Hillside Floral

Jerry is amazing! I am not super familiar with flowers, so I gave him a picture of a bouquet I liked and told him my color scheme, and he provided the most amazing flowers and centerpieces! His eye for detail and his ability to combine classic with a little something to make it different was perfect! The price was well below what I was expecting, and the end result far surpassed my expectations. The flowers were absolutely stunning!!!

The wedding florist is very nice and helpful, very willing to try to give you what you want within your budget. The only downfall was that his vision differed slightly than mine but as he was so much more helpful with my budget I felt it was worth the price I paid

We chose Hillside Floral because it was the preferred florist at our venue. I am so glad we did! The arrangements he created were beautiful! He listened to what I liked and disliked and then created the perfect bouquets and arrangements for our receptions. He even provided cellophane so our guests could take our arrangements home after the reception! So glad with our choice of florist.

Jerry and Hillside Floral were absolutely amazing! Our flowers were spectacular! We asked Jerry to work his magic and he exceeded anything I could have even imagined! All night long I heard how beautiful and uniques our flowers, bouquets, corsages and boutonnières were! Cannot thank Jerry and his team enough!

My flowers were all green and he made it look gorgeous. The bridesmaid were white and green, the flowers were just what I wanted. The people at Hillside are very friendly and joke with you, it made the experiance more fun. I would order flowers from them again for other occasioins. The flowers are fresh and the store is clean.

I'm not a huge fan of flowers in general so I was very easy going about the small amount of flowers I wanted at the wedding. I had a consultation with the owner of the floral shop well before the wedding and I felt like we had everything worked out. I was told we would have a follow up later on to do final run through of everything I wanted. The week of my wedding I still hadn't heard from the florist and quite frankly, I had forgotten about it until then. I called the florist with some minor adjustments and to verify the time and place of delivery. I was told everything would be delivered by 3:30 at the venue. 4pm rolls around and no sign of the florist. The photographer is there at that point waiting to take pictures. Trying to get ahold of the florist was a nightmare, and then being told that the flowers were delivered at 3:30 was not comforting. My ceremony was supposed to start at 5pm. The flowers showed up at 5:15, were thrown (seriously thrown) on the table by the delivery guy and were completely wilted. It was the hottest day of the year, and the flowers looked like they had sat in the car for the last few hours. Long story short, 75% of the flowers were unusable and I guess I didn't give enough pictures of what I wanted because the groom's boutonniere and bridesmaid's bouquets were all wrong. We lost an hour of time with our photographer ($300) and most of the wedding party were flowerless. This florist came highly recommended but I guess my small order wasn't high end enough for them. The florist did refund my money and asked for me to use them in the future. I can't say that I will ever go back to them for future purchases.

Hillside floral came highly recommended by a family member but unfortunatly we had some poor customer service. The owners prices were sky high and although I expressed I was willing to be creative to stay in budget he was not enthusiatic, supportive or helpful. At the suggestion of my family member though I bought my 2 bouquets and some stems for my cake. it cost me less than $100 but I think we got a price cut because my family member spends a lot of money there. I felt like I was mostly turned away because I couldn't afford him. Also My wedding bouqet was not exactly like the photo I gave him. It looked like it took 5 minutes to make after it was pulled from the fridge. I won't go there again. I didn't like the treatment.

Easy to work with, great flowers

These guys did great on my flowers, they turned out just like I wanted them. The price wasn't phenomenal, but it was reasonable. However, on the day of the wedding they failed to give us the groom's boutonniere, which we didn't notice until the reception, so we had to steal boutonnieres from people in the wedding party and pin two together to make it look bigger and nicer. When my mother-in-law got the bill, they had charged us for a groom's boutonniere and for centerpieces and cake flowers, neither of which we ordered. She got it worked out, but it lowered my opinion a little bit.
