Imperial Party Rentals

I had A LOT OF RENTALS. I had specialty rentals I needed which were mostly furniture and then I had rentals i needed for the bar equipment and the catering list rentals. I pieced my wedding together and did not use a venue that offered catering. I wanted to bring in my own catering which means that I needed a lot of extra rentals. I called every rental company in town. Most of them did not have everything I needed. The biggest companies in town carried what I needed but Imperial rentals was the cheapest.

BRIDES BEWARE!! I initially chose this company because I thought the prices were great when compared to other rental companies in the area. But I soon realized that the small amount saved is definitely not worth the poor service received. They are great until you try to change an order. I initially ordered silver chairs for my wedding in addition to 6 thousand dollars worth of other items. I later decided that black would look better. I contacted them more than 3 months before the wedding to inquire about black chairs, which they don't have. When I said I would rent the chairs elsewhere the problems started. They told me I couldn't remove the chairs from my order. What kind of business faults customers for not carrying something they want. They tried to convince me that silver would be fine and if I didn't rent the chairs they would charge me a penalty. Of course this was not in the contract. And despite trying to explain several times that I was not canceling my order in full, they insisting on trying to charge me a penalty. After threatening to cancel my entire order, they agreed to waive this bogus charge, but attempted to change the contract fine print without me knowing. The new contract would prevent me from making any further changes to the order unless I was adding more to the order and giving them more money. I explained that I was not going to sign a new contract and they need to honor the existing contract I signed when I paid my deposit. They stated that they would not deliver my rentals to the wedding unless I signed the new contract. THEY ARE INCREDIBLY UNETHICAL AND BRIDES PLEASE DON'T PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!! I cancelled my ordered entirely and will be filing a claim with small claims court to retrieve my deposit back. AGAIN, BRIDES YOU DON'T NEED THE STRESS GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

When looking around for somewhere to rent tables and what not for my wedding I stumbled upon Imperial. I loved the fact that they had all their prices online and I didn't have to guess at what it was going to cost. When I went in for my consultation they were very friendly and had great ideas. They also had worked my venue before so that was VERY helpful. They arrived on time to set-up and break down. Everything was done perfectly with no issues at all. They were very flexible in changing my order as things became closer. Which I appreciated. Also they accept credit cards, which I found a lot of vendors didn't do. Very good, take a look at them!
