We had an extended stay here; this is a 5-star hotel (at the price point) in terms of food, quality of service, rooms, and atmosphere.
The great things:
-Every dish, on every menu we tried (all of them), is outstanding: top tier restaurant qua...
lity. Even the takeout is fantastic. Pricey…but the quality is there.
-All the staff (bell, housekeeping, front desk, etc) are helpful and cheery.
-The bar/restaurant/patio/pool have a great atmosphere.
-Rooms are well furnished, clean, and good looking.
The only thing that warrants a 4-star review is the consistent little gaps:
- Everyone at the front desk is awesome…in person - it is very hard to reach anyone on the phone, even in the hotel.
- You can’t call the restaurant to order out directly…which means you can’t call the restaurant since the front desk doesn’t pick up.
- The lobby Starbucks closes at noon. They have food in the case 24 hours…but it is locked, and the front desk doesn’t have the key.
- There is a highly limited menu between breakfast and dinner. Gets old after a day or two…and wasted restaurant space.
-Maintenance - little things were off that should be caught in routine checks: the cooler case at the front desk cycles on/off every minute, half of the keypad on my room safe didn’t work, the cold water faucet had a leaky valve, the shower stop didn’t fully seat.
- Etc.

Stayed here 3 days close to where we are visiting. I checked in using the app and got the digital key. The room looks clean but the walls are like paper. If you have bad and noisy neighbors, make sure you bring ear plugs. Self parking is not fr...
ee and they charge $28 per day. The gate doesn't always work there.
On Sat morning, there was a false fire alarm at 7am. We had to walk down all the way from a high floor. Happy to see that no one panicked and everyone was orderly. Everyone came down with barely anything on. Unfortunately, when we were on the patio outside, no one helped coordinate and informed us that it was a false alarm. The hotel staff could have done better.

Great location with plenty of nearby activities. The view of the city is absolutely stunning, making for a memorable experience. However, I encountered some issues with the staff, as a few were dismissive and unhelpful, even when they had provi...
ded incorrect information. This led to unexpected fees and delays in housekeeping attending to my room.
On a positive note, Hannah, one of the managers, truly stood out. She was understanding, attentive, and made a genuine effort to assist. Her support greatly improved my experience.

Me and my aunt recently stayed here and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. When I inquired about my reservation, they provided inaccurate information and seemed ...
more interested in dismissing my concerns than assisting me. The lady that was helping us was talking about us to every other front desk person who came by and they all looked at us to confirm. Apparently she also opted us out of house cleaning services and we aren’t able to opt back in. I even asked if house cleaning was extra and they said no? But apparently we weren’t allowed to have it.
Throughout my stay, any requests for basic accommodations were met with indifference. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience to them. Their lack of professionalism was particularly frustrating, especially given the Hilton brand's reputation for quality service. The room smelled like smoke. The chair in the room had a big white stain on it.
The waiters and bartenders were the best part about our stay because they were friendly, nice, and had smiled on their face.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I expected a welcoming atmosphere, but instead encountered hostility and dishonesty. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Wallet was stolen from my room. Last night I returned to my room after being gone for a few hours to realize that someone had been in my room and rummaged through all of my belongings. I notified the front desk who sent securi...
ty up to my room to investigate. They reviewed the door lock history to see who had entered the room to which I was informed that after reviewing the key log that no one had keyed in in the time that I was away, which couldn't have been correct because it was very obvious that someone had been in my room. I will not be staying here again, I feel like they should have done more given that someone was entering rooms and going through peoples belongings.
