Hotel Cleveland was an incredible venue for our Friday night welcome event, room block, and after party. From the start, the staff was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and productive in working with us to plan our special weekend. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the renovations are stunning, with a unique and upscale aesthetic that provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. When we encountered an issue with our original event space, the team quickly recalibrated and moved us to another gorgeous area of the hotel, ensuring our welcome event went off without a hitch. The staff was extremely pleasant and attentive throughout the entire event, as well as our guests in the room block. We could not have asked for a more beautiful, unique, and updated venue to host our guests across the wedding weekend. We highly recommend Hotel Cleveland to any couple looking for an upscale and memorable wedding experience.

My husband and I got married at Hotel Cleveland in June 2024 and we can not say enough amazing things about our entire planning experience with Travis Cruse and about the day. Travis went above and beyond and was so on top of even the most minute of details that we reviewed through numerous in-person meetings, video calls and texts over the course of a year and a half. We also planned our wedding from NYC and while the hotel was under construction so we some elements against us for a fluid process but Travis continued to provide the highest level of support with constant updates to my family and I. When wedding weekend came, Travis was there for us every step of the way from coordinating the rehearsal and giving tips to walking me down from my hotel room to walk down the aisle with my dad. Travis was the ideal wedding coordinator and everything you look for in someone that you can count on and trust. We are so happy and fulfilled from our experience!

After touring 32 wedding venues, we can honestly say that none of them compared to Hotel Cleveland. From the moment we walked in, we knew this was the place for us. The entire experience, from the initial tour to when we left Sunday morning, was beyond exceptional, and we are so grateful to have chosen this venue for our big day.
Travis, our venue coordinator, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond in every aspect, offering thoughtful guidance and unwavering support throughout the entire planning process. She was always available to answer questions, provide suggestions, and make sure every detail was covered. Her professionalism and genuine care for our vision truly made a difference. It was clear that she was invested in making our wedding day as perfect as possible.
We had a large Ukrainian wedding with many traditions, and the Hotel Cleveland team was eager to help us incorporate them. They worked with us to ensure that every aspect of our reception celebration honored our heritage. Their flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile were truly appreciated.
On the day of the wedding, the hotel staff made everything seamless. Our reception was nothing short of spectacular, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how friendly, professional, and attentive the staff was, along with the food being the best wedding food they ever had. Many guests told us about the wonderful conversations they had with the team and how much their positive energy contributed to the overall vibe of the celebration. It was such a relief to know that our guests were being taken care of and that everything was running smoothly.
I can’t recommend Hotel Cleveland enough if you’re looking for a venue that combines elegance, professionalism, and personal attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re so thankful to Travis and the entire staff for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.

We had our wedding reception at Hotel Cleveland in September 2024. The hotel was recently renovated and made for such a stunning venue. The renovation was beautifully done keeping a lot of the historic features while mixing in modern touches. The wedding coordinator, Travis, was incredible to work with. She was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our day special. She did everything in her power to accommodate the requests that were important to us. I love that setup and tear down were included. It made our weekend much more enjoyable and less stressful. Travis and her team worked long and hard hours setting up the ballroom and she nailed our vision. Not to mention the hotel rooms are stunning, and we were upgraded to the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in for our wedding suite. Our wedding at Hotel Cleveland was the best weekend and highly recommend to anyone considering!

I could not recommend Hotel Cleveland enough!!!! We had our wedding on June 22,2024 and it was perfect from start to finish. We originally toured our ballroom when it was under construction and the final product was more beautiful than we ever imagined. This space is so elegant and beautiful and most importantly, unique. Any event here is not going to be a classic wedding, it is going to stand out from the beginning. Travis was our coordinator and she made the process smooth from the start. She was so receptive to our ideas and was available whenever we needed her. The food was wonderful and we had nothing but the nicest compliments from our guests concerning the space. If you want a truly elegant wedding, I would recommend that you check out Hotel Cleveland!!!

