I loved hairstyles Audra did for my maid of honor and I! Neither of us had a trial and things turned out great. It was a super humid day and I have stick-straight hair so knew my options were limited. We discussed best options for the half up do I was hoping for and consulted some Pinterest photos I brought and she did a bang up job. She set up a base of bobby pins hiding underneath so I could put my hair up the rest of the way after the reception, though I never had to do that. No stress, all happiness.

Pros: They are organized, clean, beautiful salon, well staffed, and are used to accommodating wedding parties. Makeup services were great. Bridesmaids hair came out good and stayed in all night. Cons: Audra couldn't do most of the hairstyles I wanted to try during the trial and I was made to feel like I was high-maintenance, when really nothing that was done looked like the pictures I gave. After 2 trials (I left the first feeling the same as when I came in) we finally decided on a big, low bun that I liked that she could do. She seemed annoyed when I asked her to spray it more that day (I know my hair), and I was assured it "wouldn't budge." Unfortunately it fell out an hour into my reception and my bridesmaids were helping me fix it all night. She also scheduled a bridal trial in the middle of our appointments that I had to interrupt to ask for help with my veil and get sprayed again before leaving. The makeup services were great but they did have issues with timing. Audra assured me we would be done by 1:00 (I had to fight to make the first appointments earlier) and by 1:00 2 of my bridesmaids weren't seen yet and they were taking other clients in between.I felt like we were in the way towards the end of the appointment as my mom went searching for people to do the girls' hair and makeup so we wouldn't be hours late for pictures. In the end we had to leave 1 girl there by herself so the rest could get ready and we were an hour and a half behind schedule. I've been in a bunch of weddings and I understand and that a lot of salons run late and I expected it, but I didn't expect them to start taking other makeup clients during our appointments and ignore our requests to finish our party first since we were paying for a photographer to sit at the house. I give it 3 stars because my friends' hair came out well and everyone's makeup looked great. If I had to do it all over though I would not book this salon mainly because of the treatment we received.

I had my hair and make-up for myself and my entire bridal party done at Headlines. The stylists were amazing. I had my trial done there as well and they were able to recreate everything perfectly for the day of. It was very expensive but I don't regret having it done. My up-do lasted the entire day and the make-up did as well. Everyone looked great for pictures.

We lost our original vendor for hair and makeup 5 weeks before the wedding and were frantic. This salon provides a great variety of services and most of the personnel was excellent. They made it easy to plan,gave us the time and attention that we needed for trials, reschedules and any requests that we had. Shannon is an incredible makeup artist, she made us look classy and glamorous - absolutely loved her work and wish we could look like that every day!
