Our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding and a large part of that was due to the venue. Also, myself and some guests forgot some important items at the reception. All were recovered and returned to us safely. We are so thankful we selected Holy Trinity Reception Center as our reception venue, it was the best!

g that the hall we would be getting married into was called the “Agape Ballroom”. Debbie, Elaine, and the team worked miracles to make our wedding everything we ever wanted and more. Our wedding hosted about 140 guests and the space was more than enough. In addition to this, everything they offered was all that we needed to make our day special and within our budget. Debbie and Elaine placed such an importance of our vision that they allowed us to even design our own floor plan. I’ll encourage anyone to book them for events, wedding, banquets, ETC. They were there to hear me cry and vent and quickly assisted to help in any way to make sure my daughter has the birthday of her dreams. Besides minor bumps that could have not been avoided due to weather circumstances and loosing power in my home. My daughter had the most magical quinceañera ever! A lifetime event that she will cherish forever! Thank you Elaine and Debbie, for all that you do, for showing compassion and being my calm before the storm. I am forever thankful and I will continue to brag about Holy Trinity to everyone that comes my way! You guys are amazing!

erfect location for our wedding. Elaine with her sympathy, charisma and positive energy, answered our call and at that very moment she invited us to go to the place to show it to us. There, she received us with great joy and showed us everything: the Agape Ballroom, the Aegean Hall, the bridal room, and all the surroundings outside. We were instantly completely mesmerized by this place; the spectacularly spacious Agape Ballroom, completely updated, stunning chandeliers, carpeted with a 24' x 24' dance floor, gorgeous Foyer with a photo drape, the Aegean Hall for the cocktail, the huge kitchen, and well yeah, we had no hesitation in choosing it for our big day. Communication was through the Honeybook portal and even though it was my first time, I learned how to use it. This was very convenient to keep each other up to date on everything I was planning. Whenever I had any concerns, questions, or suggestions, Debbie's responses were always prompt. She was excellent in responding as soon as she read my messages; in every detail as simple as it may seem. Debbie was very accommodating to all my requests and was very helpful in guiding me with many things that I did not know. One of the things that I am very grateful to them for, was keeping always my leadership when I was making the decisions for my event. Communication is a very important factor for the success of an event and also for everyone to be “on the same page”. I am immensely grateful for indulging me with the emerald green up-lighting in the room, which gave it a spectacularly beautiful and romantic touch; also for allowing me to distribute the tables the way I had them in mind; for allowing me to set the Foyer and providing me with the tables and easels I needed; for admitting each and every one of my vendors, who were given a very professional and exceptional treatment, and for providing everything that we agreed from the beginning. Nothing, absolutely nothing was left out. It’s been two weeks since our wedding, and I just can't stop thinking about this wonderful day, and how impressive the Agape Ballroom was. It was like being in a fairy tale and arriving at the prince's castle. I do not have enough words to show my gratitude for all the treatment and everything Holy Trinity’s team did for us, so that our big day remains not only in my memory and my husband’s, but also in the memory of each and every one who attended and had a great time. I will definitely recommend this place for future events. Thanks to the Holy Trinity Reception Center’s team, for their professionalism, for giving us the necessary attention and allowing us to celebrate this memorable day, in such a magnificent room. --is beautiful (those chandeliers!). They provided all the basics we needed: tables/chairs/linens/dance floor/up-lighting, etc. and Elaine and Debbie were WONDERFUL to work with. They provided resources and referrals (including our caterer, whom we loved) and every person we talked to loved working with this venue. Our wedding day was seamless--if there was a problem, I never found out about it--and I owe it all to these folks. 10/10 I recommend.

The event space itself is recently renovated with beautiful chandeliers and has tons of beautiful photo spots around the property. The day of event staff is extremely polite and helpful. Special thanks to Gregg and Steve for all their help. The location is also ideal for large weddings (>200 guests) and in close proximity to multiple hotels. If you're considering this venue, absolutely do it!

andated the lock down and limitations on large gathering starting in March. So we became very unsure whether we were going to be able to get married in June considering we were planning to have over 200 guests. We were also planning to move to another state in July as well. So we voiced our concerns to Elaine, the contact person for Holy Trinity event coordination. It was around May, and we were still unsure whether we could get married because of the state restrictions on gathering bc of corona pandemic. We emailed Elaine and asked her to consider a refund (even a partial refund), but she refused to refund any money; she still expected us to keep making payments as scheduled. She only offered to allow us to push the wedding date up to January 2021 if we wanted to keep our credit...that's all. All the while she knew from the beginning that we plan to move out of state in July after the wedding. Long story short Holy Trinity kept over $4500 of our money. Save yourself the headache, find a venue where the focus is the client, not just the money. These people are very greedy. Everything at that place is charged a la carte. If you book the main ballroom, you have to pay $600 for the dance floor and extra for the stage...which are both located inside the main ballroom. You dont have full access to the kitchen unless you pay $300 for each appliance you want to use. If you book you can either have the room from 8am-2pm or 3pm to 11pm. Any extra hour if $150/hr. We booked from 3pm-11pm, and ended up buying extra hours where we would have the room from 12pm-11pm. Even though we would have had the room since 12pm, Elaine did not agree yo open the ballroom around 10am to allow the decor lady to set up the place. She insisted that we had to buy the 2 extra hours at $100 each. You can only reach them by email, by them i mean only the event coordinators Elaine and another lady. I ended up doing a small intimate wedding at my church, which turned out well. I am happily married. Sadly Holy Trinity kept over $4500 of our money. They told us that they will forward our concerns to their lawyer.

They are taking advantage of us because we cannot afford to take them to court. Awful and heartbreaking experience. Would not recommend this venue to anyone.

By the end of our wedding, Jillian and Elaine felt more like family. They were kind, patient, and wonderful to us while helping us plan every detail for the venue. They always made time to show us new details for the venue and gave us a tour every time we came to visit, which was so helpful! The day of the wedding, it was set up so beautifully I could cry. The ballroom, cocktail hour room, everything was absolutely stunning and exactly how I pictured it looking in my head. They brought my vision to life and I'm so thankful. Our vendors were familiar with Holy Trinity and said they loved working there! All of our guests complimented the beauty of the venue, spacing, and all over romantic feel. We are so grateful to Jillian and Elaine, along with the rest of the staff at Holy Trinity. They went above and beyond!!! If you are looking for a personal and down to earth venue experience, this is the one of you! Our wedding was absolutely stunning and I owe it all to them!!!!
