Everyone during our planning experience and the wedding itself were absolutely amazing. Our coordinator did change a few times during the 1.5 yrs of planning, but it was so smooth and everyone was great so it was totally fine! They’re very responsive and efficient with their responses. Always available for questions. The food is amazing. They made the wedding day go so smooth and perfect, if there were any issues my husband and I have no idea! Their team the day of is on top of everything, so so nice and helpful. They knew everything I’d need before I did! Absolutely perfect day.

I can't say enough good things about this team and the wedding I had with them. The wedding was everything I wanted and hoped for because of how seamless the day was. Tatiana, my coordinator, was so on top of her game and made sure everything was perfect the day of. She answered all my thousands of emails promptly and professionally. Everyone was so attentive to my husband and I through the day and I was so grateful for the entire experience.

Our wedding day at our the Grand View was absolutely perfect! I got married and Grand View this past weekend and could not have asked for anything more! From our first time on site we knew Grand View was the place. The communication with Tatiana throughout the process was phenomenal. We had constant check ins to see what we wanted and what we needed. Come wedding day the Grand View staffed took great care of us and we could not ask for anything better.

The staff went as far as bringing water bottles over to my husband and I and ensuring we had plenty of appetizers! The Grand View simply put is breathtaking. All of our 200 guests cannot stop talking about Grand View and have all said that they haven't seen a more gorgeous venue in Massachusetts. The grounds are incredibly gorgeous, the ballroom is huge allowing for a very spacious dance floor, and the bar area is beautiful and roomy. This venue is absolute perfection. Caroline was our Day of Coordinator and she was AMAZING! Extremely responsive, approachable, friendly, warm and attentive. She was always willing to to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed leading up to the big day. I even had to come to her with some last minute change requests, and she was able to jump right in to make sure everything was taken care of! Caroline and McKenna both were incredible on the day of my wedding. McKenna made sure the wedding party and me and my husband were taken care of the entire time! She was there to slip us appetizers between photoshoots and always made sure we had drinks in our hands. We couldn't have asked for a better team the day of and better staff! The food was also extremely tasty and many of our guests are still raving about it. The drinks were really good as well! If you're looking for a venue with amazing staff, gorgeous views, and awesome food, look no further. We'd have our wedding at the Grand View again and again!

Impressive Work for my Friends’ Wedding! I was really impressed with the Grand View’s Event & Sales Manager and other staff who made my friends’ special day possible. From the rehearsal to the day of the wedding, the staff made the wedding party’s day stress free and made the process very easy. Thank you for all that you do!

Our daughter’s wedding reception was held at GrandView in April 2024. Our choice of this venue was one of the best decisions that we ever made! The food was wonderful – I received comments from guests that the food was hot when it arrived at their table. It was a “wow” moment when they opened the doors to the dining room – the room was stunning. Our guests were so impressed by the ladies room that they took pictures in there – I’ll leave it to you to visit the venue to find out why. Another popular place for our guests to take pictures was in front of the champagne wall. Erin, our coordinator, ensured that the event went flawlessly – she was such a pleasure to work with! GrandView staff even packed up our car for us at the end of the night. You will know exactly how much the event will cost you when you sign the contract because the wedding cake, provided by an Italian bakery, and the open bar are included in the price provided. To quote many of our guests, the reception was “phenomenal”.

The wedding venue is one of the most (if not THE most) important vendor in the wedding planning process. When we toured Grand View (in the pouring rain!) last summer, it was instantly clear that having our wedding there was the easiest and best choice we’d make for our 4/27/24 wedding. While the water views and beautifully designed interior of the building initially draw your eye, what’s more impressive about Grand View is the people that work there and the all-inclusive package that they offer. When touring other venues, my head was spinning about what to prioritize; adding an open bar, an additional appetizer, and passed drinks often came with up-charges that force a couple to predict what their guests will care about most and what they won’t miss if it’s not there. Grand View’s seamless process of offering ALL of those things (and more) in their price-per-head package took the stress out of planning and allowed us to have everything we wanted without feeling like we were missing out on anything “extra.” We were lucky to work with Erin Dean for the entire planning process and on the day of our wedding. WOW! Erin is a detailed and thorough professional. Anytime we had a question, we’d reach out and Erin would get back to us in 24 hours or less with a detailed and thoughtful response. She was always willing to get on the phone or email to answer any question, big or small. Our final walkthrough was about a month prior to our wedding and covered every possible detail of our day, even the details we hadn’t considered! During the rehearsal walkthrough and on the wedding day, Erin was calm and confident and made us feel like Grand View had everything taken care of. She took the lead in setting up all of our decor exactly as we wanted without us having to lift a finger. She connected with all of our vendors and communicated with them day-of so that we didn’t have to think about anything. There has to be so much trust given to the wedding venue staff on the day of, and Erin is absolutely to credit for the day going as well as it did. Thank you, Erin! We also were lucky to have Makenna as a bridal suite attendant. My bridesmaids couldn’t say enough about Makenna— she helped me and my girls with everything we needed on the day of the wedding, checked in on food and beverage needs, and was overall so fun to work with. Thank you, Makenna! We had so many guests say that our wedding was the best wedding that they’ve ever attended. We can’t thank Grand View staff enough for making that possible. From our first tour to our wedding day, Grand View made us feel like a priority, helped us have the wedding of our dreams, and made all of our guests feel special and supported. We couldn’t imagine a better venue, and would recommend Grand View to anyone getting married.

