To say I was blown away by the flowers is an understatement. They were everything I dreamed of and more. Everyone can’t get enough of them even after the big day! You completely captured my vision - they are the dreamiest down to every flower! She was wonderful to work with and super flexible with all of the changes that came with my wedding due to covid. 10/10 would recommend her for your wedding flower needs!

Andrea was an absolute dream to work with. As a wedding planner I had a very detailed vision and she executed every single detail to a “T.” She was very responsive throughout the planning process, offered great design advice and her team members were floral ninjas on my wedding day helping to repurpose floral installations from one location to the next. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the bridal party bouquets and centerpieces were. I would recommend working with her and the Gray Harper team without hesitation.

Andrea was a DREAM to work with! I had the fortune of booking Andrea early on and sitting down with her to go over my vision. I gave her my Pinterest board and we talked through my dream florals. Within a few days, she created the most STUNNING plan for my big day! She was able to work with me to help stay within our budget. The reception detail that I was the most excited about were the florals, and she absolutely blew everyone away!! From my bridal bouquet and the trellis, to the little arrangements on cocktail tables and elaborate floral arch behind our sweet heart table – every piece was intricately made and uniquely beautiful. I was in tears when I saw everything and am still dreaming of those gorgeous florals to this day! I cannot thank Andrea enough for her masterful work and for making my wedding an absolute dream!!

Gray Harper did an incredible job for our wedding. I was blown away by they way they took the theme of the wedding and incorporated it beautifully with every detail they created! They made a vision board that gave me an idea of what we were going for, which gave me the upmost confidence in the arrangements and bouquets for the wedding. However, when I saw everything they had prepared, it went above and beyond my expectations. I am still getting compliments on the design and style of arrangements at the wedding. In addition, Andrea and the staff are extremely professional, and I would recommend them to anyone getting married in the Savannah area. They are so passionate and talented, and it reflects in their work

Andrea is one of the most creative floral designers I have ever seen. We met with Andrea a year ago and she listened to my daughter's ideas and then she created the most amazing arrangements. The ballroom was totally transformed and Andrea didn't miss a single detail. Oh my goodness, the Chuppah she built and decorated was beyond breathtaking! I can't say enough about the entire experience from start to finish! Andrea and her team are incredible!!

I don't even know where to start. Andrea is Incredible! I was so overwhelmed by the thought of planning my wedding from a distance so I went hunting for help. Boy did i strike gold when I found Gray Harper Event Maker. I contacted her about planning my event and within two weeks I was sitting down with photographers, picking out wedding cake, having hair and make up trials, signing DJ contracts and selecting furniture rentals. The wedding itself surpassed even my most wild dreams, walking into the space she had designed for me was like stepping into a fairy tale. Not only did she plan my entire wedding she also did all the floral and decor designs, which just like everything else were out of this world. I would and will recommend Andrea to everyone getting married in Savannah - she is worth every penny and more!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! Andrea (owner) was SO calm, cool, collected the entire time which made us have no worries through the entire process. She has a million connections with venders which helped with not only getting the best people but getting some deals on price. Our wedding day was amazing and we will totally use her again for future events :) You will be truly lucky if you get a chance to work with her.

Working with Andrea and her team for our destination wedding was probably the BEST decision we could've made. Her flowers and design are absolutely stunning and she truly made the evening exactly what we described to her in the beginning process. What I liked best about Gray Harper Event Maker is that they review your needs and then offer a planning quote instead of "package A, B, or C" which allowed us to do some things on our own and some with the assistance of a coordinating team. Andrea has great relationships with the local vendors and always communicated to us exactly what was happening throughout the planning process. We did share some minor concerns with her after the day in terms of day of communication and our photographer however Andrea was prompt to respond and never made us feel as though we were "less important" than her other clients (something we experienced with our photography vendor). Her style is unique and her attention to detail is wonderful. I would've never known where to start or finish when planning a wedding and Andrea completely understands that - most of us are first time brides!! Overall, Gray Harper Event Maker was the best choice for our wedding and I would absolutely recommend to anyone planning a wedding in Savannah. A huge thank you to Andrea and her team for working with us and making are day just beautiful!

