The best venue in Naples! Stephanie Roman and the Hilton team help put together my dream cocktail hour and reception. They went above and beyond. The pricing was fantastic and includes so many things. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. My guests loved everything, as well.
We had a complimentary bridal suite, a getting ready space for my groom, the cocktail hour was by the pool (so beautiful!), and our perfect reception of around 32 people took place in the Sabal Palm Room. Highly recommend. You won't regret choosing the Hilton of Naples ♡
Bonus~ Stephanie coordinates everything on the Hilton side, even providing wedding planning meetings! She was a HUGE help with making my vision a reality:)
I truly can not say enough great things about Stephanie Roman and the entire team at the Hilton Naples! The wedding was a dream thanks to Stephanie’s professionalism, responsiveness, flexibility, and support throughout the entire process! We knew we were in good hands from day one! The venue was beautiful and the food was so amazing. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour, the delicious food, and great service. I can not recommend Stephanie and the Hilton Naples enough! Getting married at The Naples Hilton was absolutely perfect! My hubby and I, The Lovers Johnson, had our 3-day destination wedding weekend with five different events and everything went off without a hitch!

Stephanie Roman! OMG! There aren’t enough words to express how absolutely amazing she is! She’s professional, knowledgeable, patient but above all, friendly! She made sure that I got everything I wanted and needed! She even asked the chef to make me a plate after my wedding luncheon because my food got cold while I was busy being the bride! Speaking of food! It was DELICIOUS! The one thing I worried most about having my wedding at a hotel was getting that standard banquet meal of dry, bland chicken breast, rice pilaf and green beans! But not at this hotel! Every bite of food was delectable!
Oh and the rooms! So nice and clean. The housekeeping staff was awesome too! I can go on and on but I have a limited amount of characters! I’ll end with this…BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR WEDDING! You won’t regret it! When you call mention The Lovers Johnson wedding and see what happens! Happy Wedding Planning!
The Hilton Naples is THE best place to get married and their team of wedding coordinators was beyond outstanding. This was a destination wedding for my now hubby and I and so it was daunting thinking how we were going to pull this off from thousands of miles away. From the first email from Stephanie Roman to the end of the wedding, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!! The entire staff at The Hilton Naples was amazing. The customer service was outstanding and everyone went above and beyond. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the hotel is not to mention the girls that made everything stress free. The venue from the ceremony, cocktail hour, to the reception was perfect. The food was amazing that our guests are still talking about how good the food was. A huge thanks to Stephanie Roman, Brittany, and Shawna. These ladies know what they're doing and they made everything flawless and perfect. I felt like a queen! Most importantly, I made a new friend. Stephanie, I miss you already!!!! I was completely blown away with all the little details and added touches they brought to our wedding. They made our special day unforgettable and I am so grateful for the amazing staff and Stephanie for making that happen. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We can't wait to come back and stay for vacation!
The Hilton Naples is the perfect wedding venue. We were so pleased we chose to have our special day here. First of all, pricing here is affordable, especially considering everything you get in your package. I recommend this for any bride who just wants to show up on their wedding day and not worry about a thing. The convenience of the hotel suite is amazing. It was the perfect place for my bridal party to get ready and so awesome to have family/friends all in one space after the wedding. The staff was also phenomenal. Caprice is a rockstar. I appreciate her calmness and organization. I never once worried about anything at the Hilton. They coordinated all of our vendors, and if there were any issues, I never knew it. The ballroom looked stunning for our reception. I was amazed at how they transformed the room. It felt beautiful and magical. The chiavari chairs included in the package are totally worth it. They have upgrades available that can really take your wedding to the next level. I can't say enough good things about our experience here. The staff, the venue, the whole package - perfect.
My husband and I got married at the Hilton on May 5th. EVERYONE at the Hilton was amazing! Caprice was our meeting planning and was phenomenal! Pricing was very reasonable and included much more than any other venue we looked at. Not only was it the actual venue for the ceremony, but it included the transportation to and from for all guests, the officiate, chairs, the wedding cake, set up and take down, and Caprice which was basically our wedding planner. She could not have made our day go any smoother. Not only did she and the Hilton allow us to use their lanterns for our centerpieces, but they also put candles and shells we brought into them and arranged them for us! They also brought the flowers from our arch and placed them on our sweetheart's table without us asking. To say they were the best is an understatement. The banquet team was extremely attentive and very sweet during all events, the front desk was very accommodating with early check-ins and placing rooms nearby, and if I know anyone getting married in the area I will absolutely be recommending this venue. I did not stress at all and would not have changed one thing about our fairytale day. I work at the Ritz-Carlton which is all about anticipating guest needs and the Hilton absolutely nailed that! In my opinion, everything they did was up to Ritz-Carlton standard. Thank you to everyone at the Hilton who had anything to do with making our wedding so special and memorable for not only us but all of our guests!!!