We HIGHLY recommend Hotel Cleveland and their team based on our experience with our June 2024 wedding! Our coordinator, Travis Cruse, helped the over 1-year long planning process run smoothly and took care of all of the day-of details. She was phenomenal to work with, and truly provided such peace of mind the day-of. Her communication, can-do attitude, and professionalism were constants throughout the planning process. Our buffet meal was absolutely delicious and drew tons of compliments from our guests. We seemingly never had a line at the bar throughout our reception thanks to the stellar bartending team. It was also so convenient to offer a hotel block right at our venue. About 1/5 of our guests stayed at the hotel and got to enjoy the newly renovated guest rooms. It almost felt like we got to enjoy a second reception because so many of our guests joined us at Maker, the hotel's bar/restaurant, after our reception ended. On top of that, the newly renovated spaces in the hotel are stunning, capturing the history and ornate beauty of the hotel with modern touches. Our pictures taken inside the hotel came out beautifully. Overall, we couldn't have imagined a better wedding venue and would recommend Hotel Cleveland to anyone!

We used the Renaissance for our wedding’s hotel block. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was absolutely perfect. The bridal suite was amazing, the bathroom was floor to ceiling marble. They also went out of their way to get any family members in suites as well with no up charges from the room block rate. We were also able to use the lobby area for our first look and the pictures turned out great.

We just got married last weekend and I cannot tell you how fantastic the entire staff at the Renaissance was. We had been planning the wedding for several years but did not get past the beginning stages due to Covid. We had originally looked at using the Renaissance when we first got engaged, when we decided to book a live country band, we asked to see a larger ballroom to accommodate them. I can't emphasize enough how perfect the Gold Ballroom was for our live band. The ceremony was perfect, having a stage for a live band made them feel right at home, and the Whitehall off to the side was perfect for setting up photo booths or tables so guests could separate from the music if necessary. Every single person on the staff was fantastic. They always made sure we were taken care of. While we were setting up, they were available for any changes or questions we had. Lastly, Travis the wedding coordinator is absolutely amazing at her job. She communicated well and quickly through email. The day of and day before she was available to assist us in every possible way. She also resolved several of my own planning mistakes with no effort or stress added to my already full plate. If you're having a live band, I cannot rave enough about how perfect the Gold Ballroom is for a wedding. Thanks again to Travis and the entire staff who made the day so easy for me.

We worked with Jennifer Gleba at the Renaissance to plan our summer wedding at the Renaissance. From our first emails and meeting, we enjoyed the ease of communication with Jennifer and the beautiful spaces at the hotel. There was a good variety of options for food and the tasting was excellent. Extras including uplighting, chiavari chairs, and security were easy to coordinate through the hotel. We held both our ceremony and reception in the Ambassador Ballroom. With cocktail hour just down the hall, the staff performed a fast and organized room flip between our events. Throughout the evening, the staff, servers, bartenders, were professional, efficient, and courteous. Room blocks were easy for our guests to book and the bridal suite was spacious. It was a great location for our out of town guests to explore Cleveland as well. We would highly recommend working with Jennifer and the Renaissance Hotel for wedding events.

Based upon a long list of failed services by this venue for my daughter's wedding last summer, I recommend seeking an alternative venue.
Yes, the event spaces are grand, and they photograph well. The services we expected to be provided at the most expensive event we'll host, however, were incredibly disappointing and unacceptable.
The wedding coordinator left the reception before her designated departure time, and was an ineffective communicator before and during the event.
Guests left the two restrooms with wet hands (and complained to us) as housekeeping was nowhere in sight to replace empty paper receptacles throughout the evening.
Speaking of housekeeping, it was non-existent in the bridal suite. The bride and groom were without clean towels the following morning; the only ones in the room were the ones covered by makeup from the makeup team and bridesmaids the day before. Note that the wedding coordinator specifically stated that the room would be refreshed following the departure of the makeup team.
The majority of our guests were from out of state. We booked many suites for our wedding party over a two-day reservation. None were serviced by housekeeping.
Hundreds of dollars we invested to insert customized gifts in gift bags for our overnight guests were wasted as the front-desk staff neglected to distribute the majority of them.
The list goes on and on. While my daughter and her husband were joyous on their wedding day and we will always enjoy beautiful memories, this venue failed to deliver many anticipated services.

