We had the best day at our wedding at Heritage Hills on June 15, 2024. Christina and Jackie made sure to bring our vision to life the weekend of our wedding and always checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. The ladies stayed in the farmhouse the night before the wedding, and this served as the perfect spot to get ready and use as a meeting location throughout the day. We loved having everything in one location, from the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony, reception and after party at the bar. We would highly recommend Heritage Hills during your wedding venue search!

Celebrated our wedding at Heritage Hills on May 4, 2024! We had our rehearsal dinner the night before and continued the party after the wedding at the bar. The details were amazing and our coordinator was very involved and ready to help when needed. If you’re looking for a place where guests don’t need to leave the resort for all of the weekend activities, this is the place for you!

Had our rehearsal dinner and stayed at Heritage Hills the weekend of our wedding. Could not recommend enough! Heather was extremely helpful in helping us choose our menu, location, and booking rooms. She was always polite and got back to us so quickly! Bar tender was very friendly and they even set up decorations for us on our tables. Food was great, highly recommend the chocolate cake for dessert. The guys loved playing golf the morning of the wedding and we loved hanging out at their bar after the night ended. The course was beautiful, we had guests complimenting the breakfast and drinks as well!

Heritage Hills was the absolute perfect venue for Francesca and I. With everything you need on-site (Ceremony, Reception, Cocktail Hour, After-Party, etc.), Heritage Hills takes any potential added stress off of the Bride & Groom for their big day. The venue was incredible, but only to be topped by the service they provided. Mainly, Derek Brown ensured we had the best weekend imaginable. He went absolutely above and beyond, and any couple considering Heritage Hills can put their trust in him and his team to take care of you. Thank you Derek, Ivan, Jackie and team for making our weekend the best it could possible be.

The venue was stunning. I had the dream wedding, it was literally the best day of my entire life. Derek provided excellent service - his attention to detail and attitude the whole planning process was top tier. Many guests also complimented him. No words can properly describe how wonderful he was. He decorated the ceremony and reception exactly how I wanted it and it was breathtaking. Derek accommodated every single thing I asked for and was so pleasant the entire time! For any bride looking for a venue - Heritage Hills is the place to pick! You will have the wedding of your dreams and with Derek by your side assisting the whole time, you cannot go wrong and you will not regret this decision. I have never been more satisfied with anything in my life!!!! If I could give Heritage and Derek a trillion stars, I would!

We got married at Heritage Hills on August 26th, 2022. Best decision ever!! Derek was amazing to work with. The venue is stunning, and everything was perfect! Our day could not have been any better. HIGHLY recommended choosing Heritage Hills for your wedding!!

Heritage Hills is a wonderful venue, and we're so happy we found it! We greatly valued having a venue where we could host the ceremony, reception, and guest accommodations all at one place, and Heritage Hills is a beautiful venue for all three. Once we visited Heritage, it became the benchmark we compared every other venue to and we quickly realized that it was the venue for us. We had two coordinators on the day of - Annie and Derek. Annie was great to work with and she was so attentive to our needs (including running to our hotel room after the ceremony for day-of emergencies!). In addition to helping us on the day of, Derek worked with us throughout the planning process and also on our big day. Derek is a 12 out of 10. Working with him was one of the main reasons we booked Heritage Hills. We had read great reviews about him and he exceeded those. When we toured the venue it was clear from the getgo that he genuinely cared about our wedding being special, and we couldn't have asked for more in a venue coordinator. He answered all our questions, was so thoughtful and accommodating while working with us to make our visions into reality. He helped with the planning every step of the way from catering, to rooms, to setting up heaters for our outdoor seating.  We had planned to get married at their beautiful outdoor ceremony site, but about ten minutes before the ceremony we needed to move everything indoors and have the ceremony there. The Heritage Hills team quickly lit all the table candles, opened up the panoramic windows, and helped get the guests settled inside. In the end, we were able to pull off a gorgeous wedding that we'll never forget.

Heritage Hills was an amazing wedding venue! It is a beautiful location, with rolling hill views, a gorgeous outdoor ceremony site, and a beautiful reception room. We had a great experience from the moment we visited this venue. Derek was amazing at answering all our questions quickly, being very accommodating every step of the way, and setting up the venue beautifully on the day of the wedding. We never were stressed when it came to the resort. During COVID times, Derek helped us reschedule our date twice and was very helpful. The bridal suite was a great place for my bridesmaids and me to get ready. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a place that has it all.