Andrea & her team could not have done a more beautiful job on my wedding. She was extremely professional through out the entire planning process and supplied well documented layouts of what I wanted, along with an easy breakdown of what each item cost. Hey brides to be, I was recently married in May of '16 in Midway, Georgia (just outside of Savannah). Andrea, who is the owner of GHEM, was simply amazing on the day of and up until. I don't even know where I want to begin I have so many wonderful things to say about her and her team. We started working together nearly two years before our actual wedding date and I'm glad we did. It gave us time to get to know each other and build a friendship, our styles are similar but if I ever didn't like something she listened and made sure I was happy with the final outcome. Although she has a strong team to help her on the day of the wedding that didn't prevent her from getting hands on. The most challenging part was selecting vendors because we were planning everything from out of town but it turned out perfectly!! She has her list of yes' and no's from personal experiences she has had working with them and we appreciated her honesty. It made for a much happier event day because the vendors we selected were all amazing. (And no, Andrea doesn't get any type of kickback if you select one she's suggested..she's only interested in making sure you are 100% satisfied on your wedding day). Andrea also helped us with keeping on track with budgets, (+ found us extra savings wherever she could) including reminding us of payment due dates. She created a checklist with a due date and would check in either telephone or email to make sure everyone was on the same page. Getting in contact with her was never a problem, email's were returned in a timely manner and I could always reach her by telephone if I absolutely needed something. She even came to Atlanta to join me for my hunt for the perfect wedding dress. She really went above and beyond. On a side note; we also hired Andrea for the florals. Literally the best way I can describe her arrangements were; '100% LOVE'. Absolutely stunning - I even dried mine out and saved them in a shadow box they were just that beautiful. Not only did my husband and I have the most perfect wedding day thanks to Andrea but we now have some great friends for life. We are extremely grateful for all she did to make our wedding day one for the books. ;) Seriously, if you're on the fence about hiring an event planner or not....hire Andrea! Andrea and her team made my vision come to life with their floral design. Everything was beautiful and really brought the wedding to life! Andrea worked with myself and my wedding planner seamlessly and was very responsive to emails or questions that I had throughout the process. She was willing to meet with me any time that I had any questions or concerns. Her team was also willing to add some last minute details that I had the week before the wedding. This was a great experience and I was recommend Andrea to anyone with a wedding or event in the Savannah/Hilton Head area!

We hired Andrea almost 2 years ago. My daughter's wedding was May 21, 2016 and it was a dream come true! Andrea helped us with the little decisions, the big decisions and everything in between. She kept us on track with deadlines. And the day of the wedding, she worked her tail off from early in the morning until very late at night. She handled every detail and made the day flow perfectly. I hired Andrea Harper of Gray Harper Event Maker to plan and execute my wedding in Savannah in May 2016. I was immediately impressed when during our very first Skype call, Andrea had already put together a proposed line-item budget. She was always very prepared, had great ideas, and cared about what I actually wanted, not just what was easiest for her. She was incredibly accessible (even when going through the last trimester of pregnancy!) and made our dream wedding come to life. There was no detail that was forgotten, and she handled communication with the vendors flawlessly! I would 100% recommend Gray Harper Event Maker for ANY event are throwing. Andrea Harper of Gray Harper events is amazing. Without her who knows how this destination wedding would have gone- AND IT WAS PERFECT! The bride was in Charlotte and I was in Dallas- no easy thing to do with a wedding in Savannah- and Andrea handled every detail and then some with calm, patience and professionalism. In one meeting in Savannah about six months before the wedding she arranged for us to see our hotel venue and have a tasting, meet at our ceremony venue, visit florists, visit cake bakers, go to our rehearsal dinner venue and have a tasting, hair trial (came through with a sub after a not so good first try), make-up trail, engagement photos, and other consultations -she worked miracles to fit that into two days! Her constant communication was a god-send. She found most of vendors for us and was the main contact with all of them, reviewed all contracts and made sure each vendor delivered what they promised. Andrea set up weekly calls and emails and she was open and responsive to us on every detail. She delivered beyond measure, helping us find everything from the perfect trolley transportation, a vintage car for the bride and groom, calligrapher for the table seating chart an d cards, best cake baker, a grooms cake in the shape of a cigar box,best florist ( did the rehearsal dinner flowers herself), best and most fun place for the rehearsal dinner, and all within our budget. She has excellent taste and really stayed true to the vision my daughter and her fiance had for there very special weekend. She was more than just a wedding planner really - she became our friend during the entire process. She even took delivery at her home of everything coming from Texas from the wedding dress to homemade yummies for our guest bags. SUPER!!!

Andrea planned and executed our small, 13 person wedding flawlessly. From day one, Andrea was prompt and on point with all communications (email, phone calls, FaceTime). We didn’t really have a strict vision/idea for what we wanted but we gave Andrea some input on the “little things” and she came up with an incredible vision for our day. On the day of, we had a wonderful detailed schedule already prepared for us and our guests (so we didn’t have to wonder what was happening and when) and Andrea we on top of everything! The whole process and experience was stellar-I’m so happy we had Andrea as our wedding planner!