I can not write enough amazing things about Grand view! This was the first and only venue my husband and I toured and we felt no need to keep searching! We initially met with Kelly who was absolutely fantastic and shared all of the amazing things about the wedding package with us. Tatiana was the event coordinator that worked with us throughout the majority of our planning process and she was professional, attentive, responsive, and so friendly to talk to! Melissa was my bridal attendant that day and she was so friendly as well! Everything ran so smoothly and my guests raved about the food and the venue the entire night! I can’t thank grand view and all of the staff enough for such an amazing night it truly was the best night ever!

My husband and I were married at Grand View on 3/23/24. We HIGHLY recommend the venue for three reasons. 1.) The staff is incredible and unmatched! Tatiana (our wedding coordinator) walked us through every step of the day and was in constant communication with us as questions came up throughout the planning. We shipped items to the venue and she was on top of it days leading up to the event. On the day of the wedding she was incredibly flexible about our rain plans as we hoped to get a chance to go outside. We were so lucky to get to work with her and she made it all happen. We could not have done it all without her! Sofia (our bridal attendant) was so great at anticipating needed items, even minutes before walking down the aisle! She was so attentive and flexible. 2.) The food! Chef was top notch. The food was talked about all night and she was incredibly attentive to our guests dietary restrictions leading up. We had a chance to speak to her at the event as well and cannot thank her enough for the phenomenal experience. 3.) The location is amazing! We were very hopeful to have the ceremony outside but due to the rain it was inside. Tatiana helped us have our indoor ceremony practiced as well as outside and let us decide the morning of. Folks raved about the indoor location and comfort in the dining and ceremony space. You would not even know you were in the same room! It was such a unique experience. Overall, we cannot thank the Grand View folks enough for their time and attention to our day. Thank you SO much!!

FLAWLESS execution with our 200-person wedding on NYE!!! We could not be HAPPIER with our experience hosting our wedding at Grand View! We had a tall order and high expectations since we had over 200 people on New Year’s Eve and let us tell you… Grand View delivered with FLAWLESS execution. One of the major reasons we booked this venue was that they host weddings all the time, so they know what they are doing, and our wedding was no exception. Their expertise was evident throughout the planning process, and truly shined on wedding day. The staff worked in tandem with our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly and on time. We were able to put our full trust in them to carry out our vision for our wedding, which really allowed us to soak in every precious moment. The venue itself is gorgeous and the food from Chef Linda was excellent. We were so well taken care of by the entire staff, but a special shoutout to Kelly and Tatiana!! Kelly was our coordinator and a true master of her craft. She is very detail-oriented and brought us + the wedding party through the entire process from start to finish, answering every question we had. When I dropped off my decor, I realized I had completely forgotten to design the decor for our sweetheart table and Kelly was able to use our extra centerpiece items to make it look beautiful for us. Tatiana was my bridal attendant and took such good care of me through the whole night. She made sure my dress stayed together and didn’t snag on the cement outside, kept a water handy for me to take sips during pictures, and just in general brought a positive, calming energy that put me, my bridal party, and the moms at such ease. We would HIGHLY recommend Grand View to anyone in the area looking for a venue that will take care of them on the biggest day of their lives!!! THANK YOU!!!

