She gave great input on style and even got me out of my comfort zone to learn what i do and do not like. I did not feel rushed throughout the time there, and it was fun! The dress i chose took a little longer then i expected to order, so my advice would be to start looking early. But the quality of the dress and uniqueness of it was made and tailored to me perfectly. I only had a few alterations i needed once it arrived. They gave great recommendations for places to go that work with their dresses daily. Hayden Olivia has tons of styles to choose from to fit almost anyone’s style, from simple and classy to lace to ballroom style!

Living out of town gave me a really small window of time to pick up my dress and get alterations completed and the team worked with the designer to get my dress to the store when needed. Beyond that, they were very responsive to my (many) emails, and kept me updated and reassured. Highly recommend HO for NC brides or beyond!

Hayden Olivia was my sixth appointment and it was like my dress was just hanging there waiting for me! The gown made me feel like a beautiful princess! The order process was smooth and when the delivery was delayed (as with most things at the time), Hayden Olivia kept in constant contact with me with updates. When the dress arrived, they called immediately, and my family and I jumped in the car to get it! The girls who helped us were lovely and let us take pictures and just enjoy the moment. Hayden Olivia is exceptional from start to finish. They are true experts at what they do and their customer service is top notch. I so appreciate them for everything and my dress was amazing! I absolutely could not be happier.

wns are seriously so so beautiful. As a petite person I especially enjoyed shopping here because they carried a variety of smaller sizes. When shopping at other bridal salons I had trouble telling what dresses looked like because they only had dresses that were way too big on me. I loved shopping here and I would give five stars except that I wouldn't recommend the alterations place that they work with and recommend. They were very busy at the alterations place and it felt like they didn't have time or concern for what I wanted my dress to look like. I had to pin the back of my dress my dress and redo the bustle on the day of my wedding. So I would definitely recommend Hayden Olivia but i'd find a different seamstress.

months, the longest in my lifetime without seeing my sister! In the following days and weeks we were bombarded with questions on if we would plan a wedding, and when. With Covid, and having about 125 family members alone we would want with us on our special day, it was clear we weren't going to be able to have any sort of ceremony or celebration this year or possibly even next. Given our age, and knowing that starting a family was our top priority, my sister encouraged us to go ahead and have my father officiate a small ceremony so that we could enjoy this momentous time in our lives and focus on our future. We knew a ceremony would be contingent upon finding a gown in time - and I was shocked at how many months designers were quoting me for having one made. Hayden Olivia was the first appointment my sister made for us just 3 weeks after getting engaged. The moment I stepped into the boutique I had goosebumps - it's a moment every little girl dreams of, and I had waited so much longer in life than I imagined for this time to come. Hunter knew we were aiming for an October 3rd wedding date (as we met Oct 3rd, 2019), and did an excellent job communicating with designers to see what gowns would be available to have rushed! She got me outside my comfort zone and had me try on different silhouettes, fabrications, and veils. Hunter was complimentary but honest, and shared her opinion after my mother, sister, and I had talked through our own thoughts, so that she didn't sway us but really let me ultimately trust my gut. The first few gowns I tried were beautiful and I felt beautiful and bridal, but when I walked out in the Anne Barge Dreamweaver everyone's eyes widened. It was romantic and classic, but with an avant-garde twist that made me feel regal. Up until that moment I wasn't sure if we would be able to pull off a wedding in 5-6 weeks, but standing in that gown I knew it had to happen. Time was of the essence but I also don't make big decisions impulsively so I went to two more boutiques that had already been scheduled, knowing deep down it was a waste of time and that I had found my dress! I thought about it every day after until I called Hunter and made it official! She was so genuinely happy for me and finally admitted she was hoping I'd go with it as it was her favorite on me as well. Without her I wouldn't have had a dress in time, she went above and beyond and I will cherish the whole experience with my mother and sister at Hayden Olivia forever. Long story short - Hunter is fantastic and all of her bride's are so lucky.
