Our coordinator dropped the ball and did not tell us the delivery time was changed to Thursday. The guys who showed up were super apologetic about the misunderstanding and said the office should have made it clearer that they changed the delivery day to Thursday when they took payment. They were happy to wait patiently for us to get out and show them where to set up since we were not expecting them. Told us absolutely no rush. Set up the tent perfectly based on where we wanted the ceremony and reception to be. Professional, patient, stress free experience would definitely rent from them again!

So easy to work with! Most of all VERY polite and EXTREMELY professional! I called a lot of vendors in order to rent chairs and all though prices were all similar harleysville stuck out the most because of their professionalism!