Andrea came recommended to me from my photographer and I'm so glad she did! I wanted to do much of the planning myself and some of the decor, so I contacted Andrea about handling the florals for the ceremony and reception. From the moment we met and chatted about ideas I knew she was going to do a wonderful job. Everything, from the bouquets and boutonnieres to the table centerpieces to the ceremony flowers were perfect and exactly what I hoped for. She incorporated what I brought as well and made everything look fabulous. She was also very easy to work with and responsive, which was incredibly important for me since I live in New Jersey. I would definitely recommend GHEM for anyone looking to hold an event in Savannah.

I can't sing Andrea's praises enough. I found her by admiring her work in a bridal magazine, and after a Skype interview with her, knew we had found the right planner. She immediately saw our vision and was brilliant at finding elegant solutions to the slew of ideas we had. She does the most gorgeous flowers and has great relationships with other vendors in Savannah, which speaks volumes to her professionalism and work ethic. She also has flawless taste! Every vendor she recommended and idea she had was right on the money. Planning from Atlanta, we could fully trust her to make decisions for us, and what she saved us in time, stress, and frustration was invaluable. She also helped slash our budget and found ways to save us money that I would have never known to consider. Day-of, she and her team were wedding ninjas, making our event an impeccable, smooth success, even with a torrential rain delay! She had Plans A, B, and C all lined up for any possible scenario. Our guests gushed about how on point and hospitable the GHEM team was. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. From the first meeting to the wedding day, the whole process was a fun celebration instead of the complicated mess it would have been in our own hands. Even if you're not in Savannah, HIRE HER! Words can't express how wonderful Andrea is at what she does. She designed and beautifully executed our entire wedding, including our gorgeous flowers. I was really hesitant to use a planner - we had a small wedding and since we were familiar with Savannah, I really considered just doing it all myself. I initially asked Andrea to help me find a venue, but quickly realized it was so worth it to keep working with her. Just having someone to talk to and weigh decisions with is invaluable! She was incredibly knowledgeable and has great taste - I wanted to work with her after seeing her work in Savannah Weddings magazine. Every event had the gorgeous, ethereal, yet relaxed feeling that was so important to me. She was a huge asset in choosing vendors, coordinating the schedule, creating an itinerary of the day, and keeping all the moving parts together. There was a chance of rain that day (thankfully it stayed sunny!) and I was in total denial, but Andrea had a full rain plan ready to go and had already purchased a tent just in case. My wedding day was exactly what I wanted - beautiful, fun, and without a single moment of stress. She was amazing.

Andrea was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend her. She made our wedding day stress free and took care of all of the little things so we could enjoy our wedding. I cannot say enough good things about Andrea and GHEM. They made my wedding a dream come true. We worked together to create a vision for the day, and it all came together precisely. One of the things I told Andrea at the beginning was that I didn't want my mother (who works hard for everyone else's wedding) to have to do or worry about anything. Andrea took that to heart and made sure my mom could just enjoy herself during the planning of the wedding and the actual day. Additionally, Andrea's floral design is the stuff of dreams. She created a grand, gorgeous bouquet for me as well as a perfectly delicate flower crown. Her centerpieces were flawless and perfect for a Savannah wedding. Andrea's style and mine are very similar and I totally trusted her to come up with beautiful flower designs. I told her one of my favorite things about her was that I could give her an idea of what I wanted, and trust her to come up with something magical. And she did! GHEM also took care of random crafts or ideas I had during the planning process. For instance, I thought that feathers with gold accents would be a perfect touch at the reception and she made them for me without batting an eye! Later, she thought that big, round balloons would look good in the reception and took care of that effortlessly. Above everything else, Gray Harper Event Maker will make your heart soar. We used Andrea for our flowers, and it was obvious from the start that she'd be perfect for our (somewhat unconventional) style. She totally got what we were going for and it was so great to work with someone who could take what I had to work with and bring their own twist to it. I knew Andrea had amazing ideas, so we gave her a few guidelines and let her run with them. She went above and beyond to create an amazing atmosphere at our reception venue (where most of the decorations were floral) and the bouquets/boutonnieres were perfect. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how much they loved it!

Andrea is skilled at taking your interests, your personal aesthetic, and your dreams and translating them into a wedding that is loaded with beautiful details. She also has a laid back attitude that keeps you 100% sane, even when you think you might pull your hair out. On the day of the wedding, she made sure that everything went so smoothly that we would have never known if there were any hiccups. She is friends with all of the most talented people in Savannah and being well connected makes for an amazing wedding team to back you up on your big day! She was also my florist because once I saw how incredibly talented she is with flowers, why outsource?? If I had to get married all over again, I wouldn't have changed a thing - especially choosing Andrea.
