We had our reception on 5/3/25 in the Lafayette room. It was magical. We are so grateful to Kathy for making our special night the one to remember. She was professional and made the experience seamless. A joy to work with. The entire staff, from the moment we arrived, were welcoming and pleasant. The hotel rooms were spectacular and the views simply amazing.
We came into the reception room early and Aude was so accommodating. “I’ve got you” He was 3 steps ahead of all of our wants and needs. We included him in our pictures because we will never forget his kindness and effort to make our day so incredibly special. All of the vendors that Kathy recommended were professional and pleasant to work with. She matched us with Stephanie to be the celebrant and we couldn’t be more pleased. She did an amazing job.
While we were looking for venues we first encountered Coleen at the bar (she is the best bartender in the state) we were so glad to see her the morning after the wedding, for breakfast. We plan to be lifelong customers!! As one gentleman said to us, “you are family now”. They certainly made us feel that way.
We give this hotel the highest of recommendations!!
With much gratitude,
Billy & Izzy

We had the best experience at Hotel Bethlehem for our wedding! My mom originally found the venue for my bridal shower and we just loved it and booked it for our wedding as well. We had a small, brunch wedding with about 26 people in the 1741 Terrace. The room is absolutely gorgeous all on it's own, but Amber and her team did an amazing job setting up flowers, centerpieces, etc. to make the room look even more elegant. Amber Grace was so easy to work with and really made the day special for us. She put in all the work behind the scenes and it really showed on our big day! The Hotel and the surrounding areas are so beautiful (we spent the weekend there afterwards). Amber gave us many options for food, drinks, event spaces, and all kinds of add-ons and we customized our package to fit everything we wanted. The food is AMAZING at Hotel Bethlehem and our brunch was delicious. We also added on the ice cream sundae bar and it was a huge hit! We love this place and would strongly recommend if you are looking for an elegant venue with delicious food and a warm and friendly staff!

We used Hotel Bethlehem as the venue for our wedding welcome party and also reserved a room block for our guests. Overall, it was a great way to kick off our wedding weekend. The historic charm of the hotel provided a unique and beautiful atmosphere, and our guests really enjoyed both the event and their accommodations.
Leading up to the weekend, the sales and hotel managers were easy to work with and communicative. They were helpful in coordinating the event details.
That said, a few bumps behind the scenes kept it from being a totally seamless experience. The room block could only be booked by calling the hotel directly, and depending on who answered the phone, some of our guests were told the block didn’t exist. That created some unnecessary confusion and extra follow-up on our end.
We also ran into some challenges with the payment schedule. There was a contracted timeline for deposits and final payments, but the hotel didn’t charge us as outlined. We discovered just before our second deposit was due that the first one had never been processed. Although we agreed to pay both at once, those charges still weren’t made; leaving us to pay in full the day of the event. With everything else going on that weekend, this added stress that could have easily been avoided.
On the night of the event, the space we were given was smaller than what we had originally discussed, and there wasn’t a clear point person checking in with us.
Despite those logistical issues, the welcome party itself was wonderful. Our guests had no idea anything was off. From a guest-facing perspective, it was a success. It’s a beautiful venue and overall a great place to host an event, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to execution and internal communication.