The grounds are beautiful, the accommodations were excellent (I cannot say enough how great the Farmhouse is!), and the Terrace Room was a gorgeous reception venue! As an out of town bride during Covid, it made things a little difficult to plan, but Derek was great with keeping things organized and on schedule. We had just a few hiccups during the reception with the timing of desserts and cakes, but guests had no idea and thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

We had the wedding of our dreams at Heritage Hills on 10/10/2020. The wedding and hotel staff were super helpful and amazing to work with, especially Derek. Derek went above and beyond in all aspects of our wedding planning to make sure we had the most perfect day! We cannot say enough amazing things about how great Derek was in ensuring our day went off without a hitch. The venue and grounds are amazingly beautiful, and we highly recommend renting the farmhouse on the property. We hosted our rehearsal dinner there, accommodating about 35 people, and used the farmhouse for the bride and bridal party to get ready for the wedding. The rustic charm of the farmhouse made for amazing getting ready photos and bridal portraits. We highly, highly recommend using Heritage Hills for your most perfect wedding day!

We could not have picked a more perfect venue for our special day. With every new COVID order, our wedding coordinator, Derek, was on top of his game finding out how we could still have our special day, but keep our guests safe and healthy. He and Chuck (catering director) made sure the day went smoothly, and were there to hold my tissues (that I promised were not used!), fan, and water, fluff my dress, drive us anywhere we needed to be on the golf carts, and get us literally anything we needed! There is not one thing we would change about our day thanks to the amazing staff at Heritage Hills!

My husband and I had our dream wedding come true and all thanks to Heritage Hills!! They were so helpful in the planning process and made our day go so smoothly!! I will recommend Heritage Hills to all my friends and family!

I could go on for days talking about how much I loved this venue and every person we worked with throughout the process. From day one, Derek was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure our big day was everything we wanted, made sure we weren’t missing anything, and kept everything so light hearted so the nerves didn’t set in. Gloria from one meeting knew exactly how we wanted everything laid out and didn’t miss a beat. I wish I remembered the food and alcohol people we worked with from the wedding day because I could rave about them too. The food manager made sure we were fed and kept everything on time. The alcohol manager kept the bar stocked and everyone happy. I couldn’t ask for a better venue or a better group of coordinators to work with.

To be fair, if I could, I would probably rate Heritage a 4.75 stars, but they definitely get rounded up. MINOR issues: our favors were put out in the last 15 minutes of the wedding so a lot of the guests who didn't stay didn't receive them and we had a ton left over; one of the hor d'oeuvres that we had during cocktail hour was supposed to be unlimited for the hour and they ran out about 30 minutes in so a lot guests didn't get any and we didn't have any either; some of the guests received vouchers for breakfast the next morning and some didn't. Overall, Heritage Hills was wonderful! From our first tour, we pretty much knew that it was our place. Most of our wedding guests were from out of state so we loved that there was adequate rooms for everyone to stay on site and that once they checked in for the rehearsal on Friday night, they wouldn't have to leave until Sunday morning. In every meeting, I felt like our wants and ideas were taken seriously but I felt truly relaxed when handing over the plans to my wedding. I loved having the salon there so all of my girls and I could get ready together comfortably, again, without having to leave the premises. Jennifer even worked my MOH and me in for a massage before the rehearsal. The food was great and served quickly. The bartenders were FANTASTIC. I know this may not be a super important thing to all weddings, but it was to ours, and they handled the crowds wonderfully and made everyone very happy! Mackenzie worked her tail off to set up our room exactly like I pictured and wanted! Chuck ran our rehearsal and the day of BEAUTIFULLY- our family still talks about how much fun he was and how he made everyone laugh and loosen up! The most important person, in our experience with HH, was Derek. We booked our wedding about a year in advance and I emailed Derek close to once a week with questions, and pictures, and thoughts. He responded timely every time and answered every question I had. He assured me, time and again, that everything would go smoothly, even when plans changed the week of the wedding. He worked with us to plan our dream wedding and still stay within budget, which was very important to us. I'm not even sure I'm adequately stating how instrumental he was to making our experience and our wedding everything it was. THANK YOU to everyone at Heritage that made our wedding dream a reality!