My husband and I just had our dream wedding reception at the Grand View on 12/16/23. From start to finish, the staff at the Grand View worked tirelessly to make sure we had a great wedding day. When it came time for planning the wedding, we got paired up with Grand View coordinator - Erin. I cannot say enough about how INCREDIBLE Erin is. Erin sat down with me for over 2 hours to confirm all of our wedding details, guest meals, special accommodations, and linens (just to name a few things). She helped to ease any stress I had and answered all of it throughly. If she didn’t have the answer right then, she wrote it down and made sure to get back to me that next morning with the answer. When it came time for the wedding weekend, Erin and her team were all hands on deck to make sure this weekend was epic. Erin did a great job taking an inventory of many items & lended a helpful hand the entire time. She was beyond flexible with the changes we wanted to make to existing decor. The week leading into my wedding, I had multiple questions & guests cancel due to illness. I emailed Erin each time with replacement guests or questions & she was quick to reply and to update the guest count. The day of the wedding, everything went perfectly. As a bride, people always said I needed to be prepared for things to go wrong. I never felt like I needed to this because everything truly felt perfect. Most of this was thanks to the Grand View. Upon arriving at the Grand View for our reception, we were greeted by Kelly, Erin & Tatiana. Tatiana was our bridal attendant for the night and she was AMAZING! She took care of us the entire night with a smile on her face. When we got to the GV, we headed right outside for photography. Erin and Tatiana came with us & fixed my dress and veil throughout the 2 hours of photos. While doing this, Tatiana brought us drinks and appetizers. During the reception, the team made sure we stayed on timeline & was efficient with service. The Grand View accommodated my request of espresso martinis & everyone was raving about them. They passed many trays of appetizers. When it came time to move into the ballroom, it was decorated perfectly & well staffed. Guests enjoyed not only their salad, bread, & second course, but also their huge portion size of their dinner choices. After dinner, GV put out our coffee/tea and dessert quickly to ensure we had the maximum time dancing. Dancing started & it didn’t stop until the night ended! Every guest who attend spoke so highly of the venue, the staff, & the food. Guests raved about the service - they said staff from the Grand View continuously checked in with them throughout the night asking how their experience was going. The facility is beautiful, the staff is professional, the food is amazing, & the planning process is easy. If you are looking for a high class wedding venue staffed with kind people who care about you and your wedding day, look no further! I highly recommend The Grand View for your wedding day. We had tons of people tell us this was the best wedding they ever attended. This was thanks to the Grand View. Grand View was a perfect wedding venue for us. Not only was it a beautiful location, but the staff made it so easy for us. Gina and Tatiana were wonderful to work with. My GIRL Meredith was the sweetest human to have by my side the whole day, making sure I drank water and actually had some of the amazing food we picked out! Everyone was so professional, and the space was unforgettable. It was truly a dream venue, and I cannot recommend it enough.

My husband and I had the most magical day of our lives, thanks to Tatiana and the rest of the incredible staff at Grand View! We are still blown away with how fantastic and gorgeous everything was. Tatiana was our coordinator, she was incredible! She was helpful with anything and everything we needed, and when we could not decide on something, she offered professional suggestions to any questions or advice we were looking for. She was quick to respond to any emails I sent and made me feel so comfortable leading up to the big day. Tatiana handled all things schedule/timeline, setup and breakdown of all our decor, favors, etc, and reached out to our vendors to coordinate load in time, setup, and to accommodate dietary restrictions for each of them. The timeline Tatiana provided was extremely detailed, and was helpful for us to get an idea of what to expect for the day. Tatiana was there to answer any questions I had or offer help throughout the evening. My mom was working on my bustle and Tatiana came over and helped her to make the process faster. We wanted our outdoor flower urns repurposed inside, and she grabbed them and carried them inside. She was incredible! The tasting was extremely helpful to narrow down meal choices from the large selection that is offered. I was so happy with everything I ate on the night of the wedding. The food really was incredible and there was a ton of it. During cocktail hour, Tatiana made sure we got drinks that we wanted and had the team bring us a tray of passed apps. If we wanted more, they would have gotten us more. Grand View also covers the cake if desired. We did a tasting with Gerardos, picked our flavors and the design we wanted, and told them our wedding date and guest count, and that it was at Grand View. I really have no idea what happened from then on, but somehow the cake was there, looking perfect. A week or two before the wedding, I emailed Tatiana in a panic asking if I was supposed to buy a cake stand and she told me not to worry, they have some we could use. On the day of the rehearsal, we dropped off all the decor and “extras” (blankets, favors, etc). On the day of the wedding, it was all perfectly set up. The Grand View team even makes place cards for each guest. We also opted to use the table numbers and votives that Grand View provides to accompany our decor. Throughout the night, the Grand View team was quietly collecting things that were no longer needed and by the time my husband and I were ready to leave, our cars were packed and we just had to grab our personal belongings and hop in. Not once did I notice something missing or feel like they were picking up too soon/rushing us out which I was worried about. We really didn't have to do anything. One constructive note for future brides, I wish they allowed us to arrive a bit earlier for our first look. We were allowed to arrive at 2pm for a 3:30pm ceremony, with guests arriving at 3pm. This means that we had from 2-3pm for the first look but I needed time to get my dress on and to get ourselves organized once we arrived. We definitely could have used an extra 30/45 minutes, and I would suggest future brides push for this. This was the only part of the day that I felt rushed. The venue is stunning, the staff is incredible, the food is fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough and can't wait to hold a milestone anniversary party here in the future :)