We cannot thank the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel more for making our wedding weekend SO special. Patrice and Belinda were very responsive and wonderful to work with when setting up our wedding block of rooms. They made sure to accommodate our group size and assisted with any questions that came up. Check-in was simple and they gave most (if not all) our guests an early check-in and a late check-out. Their Lobby Bar was perfect for our group as well. With COVID and not being able to bring groups into bars, this made it very easy to see all our family and friends in an area big enough for all of us to spread out. Breakfast was so good Sunday morning and their lobby has enough room to spread out and enjoy our family and friend's company. We would highly recommend staying at the Renaissance for any of your events in Cleveland or just for a weekend trip! The rooms and the lobby area is so beautiful. Thank you!!

I would HIGHLY recommend the Renaissance and if we had to choose again we would pick them every time! We had our ceremony and reception in the Gold Ballroom and everything was beautiful and it was very convenient to have guests staying at the hotel too! On top of this our wedding coordinator Jennifer Gleba was an absolute super star!! She helped with any questions and she was beyond accommodating and flexible with practically anything we wanted to do and helped with anything we needed with the planning. She also helped so much with settling any anxiety about getting married during COVID and was very helpful with any planning adjustments due to this!! She even helped us with finding a place to have a get together on the Saturday after our wedding which was difficult to find with all the COVID restrictions. If you want a stress free wedding day/week would highly recommend. The hotel staff helped with every aspect including set up (in fact they encouraged us to have staff set up and they did a great job!) and take down. I did not have to worry about practically anything! Jennifer was there every step of the way to ensure everything went smoothly and we literally had nothing that did not go as planned!

We had our ceremony and reception at the Renaissance in July when there were restrictions due to COVID-19. They were absolutely amazing to work with through all of the changes and mandates. They allowed us to use a bigger ballroom to allow guests to spread out, offered guests masks and hand sanitizer. Our coordinator, Jennifer Gleba, was a superstar. She answered any and all questions that I had and worked through all of the details with me. The food and alcohol was amazing and I would highly recommend this downtown venue!

Absolutely amazing experience! We worked with Jennifer Gleba, hotel event manager, and she was outstanding! She paid attention to every detail, she responded promptly to all our emails/calls, and she was very professional but also very personable which made it really fun to work with her. She is excellent at what she does! If you’re going to book at the Cleveland Renaissance I would definitely recommend working with Jennifer. We also got several comments from our guests on how nice the whole staff was at the hotel from the servers to the bartenders, etc.
In terms of the venue itself, it was absolutely perfect! We were looking for something located downtown that had some character and elegance to it. A lot of the downtown hotels are just standard, modern ballrooms. We wanted something with more character, while keeping the great location of being downtown and also staying within our budget. Lastly, we also wanted a Christmas themed winter wedding. The Renaissance decorates for Christmas and it looks stunning. The rooms were great, we had suites to get ready in that were huge. It was the perfect venue for us.
It was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend this venue! Especially if you’re thinking about a winter wedding!

We originally booked the Renaissance for our hotel block for our guests, which was a fairly easy experience overall. Our coordinator Erica was helpful, prompt, and responsive when we had some problems with Marriott's reservation system. In addition, she and Patrice were very helpful when we had people call last minute to get rooms within the block. All of our guests that stayed in the hotel were surprised at how spacious the rooms were given the deal we got on the price! We booked a suite for ourselves because I had my bridal party getting ready with me, and it was an absolute dream. It was amazingly spacious and beautiful, especially the marble bathroom. My photographer even used the marble counters to stage some detail photographs.
About a month before the wedding, we were having trouble finding a low-key rehearsal dinner option for our budget and guest size. I called Erica and she set us up with a lovely, casual rehearsal dinner in the lobby court bar with heavy appetizers and drinks. My guests had a wonderful and relaxing time thanks to the surprisingly intimate setup and incredibly talented and kind staff. They even took the time to get know me and my now husband. Thanks to the Renaissance team, we had a fantastic evening getting to catch up with friends and family and a stress-free location to get ready for our wedding. Thank you to Erica and her team! I can't recommend them enough!

We held both our ceremony and reception in the Ambassador Room at the Renaissance, and everything went wonderfully! We had so many compliments from guests on the short rib and chicken entrees, and the entire night went smoothly. Our event coordinator, Jennifer Gleba, was so sweet and professional...she made sure everything was organized and stress-free, even when we had some issues with guests being able to book rooms in our block. And shout out to all the lovely staff that worked our wedding! I don't remember everyone's names, but the servers and bartenders were all very friendly and polite. The attitude of the staff can really affect the overall mood of the night, and the Renaissance was great! Thank you all!

