For smaller ceremonies and receptions, the Tuscany Ballroom can host up to 100 attendees in the open, versatile space. Hotel Vin in Grapevine, Texas, was an outstanding venue for our Wedding Day. The venue was absolutely beautiful and spacious for the size of our wedding. Hotel Vin's Staff was exceptional in hospitality and all services. Eddie took care of us and always made sure everything was spectacular for us. During dinner service, Eddie went around to all the tables checking with guests if the food was the right temperature and if there was anything else they needed. We got to meet the chef and thank him for the extremely delicious dinner! Everyone loved the food. The food was Hot and served quickly! No one had to wait long for food. We were so impressed with Liz coordinating the details of when and where and how things would be done successfully for our wedding at the Vin. We knew that Eddie and Liz were going to make sure our wedding day was amazing. They both made the planning experience and the wedding day stress free. We are so glad we chose Hotel Vin for our wedding and recommend you choose them too.

Hotel Vin was the perfect venue for our wedding! The ballrooms are gorgeous, the food was incredible, and the staff is wonderful to work with. The event manager Liz was incredibly helpful and responsive to my texts, calls, and emails. Eddie the banquet manager was so attentive during our menu tasting and during our wedding. This team truly goes out of their way to make you feel attended to.
Our guests were blown away by Hotel Vin. Many of them came from out of town and made a weekend out of the trip. We got so many compliments on the Hotel and the town of Grapevine itself.

My husband and I had our wedding at Hotel Vin last month, and it could not have gone more perfectly. Our guests kept giving us compliments on the entire day - from the beautiful and seamless event space, to the service of the servers and bartenders, to the amazing food and desserts.
Hotel Vin truly has the perfect layout for a wedding - we had our ceremony in one ballroom, cocktail our in the foyer + the outdoor terrace, then our reception in the larger ballroom right next door. Guests never have to walk more than a few steps to get to the next location, but each event felt distinct and different. Additionally, the downstairs bars and foodhall were so appreciated by our guests as a hangout spot both before and after the event.
On the planning side, the hotel staff, and in particular Liz Chavarria, were so wonderful to work with. My husband is Indian American, and Liz worked with the chef and catering team to design a wonderful custom buffet that incorporated Indian flavors in a traditional formal dining menu. The food was a high point for me during the event - in addition to loving the food at our tasting a month before our wedding, Liz worked with the catering team to ensure my husband and I were brought food and taken care of the night of (I know so many couples report not eating anything at their wedding - luckily this was not the case for us!)
Liz also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we wanted at our wedding, including some tasks that weren't even in her job description. If Hotel Vin wasn't so beautiful and picturesque for a wedding, I would still highly recommend it to engaged couples due to Liz alone!

I could not have imagined my wedding anywhere else but at the Vin!! These people truly care about making your day special and go the extra mile to make all your dreams come true. I cannot say enough great things about the vin, specifically Liz Chavarria & Crystal Langley. Every member of the staff is wonderful and took such great care of our wedding! If you want a beautiful Texas wedding THIS is the place!

Hotel Vin was a phenomenal decision for my husband and I's wedding. Eddie, Crystal, and their team were extremely professional, attentive, accommodating, and kind throughout the entire planning process and on the day of the wedding. The staff absolutely blew us away-we were very busy and didn't eat hors d'oeuvres or dinner, yet they brought them to our room afterward and asked us exactly where and when we would like to eat. The food was phenomenal, the venue was gorgeous, and all of our family and friends are still raving about the Hotel Vin. The send off in the Vin's convertible was the cherry on top! I couldn't recommend them more for your wedding!! We even went to the Ritz Carlton in Las Collinas the day before for the rehearsal dinner, and the food and service (although good) paled in comparison to the Hotel Vin. Phenomenal.

Deciding on a wedding/reception location can be stressful, to say the least. When we found Crystal Langley and Hotel Vin in Grapevine, TX our prayers were answered! Crystal was so helpful and made us feel at home. She introduced us to Marian Timmer, owner of Minted Artistry - wedding planner/designer extraordinaire!

Hotel Vin is beautiful, and the location (downtown Grapevine) is perfect for out-of-town guests. So much to do! The ballrooms are elegant and classy; the floor to ceiling windows are gorgeous.
The food was outstanding. I have attended many, many formal events and the food at Hotel Vin was the best.... delicious and hot! The service was great. So many guests raved about the food. Thank you, Crystal, Eddie, Roy, Raul, and all of the service staff.

