The chicken that was served was raw. The Parmesan crusted tilapia with fennel sauce was served with a Marsala of some sort (also they charged us for the quantities/per head and somehow ran out of this plate and instead made our guests choose something else). The customer service was absolutely horrific & when brought to the attention of management, they blamed all of their errors on the bridal party being intoxicated. Mean while, the servers were severely understaffed for a party of 99, and they were walking around telling our guests they were ready to walk out because everything is so unorganized & they were embarrassed. When this was brought to managements attention, their stories changed completely. I would NEVER recommend the Hilton brand ever again! Corporate did not fix or address anything in an appropriate manner. We paid $150 for a party of 4 for the tasting, and nothing was plated or tasted like it did at the tasting! 2 day’s before my mother in law and I met up with the manager, asked if there was ANYTHING they needed from us to ensure everything goes smoothly, and she stayed No. We had a standard open bar package, an hour later our guests were told it’s a cash bar because we “tapped out”! Turns out they never asked us for a credit card to be on file (we even asked and they said no)! Also, they were serving our guests top shelf instead of the standard package. A total embarrassment all together.
