Hearth House Venue

Hearth House was so incredible when it came to planning our wedding. The staff at Hearth House were welcoming and made us feel as if we were one big family. We felt like we had above and beyond understanding and communication with everyone we worked with. Along with our voice being heard on what we wanted and our vision was brought to life in what seemed the most effortless way. The venue is absolutely beautiful!

The Hearth House was a dream venue for us. Their property is beautiful, with ample space in the getting ready areas. The outdoor section was great for our ceremony and then happy hour, and the inside could not have been more perfect for the rest. Their wooden tables and rafters really level up the space, as does the double sided stone fireplace! People were able to be comfortable both outside and inside. The all inclusive package options were also a highlight - I'm not sure that I could have planned a better wedding if I had to find my own vendors. They were all professional and worked with us to get to exactly what we pictured. In addition, I cannot say enough good things about our coordinator, Jess. She kept us on track with regular meetings and that girl knows what she is doing. Everything was seamless. A big thank you to the everyone who helped with our big day - it could not have gone better!

We loved Hearth House for the option of doing pretty much whatever you wanted to make it yours. Would recommend Hearth House to anyone looking for a rustic space to have their wedding.

My Husband and I got married at Hearth House in Sept '22, and it was the most perfect day! We found Hearth House back in April of 2021, fell in LOVE with the venue, their spaces, and how much potential it had to decorate and use however you wanted. We had problems finding a venue that would be flexible enough to let us have the day of our dreams, but from start to finish you could really tell that Hearth House was really intent on making sure each couple could have their perfect day, and there were totally flexible for us with wanting the venue for longer times, and making our dream become a reality. Their staff were so professional, easy and fun to work with, and really communicated well before, and during the event! Another bonus of this venue was that it was really affordable in comparison to a lot of other venues in the area. We couldn't be more grateful to this venue for their flexibility and letting us use their beautiful space for our big day!

Our wedding was in July. It was so beautiful. Loved that you don’t need a lot of decor to feel like the space is upscale and perfect. This was the first venue we toured and after several other tours, we ended up back here. The price was fair compared to a lot of other places we looked at. I love the quaint vibe in Monument and the close proximity to various hotels and things to do for guests. The train was a slight concern for us initially but our coordinator helped us come up with a cute plan should it come during the ceremony. There were no trains all day on our day and laughed that we were kinda bummed it never came. We ended up going with the all-inclusive package (which has several options) to make our lives easier but they do offer DIY if that’s more you’re thing. Initially, we weren’t super impressed with Hearth House after booking the venue. We were under the impression we’d be able to sample vendors prior to making decisions about them. We weren’t super comfortable choosing the all-inclusive package without knowing our options. After a lot of back and forth, to Hearth House’s credit, we were able to attend Two Step Tuesday held at the venue to meet some of the vendors and sample some of their products. After having done that, we felt very comfortable moving forward with the all-inclusive package and appreciate HH’s flexibility as we explored our options. With such an expensive purchase, it was important that we knew our options before committing. During Two Step Tuesday, we met Maria. This is when our experience with Hearth House completely changed. Maria is incredibly talented as a wedding coordinator. Without her, I am sure our day would not have been as beautiful and wonderful as it was. As a retired teacher, she manages SO many tasks at once and does it calmly, skillfully, and with ease. I never once sensed her stress. And when I was stressing majorly on wedding day, she was so kind and did everything in her power to be supportive and fix the situation. She even had her husband drive to several places wedding day to find my favorite seltzers (they never showed up). Truthfully, we could go on and on about how amazing Maria is from the time we started working with her until this very day. She gave us dance lessons that ultimately turned into the most special first dance. She created the most perfect bouquet for me as I wanted my bouquet to be real flowers. She brought fans from home to the bridal suite when the air wasn’t quite getting cool enough. She snapped so many special moments with her phone wedding day. She kept us fed and hydrated during busy moments. She kept an eye on guests we were worried about at elevation. She provided direction when we were stuck. And she never once made us feel like we were asking too many questions or were too needy as a previous coordinator had. She was patient, kind, thorough, and funny throughout the whole process. She is an unstoppable force who is 1000% on top of her shit. You want her on your side on your wedding day. You will not be disappointed. She feels like part of the family. A cool aunt you want to keep hanging out with. She is a down to earth, wonderful human being and we feel so grateful to have met and worked with her. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much Maria. We love you!