I held my wedding at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem and had a wonderful experience! Their team is extremely professional and have things down to a T. Our wedding coordinator Kathy in particular helped everything go so smoothly, including answering all of my many, many questions via email and occasionally via phone call in the months leading up to the big day. Guests complimented the venue and all of our other vendors were familiar with the hotel, which was another reason why things probably went so well. The only two things that I wish had gone differently were that not every guest got a welcome bag upon check-in, while it seems others may have gotten extra. Also, right before our sparkler exit outside at the end of the night, our DJs announced that guests could leave their favors, drinks, etc. in the room, but when the guests returned, their stuff was gone (not anything important like purses or coats, but still). However, really these minor inconveniences pale in comparison to the stellar service and all-around great experience. I would definitely recommend the hotel as a wedding venue, and my husband and I will enjoy celebrating our anniversaries there.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding experience than the one we had at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem. From the moment we started planning, the communication was exceptional. The staff was incredibly responsive, answering every question we had and ensuring we were fully prepared for the big day.
Emilie, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She was organized, calm, and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day seamless. She made us feel like we were her top priority, and thanks to her, everything ran perfectly without a single hitch.
The venue itself is stunning, especially with the winter decorations that created a magical atmosphere. From the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony, reception, and even the send-off brunch, every detail was taken care of. Once we handed over our decorations to the hotel staff, they completely brought our vision to life and transitioned flawlessly between the ceremony and reception spaces.
The food was another highlight! Our guests loved the variety of options at the rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and reception. The ice cream station during the reception was a huge hit—such a fun and delicious touch that had everyone talking.
The accommodations for our guests were top-notch, with many of them praising the comfort and convenience of staying at the hotel. And the private cocktail hour for us, the bride and groom, was such a thoughtful and special touch that we’ll always remember.
On the wedding day itself, the maître d’ was outstanding. They made sure we were well taken care of, guiding us through the day with ease and ensuring that we could truly enjoy every moment.
Overall, the Historic Hotel Bethlehem provided the perfect setting for our wedding weekend. Every aspect—from the rehearsal to the ceremony to the reception and beyond—was flawless, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. If you’re looking for a venue where you and your guests will be treated with the utmost care and professionalism, we highly recommend this amazing venue!

Our experience at the Bethlehem hotel was so lovely from start to finish. The facility, the staff and the food were all excellent. We had a reception in the 1741 room and the setting was beautiful. We also held a morning brunch and another day had breakfast in the Tap Room lobby. Each occasion was wonderful.
Kathy Sanders in particular made the planning and execution easy and elegant.

We had a great experience with the Hotel Bethlehem. From our first tour of the venue with Kathy, they made our wedding planning a smooth and stress-free experience. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas (even in mid-January) and the Terrace Room was the perfect size for our small wedding of around 50 guests. Hotel Bethlehem was very accommodating and flexible regarding our vendors, guests staying in the hotel block, and our setup/tear-down. My wife and I would certainly recommend Hotel Bethlehem--you can't go wrong here for a wedding in the Lehigh Valley.

We’ve been going to Hotel Bethlehem for five years and our desire was to have a modern wedding with all the classic charm that only Historic Hotel Bethlehem could provide. Christmas Season was our desire to be married and where else but in Christmas City USA could be better? Outside we could see Main Street in full decoration with lights shining while horse drawn carriages went up the street. Inside the warmth of the historic hotel including music, food and the tasteful and classic Christmas decorations all gave that familiar feeling of being home.
Most of our guests made our wedding an entire weekend event! There is plenty to do in Bethlehem including Steel Stacks, Christkindlmarket, the Casino, and all the restaurants and shops on Main Street.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. None of this would have been possible without our Kathy Sanders. Kathy was instrumental in helping us plan our special day. She was always available by phone and email and was quick to respond. She provided recommendations, answered all our questions and was like a friend throughout the whole process. We are very appreciative of her!

Kathy Sanders and the entire team at Hotel Bethlehem made the wedding planning process a dream! From the very first moment my husband and I met Kathy, she worked tirelessly to make our wedding everything we could have dreamed of. She was excellent at communicating timelines and various options. She listened and collaborated on all of our ideas (even the last minute ones)! Kathy helped us adjust our packages at the last minute when we had more guests coming than originally anticipated. She helped us change our floorplan a week out. She could not have been more magnificent to work with. Planning the entire wedding ourselves, I was so stressed and could not foresee how the entire vision would come together. When I walked into the grand ballroom, all of my (pretty high) expectations were blown away. Liz, our maître d, was excellent and was always around for questions, or to get us whatever we needed! Because of her amazing contacts, Kathy knew all of our outside vendors and that made the coordination process that much more seamless. Our guests were blown away at the quality of food, service, and beauty of the space. Even when the night was over, they helped bring things to our suite and stored floral arrangements until we could coordinate picking them up. The bellhops, especially Trevor, made loading all of our decor and flowers so easy. I cannot thank Hotel Bethlehem enough for the beautiful experience they gave me, my husband, and our guests. Please do yourself a favor and book this venue!