Where do I even start? My husband and I got married at the Hilton in October and it was my fairytale wedding. The staff at the Hilton is fantastic and so friendly, but Caprice Del Vecchio is beyond outstanding not just as a wedding coordinator, but also as a friend and even a “therapist” to calm your wedding stress. She truly made our wedding day a picture perfect wedding. Caprice treats you a real person, not just another wedding that she can check off on her list. She always went the extra mile to make sure we felt special. I truly cannot thank Caprice enough for working with us and making all of my crazy dreams and ideas a reality. She is seriously the best in the business.
Our ceremony was breathtaking and so much more than I could have dreamed of. I always wanted to get married outdoors but wasn’t big on a beach wedding, so when they showed us 8th Avenue, we knew that was the spot. We were even able to transform it to match our rustic theme.
The food at our wedding reception was incredible and the hor dvours were fabulous! All of the details were perfect and our dance floor was huge, which was exactly what we wanted to be able to dance the night away.
The Hilton and Caprice truly made our night perfect. If you are looking for the perfect wedding location, look no further because you have found it. I can’t thank the Hilton and Caprice enough for making my fairytale become a reality!
Caprice and the Hilton Naples made every moment of my wedding planning simple and extremely manageable. Events Manager Caprice Del Vecchio has an extremely calm and put together demeanor that makes you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. My 8th Avenue South ceremony and was absolutely stunning and the Hilton team was able to transform their ballroom into a glittery and elegant setting reminiscent of a fairy tale. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough.
In terms of pricing, their hotel block and general pricing cannot be beat in the Naples area. I looked at tons of venues but the Hilton was a clear front runner if you are prioritizing your guests and their experience. My guests loved having Shula's in house and spent multiple nights there and probably shut it down three nights straight. Their accommodations were ideal for a semi destination wedding and my guests were very happy with the accommodations, price, and overall experience throughout the week.
Where to even begin? The Hilton Naples and staff go above and beyond to make sure that not only the wedding party is taken care of, but also any and all guests staying at the hotel. The amenities are fabulous and our guests (several from out of town) are still RAVING about the venue.
Caprice is a class act professional who seamlessly coordinated our wedding. She is prompt with email and telephone responses and quite organized during the entire planning process.
The food was outstanding, the ballroom was gorgeous, and the poolside ceremony spoke for itself. Thank you Hilton Naples for creating a day we will remember for the rest of our lives!
We can't thank everyone at the Hilton Naples enough for making our wedding an amazing experience! The entire staff was wonderful! Nina was very helpful and accommodating in arranging the hotel block for our guests! The event planners, Shannon and Paige were terrific! Shannon was very helpful during the planning process, and always responded very quickly to any questions. Paige was amazing during our wedding weekend while Shannon was away. Paige listened to our vision, and we were blown away by how beautiful the ceremony site and ballroom looked for our wedding, and how smoothly the day/night unfolded under her direction! The food was absolutely wonderful, and the service outstanding! We had so many compliments from our guests about how well they were treated during their stay! Thanks again to Shannon, Paige and the entire staff at the Hilton Naples!!
So let me say this...the Hilton Naples was amazing for our wedding! Throughout the planning process Shannon Quinn and her team were always so helpful to me, it wasn't until Hurricane Irma hit that I really needed them and they came through.
Hurricane Irma hit two weeks before our wedding and we knew things may not work out. We were having a destination wedding and family was flying in from all over the country. I was a nervous wreck, but Shannon reassured me everything would work out. Fast forward to the week of, Shannon and her team including the two John's in banquets and the housekeeping staff worked tirelessly to get the hotel ready for our wedding. She arranged for us to stay in an alternate hotel while the hotel was cleaned up after Irma, but stayed in contact every step of the way.
My wedding day approached and I was no longer stressed, but relaxed because I knew the Hilton Naples would take good care of us. That was an understatement! My wedding was GORGEOUS! From the decor, to the friendly staff; I could not have asked for a better experience. We almost had a natural disaster destroy our day, by here we are 4 days later married and so grateful to the Hilton Naples for everything they did for our friends and family. Our family commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been too and I was so happy! Thank you Shannon and team for making my day absolutely fabulous and amazing; despite Hurricane Irma having other plans. I would highly recommend the Hilton Naples for your wedding, Shannon and her team will take good care of you!
We got married at the Hilton last week. We had the cocktail hour in the lobby, ceremony on Vedado beach, and reception in their banquet hall... Everything was perfect.. Paige was great to work with.. she responded to my emails right away.. even on weekends... It was really beautiful. And they worked really well with my dietary kosher restrictions.. Definitely recommend this hotel for a beautiful wedding!!!

We recently had our wedding here at the Hilton Naples. Electa Saker was our event coordinator, and I cannot give her enough positive praises for the excellent work that she does. She was helpful throughout the whole planning process leading up to the day of our wedding (even helping with the bustle on my dress!).

The Venue offers package deals where you can have an outdoor wedding and on the beach! They also do have their liquor license (we had an open bar)! It was great!
I had my wedding through the Hilton Naples on November 4, 2011. Electa was my planner and was AMAZING. I was feeling stressed because I live in Oklahoma and everyone in my wedding was traveling so far, so logistically a lot could have gone wrong but it didn't. Everything was wonderful, beautiful and perfect. The guests raved about the food at the reception and everyone had a great time. Thank you Electa and Hilton Naples!
