e so lucky to have such a gentle giant work for them and the Hard Rock is that hotel. Thank you to all the wonderful staff in this place that made our stay so enjoyable. Everyone who they hire is perfect. The room was stunning, the food is excellent and the rooftop bar is a to do when you stay there. My second time at the hard rock and definitely my New York favorite. We’ve stayed in the Renaissance, the knickerbocker and many others over the years but this one simply ROCKS. Make it your new place to stay you will not regret it and make sure to ask for Jan he will make your day!

service was seamless.
The rooftop and 2nd-floor restaurants were fantastic, with great waitresses providing exceptional service. The 2nd-floor restaurant also featured incredible jazz music that added to the ambiance, along with some of the best drinks I’ve had.
The location couldn’t be better—right next to a souvenir shop, an ice cream shop, and a pizza place, and just steps away from all the action, including Rockefeller Center and Times Square.
As a solo traveler, I also felt very safe. You have to show your key late at night, and access to your floor is only possible by swiping your key card in the elevator.
This is now my favorite hotel in New York, and I will definitely be returning!

the show is—right at Times Square. Everything is very walkable, which I love. Since my flight came from Europe, I arrived very early in the morning and to my surprise the very friendly staff offered me to check in immediately because a room was already ready. I was very thankful for that, especially because I usually have to wait a very long time in other hotels. The staff is very friendly and helpful, whatever I needed or asked for was provided right away or within less than 20 minutes to the room, which is a very good time span for their excellent room service btw. The room was small, which is common for New York but it was very modern and comfortable. I loved the attention they paid to the details—not only in the room but throughout the whole hotel. What really stunned me was not only the service provided by all of the personnel I got in touch with (front desk, bell men, security, waiters, room service, housekeeping etc), but also that there’s even services like rental of fenders etc, which really blew my mind. I can’t wait to stay there again! Next time maybe in a higher room category though.

gh this location is right on top of times square it was very quiet in our rooms. The location is great for walkable distance away from times square such as bars and restaurants along 9th Ave going up. We parked our car valet, and they were attentive, with no damage on my car when getting it back. The roof top bar was a perfect touch to our stay and the DJ they had was awesome, definitely a vibe on the RT Bar. We recommend this place to anyone who loves Rock and overall, any music! Thank you, Hard Rock Hotel!