We had the most perfect night celebrating our wedding at the Cleveland Renaissance hotel. We worked with Jennifer throughout the middle our process and while we did not get to book with her, from tasting to weeks after our wedding she was nothing but amazing. She was there the evening of our event, and was on site whenever we needed her. The service provided by her and the catering team were second to none. The food catered by Sans Souci, the onsite restaurant, was absolutely fantastic. It was a meal I was proud to serve our friends and family. We celebrated in the Ambassador ball room, and while advised to start that it held about 180 chairs, the room was much bigger than anticipated and can hold about 200 with the chiavari chairs. The look of the room was just perfect and being in the middle of downtown was exactly what we wanted for our big day! It provided a historic feel, but the convince being just below our hotel suite! I truly, and sincerely couldn't thank the Renaissance Cleveland enough for their incredible service they provided for us through our Wedding Celebration! Cheers!

We had an absolutely stunning wedding at The Renaissance. Christina was our wedding coordinator and she did a fabulous job . We had several changes throughout the wedding planning process and she was able to work with us on all of them and make it such an easy process. The Renaissance was mostly easy for our guests to check-in and out with only a few hiccups. The rooms are not huge, and not air conditioned, but it wasn't a problem since we had a late October wedding.
I would definitely recommend the Renaissance for anyone looking to have a wedding in downtown Cleveland. It is close to many attractions, including several reputable restaurants and the casino which many of our guests went to on Friday and/or Saturday night.
We especially enjoyed the honeymoon suite which included a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries when we went to the room after our reception!

We had our reception in the Gold Ballroom at the Renaissance and I could not be more pleased with the service we received. We worked with Christina, and she really made our wedding vision come true! From our initial meeting, to the tasting to the big day everything went perfectly! The Renaissance is beautiful on it's own with the grand staircase and chandeliers, so many beautiful photo opportunities, you can really let it's grandeur shine without having to add many other details. Next, the staff, each person from the valet to the servers and bartenders, to our brunch staff the next morning everyone was so courteous and made our day so memorable. The renaissance really knows how to host a wedding perfectly! They had the food timed just right for our plated dinner so that each guest's food was served promptly and hot and we received endless compliments on how delicious the meal was! Sometimes responsiveness may not have been as quickly as desired during the planning process but you do have to take into account that while you are only planning one wedding they are planning several at once and have done it countless times before! So when it came down to closer to wedding time you do get more speedy responses and they executed everything perfectly the day of. I really recommend anyone to consider this Downtown Cleveland gem to host their wedding!!

We hosted our reception in the Gold Ballroom of the Renaissance last month. There's much to be said about how beautiful the space is, from the the grand lobby and staircase to the stage and chandeliers in the Gold Ballroom. But that's all easy to see firsthand, and so I wanted to speak to what a great job the hotel did behind the scenes. Everything was timed exactly right. The food was perfect. Not one complaint from anyone about any of the four entrees we offered as options. We had a plated dinner and each course was served on time, at the same time and the food was hot! My parents couldn't have been more pleased. Every staff member we came in contact with - from our coordinator to the front desk to the valet - was so professional and just made us feel like we were in good hands...and we were! Our contact, Robert, worked with each of our vendors to coordinate the logistics of the room's layout, setup and takedown and he accommodated several last-minute changes. With the exception of a small issue regarding the valet that the hotel quickly resolved, everything ran seamlessly. My only recommendation would be to clarify as much about the costs as you can upfront so there are not surprise charges down the road. I suppose you might find that with any venue though. Regardless, I will say that if I could do it over, I would pick the Renaissance again in a heartbeat to host our reception.