Let me start this review with 2 points: I was previously married & we held our wedding reception at Hotel Bethlehem. When planning my second wedding, I did not feel it was appropriate to host our wedding at Hotel B, even though it is one of my all-time favorite hotels. Second, I'm a corporate event planner. I worked for one of the largest employers in the Lehigh Valley for 11 years & I'm now an Event Project Manager for the 3rd largest company in the world. I've planned events all over the country & have worked with hundreds of hotels, conference spaces & vendors. We ended up hosting our wedding at the Wilbur Mansion & things were scattered at best. Calls/emails were not responded to until it was the 2nd, 3rd, 4th time I reached out. We had our tasting & the food/drinks were great. But, at the tasting the event manager mentioned we would only have 30 parking spots allotted for guests. I was confused since we were inviting & contracted for over 115 people. I asked where everyone else should park, she said that it was up to me to figure out. She also said I had to provide the Wilbur with a list of who would be using the 30 spots prior to our wedding. I asked if I could print out cards numbered 1-30 & the first 30 people to arrive would get a spot – nope they needed the list beforehand. If you think about this like an event planner, I have to include some type of info in the wedding invitation regarding parking which meant I needed to determine who of my guests would get the 30 spots in advance & hope they could come to the wedding! This was an unnecessary complication that caused a lot of reworking the invites at the last minute. Hotel B agreed to let our guests park in their overflow lot. I had to arrange & pay for a shuttle to take people from this lot to the Wilbur & back. I wanted to send in a few boxes to the Wilbur prior to our wedding. I asked the hotel to keep everything onsite in the couple days leading up to our event. The event manager said “you can send it in, but I can’t guarantee it won’t be stolen”. As someone who has worked with hotels across the country, I have never ever heard this response before. Hotel Bethlehem came to the rescue AGAIN. We had decided to stay & have our guests stay at Hotel B due to the number of rooms we would need & the proximity to Main Street provided more for our varied group to easily do throughout the weekend. Hotel B said yes to keeping our boxes so I could have everything close. To put it in perspective, the guest experience director of Hotel Bethlehem personally made sure all of the boxes I shipped in were already in our room upon check in. She knew we were hosting our wedding at another venue & still went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect. The night of our wedding, we came back to Hotel B to strawberries & champagne in our room– you can not beat this type of customer service, care & concern. If you are considering hosting a wedding at the Wilbur, be prepared to be stressed out, worried & frustrated the entire time. You might think you are organized, but it is no match for the level of disorganization & lack of communication at the Wilbur. Hotel Bethlehem provides a level of calm confidence, professionalism & customer service that the Wilbur does not come close to. Everyone on the staff will treat you & your guests like a favorite family member. They will make sure that your wedding feels like the most important event they’ve ever had the pleasure of hosting.

We held our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the Hotel Bethlehem in April and everything was perfect! We worked with Kathy, and she has everything down to a science and took all of our stress away. She gave us great suggestions, and the vendor list was top notch! We received so many compliments and requests from guests to have another wedding there because everyone loved it so much. Numerous guests told us it was perfect and the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Our guests loved that everything was in one place, and they didn’t have to travel once they got to their hotel room. They loved how beautiful the hotel, and ballrooms were, and the food was excellent. We added on the ice cream bar, and everyone loved it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the servers were excellent, and attentive. We had the best day ever and a group from the wedding are even coming down again this December to see the hotel decorated for Christmas.

We loved the venue! The history, artwork, architecture, and overall environment was perfect for our wedding. We loved using the piano in the lobby for our cocktail hour. The ballrooms are stunning, and guest rooms are small but luxurious. The planning experience was made easy with assistance from Emilie- should note that most coordination was done from our home, 3hrs away! Our maître de was extremely helpful and involved throughout our reception. We had the best night we could possibly imagine and would recommend to anyone :) Thank you! xoxo Forrest & Carolyn

Hotel Bethlehem was the perfect wedding venue choice. We had our wedding here on 12/09/23, and had booked about a year prior with Emilie. It felt like forever leading up to the wedding and then all of a sudden it was here. The staff were all amazing, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a winter wedding. We can’t thank them enough for such a wonderful care free day, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our highest expectations were exceeded and everyone will remember our wedding for years to come!