Heritage Hills Golf Resort was the perfect venue and offered us everything that we wanted for our wedding. I knew that I didn’t want a barn and didn’t want a standard ballroom for my reception. The Terrace room at HHGR was a unique and beautiful building that was separate from the hotel and had floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the entire room and overlooking the greenery of the golf course…it was the perfect reception space. The Terrace was also just steps away from the beautiful outdoor garden ceremony space, and a short walk from the hotel, so we had everything we needed in one location. I was lucky enough to work with Tracy, who was invaluable throughout the entire planning process. She was easy to talk to, experienced and knowledgeable, and was she was always very quick to respond to any questions I had via email or phone. She offered guidance and recommendations when needed and helped coordinate day-of details with all of my vendors. I planned my wedding from a distance, so whenever I was able to make it up to York, she was able to accommodate my schedule. The feeling I get when I’m afraid that I’m forgetting something important was immediately subdued when we sat down with Tracy to run through all the day-of details for the first time. Tracy and Dana (our day-of coordinator at Heritage) and their team kept the entire wedding day running smoothly and were so accommodating when we had to make last minute adjustments due to the weather. They kept me on schedule and helped me through any last minute decisions that I was unsure about. I could not have been more pleased with the customer service we received from the team at HHGR, they genuinely care about their couples and when the wedding was over, we felt like we were saying goodbye to friends. I would highly recommend HHGR for the beautiful views, the amazing service, and the great value.

Having our wedding at Heritage Hills was one of the best decisions we made. Derek, Dana, and Julia were amazing to work with and took care of EVERYTHING. They did everything they could to make our wedding absolutely perfect and it was. We stayed in the farmhouse the entire weekend and had our rehearsal dinner there where they made us brick over pizza which I highly recommend. We also had the after party there which was perfect because everyone that wasn't sleeping there could just walk back to their rooms. The ceremony site was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the staff was amazing. The wedding wouldn't have been the same without Heritage Hills!

Literally every single person I worked with or interacted with in the slightest at Heritage Hills was so professional, organized, and delightful. They all genuinely wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. Everything could not have gone better throughout the planning process and the weekend of the actual wedding. Just perfect!

Everything about our wedding experience with Heritage Hills was beyond amazing! We had both our ceremony and reception onsite - both of our coordinators, Casey & Jackie, made everything feel so effortless and perfect. They literally handled everything! From the first tour of the venue to our big day, they were responsive, professional, so incredibly friendly and just a joy to work with along the way. The food was AMAZING and they had so many options to fit exactly what we wanted. We would recommend Heritage to any couple and are already looking forward to visiting again in the future.

We worked with Casey up until the week of the wedding to prepare and she was GREAT! She responded to emails quickly and was just a great person to work with. The reception was beautiful and using the Master Suite to get ready was a lot of fun. The reason I gave 4 stars were two reasons. 1) Our after party at the restaurant afterward was a little bit of a let down. 2) Some of our guests expressed that some of the waiters and bartender at the reception were rude and would not answer questions when asked, which upset me since we were paying for an open bar. Overall, we did have a good experience and were really happy with our reception being held there!

My daughter was married at Heritage Hills and I highly recommend. The venue, food and staff were wonderful. The wedding coordinators bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed. The venue was beautiful and I would highly recommend HH for your special day.

From the very first visit we knew that Heritage Hills was the place. Casey was wonderful and helpful through out the entire planning experience. We loved how everything can be done right there, ceremony, reception and hotel accommodations. Because of the staff at Heritage Hills, we did not have to worry about anything, and we were able to enjoy our day.

Heritage Hills Golf Resort was the most amazing venue and I am so glad we chose to have our wedding and reception here. We were lucky enough to have the only sunny day of the week for our wedding day and the whole day was amazing from start to finish. Casey and Jackie are two of the most amazing people and so easy to work with. Jackie made sure absolutely nothing went wrong on my wedding day and I cannot rave enough about their professional and superb service! I would highly recommend scheduling a visit to view the venue, the staff is amazing and the Master suite is worth every penny. What an amazing view! Top notch venue!