We held my daughter's wedding reception in the Ambassador Ballroom in July. The hotel is such a beautiful, elegant and historic venue. It was such a great location for our many out-of-town and out-of-state guests, as they could easily venture out to the Rock-and-Roll HOF and numerous restaurants and breweries. At the beginning of the process, we worked with Ann Marie, and after she took another position, Jennifer stepped in. Both ladies were wonderful -- very attentive, accommodating and professional! Overall, we only had a few issues, with one guest being given a room that was already occupied; the key cards were temperamental in opening room doors; the servers didn't pay attention to the escort cards, so it took a bit of time to get the "vegetarian" meals; and the servers were too quick to take away plates. These complaints were pretty minor in the whole scheme of things, and I must say that I would highly recommend this venue to anyone seeking a downtown Cleveland hotel venue for their event!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the Ambassador Ballroom at the Renaissance Hotel, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. Ann Marie Haller was our coordinator, and she truly made the day as easy and stress-free for us as she possibly could. She seemed to think of everything, and was amazing at helping us with every single aspect of our wedding. The venue was flawless, the wait staff was perfect, and the entire experience of working with the Renaissance was so easy. It was refreshing to not feel nickled-and-dimed by a venue (as that seemed to be the case at every other place we looked), but the Renaissance was consistently friendly, helpful, and extraordinarily fair. Our day went perfectly and we attribute so much of that to Ann Marie and the team's hard work. In short, we'd rercommend this venue to everyone!

Ann Marie was our wedding coordinator! Very professional and helped us plan our dream wedding in only 6 months. We had 110 guests in the Ambassador Ballroom. Venue was stunning and doubled as our ceremony and reception. The entire property is very elegant and made a great backdrop to our photos. Staff was good. Food was amazing! Our guests are still talking about the food!

We had our room block at the Renaissance- the hotel was beautiful and in a great location, however none of my guests were placed even close together. I had my rooms blocked 5 months in advance and my guests were on 5 different floors which made it difficult for everyone to be together. Also- I had welcome bags for the guests..some of my guests never received them as I had several left over. This had valuable information about the activities for the weekend. Great hotel, great location..not the best organization.

The Renaissance is an extremely beautiful venue, which didn’t need much to wow our guests. Throughout our meetings at the Renaissance we were always treated with exemplary service. They definitely put the customer first and always accommodated our needs. Jaci was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing! After coming into our wedding planning halfway through, she never missed a beat and was fully up to date on where we were at in the process. We never felt worried or uneasy during this process with Jaci by our side! We had cocktail hour by the fountain, which is BEAUTIFUL, and our reception in the Gold Ballroom. We also used the Brasserrie Room for brunch the day after. All areas had a classic and elegant style, which is what we were looking for. The only minor annoyance that we had was our hotel welcome bags. We had made welcome bags for each room in our wedding block that the front desk would pass out as they checked in. I was waiting in the lobby for one of my bridesmaids to check in and she left without receiving a bag. I went up and had to remind them to pass them out. We made one bag for each room that was blocked off. On Sunday when we checked out, we were left with about 10 extra bags (AKA 10 rooms did not receive their welcome bag). After putting both time and money into these bags, I was disappointed to see them not passed out. Overall, we had a wonderful experience! We wish the bags would’ve been passed out, but would still recommend this venue to anyone looking for a classic and elegant wedding venue!

We had our slightly under 300 person wedding in the Gold Ballroom at the Renaissance Hotel and it was spectacular! Majority of our guest list were out of town people, making the reception at the Renaissance very convenient as guests could head up to their rooms once it was over. We were going for an "evening-autumn" look and our florist did an amazing job setting up the room; everything looked beautiful and we were beyond pleased. Our band was located on the stage which allowed for more guest dining tables and a larger dance floor. The food was delicious and the wedding coordinator did a great job working with me throughout the year-long process and also moving the night along smoothly! We are still getting messages from our guests saying how the evening was so wonderful. We recommend the Gold Ballroom if you are having a slightly larger wedding (but not too large), out of town guests and like the traditional-elegant feel to a wedding. It truly was a great experience.

My wedding reception was held at this gorgeous Historic Hotel in the heart of downtown Cleveland. I couldn't have asked for a better venue. I had about 300 guests so food for that many can sometimes be an issue.... But NOT HERE!!! The food was exceptional! Every person I worked with was absolutely amazing! Especially Terri Kufel. she could not have been any better! Thank you to all the people and staff at the Renaissance Hotel who made my wedding night my dream come true!!!

