paradise) room was stunning, out of a bridal magazine. Rodney was our banquet manager, a true professional. We worked with us at all moments. He answers emails/phone calls within a timely fashion. He was my person, any little question I had I would go straight to him. By the end of our wedding weekend, I felt like Rodney was part of our family. It was hard to say goodbye. Our Maitre de’ and all of the Glen Island staff was truly on point. Our maitre de’, Maria was on top of everything. You can absolutely tell she loves her job, and is really good at it. We really cannot thank Rodney, Maria, and the whole staff. Thank you for making our wedding perfect, you guys are the best! Food, one of the most important aspects of a wedding. Have no fear, Glen Island goes above and beyond with food. I have not heard a single complaint. Cocktail hour had an abundance of food. The three options at dinner were fabulous. And, lastly the Viennese hour was crazy!! They put on a show, there is more dessert at this Viennese hour than any bakery you have ever visited. During the Viennese hour, many guests are full, or simply can’t eat all the desserts. Glen Island provides packaging for guests to take some desserts home (I loved that). So, to sum up, would I recommend Glen Island harbour Club, YES! One million times YES!!! Again, thank you for everything!

My daughter had her wedding on Aug 15 at Glen Island Harbour Club. This is a perfect wedding venue with top quality food and service and value for money price. Staff are all top rated professionals. Our guests all praised the food and service there to be their best ever for weddings.

Beautiful venue, amazing food, but most importantly, over the top customer service!!! I cannot express to you the stressful year and a half my husband and I went through with planning and replanning our wedding due to government COVID restrictions (original date 12/4) -- but Rocco, our banquet manager, made our experience with the venue extremely seamless. He truly cares about people and puts them first. After the horror stories I've heard from other brides this year, I am truly impressed with how much of a class act he is! Fast forward to the actual wedding day, Natalie and Maria, our Maitre D & bridal attendant were spot on the whole day! Everything came out PERFECT from execution of decor (I had a few different vendors and provided some decor myself and they followed our floor plan seamlessly) to the food (they had two 200 person weddings going on and you NEVER would've known, everything was on time, hot or chilled and cooked to perfection) and even down to the way they packed the items I brought over at the end of the night (they kept all the wrapping and handled with such care!!) The staff was genuinely so happy to be there and Rocco even came out to help walk my 100 year old grandmother to the elevator! I can't say enough how thankful I am to have chosen Glen Island as my venue -- my guests were completely blown away and many reached out to let us know it was the best wedding they'd ever attended!! Thank you so much Glen Island staff!!!!!!!

The Glen Island Harbour Club made our dream wedding come true and provided us with a wedding to remember for a lifetime. Leading up to our special day, we had been working very closely with Rocco. He was absolutely phenomenal throughout the whole process. His passion for what he does, communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness made working with him an incredible experience. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing during the planning stages of our wedding and most especially on the day of. The comments we received from our guests regarding the sense of elegance and class at The Glen Island Harbour Club were abundant and remarkable. One of our guests even called our wedding the Wedding of the Century. The professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy of the staff were beyond belief. Our personal attendants, Louisa (Bridal Attendant) and Jorge (Maitre D) were extremely helpful and super professional. I really can't find the words to describe how great they were. They went above and beyond for us in every aspect. Even as the night went on, they attended on the smallest details and were mindful of every task. Along with the professionalism was the beauty of this venue. The cocktail room had an elegant design and included an outdoor seating area, which our guests loved. We had our reception in the Terrace room and all I can say is Wow. I’m in awe at how much detail was put into making the room look so STUNNING. The food at the venue was spectacular. Every bite of food was amazing and impressive. From the passed items, to the chafing stations, to the martini bar, to the dinner entrees, to the desserts at the viennese, and finally to the after-party food, everything was delicious and top-notch. This venue really is a 5-star venue and we would pick it over and over again with no hesitation. Thanks to everyone at the Glen Island Harbour Club for your compassion, warmth, dedication, and professionalism. This was an unforgettable day—one we wish we could relive over and over. We are forever grateful!

Our wedding was perfect! Glen Island Harbour Club was amazing. Our banquet manager answered all of our questions and concerns through countless emails and calls. On our wedding day, our maître d’ and bridal attendant were a GODSEND! They even made sure that my husband and I got to have a moment alone together during the busy busy day. Our day was as amazing as it was because of everyone at Glen Island Harbour Club.

Glen island harbor club, specifically Rocco and Maria are first class! I’ve never been disappointed at a wedding there, but to experience it first hand was absolutely fantastic!! We had to postpone our wedding due to covid and naturally had a lot of questions and hesitations throughout the year but Rocco continued to inform and guide us, keeping things moving and positive. Special shout out to our bridal attendant Louisa for always keeping me hydrated, fed, on time and locating specific guests!! All in all, our 3 year journey with GIHC is over and I’m sad to say how much I’ll miss them!

Incredible venue with an attentive staff and a Cocktail Hour that our friends are still talking about. General Manager Rocco Agostino was a steady, calming planner throughout theis past year and half as my daughter had to deal with two wedding date changes due e to COVID. The end result was well worth the wait. Glen Island Harbor Club is where you want to have your family's big day, trust me!!!!

We just got married here on Friday and couldn’t say enough great things about it. Rodney made the experience amazing from the beginning (which was over 3 years ago since COVID pushed us back a year) everything was beyond what I expected. All the workers were amazing the day of especially the MC and bridal attendant. Thank you thank you!! Definitely would recommend!