We had worked with Casey and she was absolutely amazing. She knew all the answers to all of our questions and was very timely with her responses. She also kept us on track so that the week of the wedding, and even the day of, we had nothing to worry about. The day of we worked with Jackie and she knew exactly what to do to keep things running smoothly, she was wonderful. Both ladies were awesome when it came to the little last minute details that we brought in. I can't say enough good things about everyone we had worked with. From food tasting, to a drink consultation (so neat!) to ironing out last minute details, everyone was just fantastic. It was absolutely beautiful there also. I have heard great things about Heritage Hills and everything was as good as, if not better, than expected. It was perfect!

Heritage Hills was everything and more that I imagined for my reception. The staff was amazing, so responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I got married at Heritage Hills on June 6th (ceremony and reception). We had the pleasure of working closely with Casey Englert in the whole planning process. Casey was wonderful throughout the whole process. She is very professional, energetic and lots of fun! Heritage Hills is a very beautiful place to have a wedding with a lot of different photo opportunities. We had the ceremony in the garden ceremony site. The weather was beautiful and Heritage Hills did a wonderful job of setting the site up with their beautiful white chairs and well maintained garden. They were very accommodating to our needs as a couple and I can say with 100% honesty that I did not stress about a single thing on our wedding day. I knew that the staff at Heritage would take care of setting everything up and making everything look beautiful and that is just what they did. We had our reception in the big glass terrace building which is also beautiful once set up for an event. The food provided by Heritage was excellent and their were many options to choose from. There were also plenty of hotel rooms for our guests to stay in. I would absolutely recommend Heritage Hills as a wedding venue. It is great for a couple that wants to spend their wedding day relaxing and not stressed about anything ;)

Heritage made an amazing effort to make my wedding custom and unique, literally making my ideas reality. The good was delicious, the venue was gorgeous and the master suite made for a perfect after party!

Dear Tracy, Haydn and I would like to send you the biggest thank you possible! We started working with you just a few months before the wedding and right when we were busy with the details for our reception. First, we exchanged a few emails and then we met in person. From the beginning, you made us feel at ease with your answers to our many questions. You were professional, kind, patient and FUN! I never stressed about the wedding and I have you to thank. Haydn and I knew that we were in good hands. In fact, you treated us like friends and we appreciated it. Wedding planning can be overwhelming and cumbersome but you made it such a pleasant experience for us. Instead of worrying, we were able to focus on our energy on other things like being engaged! Haydn and I would highly recommend HHGR and you to any engaged couple! You left us in good hands with Pam for our rehearsal dinner and actual wedding day. She is the perfect compliment to your organizational skills and work ethic. Pam was so kind, too. She knew that we did not have toasting flutes for our reception. At our rehearsal dinner, she had a surprise for us! We had a matching pair of flutes. We were so humbled with this gesture. Now, we have them at home to use for many happy years to come! Since it rained on our wedding day, we had an "after wedding" photo session with our photographer on the HHGR grounds this evening. We met Jackie for the first time today. And just like all others that we have met, she was wonderful. Jackie stayed with us for the entire session and gave suggestions on places to take photos. Everyone on your team is a joy! Rob and I want to say thank you for helping in organizing our wedding at heritage hills. It was amazingly beautiful! Everyone loved it and had a great time. You were very helpful and I appreciate everything you did to make my pictures happen in the master suite that day..thank you so much! I also want to give a big thanks to Pat. We had a summer 2014 wedding at Heritage Hills Golf Resort and now after all the celebrating and fanfare wanted to let you know we had a very positive experience for Katie & Zac’s very special day! The venue looked amazing! The ceremony site was just beautiful! The weather played nice with us and we even got a rainbow for bonus pictures. We could not have asked for more. We got such positive feedback from guests on everything. Everyone at the wedding had a great time, enjoyed the celebration, loved the food and had a blast dancing all night. The rehearsal dinner was very good as well. The girls and I enjoyed our 2 night stay, making the wedding prep so much easier because we were already there. The rooms were very neat and clean and very comfortable. All the vendors worked wonderfully together and Katie and Zac certainly benefitted from that. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves every minute. My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Heritage Hills Golf Resort, and we could not be happier with everything! The outdoor ceremony site was gorgeous and the Windows ballroom was perfect for our group of about 120. We worked with Tracy leading up to the weekend of and she was so helpful, organized, and knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. We also worked with Pam and Missy for the rehearsal and day of. They were fantastic! They were always on top of everything and communicated with us throughout the day to make sure everything was perfect. The food was also delicious! Overall we had an amazing experience and could not be happier with Heritage Hills and their high quality service. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.