What a fantastic place for a wedding. We used the gorgeous Ambassador Room for our ceremony, had cocktails on the balcony over looking the Grand Ball Room and then had the reception in the Grand Ball Room.
Chef Brett is fabulous and worked with us to create unique appetizers and menu. It's not easy to serve dinner for 257 guests and have everyone rave about the quality and how delicious the food was.
Ask for Elissa Burnett in the sales and catering department and she will help you plan the wedding of your dreams and help you to enjoy the process. She was so wonderful to work with.

Elissa was amazing to work with. She took care of everything (from the hotel block, to the food, to the service, to the final bill). The room looked amazing I still am in shock how perfect it looked. The only reason I didn't give service 5 stars was because they ran out of food for the last table, and they didn't eat until after everyone else ate cake. I am sooo glad I choose to have the wedding here. The hotel rooms were great as well.

Thank you to the entire staff who went above and beyond our greatest needs. Extra gifts, comped rooms, and a room service that matched all the top NYC hotels I've been to. It was so easy to work with you being and out of town bride. We had over 95 people staying at your hotel for 3 days and you made every single one of my guests happy. It was so easy to see who was staying in our room block, it was great to have Belinda Young as my go to contact who answered every strange question I threw at her. You accommodated our goody bags and made sure every guest got one!
Our suite was out of this world made our day extra special! I totally recommend the club floor suites!

Initially, we chose the Renaissance for our wedding reception because the space was beautiful and didn't need a lot of extra decorating help. In the end, we loved the Renaissance not only because it's a wonderful space, but becuase our coordinatior, Jaci, was fantastic. I've had other friends who recently married who said that site coordinators don't do much and advised us to hire our own day-of-coordinator. We didn't and I'm not sorry! Jaci took care of managing our vendors, helped us decide on our timeline and made sure the evening went smoothly. If there were any issues, Jaci handled them before we were aware of the problem.

We had our wedding ceremony and breakfast at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel. From our first meeting with our wedding coordinator, Jaci, we felt like VIPs, with all of our questions promptly answered and our requests attended to. The hotel is large and grand, and the ambassador ballroom, where we had our events, is classic. It was the perfect venue for our wedding, and our family and friends agreed. There were also some great picture opportunities in the lobby the the fountain and on the staircase. If you are looking into this hotel, you should know that they actually have three ballrooms, the ambassador being the smallest.

Wonderful experience. Ask for Terri Kufel..one of the wedding planners. She made planning an out of town wedding a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable and helpful with coordinating every precise detail. The Gold Ballroom was beautiful. The hotel service was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The food for our cocktail hour and reception was fabulous!!! Great chef. I had my dream wedding!

I had my wedding last weekend and it turned out perfect. We were in the Ambassador room and everything was as I imagined. The food was delicious and we received lots of "amazing food" comments and everyone thought it was way beyond the typical hotel wedding. At first we got bumped from our cocktail room because of another event, but Elissa (our banquet contact) came through for us and we were able to transform San Succi. The restaurant completely matched the feel of our event. Elissa even got to know me well enough to arrange my cocktail hour as I would have done without tons of back and forth with me. She even pulled more rooms for my group last minute and got us a few perks. This venue was everything I imagined of a classic Cleveland elegant affair.

There is a reason that The Renaissance Cleveland Hotel Grand Ballroom is listed as the premier location for a wedding - it enchants you! We were married on July 2, 2011 and booked the Grand Ballroom for our approximately 500 person wedding. It was one of the best decisions we made! Working with Elissa and her team was not only fun but extremely easy. Anything we needed or wanted was provided, and often times she would throw in extras just because she wanted to! The food was spectacular, our room was breathtaking and we are getting emails and phone calls daily about how they have never seen a wedding such as ours. If you want customer service and true bang for your buck - head this way. There really is no better place.

The wonderful people at the Renaissance Cleveland went above and beyond in every capacity!! We were having a small family wedding and still were UPGRADED for free like crazy!!! Valeted us for the long weekend for free and just overall made sure that we really enjoyed our weekend and that our friends and family did too! Can't say enough about how wonderful they made our experience! Terri in catering sales was a crucial part to all of it!!

dissapointed with the stage decor. the table seating got switched somehow, which again was a little dissapointing. most importantly the food was not what was in the tasting. it tasted and looked very different than what was shown to us. the overall venue looked beautiful, but for such an expensive venue they should have had better food.