The Grand View was absolutely incredible and made our wedding perfect! I could write a book about how great the venue and staff are. We had several changes to our coordinator in the months leading up to our wedding, but each person was amazing and they all took such good notes that each transition was seamless. Our final coordinator Erin was incredible. She was flexible and responsive to all our questions and she also offered us great advice when we weren’t sure about table placement or what order speeches/dances should go. She is fantastic! The venue is just as beautiful in person as it is in photos. In addition to our own centerpieces and decorations, they also go the extra mile by offering some decor of their own - they hang string lights outside and have their own table numbers if you don’t want to provide your own. It is so helpful and can let you save a bit on decor. The food here is amazing! We also couldn’t believe how much food we were able to provide our guests and it was all so delicious! The staff also makes sure you as the couple are getting enough to eat and drink throughout the night which was so thoughtful! I cannot say enough good things about this place. The fact that so much is included made planning so easy and it was such a beautiful day! We love the Grand View!!

We had the most amazing experience with Grand View for our wedding in November. From the first tour, the staff was all welcoming and supportive through every question and planning step. Our coordinator, Tatiana, met with us whenever we had neurotic questions or panic moments. She responded to every email and eased every possible stress. As the bride, I felt perfectly calm on wedding day because of the preparation and organization of the Grand View. I would recommend them to anyone! And I am going to because I want to go back as a guest! We couldn't be more grateful.

I do not know how I can even begin to describe how amazing Grand View was for our wedding. But let me start with this; we chose the venue for a variety of reasons, but one of the key selling factors was the absolutely breathtaking views over the water for the ceremony. Well we had the unfortunate circumstance that nobody wants to be in....it rained on our wedding day. The ceremony had to be moved inside; and let me tell you, it didn't even matter. The indoor ceremony was just as beautiful. The staff from the planners to the servers were polite, professional, and enthusiastic. We could not have asked for better service from the day we booked the venue to the end of our wedding night. Not only were they incredibly attentive, they somehow managed to do this so discretely the guests and us hardly knew they were there! That is until we needed something; then without even needing to ask, they were attending to our every need. We truly cannot think of a single issue or drawback with Grand View, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Do yourself a favor and book Grand View for your big day; you absolutely will not regret it.

Grand View gave me the wedding of my dreams! Everyone was so easy to work with and everything was so thorough and planned perfectly. Huge shout out to Gina Incardone who was nothing short of amazing from day one to meeting her until the day of the wedding. Tatianna was also the best bridal attendant ever. A huge thank you to Kelly and all the staff at Grand View for helping to create our magical wedding day. It was a true fairytale wedding. The staff did an excellent job of making sure that the ceremony and reception were well coordinated. Kelly made sure all of the details leading up to the wedding were taken care of. Tatiana, Caroline, and Sophia were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive and they made us feel like royalty. They are excellent in their roles and it was so fun to work with them. All of the members of the Grand View staff were always kind, professional, and responsive. Thank you to Kelly for answering a million questions throughout the wedding planning process and thank you for bearing with us through last-minute, unexpected changes. Our guests were extremely impressed by the stunning scenery at the venue and we received outstanding feedback about the food and drinks. One of our guests (who is 90 years-old and has been to many weddings) told us it was the best wedding he has ever attended. We agree with him and we would highly recommend Grand View to any couple that is getting married!

Absolutely blown away by the incredible experience provided by everyone at Grand View . First off the food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The Hors D’Oeuvres seemed to never stop. Everything worked seamlessly and I never wanted it to end. The compliments on how beautiful everything was a constant theme all night. While the staff was amazing, I must commend Kelly and Tatianna. Kelly, you are the most professional, incredible person to work with and I can’t thank you enough for all of your help. You are a shining example of what all people in this profession should aspire to. Tatianna, you are an absolute rock star !You were two steps ahead of us with knowing exactly what we needed at any given time. You made this mother of the bride stress free and beyond happy we chose Grand View.