We had a fantastic wedding ceremony and reception at Hotel Bethlehem. We could not have wished for more and we would highly recommend Hotel Bethlehem. Everything turned out perfect for us on the day. It is a beautiful property, with many options to hold the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception as well as for photography. From the moment we visited the venue for the first time, to the wedding day itself, the service and care received from the Hotel Bethlehem team was outstanding. Kathy Sanders was very helpful, easy to work with and very professional in guiding us through the process of planning the event at Hotel Bethlehem. On the wedding day itself, everything was perfectly organised, the events ran smoothly and the staff were super friendly, efficient and unobtrusive. The hotel team worked seamlessly with our wedding planner and all the vendors. There are extensive menus to choose from, both for cocktail hour and dinner and the food on the day was delicious, served fresh and well timed with the proceedings and enjoyed by all. The location in the town of Bethlehem makes for a great wedding location, with many other activities and attractions in this beautiful Pennsylvania town.

I know that it’s been a little over a month since Kate and Charlies wedding, but there are times when I feel like it was just yesterday. Steve and I can’t thank you enough for helping to make Kate’s dream come true!
The Terrace Room was beyond incredible. So beautiful! Having the cocktail hour in the lobby was perfect; everyone seemed at home.
Everyone told us how wonderful the food was. They felt like their special dinner was made just for them! We felt that way too. Thank you so much to the chefs and their staff for working so hard for us!
But especially, thank you to you and your staff for making everything look so easy when we all know that it takes a lot to do what you did for us. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and kind. It’s something that Kate and Charlie will never forget.
People have said to Steve and I that it was an honor to be a part of Kate and Charlies special day and they didn’t want it to end; for us, it was an honor having you and your fine staff work with us!
Thank you so much,

Historic Hotel Bethlehem was the wedding venue of our dreams. We are not from Pennsylvania but we chose to get married at Hotel Bethlehem because of the history, beauty, and quality of service we had experienced on previous visits. It is not easy to plan a destination wedding but Emilie took the stress off of us by helping us choose vendors, communicating with vendors as the wedding got closer and making the day of run smoothly. We had our ceremony and reception at 1741 Terrace, and beyond how stunning this room is, the food was amazing too. The staff was so professional and detail oriented, they made even the smallest details of our day perfect. Throughout the weekend the service of the hotel staff was impeccable. All of our out of town guests enjoyed their time at the hotel and the staff even went out of their way to bring my grandpa cookies and to chat with him when he was sitting in the lobby. Historic Hotel Bethlehem was the ideal place for a destination wedding and I’d recommend it to anyone! We can’t wait to come back and visit.

Hotel Bethlehem was a wonderful wedding venue. Our venue planner, Kathy Sanders, was extremely helpful. I cannot thank Kathy Sanders and her amazing team at Hotel Bethlehem enough for giving us the absolute best ceremony and wedding reception we could have hoped for.
From beginning to end, our two-year planning process was incredible. Kathy and her team are punctual, professional, and extremely easy to work with.
On our wedding day, we were waited on hand and foot and our Hotel Bethlehem staff made sure all of our guests were comfortable and taken care of. They also assisted in coordinating the places/timing of all of our outside vendors and truly executed every second of the day seamlessly! It honestly felt like a dream.

It was a pleasure dealing with Hotel Bethlehem for our daughter's wedding! Aside from the obvious that it's a beautiful location, everyone there was friendly and professional, and very willing to answer all our questions. Our initial wedding coordinator relocated to another state in the middle of the process, and it was a seamless transition to Emilie, who made us feel very taken care of. From beginning to end, we were given excellent ideas, they held an event at the Hotel where the bride and groom could have a tasting and see examples of wedding vendors' products, all their vendor recommendations were outstanding, they checked in with us about items we needed to provide before the event. And then on the actual weekend, we felt like we could relax and enjoy the wedding! Our guests also raved about the Hotel and how warm the staff was. Highly recommend reserving the Governor's Suite if you plan on the bridal party getting ready together. It was spacious enough to accommodate our bridal party of 9 comfortably.

Our wedding was perfect, and exactly what we wanted. Bethany was organized, informative, and positive. She kept a great attitude from our first visit to the day after. On the wedding day itself, she kept us calm and happy. She completely redid the bustle of my dress when my seamstress messed it up, I wouldn't have been able to dance or enjoy my night without her help! We had the time of our lives and are only sad that it's over. Book this venue!

