We had a wedding of 230 in September of 2024 in the regent ballroom. We had a live band + DJ + dance floor + big head table. It was the PERFECT venue size and fit everyone comfortably. We got so many compliments about the appetizers, food, service when it came to the open bar and plated dinners, and so forth. The Hilton is classy, professional, beautiful, and practical. If you want to go all out on your wedding and have people talk about it and remember it forever, do it here.
Krystin, Zack, and Mark were all great coordinators for us and answered all questions and made our big day come true. Price is very reasonable for what you get. If you book this venue we HIGHLY recommend hiring Josh Staley as your DJ and getting the uplighting package. It was an absolute game changer and worth every penny. It transformed our ceremony and reception to a different level. 10/10 at the Hilton. Wouldn't have changed a thing.
We had the perfect wedding at the Hilton Easton! Our special day went perfectly thanks to their amazing staff!!! Pros and cons below.
Pros
- Prompt communication from sales staff! The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating.
- Venue and guest rooms all in the same place! Traveling guests can save on transportation costs.
- Food. 3 stars. Our guests loved it! Typical wedding food selections if you’re ok with that, but they have some variety to play around with.
- Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance for guests. Forgot a few things on wedding day so this came in handy!
- Parking is free for guests in room block.
Cons
- $$$$ Price. Depending on guest count, this venue lands in the mid to high budget area.
- Semi all-inclusive. Only food, cake cutting and small votives included.
- It's a hotel, so consider foot traffic and other events can be booked on your date.
- No airport shuttle.
- No natural light in ballrooms (if you’re thinking about photos).
They did amazing throughout the whole process. We booked during COVID when the hotel was shut down and they gave us a private tour before we even booked with them. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the hotel was, how delicious all the food was, and how friendly the staff were. We did not have to worry about a thing when planning for and enjoying our day.
The Hilton at Easton Town Center hosted our ceremony and reception. They did a wonderful job with set-up and took care of all the tear-down! They had great natural lighting from the windows in all the hallways for pictures as well!
Well, you know how you get what you pay for? With Hilton, expect to pay a lot...but to some extent it's worth it. Catering = 4 stars. Room Block = 2.
We toured the Hilton just after the renovation and fell in love with the Regent Ballroom and foyer. It was the 9 "Beauty and the Beast" chandeliers that did me in. Adam Yezzi is a DREAM to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way, put on a fabulous menu tasting (good luck narrowing it down because everything is tremendous), and was so on it the day-of. We had minor snafus (as all weddings do) and Adam was fixing them before I even heard about them. He organized a wonderful meet and greet cocktail hour and day-after brunch, reusing centerpieces and decor from the reception. If you want to save on the day-of coordinator, Adam Yezzi is all you need.
The room block, however, is another story. We worked with Joy and found out roughly 3 weeks out of the wedding that we were OBLIGATED to pay for any rooms in the block that went unused (rather than the hotel simply releasing them as all other hotels I professionally work with do). So imagine trying to wrap things up and getting an email that you are on the hook for another $6K-$8K for unused rooms. As we began cross-referencing the room list with our guest list and asking our guests about rooms, the Hilton was not giving us credit for a lot of rooms booked and several people were told that the block was full. We had begun handing out rooms to family that we thought we were already paying for but when push came to shove and all rooms were tallied, we actually met our requirement and didn't need to comp anyone's rooms, so we STILL paid more than we needed to. There were so many issues the weekend-of (not giving our guests welcome bags, more lost rooms, etc.) that it almost ruined the experience.
What gets me most is that Joy had the audacity to tell my mother that she had informed me multiple times leading up to the wedding about the requirement and our status. When looking through ALL emails, she had reached out once 4 months before the wedding with a room block list (that was mostly empty given the invitations had just gone out) and the rest of the emails were me asking her for room block updates. This was frustrating.
I would have given more stars if possible. My daughter just had her wedding in the Regent Ballroom and it was the best thanks to Karen Barwick ( our even planner) and George Tornick - (banquet manager). As I mentioned in my toast/speech- they were always gracious and patient with me! They were so helpful from the start to the finish.
George even visited with my family from Canton during breakfast Saturday morning.
Dimitar our captain for the night was great. They went beyond what their job description was when setting up for the wedding. My guests commented on the bartenders being friendly as well. I just can not say enough to the professionalism, their help in making the reception run smoothly, and answering all questions throughout the entire process. I have one more daughter and as long as "the George and Karen" team will be there, so will her reception!
They are an amazing team and owe it to the Hilton team for a fantastic reception. My guests could not get over the reception and cocktail hour! It was not just a reception, but an experience and I thank George and Karen for making it happen! The food was amazing! While I did not get any lamb chops myself, I had many say the seasoning was perfect and the cocktail hour food was amazing! The antipasto display was beautiful! The gyro stand looked great! The waiters were fast and you did not even know they served you they were so light on their feet and not in the way! Fast service and nobody waited long for their food to be served to them.
George and Karen had great ideas for setting up the cocktail tables and layout which I appreciated. Loved it! I have only positive comments for the Hilton Easton! Thank you for making it perfect and it could not have happened without you!

They were perfect in every way! The location can't be beat, and they really take care of you.
Incredible Staff!!! Liz Otterbacher was our wedding coordinator -- she is thorough, organized, attentive and not to mention a total sweetheart! Adam Yezzi was our day-of coordinator and he is just as wonderful along with George -- they made everything run smoothly, including helping us with last minute details and changes. From the beginning through the wedding day, Joy was so nice to work with in coordinating guest hotel rooms, the day after brunch, etc. -- she was there the weekend of to make sure all went well.
Liz, Adam, Joy, George and MANY others made our wedding weekend a breeze. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect -- our families and guests were blown away by the staff and food!! The hotel just underwent a huge renovation and it's absolutely beautiful. Thank you Hilton!!
Liz Otterbacher and the entire staff at the Hilton at Easton did a fabulous job with my daughter's wedding. Liz didn't miss one detail !!! She made sure the day was perfect and she went above and beyond providing extra personal service. The service was wonderful and Tim Horowitz was a great kitchen captain. Everything was outstanding. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Easton.
We recently had our wedding at the Columbus Hilton. They did a FABULOUS job. Our guests loved the hotel and and the location. Our contacts at the hotel did an amazing job and helped do every little thing they could to make our day special and give us everything we wanted. My only complaints would be that the cost was a little expensive but we got truly 5 star service and everything was amazing.
Its a great place to have your guests stay. They will love having the restaurants and the shopping within walking distance.