We chose the terrace room for our reception and it was beautiful and perfect for a summer evening. All of the staff involved were great! They worked with us since we were planning from out of town and were very helpful. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Overall, I was very impressed with Heritage Hills. The staff was friendly and welcoming and open to all of our suggestions. I had only one issue on our wedding day and that was with one of the assistant coordinators who was a little pushy on keeping with the timeline that we had set up. So we didn't end up getting any pictures outside with our bridal party. While, this was just a minor issue our day was otherwise perfect. We used the Windows Ballroom, which was one of the smaller ballrooms (still fits over 200 people), it was perfect for us. We had a little over 150 for our wedding. The ballroom was set up exactly the way we had asked and the staff was dressed professionally and appropriately. The tables were set up exactly as we had asked them to be alternating navy and dark purple table clothes with white napkins which were folded into cranes. This was a fun one to explain, however somehow they had folded over 150 of their white napkins into paper cranes to sit on the plates of the tables! The room was fully lit for dinner which was nice and then the lights were dimmed during the evening for dancing with lights which were provided by the DJ (Complete). During dinner the servers were very nice to both my husband and I and any time we were seated made sure that we had everything that we needed. I heard nothing but good things about all three options that we offered our guests (Strip Steak, Chicken and Vegetarian). They ensured that my mother and myself didn't have anything that we were allergic to on our plates (My mom is allergic to Oranges, which are sometimes used as garnishes, and I'm allergic to tomatoes, so they ensured that they were not on my salad or near anything at all during my meal). They were also very good about the cake, my grandmother made our display cake and so once that was cut they cut the cakes we had preordered from Giant in the kitchen. We had 5 different types to ensure that there was a variety for all of our guests. The cake was laid out for everyone to eat. The entire staff was great about making sure that we had everything that we needed throughout the time leading up to the wedding as well. They were great with planning the entire reception from beginning to end. At the end of the reception and my husband and I went up to our hotel room which was included in our package deal, there was chilled champagne, extra food (there was a chicken and a beef option for us) as well as a container filled with several different types of our cakes. They also made sure to box up our top layer of our wedding cake. We actually ended up going back down to the bar and hanging out with more of our family and friends until early in the morning to be able to spend more time with people. Several of our guests stayed at the hotel that night and were provided a reduced rate since they were staying for our wedding. The morning following the wedding we offered a breakfast for our guests which also was a big hit. The breakfast was something that the hotel did normally on a morning, however we just had vouchers for each of our guests that chose to come to the wedding and then they enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I know that they also can set it up so that you can have a special room, however since we didn't know how many people were planning on attending it was just easier that we let them all come down for the buffet and enjoy what they wanted.

Heritage was amazing to work with! Beautiful views in the terrace room and at the garden ceremony site... you will not be sorry with these picks! Tracy was always on top of every detail and the day of coordinators are WONDERFUL. I will never regret picking Heritage as my wedding venue! They made the day unforgettable. They only thing that could have been slightly better was the timing of dinner service... could have went a little quicker. Everyone was itching to get the party started, but the waiting staff was excellent and eager to please. Heritage is where it's at!

We used Heritage Hills for our rehearsal dinner (Ironwoods Restaurant), wedding reception, numerous guest rooms, and a Sunday brunch for guests (Knickers Pub). We had our reception in the Terrace Room and everything was wonderful! Tracy and Pam were great to work with! Tracy was quick to respond to my e-mail inquiries and Pam was amazing when it came time for the rehearsal/reception events! We had so many compliments from guests about the wonderful food, venue space, and even the signature cocktail they created for us. I would highly recommend having an event here.

I can not say enough good things about the staff at Heritage Hills Golf Resort. They were personable, helpful and made great recommendations. Our coordinator on the day of the wedding was fantastic! He was even the only one who could figure out how to bustle my dress. The site was exactly what we needed. With LOTS of people coming in and staying over night we needed a place that the ceremony, reception, after party and place to sleep could be in all one location.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with Heritage Hills from beginning to end. Our ceremony was located at their beautiful outside ceremony site, and the reception was in the Windows Terrace. We worked with Tracy up until the day of the wedding and Larry on our big day. Both coordinators were excellent! Anything we asked for, they made it happen! Everything was set up exactly how we specified and looked fabulous. The food was absolutely delicious! Many of our guests commented that this was the best wedding food that they had ever eaten. We're so happy that we chose Heritage Hills. It was definitely worth it!

