oor, private wedding. After reading reviews and connecting with a few options we felt the most comfortable with Jordan and his team's responsiveness and willingness to provide guidance. Jordan quickly provided us with a quote, and explained all the details. Every time we needed to clarify or add something he was responsive and quick to adjust the quote. We felt the services they offered were extensive, and we ended up shaping a lot of our expectations for the day around those options. Thanks to Jordan's team we had elegant glassware for all kinds of drinks, beautiful plates, cutlery, ice, and a mouth watering mix of Italian and Spanish food (chosen by us). On the day of, Jordan's team was incredibly professional and on top of everything, refilling guests' glasses, managing the buffet, refilling the drink coolers, buffet and charcuterie board setup and break down, cake cutting and setup, and so many other little things that just made everyone's day better. We received many comments about the excellent food quality, and that was important to us. We highly recommend the Golden Carrot and will be using them again in the future!