So happy with our decision to book here! Personally I LOVE the Cottage, so cute and so many great amenities. There is a nice cafe down the street that catered lunch for us. I loved that the lake and the mountain were so close, we went to both locations for off-site photos for first look and sunset. The booking process was quick and easy and the All-inclusive package was a breeze too. We got to attend their open house for all-inclusive couples, where we got to meet all of our vendors face to face, instead of driving all over town to have tastings and meetings. Seriously, the best and would get married all over again if we could! BEST DAY EVER!

We were so happy with this venue! We had a smaller wedding of 50 people and Hearth House was perfect for the intimate event! Jessica was so helpful during our planning process, and all of the vendors that they connected us with were amazing as well. Highly recommend, we had a beautiful wedding that we will never forget!

Our experience with the Hearth House Venue was great-- we would highly recommend! The venue is set up very well for indoor/outdoor options and large or small guest counts. We lucked out and had a sunny day, but we were very comfortable knowing that we could move indoors if needed. The venue's communication and coordination were excellent. We used their All-Inclusive Package. It was very reasonably priced, and we loved all the vendors.

This venue was so beautiful for our wedding! It was pretty affordable for being in the peak season and they offered a discount we couldn’t refuse if we booked within 48 hours. They are pretty strict about some things and at the time they didn’t have the all inclusive which I think would’ve made the process much easier. Something to note is that Uber’s do not really come to their venue so mu guests had a difficult time getting back to the hotel. I do recommend this venue because they are very thorough and make sure your day goes well. They have recommended vendors on their website and communicate well throughout your planning process.

We knew the Hearth House was our venue before we even walked through the door! From our first conversation through to after the wedding we had a great experience! The staff is wonderful to work with and the venue is so beautiful! It’s the perfect blank slate and even with minimal decoration it is still stunning! Because they have amazing pieces included (farm tables, wood chairs, granite carts, etc) we were able to achieve the aesthetic we wanted with minimal rentals! I can’t recommend this venue enough!

This venue was everything we imagined! The first time we saw it we booked it that same day. Everyone that works there was incredibly helpful for the entire process. The wedding day, everything went better than I could have imagined! The getting ready space for the bride was adorable! It was so nice to have a place where us girls could relax and get ready. Highly recommend The Hearth House!

Hearth House made our wedding day so special. COVID-19 impacted so many of our plans and Hearth House worked with us through them all. We loved the ability to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place, yet Hearth House has so many spaces to use, it feels like you have a new spot for each part. Their staff was great throughout the process and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Hearth House was amazing! The venue is beautiful, the guest cottage is so welcoming and cozy- perfect place to get ready on the day of. We had a couple minor glitches: (this one is not the venue’s fault) one of the high school proms was the same night as our wedding. High school kids and there parents were at the venue taking photos as our guests were arriving. My mom asked them to leave; they didn’t. The venue rep asked them to leave and said they would be calling the cops; they didn’t. Finally our Day of Coordinator’s husband asked them to leave and they left. The second minor glitch was the sound system/internet. When we toured the venue, we were told about this amazing sound system that was wireless… it would have been great if the connection hadn’t rebooted several times. My husband’s entrance music was fine and my processional music was fine, but that was it. Thankfully we didn’t have any organized first dances that needed the sound system. All that to say, our wedding was GORGEOUS and we loved the venue’s overall look and feel.

This venue is EVERYTHING! We didn’t have to rent a thing. They provided all of the guest tables, beautiful wooden chairs, these amazing granite carts that our caterer used for food and they walked us through all the details for planning after we booked. We weren’t sure where to start, because planning was overwhelming for us. From a few emails we were on the right track with a recommendation of vendors and within the next couple of months we had all of our vendors selected. Throughout the process I had so many questions, which I apologized for hundreds of times! 😂 But they were very patient with me and made me feel like I was their only client! Easy to work with, responsive to my emails and calls! Thank you to the team at Hearth House for making our wedding day one to remember!! K & J

Heart House Venue is everything you could ever dream of! The courtyard area is perfect for a small and intimate wedding ceremony. You can truly utilize it in any way to bring your outdoor ceremony vision to life! The patio next to the courtyard is a lovely area to have a cocktail hour to get guests warmed up for the reception. The inside of the venue is gorgeous and fresh looking. Its great for a small or large wedding. We had 50 guests and all spaces were perfect for that. The bridal cottage and grooms lounge are a HUGE plus. They're both very updated and make you feel so comfortable while getting ready for your big day. The way Hearth House handled COVID from the moment we all realized how serious it was, to our wedding day in September, was just about as graceful and professional as you can be. This venue will not disappoint you!

