From day 1 at HI, Eric and I experienced total professionalism and comfort in planning our wedding reception with Tammy. For starters, Eric called about 25 places the week after getting engaged, and this was the place he raved about from first impression because of their prices and the other Knot reviews. I wasn't sure if the Holiday Inn was the best fit for our eloquent feel (the song "Hotel, Motel... kept ringing through my ears").But the way Tammy and her staff transformed the downstairs conference room was incredible. I loved the lighting, it gave our wedding day a beautiful final touch. The facility itself both inside and outside is very classy. Love their entire lobby area with the fireplace, bar, and couches, it really is a very welcoming atmosphere. Eric and I had a very strict budget, but Tammy worked with us the entire way. Another place we visited downtown Milwaukee scoffed at our hope to do around 200 meals for X dollars saying "you might be able to do some hors d'oeuvres..." But every request we had, Tammy took seriously, and she worked to make it happen and satisfied us every time. When it came to good quality and price, I honestly think we got the most for our money than anywhere else. I could go on about how she organized us, was super friendly, served our guests some awesome chicken marsala and lasagna, and helped us through the never-ending stress of wedding planning/ making the May 7th wedding amazing. What separates Tammy from the rest is that she does whatever it takes to work with your budget and execute everything to make the day special! She is the best at what she does!

Our daughter's wedding was on Saturday September 5 at Holiday Inn Pewaukee. The bride and groom wanted something local and they needed to stay within a smaller budget. Tammy Wisnefski met with them and helped them plan a beautiful reception at their hotel Pewaukee Lake Room. Tammy was wonderful, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. She helped us create a room that fit their style and also their budget. I can't tell you how many compliments we were given. The dinner was fantastic!! The service was impeccable and if there were any issues she was right their to handle it with a perfectly lovely attitude. She is just amazing! The rooms were clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this venue to those couples who are on a strict budget but are still wanting style. Amazing! We also used Heavenly Creations Events for decorating the reception and couldn't be happier with their services and beautiful tables! What a gorgeous day and evening it was!

I can not express how happy we were with our reception. Tammy and wedding coordinators set up and took down all our decorations. We did not have to worry about anything. The food was amazing. I totally loved the mash potato bar :). The space had plenty of room for my family and friends. You also get a discount on room pricing so we did not have to worry about family and friends driving drunk. She worked with our budget we wanted to keep. you can also rent centerpieces which was amazing :). They also have this beautiful backdrop of white lights. it was so beautiful. We only had 1 problem. One of our guest showed up late. the sign said wedding in the lobby not the basement so he had no idea where to go because we were all down stairs already. If he would have asked the the front desk I am sure they would have directed him to the wedding.:). We were very thankful that other hotel guest did not interrupt our reception. Tammy and the Holiday Inn staff are amazing! They were phenomenal to work with. Tammy is super professional, approachable, detail-oriented, and helpful. Our wedding weekend was absolutely flawless thanks to her and the staff! The food was outstanding, rooms were perfect, and Tammy was there for me every step of the way. It felt like I had a wedding coordinator! Highly, highly recommend. It is a gorgeous facility to create an unforgettable day!

Tammy was one of the main reasons we choose the Holiday Inn. Besides the price meeting our bugdet and location of the venue, it made our day hassle free and one to remember. Tammy and her staff exceeded what we expected from them, they went above and beyond in service and communication. Food was amazing, reception hall was set up for us, and the accomidations overall were inpressive. Any help we needed along the way Tammy guided us with her experience and honesty, and no pressure to do anything that we did not want to do. Overall very happy with our selection and would recommend the Holiday Inn to anyone that would ask.

From the moment I met Tammy I knew I could trust her to help plan the most important day of my life. She was extremely helpful, happy, friendly, outgoing, and always able to answer my calls and emails. From the beginning down to the very last second of my night, Tammy watched over to make sure things went perfectly. Dinner was amazing, her staff was friendly, polite, and fun. The decorations I brought for my wedding were put out perfectly and looked even more beautiful than I had imagined. Everything was clean and neat looking. If I had to do it all over again I would do exactly the same way with the help of Tammy. She is amazing!!!!!!!

