Heaven On Wheels

I used Heaven on Wheels for my wedding and the reason I give them 1 star is because they didn't pick the bride up for the church service and then forgot to shuttle guests from the hotel to the reception. Overall, we ended up relying more on Uber/Lyft that day than the shuttles. Every guest I spoke with had a horrible story to tell me about the shuttling service and both drivers. They either took long extended ways to the hotel/church/reception or just plain weren't where they were suppose to be for the service to be used. At one point, one of the shuttles we booked was just parked in one place for over 4 hours even though there were still guests/bridal party that needed to be picked up and taken to either the church or the reception. Heaven on Wheels claims to have called our day of coordinator but that wasn't true and I, the bride, was on the phone with the drivers but that did nothing to help resolve any of the issues. Not exactly something I want to be dealing with on my day. I've tried to email and call them to resolve this issue but nothing has worked. Seems like their drivers are just as bad as management in dealing with their customers. If you are looking for a seamless shuttling service, go with another company as Heaven on Wheels will just give you a headache instead of relieving some of the stress.

Transportation was one of my biggest headaches going into wedding planning, but Heaven on Wheels saved me the day I called about availability and pricing. I booked one of their party buses to take our entire wedding party from our venue in Weatherford to the Fort Worth Stockyards after the wedding. Our whole wedding party loved the bus and it definitely kept the party going until we arrived at the stockyards. Our driver was incredibly kind and we definitely recommend him and the Heaven on Wheels team for your wedding transportation needs.

I honestly must say that Heaven on wheels is by far the best limo service in the DFW with no competition in sight. Driver was ontime, very professional, cars were super clean and very exotic. If you asked if I would used them again I would say 100% again and again with no doubt on my mind I would use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family. Great work guys keep up the professionalism.