Flawless, Memorable and Classy
Hotel Bethlehem, with Kathy Sanders (Wedding/Events Manager) leading her team, created a flawless wedding reception for our daughter Alyssa and her husband Alex. We first met with Kathy 2 years ago after looking at several venues for the wedding reception. None came close to Hotel Bethlehem in style, wedding planning, options and location. Our event was in June of 2022 and it was SPECTACULAR. Kathy’s recommendations for the Florist, Band and Limo delivered exceptional service and their prior experience/familiarity with Hotel Bethlehem made the entire process easy and worry-free.
The impeccable service and incredible food during cocktail hour and dinner made for an unforgettable experience for our Family and Friends. Special thanks to all the staff at Hotel Bethlehem from the attentive Bellman/reception to all the servers for keeping our guests from waiting/wanting for anything. Jenny Kozuuch (Manager) and Kristina Gomez (Maitre d) ensured that the entire celebration ran smoothly. Definitely a shout-out to the Bartenders Mike Brown and Kelly Moran.
Kathy Sanders and Hotel Bethlehem truly delivered an evening of celebration that our Family and Friends will remember for a lifetime. It was their attention to detail, planning, communication, experience, and sincerity that made it happen. All I can say is, if you envision your Wedding reception as described above start with Kathy at Hotel Bethlehem. Thank you everyone at Hotel “B”. Ken

Wow! Even with many last minute curve balls (thanks COVID) the staff created an atmosphere of elegance, joy, and support. Kathy Sanders thought of everything to help plan, Bethany gave words of encourage and reassurance the day of, and the hotel staff's service was impeccable. The food was delicious. At the end of the night we found our room laid out beautifully with a bottle of Champagne and a spread of food we hadn't gotten to eat. They thought of everything to add touches of luxury to the day. And the view from the Terrace was breath taking! It is the perfect setting for a dream come true.

My husband and I are a couple whose original wedding (11/7/2020) was cancelled because of COVID-19 and rescheduled for 12/4/2021. From beginning to end we had a phenomenal experience working with Kathy to make our wedding day perfect. She was professional and extremely responsive throughout the planning, rescheduling, and re-planning process. In short, she was wonderful to work with. The venue is just stunning - we were lucky enough to have our wedding there while it was decorated for Christmas, and it was just so classic and gorgeous. The food was delicious; every vendor we worked with was excellent (we used almost entirely vendors from the Referred Vendors list from the Hotel); and each staff member we encountered was just amazing. Our guests were so impressed with the venue and the food. I could not recommend this venue enough to prospective brides.

Over three months later, and our family and friends are still talking about how wonderful our wedding was at Historic Hotel Bethlehem! The entire experience truly felt like a dream. We were devastated when we needed to postpone our wedding from August 2020 to July 2021. However, Hotel B was extremely understanding and flexible! Kelsey was incredibly responsive during our planning period from December 2020 until May 2021. Bethany took over from there and continued to provide great service and answer all our questions.
We decided to have our rehearsal dinner at the Hotel as well, and we were stunned at how lovely it was! Amazing service and our family and bridal party raved about the food! It was all so convenient to practice the ceremony and just walk right upstairs to dinner. Afterwords freshen up in our hotel rooms and head out down Main Street to continue the festivities (of course).
The day of our wedding I felt so relaxed based on the staff and our coordinators preparedness. We had our ceremony in the Mural Ballroom and then headed upstairs for cocktail hour and reception in the Grand Ballroom! My husband and I really appreciated the hospitality suite complete with drinks and our cocktail hour food for us and the bridal party. It was great to fuel out before heading out to chat with our guests!
I cannot stress this enough—the staff at Hotel Bethlehem is AMAZING! I truly felt special as we constantly had staff (shoutout to Martin!) check on us, getting us drinks, notifying us our entrees had arrived, etc. Not having to worry about moving decor, guest books, etc and having it all taken care of is a DREAM. At the end of the night a bottle of chilled champagne and our wedding cupcakes were waiting for my husband and I in our bridal suite. So sweet!
I could go on and on, but if you are looking for a wedding venue in the Lehigh Valley you need to book Hotel Bethlehem!! Thank you all again!

We had an absolutely AMAZING wedding day, thanks to the help and hospitality of Hotel Bethlehem. Kathy and Bethany were fantastic at making sure that everything was decorated and set up exactly how we wanted. Kara was awesome and didn't let one thing go wrong during the reception. We would highly recommend having any event at the hotel, especially with this groups of people! Thank you for making our special day absolutely perfect!

