Several family members stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites/Crabtree for our wedding. All were delighted with the location and the hotel itself. They said it was the nicest Hampton Inn & Suites they had ever stayed in, and they are usually quite nice. Our wedding was near NCSU and the reception was downtown. Everyone found it easy to get around, as the hotel is right next to the I-440 on ramp. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to reach downtown and many other sightseeing options, such as the NC Art Museum or Raulston Arboretum. Breakfast was good and the lounge area was perfect for visiting. We met family on the morning after the wedding in the hotel lounge and were able to visit with everyone before they left to go home. It was a nice alternative to planning a formal breakfast/brunch event, which was out of our budget.
