ery moment, made sure everything ran smoothly, and brought our vision to life perfectly. She was so supportive throughout the entire day, and honestly, I don’t think I could have said “I do” without her by my side.
Mallorie was equally amazing from the very beginning. From helping us choose the perfect package during our first meeting to surprising us on our wedding day with a thoughtful little gift for our pup they had met a year earlier, she made the entire process feel so personal and special. Although we did not work much with Penelope she helped the evening to run smoothly and did great with the rest of the night!
Planning our wedding was completely stress-free thanks to the organized process, helpful staff, and fun mini quizzes that guided us through every decision. On top of that, the venue itself was absolutely beautiful. We truly could not have asked for a more perfect experience and are so grateful to everyone who made our wedding day unforgettable.

Our guests echoed everything we felt: the views are stunning, the venue is beautiful, the food was outstanding, and the service was next level. It felt elevated but still warm and personal; Hofmann Ranch nailed it.
Saul went above and beyond, especially once the chaos settled, making us feel completely taken care of when the reception kicked off. Bailee was an absolute rockstar and helped guide us through the initial arrival rush with so many moving pieces. Every detail came together beautifully - we heard great things about the bartender, the cake (Cakes & More Balery) was beautiful, the florals (Ahr’s) were perfect, and the DJ (Stephen with Gaines Entertainment) was an absolute hit.
One note for future couples: while the photo booth issue was ultimately resolved and the venue shared a link to the photos, we did experience some of the same challenges mentioned in other reviews (no printing, and the photos didn’t send direct to the attendees). Ours was a raffle prize at no cost, so it didn’t impact our budget - but if you’re planning to rent a photo booth, we’d recommend using a well-established vendor for peace of mind.
If you’re considering Hofmann Ranch, know that you’re not just getting a gorgeous venue - you’re getting a team that truly cares and executes at an exceptional level. We’re incredibly grateful and would choose them again in a heartbeat. Hopefully I can add some photos soon too!

The staff made the planning process easy and stress free with their constant professionalism and communication. We felt that our wants/needs were being taken seriously and no question or change was too big to accommodate.
Due to our venue change, we had venders that were already contracted for our big day and the staff easily worked with everyone involved.
As a bride, I was overwhelmed with how everything was going to come together logistically (especially using vendors new to Hofmann Ranch). This overwhelming feeling was quickly put at ease once I realized that Bailee (our day-time coordinator) had everything under control. I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding along with everyone else in attendance. Our night-time coordinator, Penelope, also did an amazing job finishing our timeline events.
The food … absolutely delicious! The drinks … on point! Guests were eating, drinking and dancing all night long.
The only hiccup were issues with the DJ (outside vender) and both Bailee and Penelope did wonderful at trying to maintain the timeline schedule and be professional with someone who was unwilling to do his job as my husband and I contracted him to do. Their efforts were truly impressive.
We would recommend Hofmann Ranch to anyone looking to book a wedding or private event!

I just had my wedding 12/5/25, the venue itself is beautiful. We flew in from CA to have our wedding there. HOWEVER, we had quite a bit of issues and little to no resolutions. Firs...
t off, we got the elite package. As soon as we got to our church, we got our flowers from the vendor that we had to use with that package. My bridal bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets were already welting and dying. Once we got to the venue, I informed Bailey our day of coordinator. I let her know not only myself but the wedding party was disappointed with the quality of our flowers. She was like what do you want me to do in a not friendly matter. I stated I guess there’s not much to do now right. For starters she should’ve contacted the florist and expressed our concerns but she did not care. When she placed my bouquet on the table she stated she removed the 1 dead flower, the whole bouquet was disappointing, my dahlias were already passed their prime. I reached out to the florist after the wedding, to let her know about the flowers, she was more understanding and at least responsive than our day of coordinator.
Second, she ended up leaving and having the banquet captain in charge, who clearly had no idea of anything. When it came to our s’mores station, all the supplies were not out, my mother had to ask them.
During the dancing, some of the heaters were not working or were turning on/off from what I was told. My 95 year old grandmother was near one of the damaged ones and my mother asked if they can switch them or get more. Bailee was apparently rude to my mother about the issue.
When it came to the grand exit, we were being told if we brought bubbles. Initially we were offered sparklers at our initial meetings but then were told they were not doing that so we opted for fiber wands but then changed to bubbles with notice. I let the banquet caption know that we did not bring any bubbles because we were told it was a part of our package. If we would’ve known, we had to supply them, we would’ve.
Our photo booth was not working and as of still none of our guests have received their photos. I reached out via email and still no response.
Overall, it’s a beautiful wedding but their lack of customer service is the reason for the low review. My husband and I felt like after everything was paid for, that they didn’t really care after that because they were already paid.
If we knew we were just going to be treated like this, we would’ve not picked this venue.