Hotel Bethlehem was the perfect venue.
We searched throughout the whole Lehigh Valley for just the right place to hold the reception after a church wedding. We looked at barns, wineries, country clubs, restaurants and hotels. We chose Hotel Bethlehem for it’s history, charm, location, view, reputation and ability to accommodate overnight guests. It was also great for the pre-wedding get together, after wedding late night party and after wedding brunch!
I had no idea how important the person you work with at your chosen facility would be, nor how a seasoned team at the facility really matters. Every employee at Hotel Bethlehem was accommodating and helpful. Kathy Sanders is the consummate wedding concierge. Her experience and poise were impeccable throughout our whole planning, covid delay and execution of our daughter’s flawless reception. I can’t thank Kathy enough for helping this frazzled MOB/wedding planner!
We had about 135 guests attend in the Grand Ballroom, which was the perfect size with lots of room to spread out and not feel congested. It enabled us to have the “Magic Mirror” photo booth from Rockin Ramaley set up in a corner in the ballroom so our guests didn’t have to miss out on anything.

Hotel Bethlehem was truly our dream wedding venue! In addition to being elegant and beautiful, the team there provided top notch service for us and our guests. The whole day/night ran very smoothly, starting with our first look and running through our entire reception until 11 pm. Emily, our maître 'd, took great care of us and made sure we were set the whole evening. Bethany, our coordinator, was responsive to emails and helped us greatly preparing for the big day. She made sure that our wedding day turned out exactly as we wanted it, attending to every detail in the process. The guests loved the food, from cocktail hour to dinner. The ballroom was decorated beautifully by the team and was everything we could imagine. Guests loved the area of Main Street and the whole town of Bethlehem which really added to the feel and ambiance of our wedding. Guests are still raving about our wedding venue and how beautiful it was. It was literally our dream wedding! We can't thank the Hotel Bethlehem staff enough and highly recommend.
*Hotel Bethlehem was also very accommodating during covid as we were originally an April 2020 date, rescheduling and postponing and worked with us throughout the process. We were able to have a small (less than 10 people) legal ceremony there in July 2020 adhering to the covid guidelines so we could officially get married. Kelsey helped us plan the perfect intimate ceremony and we were forever grateful that we could get married there despite postponing the large event. Even our intimate ceremony turned out beautiful and was more than we could have imagined.

I could not say enough good things about Hotel Bethlehem! From the moment we walked in and toured the venue in September 2019 with Kelsey we knew this is where we wanted to be married! Due to Covid we had to reschedule our summer 2020 wedding- 3 times. The hotel was so easy to work with, understanding and flexible each time we reached out to push our wedding back! The entire staff at the hotel made our wedding day seamless… Everything was perfect! Working with Bethany the weeks leading up to wedding and finalizing all the details was enjoyable and fun- they took all the stress off my shoulders! The cocktail hour on the mezzanine was the perfect with plenty of apps to go around! Food was amazing, all our guests were raving about the courses and how delicious it all was. I would definitely recommend the ice cream sundae bar and the mini dessert display- amazing! Thank you to Hotel Bethlehem for making our wedding day everything and anything I would have ever imagined!

Historic Hotel Bethlehem was the perfect location for our wedding. We worked with Kathy Sanders and she was so kind and encouraging. I cannot recommend this location enough. We had a lot of out of town guests and they all were both impressed with the hotel itself and the location of it on main street in Bethlehem. Such a great place for a wedding! Highly Recommend!

The bride and groom were both Lehigh graduates. They wanted to have a Packer Memorial ceremony and the best complement for the reception was the Historic Hotel Bethlehem. Due to COVID, the wedding happened May 28, 2021 instead of the original plan of May 23, 2020. The Hotel B could not have been better to work with during the rescheduling and the final event. The food was excellent for the cocktail hour and reception. The best part was how attentive the staff was to all our guests. The Grand Ballroom made for an elegant event, one guest commented they thought they were entering a Gatsby evening. - Father of the Bride

Due to Covid, we decided to do an intimate dinner reception on our original wedding date, and in 2021 we will hold our full reception. Our intimate reception was absolutely wonderful. We had 20 people in the Mural ballroom. Our guests had such a great time and commented on how safe they felt the whole time.
Hotel Bethlehem was the perfect setting for our winter wedding. The hotel is so beautiful at Christmas/ We loved the Christmas decor in the ballroom, and the food was delicious! Kathy Sanders and the staff did a wonderful job of making our event special and went above and beyond for us. Kathy was so patient and helpful as we made changes to our event throughout the year and leading up to the day.
We are so happy and grateful that we were able to have our special day and celebrate with our closest family and friends! We feel so fortunate that we were able to really take in and enjoy the whole day, and next year we can really celebrate big!

