Hotel Henry Urban Resort Conference Center

While the venue itself is absolutely stunning, the service is absolutely horrible. I understand that planning a wedding during a pandemic is difficult, but it was just as difficult prior to the pandemic. My only point of contact calls from an unknown number, so I have no way of getting in contact with someone on the phone until they decide to call me. It would take days to receive an email response. We had to set up our entire event on our own - we scheduled a time to arrive and no one showed up to help us. I had to introduce myself to our event captain in the middle of our cocktail hour, as that was the first time I was able to track someone down. Again, the venue is gorgeous, the food is outstanding and I was able to have a wedding reception in 2020 which I do appreciate, but I spent many days leading up to the event feeling completely disconnected and as if my special day didn't matter to them at all. This is supposed to be the best day of your life - I recommend finding a venue that will help to make it feel that way.