We had the distinct pleasure of having our wedding at the Hearth House Venue. It is a beautiful place with an incredibly hard working and compassionate staff. Even when we were unsure what our wedding day would look like in the midst of the pandemic, they worked with the county and the state to ensure that we were able to have our wedding safely by following all of the proper guidelines. And the day was just as beautiful as it would have been had the circumstances been normal-- if not more so.

Hearth House was amazing! Brittney was great to work with! The venue was beautiful and affordable! They have gorgeous tables, carts, chairs and barrels that matched the venue perfectly! The layout was perfect! Highly recommend!

I wholeheartedly endorse the Hearth House Venue. Our experience was great from the first to last moment of our association. The staff is attentive and helpful. The facility is beautiful and modern. The price is super competitive and they bend over backwards to make sure your needs are met. Our photographer loved the bridal cottage as well. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

VENUE: We were blessed to have our wedding at the Hearth House with our ceremony outside in October. The space was perfect for what we had in mind. It’s a beautiful white barn that definitely has a rustic feel yet elegant. We liked that the layout allowed you to use the space how you wanted and gives you flexibility. They allow you to decorate how you want, but really you don’t need very much to make the place inviting. STAFF: Brittney was our main POC who was a great help making sure we were staying on top of everything. She was very friendly and never made us feel like we were annoying after asking her tons of questions (and probably some more than once). She performed her job with professionalism and always responded in a timely manner. She was able to give great input on the layout and many other aspects of the wedding. OVERALL: We would 100% recommend this venue. #noregrets

We got married here in September, and this venue couldn't have been more perfect! It is bright and beautiful, modern, and added so much character to our wedding. Brittney G. was a wonderful help along the way and responded to all our questions quickly. We love the Hearth House and appreciated how they keep it affordable.

Highly recommend this venue! My husband and I recently got married here and it was an amazing experience from the day we booked the venue to the morning after we got married. The owner of the venue is so accommodating and personable. She was open to any ideas we had for the wedding. She designed every detail of the venue and cottage to look perfect in all the pictures. Two things we loved about this venue was it was the perfect open space that allowed us to create a unique look and feel for our wedding and the cottage is a huge plus to this venue, its a perfect place to get ready in before the wedding and a great wedding night suite. The last thing I would add is the care and openness the team has really sets them apart from other venues.

We had our wedding reception there and it was perfect. Classy, elegant space, both indoor and outdoor. Special thanks to Brittney, who gave very good vendor recommendations and coordinated between vendors - I was able to plan everything remotely and with minimal effort. I'd absolutely go back, and I can recommend it without hesitation.

The Hearth House staff has truly thought of everything. From the bridal suite to the multiple ceremony options to the sound system to the sparking clean (and gorgeous) bathrooms, you can count on them! We did our ceremony inside, followed by cocktail hour outside while the catering staff flipped the room, followed by our reception indoors. The building is beautiful, all areas are well lit, the climate control is wonderful, and I never spotted an area of the venue that wasn’t adorably photogenic. The staff is professional, selfless, timely, and on top of their stuff. I would 100% recommend using the bridal suite for the bride, bridesmaids, and mothers to get ready. It is well equipped (from steamer to cute cubbies to a/c and heating, you name it). We had 190 people and it was a comfortable fit with room to dance and walk around

The Hearth House Venue is unlike any other special event venue. From the owners vision to keep things affordable for weddings, the venue also includes substantial rentals within the rate! The grand opening was planned by Sarah Viera Weddings and exceeded all expectations. the venue was showcased for all different types of set-ups using the in-house equipment! Not only is the venue affordable but it comes with so many inclusive elements, it is a must see! Hearth House won't disappoint!