Grand View was the very first venue we toured when we started looking at venues – we toured others after, but found ourselves comparing each one to what we first saw at Grand View, and finally had an “ah-ha” moment knowing we obviously had already found the perfect place to have our dream wedding! What truly made everything so easy for us is the unbelievable package they offer, which includes so many big components such as food, premium open bar throughout the entire night, custom wedding cake, event coordinator, bridal attendant, and SO MUCH MORE. This was a HUGE deciding factor, because it meant one less outside vendor we had to try and search for. Our guests could not stop raving about the food, which there was so much of. They provided 6 different passed apps during cocktail hour, a fruit & cheese display, salad course, second course, main course, dessert, and a coffee / tea station (YES, all of that is included in the package!). This is a one-event only venue which honestly makes all the difference in the world. Every part of the venue whether it be outdoors, indoors, our private bridal suite, and even the bathroom, had the perfect photo-opt. The pictures truly do not even do justice on how absolutely stunning the venue looks in person. My attendants were so good about checking in on me basically every minute to make sure I was okay, had what I needed, or for literally ANYTHING. Things can naturally get hectic when you’re being pulled in different directions and sticking to a timeline on the day of, but that’s why it’s so crucial to have people such as Kelly, Tatiana, and Meredith from the Grand View to make sure it all goes smoothly!

Grand View and their staff exceeded my expectations for our wedding! Upon our first visit, Gina was honest, thorough, and accommodating. Their package included everything we dreamed of, and more! Throughout the entire wedding planning process Gina was available to guide us, answer our questions, and take on some of the wedding planning tasks. Grand View has an amazing in house chef, who had many delicious food options and accommodated any and all dietary restrictions. The venue was thorough in understanding our vision, timeline, and everything else included in our big day. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate on our special day, and Grand View changed our ceremony to be indoors without a sweat. Last minute guest substitutions? No problem for Grand View. There was an attendant checking in with me the entire day to ensure I had food, drinks, and to help with anything else that arose. I could not have asked for better accommodations than I received on my wedding day. Grand View and their staff are professionals, and amazing at what they do!

Last November, my husband and I had our reception at the Grand View, and we highly recommend this extraordinary place! She effortlessly managed numerous details, coordinated with our vendors, and really brought our vision to life! Tatiana, our dedicated assistant for the night, took care of us from the moment we entered the building. Her exceptional service truly made our night exceptional. We are forever grateful for the entire Grand View team! They exceeded our expectations, leaving us with cherished memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you for everything, Grand View!!

Grand View is everything we could have dreamed of and more!!! The moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Kelly and her team and we knew this was our wedding venue!!! They are beyond efficient and work as a fantastic unit. The view is absolutely stunning, no one even cared that it rained!! And the food...guests are still talking about the delicious food!! Chef Linda is a magician!!! The ballroom is spacious and gives off a very warm glow with gold wall sconces and shimmering crystal chandeliers. And the fireplace is the most unique and gorgeous centerpiece to pull the entire room together!! Thank you to Kelly, Meredith, Chef Linda, and the entire team at Grand View, we couldn't be happier!!!!

Grand View was a dream! The view of course, the ballroom, the food and the help were incredible. Gina was our coordinator and she was truly amazing. Professional, down to earth and patient. We worked with Gina at first, she walked us through all the options. Their packages pretty much include everything you will ever need, much less stress and planning this way. Once we were contracted, we started working with Alysha. I can’t say enough great things about her, you are truly truly in the best hands. She cares so much, is super responsive and has this all down to a science. I asked so many questions and she was never bothered and always had the answers. Our wedding day was flawless, they executed my vision perfectly. The event spaces and exteriors are stunning for photos and extremely well taken care of. Our guests were raving about everything, especially the food. I have to also give a shout out to my bridal attendant, Tatiana. She eased all my worries before the wedding, was prepared for everything and by the end of the night, we were best friends. Just the sweetest person. They make me want to do it all again!!

We cannot recommend Grand View enough. This is truly the most amazing wedding venue! My husband and I had the most wonderful wedding day and we could not have imagined a more perfect venue. Alysha went above and beyond down to the very last detail and we cannot thank her enough -- she made this whole experience wonderful. The staff were so professional, kind, and attentive -- all of the food was delicious, the drinks were amazing, and the views/scenery of this venue were breathtaking. We heard from all of our guests how much fun they had and how wonderful everything was. Thank you to everyone at Grand View that helped make our wedding day so special! We enjoyed every moment.

We can't say enough good things about Grand View. We fell in love as soon as we laid eyes on it and knew we had to get married here! We loved that it was a single event venue and our guests were able to enjoy the space to its full capacity. Alysha worked with us throughout the whole process and helped to make our dream wedding come true. She was so accommodating and offered sound advice and solutions. The staff was wonderful and professional, and the food was excellent.