Everything about our Hotel B wedding was magical! We had so many friends and family traveling from out of state, and they are still talking about the friendly and professional service of the staff. This is a old-fashioned touch that your guests will not receive anywhere else! Add-in the charm of Bethlehem at Christmas, and you’re living in a Hallmark movie. In addition, our rehearsal dinner location had a fire, and the Hotel staff worked with the coordinator at that facility to arrange a dinner for us so seamlessly. The problem was taken care of before I could even return a voicemail. If we could do it all over again, the only thing we would change is having a longer reception! Everything was so perfect!

We got married at the Hotel Bethlehem in March 2020. We were very concerned because the pandemic was just starting to close things down. Kelsey and the staff made our wedding and reception the absolute best experience!!

We have nothing but great things to say about our experience having our ceremony and reception at Hotel Bethlehem on 1/11/2020! Kathy Sanders was excellent to work with, as she was organized, thorough, knowledgeable, and experienced. Our entire day went so smoothly, which meant that my (now) husband and I were able to relax and have SO much fun. We would change nothing about our day, and are eternally grateful to the Hotel Bethlehem staff for that. Also, all of the food/drinks and service were great. I definitely recommend booking the larger suite if you're planning to get ready at the hotel- it was so nice to have all that space to spend time with friends and family while getting glammed up!

My wife and I had both our ceremony and reception at Historic Hotel Bethlehem on November 15, 2019. Every single step of the way was handled with professionalism, precision and genuine care. Kelsey, our main point of contact, was great with her communication and outlined everything for us in a clear, concise and efficient manner. There were absolutely ZERO hiccups throughout the process from our first visit to the hotel through the end of the night of our nuptials. From the service and pristine rooms, to the food and decor, we could not have been happier to have our wedding at Historic Hotel Bethlehem. It is a place that is now carved into our personal history.

Where do I start?
This was the celebration of our dreams.
From the first email with Kelsey in July to the sweet Bellhop that loaded our last item into the car when leaving - every encounter we had with the Hotel Bethlehem was greeted with the utmost courtesy, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness. Kelsey supported our decisions, was willing to give advice with kindness and made sure every fine detail was combed through and communicated to our fantastic vendors (Talana Maria, Tony Z, BB DeCheine) and maître d’ Brett. So many laughs, smiles, and joyful memories made.
Dozens of our guests made sure to tell us what an incredible time they had, and how beyond impressed they were with the atmosphere, food, and staff. We truly can not thank you and the entire Hotel Bethlehem team enough. We picked the HB for all these reasons, we knew it would be fabulous. What I didn't expect was to enjoy the entire planning process like we did. Hotel Bethlehem gave us the best gift of all, trust. The kind of trust that granted us peace of mind and presence for a weekend we will remember and share stories of for a lifetime.

Best wedding venue you could ever ask for. Everyone who works there is so professional, meets all your requests and needs, and provides great advice and feedback. From rehearsal dinner, to the reception, after party and breakfast the following morning, Hotel Bethlehem didn't disappoint. Kathy is so great to work with. She is calm and an expert on how to throw the best wedding in the space. She was quick to answer my questions, and just so thoughtful about the whole day. If I could, I would do it all over again and not change a thing about Hotel Bethlehem.

I can not say enough good things about Kelsey and Hotel Bethlehem! She was amazing and always responded quickly to my many questions. She took care of every little detail for the rehearsal and the wedding day. She even helped bustle my dress so i could get to the reception! She accommodated all of our requests, even fitting a 5 piece band into a small space. I wish i could relive our wedding day, Kelsey and Hotel Bethlehem made it even more perfect than I could have ever imagined!!