Fantastic service!!! We would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a wedding reception venue!! From the beginning of our planning process to the actual reception, the entire process was wonderful. Great service, food, gorgeous venue. The banquet manager Eddie was so attentive and you can tell he takes care of his team as everyone seemed to enjoy their job.

If there were more than 5 stars available, we would give them to Hotel Vin. We hosted our daughter's wedding here on Nov. 11th, 2023 and EVERYTHING far exceeded our expectations. We wanted this event to be very special, not only for our daughter and her husband, but for our guests who came from all over the US to celebrate this special occasion. The hotel's proximity to DFW and historic downtown Grapevine was perfect. In addition to the delicious food at Bacchus Kitchen + Bar located in the hotel lobby, Harvest Food Hall, attached to the hotel, offered plenty of additional food options for many of our weary travelers on a rainy night. The wedding itself was a dream event thanks in large part to the team of professionals at Hotel Vin. So many, many people came together almost a year ago to help us plan this wedding which would not have been possible without them. The hospitality was beyond compare, the guest rooms were beautiful, the food at the reception was fine dining at its best, the ballrooms were spectacular, and the rooftop bar was the perfect escape for our guests who didn't want to shout over the band but wanted to remain part of the celebration. There was a space for everyone which was very important to us. If you are considering hosting a special event in Grapevine, just go here, you won't regret it.

Hotel Vin surpassed every expectation we had for our wedding weekend. Our guests loved the hotel stay, the staff, the service and all the amenities. It just doesn't get better than the property...it's called a Luxury Collection Hotel for a reason! The actual wedding and reception were BEYOND perfection. Planning with Crystal over 6 months was a dream. She is professional, innovative and a joy to work with. She made wedding planning fun. Our 5 days of actual wedding week were relaxing...Eddie and staff were amazing. Our food was PHENOMINAL. Friends and family are STILL RAVING about the food. You just don't get food like this at weddings. The service was top notch and every the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy the wedding and reception alongside our guests. We will return to the Vin time and time again. Bring your parties to the Hotel Vin and come to see Crystal, Eddie and team - you will not be disappointed!!

We hosted our wedding at Hotel Vin in November 2022. It was a beautiful day, and we received a lot of compliments from our guests. The physical spaces are beautiful and have a lot of thoughtful touches, from the Magnum Room to the Tuscany Ballroom to Bordeaux Ballroom. Our guests devoured the food, including the delicious desserts! We were very impressed by the service, including Crystal, Chef Amado, and Eddie who all exceeded our expectations. They took good care of us throughout our wedding, making sure we had everything we needed. Our guests who stayed overnight at the hotel had glowing things to say about the staff who went above and beyond to deliver a great experience. Crystal, the catering and event coordinator, was a joy to work with and was very accommodating. Grapevine serves as a lovely location for out-of-town guests who enjoyed strolling the downtown and checking out the tasting rooms. We highly recommend Hotel Vin to those planning a Texas wedding!

Beautiful wedding ceremony and reception spaces.
HOWEVER, there was so much miscommunication between the staff and the hotel coordinator. They misplaced all of our rooms the entire weekend. It set the weekend off wrong lol.
The hotel staff did wonderful. The person in charge of the dinner for the wedding was absolutely amazing. We are so thankful for the wedding wait staff.

We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Hotel Vin and we loved the setting! We used a hotel suite for the bridesmaids to get ready and the groomsmen used the speakeasy in the lobby, which was also a great location for pictures. The smaller ballroom was a lovely setting for the ceremony, it gets a lot of afternoon light. We used the indoor/outdoor courtyard area for a cocktail hour and with amazing weather it was great to have the outdoor option. Finally, the large ballroom held our reception. We loved that we could hold all of our events in one location and we also loved the style of the building itself. We received lots of compliments on the venue and the evening went smoothly in terms of food and drink service. We felt there was a little bit of disorganization in the planning leading up to the wedding, but would attribute a portion of that to some staff changes at the hotel (we booked our wedding right after the hotel opened). There was also some miscommunication between the wedding team and the hotel team in terms of charging for rooms and room blocks that we had to sort out following the wedding. That being said, I would highly recommend Hotel Vin for anyone looking for a beautiful and unique venue that makes it easy to hold all events in one location and is somewhere guests can also stay.