My husband and I had our reception at the Holiday Inn at Pewaukee in early July 2013 and had a wonderful experience due to the superior efforts of the hotel’s event coordinator Tammy. She consistently went above and beyond the call of duty (and our expectations) to make sure our reception went off without a hitch. We were so glad to have someone to walk us through all the myriad details of holding a reception, and we felt so confident in Tammy’s ability that we didn’t have one worry on the day of when we arrived at the hotel. The food provided by the Thunder Bay Grill next door was excellent—they provided us with very generous portions at the initial food tasting so that we could make very sure of the food quality! Tammy even made a note of providing my FIL with an extra dish of roasted potatoes that he mentioned absolutely loving—small details like that made us realize what a gem we had in her! She also took on the supervision and arrangement for all our centerpieces, favors, guestbook, etc. so all I had to do was deliver them to the hotel and talk over the general staging of everything. She did an amazing job arranging everything to show off to the best advantage—both the reception room and the hall outside were set up beautifully and we got many compliments that night on how gorgeous everything looked. Tammy was also there throughout most of the evening making sure everything was going smoothly and that we didn’t have to worry about anything except having a great time. There were only a few minor glitches that came our way—a guest was missing his placecard and we had to also arrange an extra plate for our photographer’s assistant, both problems which Tammy quickly rectified. As for the hotel itself, we were very happy with the quality of the rooms and the common areas. The Frank Lloyd Wright style architecture of the lobby is beautiful, and it gave the setting to our cocktail hour a classy and elegant tone. The only real problem we encountered was that the bridal suite we were assigned had not been cleaned before our arrival at the hotel. However, Tammy again went above and beyond expectation in resolving the inconvenience for us by putting us in a larger suite on the third floor and arranging for a chilled bottle of champagne to be waiting for us at the end of the night. Overall, I’d highly recommend the Holiday Inn to anyone looking to find a great venue with exceptional service, personal attention and an affordable price. You’ll be safe in Tammy’s capable hands!

Working with Tammy at the Holiday Inn was great. She guided us through the whole process. She worked well with all of our outside venders as well as her staff. The whole team at Holiday Inn from the front desk, to the servers, to the bartenders were great! They set everything up the way we wanted it done. Michael and Maxwell were our bartenders and were super wonderful as well. We had a wonderful ceremony outside with the fountain as a back drop. There was a place for our DJ to set up so he could do ceremony music. We then went inside to the beautiful lobby bar to have a cocktail hour before our dinner. We had everything set perfectly for the dinner and reception. The dinner was catered by Thunder Bay restaurant and the food was wonderful. I had a ton of complements on the taste of the food and how wonderful it was. Tammy also had Robert work with us to have our rehearsal dinner done at the Machine Shed. That was great as well. We had a slide show during our dinner as well and the Holiday Inn allowed us to use the screen and projector for the presentation. I can not say enough about the beautiful venue as well as the 5 star service from Tammy and all the staff at the Holiday Inn. If you are looking for a beautiful venue and an easy to work with staff this is the place to have you wedding!

The Holiday Inn on Tower Place was a beautiful setting for our son and future daughter in law’s reception. We highly recommend the spacious 2 master bedroom/bathroom Prairie Room with a full kitchen, living space, additional bathroom and large balcony. It was a fabulous gathering spot for family members throughout the weekend. They have several other choices of great rooms as well. Our guests were very pleased. The large beautiful rich dark woodwork lobby was perfect for cocktail hour with lots of comfortable seating,standing room and bar area with large windows allowing for natural lighting to enter. Adjoining the Inn is the beautiful Thunder Bay Restaurant where the staff prepared a fabulous rehearsal dinner for our party of 40. It too, was a beautiful setting to socialize with incredible staff attention. Words cannot express our gratitude for all of Tammy’s hard work, creativity, and ingenuity in coordinating our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding. We would highly recommend her for any event planning and coordination. Her quick thinking, creativity and patience will leave anyone feeling grateful that they put her in charge of the details.” Thank you Tammy and staff!

I didnt want the traditional wedding, but I didnt know what I wanted either. My husband and I got married in hawaii, and are doing a reception in a few weeks at holiday inn, if it wasnt for Tammy, I would be lost, I told her what I was thinking and she has been making it happen, its like my own planner and assistant! I dont have a doubt in my mind that my day wont be specail thanks to her. They are also flexable on what price point you want to spend, so there is no pressure there, I feel like I am getting under charged for the service and value!

You won't need to hire a wedding planner with this AMAZING and WONDERFUL venue! Tammy and her staff are AMAZING! They do it all for you! After we met with Tammy, we knew our wonderful day would be in good hands! All my friends, family and guests even were amazed! Anything I wanted to add or plan to our wedding reception, I just mentioned to Tammy and she made it happen! My sister and family kept asking about going to the hall to help decorate or set up the candy bar...but there was no need, I only had to just simply drop off my things (center pieces, table runners, card box, candy bar, cake topper, even our over night luggage!) tell Tammy what I wanted, and on the day of the wedding, it was perfectly set as I had imagined! My guests were waited on hand and foot, the food was amazing, no request was to big and nothing in the wedding packages were set in stone, we were able to change and personalize EVERYTHING! We really felt that we got MORE value than we paid for, they just kept doting on us! They had everything set up perfectly like the table runners, center pieces, candy bar, card box, cake topper and they had it all taken down, cleaned and repacked EXACTLY as I had given it to them by the next mornings gift opening!
