Tara definitely saved the day after my initial coordinator had an emergency come up! In just a little over a month, Tara helped me finalize all my wedding goals and was so organized in the process. So many things were happening behind the scenes on my wedding day and I know Tara was a HUGE part in making them happen as I just enjoyed the day. :) I can’t thank her enough for how my wedding turned out!

Tara and her team went above and beyond coordinating my wedding. As a type A person, it can be hard to let go of the reins, especially for a wedding I’d been planning for over a year, but Tara made it easy. From our very first call, she was punctual, thorough, and clearly understood my vision. By the time we did our final walkthrough, Tara and her team had not only grasped every detail of my plans but also suggested thoughtful improvements and backup options I hadn’t even considered.
The night before the wedding, an unexpected cold front forced us to move everything indoors. Tara and her team jumped into action without hesitation, seamlessly transitioning to the backup plan and adjusting things to make sure everything still looked beautiful.
Tara had just had a baby a few weeks prior and had arranged for Chi from her team to be our day-of coordinator. Even while easing back from maternity leave, Tara was still fully involved. She was present for our final walkthrough, the rehearsal, and even came on the wedding day to ensure everything was set up perfectly. Truly above and beyond.
Tara is professional, kind, organized, and incredibly detail-oriented. Chi was also AMAZING, warm, calming, and an absolute rockstar on the day of the wedding. She took charge of every single DIY detail (and there were a lot) and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her calm presence eased all nerves.
To top it all off, Chi even helped after the wedding. We had planned to take our florals to the cemetery the next day to honor family members who have passed. That night, when my family realized they didn’t have room in the car, Chi graciously offered, completely outside of our contract, to meet them the next day and help deliver the flowers. That level of care and kindness is rare and speaks volumes about this team.
I’ve been to many weddings where things get missed or fall through the cracks, but not with Tara and her team. I am beyond grateful. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, Grant Your Wish Weddings should be your first call. You will not be disappointed.

Tara was amazing. She was our day of coordinator and she helped us relax!! She took care of all the vendors for us, made sure we had drinks and food, and set up our decor perfectly. We had leftover decor and she added beautiful touches around the venue. We’re so grateful for her. She truly went above and beyond for our special day!!!

Tara was the perfect day of coordinator for us! When we had the consultation I wanted to add on a service which she did without hesitation. She sent regular updates and checked in with us along the way.
The day of Tara was my eyes and ears at the venue. The day went perfectly.
With out us even knowing she reached out and confirmed with our vendors which was so appreciated because my work week had been pure chaos.
I would highly recommend Tara to any couple!

Tara did a fantastic job with my son‘s wedding! She’s so organized and prepared, and she managed to make it all look easy. I can’t imagine the wedding having been more perfect, and I know that is in large part to her ability to multitask and coordinate. She kept track of the big picture, as well as focusing on all the little details that made the wedding so special. She definitely has an eye for making the event look beautiful! I would highly recommend her!

Tara was instrumental in our big day! Every step of the way she helped me stay organized and thought of things I didn't to make our day seamless and perfect! When it came to the big event she was on top of everything big and little - I appreciated her attention to detail so much! Our wedding experience would not have been the same without Tara! She was so nice, and detail oriented. I would recommend her to everyone. She worked so well with all of our other vendors too on our wedding day. I felt like I didn’t have to do anything because she was involved. She was fantastic!

Tara is an incredibly talented and incredibly organized human being, especially when it comes to wedding planning… Not only is she good at the detail but she’s good at giving direction and recommendations. I specifically remember in the early part of wedding planning, not knowing where we were going to have our wedding. Tara not only had a list of cities, but had a list of wedding venues prepared for us to look at. She even came with us to the venues. When Tara plans a wedding, you can be sure that she will put her all into it just like she does with everything else.