As the mother of the groom whose bride was from South Africa, I took on the role of working with the venue the day of the wedding so the bride and her mother could focus on the big...
day. At first, I expected to have to do more work to set up the venue, but Bailee and her team took care of so many little details, that it made for a stress free event. They ensured the decor was arranged as the bride wanted, taking a big load off me and family who arrived to help.
Bailee stayed in close communication with us and vendors the day of, to bring to life the bride's vision for her big day. Things invariably go wrong, but the Wedgewood team was fast to act. For example, the florist made a substitution for flowers that set the bride on edge. Bailee called the florist immediately and they came in 10 minutes to make the requested changes.
The food was delicious, the DJ kept the schedule moving, and Bailee's team helped us get out of the venue before midnight.
I highly recommend this team to anyone who wants to make a wedding as stress free as possible.

and tries to be as helpful as possible! They offer ideas to help us make decisions. I feel like pricepoint could be be lowered on the usage of the farmhouse to get ready in when extra time is needed but I do not feel like I would've spent any less hiring and buying or renting things individually such as linens, chairs, tables, napkins, dishes and utensils (I will say that dishes and silverware was included in my package but was not set out on the tables for some reason and since I did not have money to rent the farmhouse for longer I also did not have time to take a look at things and correct it before hand). Ginger, Brittany, Ashlyn, Kayleigh and Bailee were all wonderful to work with though and I'd come back to the venue for photoshoots in the future as it is beautiful there!

The only minor disappointment we had purchased the Photo Booth provided by Hofmann (not the contracted vendor) and the pics/ images were too small and not very clear. If I had known I would have booked a separate Photo Booth vendor.

They were extremely helpful and attentive throughout the entire wedding planning process. They provided so much insight and advice. The day we toured the venue we fell in love with the team and the location. Once our contract was signed we were provided with a binder full of worksheets and advice for planning our big day. Every detail was planned and prepared for. By the time the wedding day arrived, I was entirely stress-free knowing they had everything under control.
They offer packages to meet everyone's needs. They made every vision for my wedding day come true! It could not have been anymore perfect.

g/reception under the pavilion. They do their best to work with your budget while spending the “minimum” for that certain day. For 79 guests we spent right at $16k. That included beer and wine( two bottles of wine at each table for your guests at dinner). They made sure not to run out of our beer of choice! The coordinators and captains were very professional and made the entire process, especially the day of run so smoothly. The hors d’oeuvres and dinner were amazing and all of our guests complimented the food. They decorate and clean up, a few things were left behind but that will happen on a busy night.
DJ, invitations, floral, cake and officiant were also included in the package we chose.
I would 100% recommend Hofmann ranch for the coordinators!! They do all the work for you with their preferred vendors, all you do is give them your vision and they make it a reality.
The only downfall is you only get 2 hours before ceremony time to be in the hen house (bridal suite).
So we had to get ready at a nearby hotel, it just felt very rushed to get in the dress and take the pictures that you wanted before you walk down the isle. And there’s no place for the groom and groomsmen to get ready.
Still Hofmann Ranch was a 5 star experience for us and our guests!

the military 5 times (even days before the wedding) and they always kept me calm and were very understanding! Every time we had an issue, they solved it right away! I went to 2 weddings during the same year and both had coordinators and both were extremely disorganized! So everyone always said “I hope your wedding turns out better than this because it was all over the place.” And honestly, Hofmann ranch coordinators went above and beyond what I even expected! The day before , I panicked that things wouldn’t get done right but they ensured me everything would be taken care of and of course, it was perfect. The signs were placed in the right place, the tables looked fantastic, everything was right on schedule.
Just sooo perfect. Both of our families were extremely impressed with how everything was flowing so smoothly. Dont second think this venue, it’s worth the price!!!! I promise, you will get your money’s worth!!!! My wedding was a dream come true because of the recommended vendors,the venue and their team❤️ Thank YALL again !

I was supposed to get married in California, but due to Covid, that was not possible. We were lucky ...
enough where Wedgewood allowed us to move our wedding to a different location. A location which was more our style than our previous location. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is not easy, especially not when it is in another state. However, they made it easy, effortless and fun!
On the wedding day, Teigan & Carolyn were so wonderful. They set up everything just as we had imagined. They were so attentive to our needs, and what the guests needed as well. I am beyond grateful for all of the hard work that they put in to make our wedding happen. It was beautiful and honestly better than we could have dreamed of.
We chose the elite package, which included everything AND the pricing was very reasonable. Our wedding package included a Minister, DJ, Bartender, Caterer, Dessert, Florist, and probably a few others that I am missing. But every single vendor was AMAZING, Wedgewood did an amazing job selecting every one of these because they were all so great to work with- very professional and enthusiastic. Our Elite package really took all of the stress off of us and that was one of the main things we loved!
We know a lot of people were not as lucky when moving around their wedding, but they made it so easy and were so empathetic and caring. If you are worried about a pandemic impacting your special day, I would recommend Wedgewood at Hofmann Ranch because they are beyond willing to make your day perfect!