I had my Ceremony and Reception at Heritage Hills. Tracy helped me in every way possible she was absolutely amazing!!! And Larry was my coordinator, he was there every step of the way! I had so many compliments on the location and the food! I heard NUMEROUS times that the food was the best food that anyone has ever had at a wedding! LOVE THEM

Heritage Hills did an amazing job! Tracy was very detail oriented and Jackie was on top of everything on the day of. Everyone complimented on how good the food and service was. We appreciated you and the rest of the staff being flexible with our needs and setting up some things for the room before hand. We are so grateful that your staff let people into the room a little early. We got finished the ceremony more quickly than expected and were thrilled to find out that our guests were allowed into the reception room before 6pm. I had the perfect wedding reception in the Ballroom at Heritage Hills. From the very start of the planning process, the coordinators were so helpful and friendly. We had many planning sessions to make sure things went smoothly. The staff bent over backwards to ensure we didn't have to worry about a thing! They even packed the car at the end of the night. The food was amazing and they set up the space more beautifully than I ever imagined. They were so organized and professional. I would recommend this venue to anyone! My husband and I and all our guests simply raved about how lovely the wedding was. Heritage Hills had everything taken care of so this bride only had to focus on her groom. It was the perfect night! Thanks heritage hills for the perfect wedding. Your service was worth every penny we spent!

They had awesome service, a beautiful location! The coordinators did an awesome job figuring everything out and they were very flexible! you will definitely be happy with the service you get.

Heritage Hills, although an attractive venue, is not top notch when it comes to responsibility. We blocked rooms for our guests at the resort and our rehearsal dinner was scheduled to take place at one of their restaurants. Our family and friends reserved their rooms, we had transportation scheduled and our rehearsal dinner was planned. Two days before our wedding, and one day before our rehearsal dinner, we received a call from Heritage Hills letting us know that our rooms had been moved to a different hotel. As it turns out, another party wanted to stay longer than anticipated and our guests were the ones they decided to relocate. The last thing a bride needs two days before her wedding is to re plan her rehearsal dinner and try to confirm hotel reservations at a different venue, which was already overbooked because we were not the only ones given the boot. If you are a bride considering this location, please proceed with caution.

Heidelberg Coutry Club has an amazing view, the food was great and the cost was excellent. All my guests were in love with it.

We had a great experience with Heritage Hills, the staff was awesome. They were very accomidating & quick to respond to our questions/concerns. They were always there to reassure us that everything would be fine. I had a little trouble with the reservations coordinator at the hotel, he mixed up the information & date on our guest log in site. A lot of our out of town guest would call us confused & we had to straighten it out with our family because the reservation manager never fixed the issue even after I left voicemails & emails. We were also a little frustrated that the hotel decided to do a face lift on the front of the building at the end of May (our wedding weekend)because all of our guest were from out of town & it was not a pretty site to look at & a little unsafe with all the ladders & machinery lingering. You would think they would schedule maintaince around wedding season. Another glich happened on my wedding day when my bridesmaids & I got stuck in the elevator on our way to the ceremony, it was only 5 minutes but it felt like forever & really shook me up. Other than that, we had a good experience with heritage hills, it was very convienient to have the garden site, reception, salon & hotel all in one spot that was the main reason we chose them!

Because it was a beautiful day the site was wonderful. We were under cover yet outside witha a nice breeze coming off the golf course. The view was also amazing.;Behind the actions, the venue is very disorganized. The hotel, resturant, and wedding departments are not great at communicating. For example we were supposed to have a holding room when we got to the hotel; however, the resturant chose to give our space to a party that showed up for dinner. There were a lot of communication errors between persons working for the same place. Additionally, when we signed our contract the reception place was under construction with a promise that everything would be completed 4-5 months prior to our wedding since other wedding were taking place there. The bathrooms were makeshift. Some of the things we were told did not happen.

The staff was incredibly helpful and had great ideas. They really helped to make my day absolutely perfect and were concerned about making sure we were happy!;Absolutely nothing.

My reception was held in the 'Windows Terrace ' which was just beautiful. It was elegant but not too formal which is just my style!
