Hyatt House Naples 5th Avenue

I got married at the Hyatt House Naples 5th on 11-9-19 and it was perfect! The venue, the accommodations, and the incredible staff deserve 5 stars. This was a destination wedding for us and the Hyatt made everything go super smoothly, through the entire planning process. We comfortably fit 120 people on the dock and in the ballroom. Jim Hennessy did an amazing job the day of with coordinating the days events. Great place to get married!

Our experience at the Hyatt House Naples was exceptional!!! We hosted a destination wedding and wanted a venue where our family and friends could enjoy a long weekend - the Hyatt House EXCEEDED our already high expectations. The staff at the Hyatt House is incredible. Jim and Anthony were fantastic to work with, but the ENTIRE staff made it an amazing weekend and wedding experience. Jim is very detailed oriented and terrific at planning a great event. From the valets, to the bartenders, to the banquet staff, to the maid service - EVERYONE at the hotel went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure all of our guests had a great time and every need was met. Each employee was thoughtful, attentive, and kind. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this venue for a wedding, particularly a destination wedding where you want your guests to have a very enjoyable weekend. The hotel is beautiful and having everything in one place makes it even better. Our friends enjoyed boating straight from the Hyatt dock, a great pool, a large complimentary breakfast buffet, a beautiful bar, and being able to easily walk to 5th avenue and even a quick jog to the beach. The actual wedding was beautiful - the staff was very flexible in accommodating for a great welcome party in the outdoor area of the restaurant, an outdoor wedding on the dock, a cocktail hour near the fire pit, and a personalized room set-up for the wedding. Our wedding guest count was 113 and the room size was perfect. Big enough for everyone to be comfortable, but small enough to feel intimate and personal. The Hyatt House paid attention to every little details. From setting up extra heat lamps since the night was cooler than we expected to making a Cincinnati hometown favorite appetizer just to please our guests. They did not miss a beat. I'm so incredibly grateful to the Hyatt House - Jim, Anthony, John, Jose and the entire staff for planning and executing a flawless, perfect, memorable wedding and wedding weekend for our family and friends.

We choose the beautiful Hyatt House to host our wedding reception this past August. From the very beginning, the customer service was nothing short of amazing! Mari answered all of our questions, provided us with great recommendations and was very accommodating and considerate of our budget. Once we made our decision, she helped to ensure she had all of the details for our day. I found this especially helpful as we did not hire a wedding planner. She made it a very organized process for us. The day of our wedding reception was flawless. Anthony was the manager that day and he and the staff maintained unprecedented customer service. There were some last minute changes to our cocktail hour due to the weather and their team was on top of it without missing a beat. The ballroom looked stunning, the food tasted exceptional (seriously, it was DELISH) and the party was a blast. Our guests only had great things to say. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to celebrate our special day with our family and friends at such a beautiful hotel with such caring staff. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. It was perfect. Thank you Mari, Anthony and the rest of the staff who made our day so special!

Living in Naples, we knew there were multiple places we could have had our wedding and/or reception. We visited several venues, but were very interested in the Hyatt House on Fifth Avenue. We saw it being constructed a couple years ago, and were excited to see the final product. We were not disappointed! The hotel property itself is sleek, modern, and tastefully decorated. Almost immediately we were greeted by the wonderful staff, and received a full tour with Patrick, one of the hotel managers. The next week, we scheduled a meeting with Mari, the hotel Event Manager. From the moment we met Mari, we were blown away. She was warm, helpful, extremely patient, and answered all of our questions. (We had many.) From the beginning, she provided great advice, and offered us a lot of vendor connections, since we were planning the event ourselves, without the assistance of a planner. Every recommendation Mari had turned out to be a great asset to our wedding team. All of the wedding package options are very detailed and easy to understand. Over the next several months, Mari checked in on our progress, and we had two more meetings to finalize our big day. Also, once we finalized our appetizers and wedding menu, we came for a tasting with Chef Jose. WOW! The food was amazing, and he even tweaked some of our choices and pairings with some things we did not even consider. We were so excited for our guests to get the chance to enjoy the food as much as we had. Mari also connected us with Karla, who is the Director of Sales for Hyatt, and she gave us a great rate for our room block to share with our out of town guests. She was wonderful to work with! During one of our visits we also met the Food & Beverage manager, Anthony. Every time he saw us, he was so excited to be working our event. During the wedding weekend, Anthony interacted with all of our guests, and made everyone feel welcome. But the day of the wedding, Anthony should have been wearing a cape, because he saved the day! There were several instances throughout the day where we stepped in and helped us in a big way. Late audio/visual addition, last minute venue swap for the cocktail party (because of rain), and much, much more. Both Anthony and Patrick checked on us several times during the day to make sure A: we weren’t panicking, and B: all of our needs were being met. (Which they were, and then some.) From the food and drinks, to the service and the venue, the team at the Hyatt House on Fifth Avenue went above and beyond in every way. They exceeded all of our expectations before, during, and after our event. Thank you for everything you and your entire team did to make our special day memorable and amazing!