of the wedding, they make sure everything runs on time, they make sure that not just my husband and I are comfortable and having fun, but that our guests also are. The price is a little more expensive but honestly everything you get for the cost is worth it to me! I didn’t have to worry about setting up for the ceremony or reception, they did all of that, I just provided the decor I wanted used and they placed it all. The food was amazing! We had the chicken Marsala and turkey and it was a huge hit! The caterer was through the venue so that was another stress taken off my shoulders. They also have a DJ they use so you know he’ll be good which he was! The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous, I was in love the second I stepped foot on the grounds for the tour and I had a lot of guests telling me how much they loved our venue. They helped make our wedding day so much less stressful! I would 100% book here again!

day, look no further. Teigan Wells, the ranch coordinator, made the entire process seamless. She is sweet and knows you’ve never done this before and answers all your calls/texts/emails with all the little questions that pop up. I’m so happy we chose to have our wedding here, so many of our guests complimented the ranch, it was beautiful! When the day was done, I wished we could do it again because it was so perfect. I have no doubt that my timeline was followed to the T and that was all because of Teigan. :)

my bridal party and my now husband. Tiegan was extremely flexible with working with us to make sure we felt good, since we booked the venue without actually seeing it in person. I was even able to send my Mother-in-law to scope things out for me which made me feel even better about booking them. Thank goodness for FaceTime.lol
The pictures and videos on the site are what first made me fall in love, but when I first set foot onto the gravel at the venue I was even more excited to have our big day there. Everything from the start felt right, and I had no doubt about having our wedding there.
They even supplied a list of vendors which helped me when planning everything out, since it can be kind of overwhelming at times.
Mark was also awesome! I am not a drinker so I had no idea about what the bar should serve, but we had a chat before the big day and he helped me feel secure in our decisions for that part of the wedding. Our friends and family loved the bar staff!
Having Tiegan, on top of our wedding planner, there to assist in coordinating the wedding to ensure everything flowed smoothly was definitely a weight lifter. Her calm demeanor in crazy moments was an A+ for me. ☺️
All of our friends and family kept saying how they thoroughly enjoyed themselves,and that was one of the best weddings they had been to in a longtime. They loved the venue, the staff,food,decor and all.

t that Hofmann Ranch perfectly encompassed the balance between showcasing the Texas Hill country while displaying class and elegance. The venue was everything we could’ve ever asked for & more. We actually toured the venue and booked the same day we got engaged because we loved it so much. The best part about Hofmann Ranch is Teigan! I can’t say enough positive things about her to fully explain how helpful and kind she was during our planning process. On the day of our wedding, we were concerned because of unexpected wind and Teigan helped us change some of our initial plans while still keeping our overall theme. I love being able to look back at pictures and say that we truly achieved our dream of having a fully outdoor wedding. We had several out of town and out of state guests who were blown away by the class that Hofmann Ranch had. Many of our guests expected our rustic wedding to be less formal than it was, but Teigan helped us maintain our top priority which was “class.” It was so nice to be able to get married at a venue that was hassle-free and be able to focus on my groom rather than all of the small and large logistics. Also I might mention that decorations seemed nearly effortless, though the ranch was very large. That is because the ranch is filled with greenery and plants which added to our style. Getting married in May was the best thing we could’ve chosen because all of the ranch was blooming with greenery! I will never regret booking through this venue because was everything we could’ve asked for and more! It was truly worth every penny and I would recommend any couple who loves the Texas Hill country to visit Hofmann and consider booking. It truly feels like a comfortable and family oriented Ranch. We were so happy to be there.

day. First, me and my bridesmaids enjoyed getting ready in the amazing hen house with rooms, mirrors, restroom and shower. Everything we needed. Then we had our ceremony in one outdoor area with longhorns on one side of us and a beautiful sunset on the other. Our guests moved over to the patio for cocktail hour, to the indoor barn area for the reception then back out to the gorgeous pavilion for dancing. We had room for outdoor games and some enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fireplace. It was truly amazing to see everyone taking in and enjoying every single part of the venue.
One of the venue's managers and our day-of coordinator, Teigan, was a godsend!! She thought of every single detail during the planning process and made sure everything was covered. On the day of the wedding, she kept us on time and made sure everything went as planned. She made the day very easy on us and we will forever be grateful for that!
